Our salesman was Nathan Blackwell. He responded to all of our questions quickly. The entire experience at Five Star Ford surpassed our expectations! This purchase was both a transparent and friendly experience. We bought the truck over the internet, and only had to sign when we arrived. Mr. Blackwell and the team got us in and out quickly. Our vehicle was cleaned and ready to go when we got there. It was defiantly worth the 4.5-hour drive each way!

Purchase 2017 Ford Fusion

This dealership is 50 miles from my home and I pass by a number of Ford Dealers to get to the dealership.This is the third vehicle I've purchased from this dealership in the past three years - when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle at some time in the future, I will make that drive again - I would not make such a trip, driving by numerous other Ford Dealers unless I'm 100% satisfied with the prior dealings.I submitted an internet inquiry for this purchase and asked for Chad Ritter as the sales person I wanted to deal with - based on my satisfaction when I made a previous purchase - I will request that Chad be the sales person I deal with when I get ready for the next purchase.This was my initial meeting with Jimmy Truong in the finance department, but based on my satisfaction on this purchase, I will request that Jimmy handle the next purchase when that time comes.As long as I receive the type service I've received at this dealership, I'll not consider any other dealer in the future - the staff is highly professional and knowledgeable in every respect while being very pleasant to deal with.

Harry Waymire was my courtesy van driver and he was excellent. He knew the area very well and was friendly and efficient. Since he knew the area, he used the best route to drop off passengers.

Great service

This was actually the second time that we purchased a car from Mr. Nemri. He is very honest in his approach and answers all of the questions you have. He gives you time to thoroughly look over any paperwork, time in the vehicle, and time to make calls on your own if needed. There is no "hard sell" at this business. The staff is friendly and displays ethical behavior toward each other. We are very ordinary people, but each of the two times we have been greeted by management. It is a welcoming atmosphere. They will work with you so that you can purchase the vehicle you need. We were referred to 5 Star by my sister because she had needed a car to transport her handicapped husband at a time when they were not prepared to buy one. This dealership found a vehicle and financing for her. Her salesman, Hector, occasionally calls her to see if she has everything she needs. We love them!

I had a pleasant experience buying a new vehicle. They were very helpful and worked with me on pricing an vehicle options. This is my fifth vehicle to purchase from the dealership.

Customer Service

William May approached us as soon as we parked our car to look at a new vehicle. He was very, very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was professionally dressed, polite and very, very helpful. We were at the dealership early in the day, but had other places we were considering. We returned and he was willing to stay late and work with us on getting the vehicle. The finance department (Jimmy T) also stayed late to help close the deal. Two people from the dealership called us on Monday to see if there was anything we needed.

Bought a 2016 F150, RUBY RED!!!!

***********************I had to drive 140 miles from Tyler, Tx to get to 5 Star Ford in North Richland Hills, TX and it was worth every mile and then some. First of all, I tried a number of Ford dealers in and around my town and received the usual car dealership "baloney". None of them could match the price. I am not talking about a few hundred dollars, how about $1500! That was a profitable trip for my wife and I.But the one thing that stood out even more was the service we received from everyone we dealt with in in 5 Star Ford. An unexpected very pleasant experience. The people were great, from David Hill in financing who professionally laid out our financing options, Jimmie Mathews and his partner who spent quite a bit of time taking me through the "SYNC' system, and Sam Reggio who worked with us on after market purchases. But I must save special appreciation for Lee Clanton who made sure every possible rebate was included in our final price. And finally kudos to Rick Dike who I have been working with by email and phone to get everything ready and ease my anxiety before I drove the 140 miles.I have purchased 2 or 3 other vehicles from this dealership 15 or so years ago and if I ever need another I will be back to 5 Star Ford,

Great experience!

Kelly, the internet director worked really hard to find the exact car I was looking for (2017 Mustang with light leather interior). The combination of features I wanted weren't readily available but Kelly was able to track one down and get it delivered in no time. I worked with Nathan on completing the sale an he made the whole process super easy and enjoyable. I also worked with David in finance and he made the process go very smoothly. I left feeling 100% confident that I was getting the best deal! I followed up about a week later with some additional questions and Nathan was very responsive and went out of his way to get them all answered. Overall, this has been the best car buying experience and I would definitely recommend Five Star Ford to my friends and family!

5 Star Rocks

Our second time to buy a car/truck through 5 Star Ford. I highly recommend them. We have never had a bad experience and I am a Ford owner since 1991 and will never go to another brand of auto. 5 Star bends over backwards to make you feel like a human being and as you know in this day and age is lacking. I appreciate great sales people and Tut Edwards their finance manager who make sure you are comfortable during the process of buying an auto. Our salesman Danny Trauth was pleasant to work with and I appreciate that. He worked with us and did not try to sway our thinking into a car we could not afford.

They were both very helpful, and knowledgeable. They provided me with exactly the information that I needed to make an informed purchasing decision. Sam Limo at 5 Star Ford is the Best

Contacted Sam Limo via internet sales and told him the truck I was looking at and he promptly went into action. I arrived at the dealership and Sam was ready with the truck for the test drive. No pressure sale. We had to negotiate about the trade and that was done with minimum back and forth. Low pressure and very enjoyable experience. Sam Limo is a top tier salesman. A salperson you can trust

I met Carlos on a Saturday afternoon while my husband played golf I was looking for a replacement for my totaled vehicle (really bad wreck). Shopping for a car is not in "my department", but Carlos made me real very comfortable and safe. He presented options with consideration of my budget and did not pressure me to close the deal. I returned later with my husband and he was also impressed with Carlos (this is big because my husband often refers to car salespeople as vultures). Great Experience for First Car Buyer

Juan and Hector were really helpful in helping me find a car that I liked. I already had in mind that I wanted a New 2017 Ford Fusion and once Juan showed me the car I instantly fell in love. Awesome, very helpful, very friendly

Alfred was very helpful and curtious. He answered all our questions fully so that we would understand. He is very concerned about the questions we had on the Ford F-150. He spoke with us as if he had known us for years. We were very comfortable with him. He showed us all the ins and out of the truck so we would be able to drive the truck and know all its ins and outs on all the gadgets in the truck. I would definitely recommend when you go here ask for him!!The "Tutman Experience" was just as great. He helps with all the financing and was able to get our payments so we could afford them. He has all the qualities as Alfred above. All financing people should have his attitude and we had a great experience with him. Five Star Ford has both of these men in there employment it would be hard to beat anywhere else. I will definitely recommend them to everyone especially if these two men are working there. I plan on getting my next vehicle from them!!

From the moment I walked in William May took care of me. I wasn't in a rush to purchase a vehicle and came in and out of the dealership over a 3 month period. Car Buying Made Pleasant!

Hector was so amazing from the minute I walked on the lot. He did not try and sell me a car the whole time I was there. He simply connected with me with a product and ensured that I was aware of how that product would work for the needs of my family. Hector is kind and patient. He is always willing to answer questions EVEN after the sale is completed. It does not stop there. Sam in the after-market department is a gem. He was so thorough in making sure I had the right accessories to make my Explorer perfect! The finance team presented a compelling case to protect the vehicle and not one time did they come across as over-bearing or pushy. I can't say enough nice things about this experience. Great Experience with Alfred at Five Star Ford

I was newly in the market for a truck, and was deciding between a few different makes. I went into Five Star and was met by Alfred who showed me a few different F150 models. He asked me where I was in my car buying proess and respected that I was just starting to look around. I was never pressured to buy anything or to make any rushed decisions. Just so happens that they also had the largest selection of end of year models compared to every other dealer in the area. 2 weeks later I found a model in their inventory online, gave Alfred a call and he gave me a great deal. Words cannot express how grateful we are for Five Star Ford! Our sales associate, Juan Hernandez, was great from the first time we meet. Although we did not purchase a vehicle on our first visit, Mr. Hernandez listened to our concerns and worries, and even gave us some advise that we should take into consideration. We came back a week later, and he was readily available to help us. He remembered every detail we had shared with him the week prior, and made us feel comfortable to proceed to move forward with trying to purchase a vehicle. We walked in feeling skeptical and worried about the possibility of even getting into a new vehicle, but worse yet, what would the financing be like? They Got Everything Right!

I was introduced to Sam Pack's Five Star Ford in NRH through AARP. Jeff Smith contacted me via email and set up an appointment to show me a few F-150 options. The very first pickup Jeff showed me was exactly what I asked for. I looked at a few more trucks, but ended up purchasing that first one I test drove. After all the incentives were applied to the price, I ended up paying less than expected and I received more than I expected for my trade-in. I paid extra for the spray-in bed liner and fabric protector, but these were options I asked for and were not pre-installed and forced upon me like at some other dealerships. Nobody ever tried to up-sell me on options I didn't need or want. And Jimmy Truong even made the financing a pleasant experience. This dealership definitely earns their name "Five Star" Ford.

100% Satisfied

I came in to buy a vehicle as a 'single woman,' and was extremely anxious about such a large purchase. A friend recommended that I contact John Little at Five Star Ford, so I did just that. I texted him a few days before going in, and when I arrived at my appointment, he was there to greet me with a smile and treated me as if I were the only person in the room. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Ford Vehicles, and answered question-after-question from me without growing weary. I couldn't decide, and ended up test-driving 3 vehicles before I made my final decision. I appreciated the fact that he never rushed me, or made me feel as if I was "just another customer." He made me feel like I was dealing with a friend that I had known for years, even though we had just met. His partner, Crystal Sanders, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, as well. We probably had TOO MUCH fun!

I appreciated the subtlety with which we were initially approached (no one likes getting pounced on by car salesmen when you arrive on the lot), the warmth with which we were received (it was like talking to family), and the degree to which literally everyone went to make sure, not only that we were pleased, but also that we were given more than expected. I am one of those Car Buyers that was upside down on His Trade,not alot of money down and so-so Credit...I have tried numerous times to buy a new Vehicle at Chevy,BMW etc...with no luck. Best Service I have exeperienced

I went in at 4:00 PM to buy a new Focus RS, which is a very hard to get car, after working with Nathan Blackwell, Kelly Blackwell, and Lee Clanton in internet sales, I had the exact car I wanted at the exact prices I needed it. Numbers were what I expected but the service from these individuals were far and above. After all was said and done with the sales, now it was time for the dreaded finance office or so I thought. After being called back and Introduced to Anthony, I knew I had made the right choice. He was very clear and precise on the finance options and was able to get my into a % that works for me. I could not have asked for better service from anyone here. Even Betty, the receptionist, was helpful and prompt when trying to locate Lee and Nathan when I arrived. In today's world, 99% of the time I skip over positive reviews and only review something when it is negative. This dealership is the only reason why that is not a 100%. Excellent service for a new truck buyer

Purchased from here before and needed a new truck. Figured I would start here and ended up finishing here. Aside from the length of time from start to finish it once was again a pleasurable experience.

Poor sales service

Applied for the Ford credit. Had regular email communication with Aaron. I feel where it went south is Aaron wouldn't disclose to me, the one who applied for the credit, what happened with my credit app only that everything looked good but he need any trade-in information. I emailed Aaron back with the vehicle I wanted, the trade-in info, year, mileage, and how much cash I would put down and asked if a Friday morning would be good to come in. I didn't hear back from Aaron till 3 days later in the evening to which he replied he was there and was I coming in. Well, no because I have to work which is why I wanted to schedule a Friday morning visit (the purpose of emailing 3 days before). Aaron had no problems replying to emails before then. I'm glad I wasted a hit on my credit and applied for nothing.

Great Service

I took my vehicle in for warranty repair and Josh took great care of me and my vehicle. The repairs took a bit longer than expected which is understandable for how busty they were. Josh kept me updated on the status and never over-promised what they did not deliver. I received my vehicle the day that Josh told me I would most likely get it back and my car is back to it's working condition. Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills has gained a repeat customer through this experience.

I had a great experience with Chad Ritter. After trying to work a deal with another dealership, a friend told me to call Chad to see what he could do for me. Within 24 hours I was sitting in front of him and buying a car at a great price. Chad took the time to explain lease options which were attractive but I decided to purchase the car instead. Great experince

Our overall experience at Five Star was great. David was very knowledgeable of his product and took the time to answer all of our questions. He didn't seem rushed at all and made us feel very welcome. For that matter, everyone at the dealership did. The sales manager even came over to meet us and made sure that we got a good deal in our trade-in. We were very pleased. If there is one thing I could suggest for improvement - that would be just the length of time it took to get all the paperwork completed in the finance dept. We waited a very long time for that and it was really a pretty simple leasing deal. Don't get me wrong, all the people were very nice and professional, it was just painfully long.

I came back for my second purchase with Five Star Ford. Like last time, they did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Alfred new exactly the features I would want, but was not pushy as to try to "upsell" me. He showed me my first choice and then read the situation to find the same model of car that had features which would better meet my needs. Wonderful Car buying experience

Buying a car can be very stressful and quite honestly not fun at all. I went to Five star ford and my sales person was Josh Ingram. He completely changed my opinion on buying a car. Our 2 Car Buying Experience

My husband and I went in to trade in my 2013 Explorer for an Edge and an F150. William May took the time to really understand what we were looking for and how much we were wanting to spend. My youngest son, a recently discharged US Army Infantryman had been driving a beat up old Ford Explorer that finally suffered a catastrophic transmission failure. He's working two par-time jobs and going to college. Not having a car was not an option. I called Five Star at around 2pm yesterday, and my son and I were there at around 4:30. I'm driving a new 2016 F250 SRW that I bought from Five Star in January, and my wife drives a 2010 F150 that was also purchased at Five Star. Alfred (who helped with the F250) had a number of cars pre-identified when my son and I arrived. After a few test drives, my son departed the dealership at around 7pm with a very nice 2014 Focus SE with a meager 23,000 miles on the clock at a fair price and a 4 year note with a monthly payment he could easily handle. Robert did an outstanding job finding financing at a low interest rate to boot!Alfred continues to be a blessing to myself and my family. My wife is much happier knowing that our son has a reliable car to get him around. Happy wife, happy life. Five Star once again proves that their family is here to help your family.

I live in Florida and shopped around for the truck I wanted for months online within 500 miles of my residence. I expanded my search to nationwide and found this Certified Pre-Owned 2014 Ford F150 FX4 truck at 5 Star Ford. It had nearly everything I wanted minus a few items, they were later installed by the dealer thru Sams help (spray in bedliner and remote start).We completed this whole deal over the phone and I never once saw the truck in person! Never know what to expect

We took our sons vehicle for an oil change and warranty work, since his job prevents him from doing son. We had taken it to the Granbury Ford and had such a horrible experience, I decided my next vehicle would be a CHEVY- YES that bad!! Excellent Experience - Not What Was Expected

This was my first time buying a car, and was not looking forward to having to deal with pushy sales people, or the "hassle". I went with Five Star Ford because my brother bought his truck there several years ago, and had a great experience, and they had the car I was looking for. At Five Star Ford, the sales man was not pushy, but very helpful and patient, even with miscommunication on my part. All the hassle I was worried about was non-existent. Rick was great to work with, and went above and beyond what I was expecting a sales person to do. I was even surprised to find out that someone would be going over my new car with me, and showing me all the features. That alone, was very helpful, and saved me a ton of time trying to figure out things on my own. Jimmie was great, very knowledgeable, and helpful when it came to navigating Ford's Sync system. I definitely did not expect to have the car buying experience I had, but am very grateful for it. I'm very pleased with my car, and when I need a new one, I will definitely be back!

Excellent Customer Experience!!!

I brought my 2016 F150 in on Friday, Oct. 7, at 5:30pm. I was hoping the service department would be able to help me immediately, even late on a Friday afternoon. My truck air conditioning had stopped working about 30 minutes prior to my arrival at Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills. The urgency for a repair was due to my travel plans to Austin TX the next morning to attend my nephew's wedding. We did not want to make that trip with no A/C. I went inside the service department immediately upon arrival and was greeted by Landon Owens. I explained my situation to Landon and he immediately headed out to the service bay area to see if anyone was still around that late in the day that could possibly investigate the problem with the A/C. He returned shortly and said that "Mario" was still in the shop and would be able to take a look. A short time later, my truck was ready to go and the problem was resolved! I really appreciate the customer service I received from Landon that day, as well as Mario's efforts. I have done business with Five Star Ford NRH in the past and have always had a great experience no matter the reason I was at the dealership. Great work and a great customer experience! Best Truck Buying Experience Ever

We are a small business and buying new vehicles is one of our least favorite things to deal with. When the time came to get (3) new trucks with different options, I call Crystal Sanders. She had a straight forward and well priced quote back to me within and hour. I called another dealer that we had dealt with in the past to compare the quote. The other dealer took 3 days, got the options wrong, and the pricing was murky, to say the least. We ordered the trucks and went in to pick them up. Best experience in car buying that I have had in years! Saw the car I wanted on the 5 Star Ford website last Thursday. Called the dealership and spoke with Jason Howell. Buying a new truck

This is my first experience with Five Star Ford and I was referenced to the dealership by a work mate and he told me it was a hassle free buying experience and it truly was. My workmate recommended that I contact Rick Dike and he told me he was a no pressure salesman and once again that proved to be true. Rick had a truck ready for me to test dive upon my arrival and when I told him that I was still test driving other brands he said fine and for me to let him know if he could help me in the future. After driving a few other trucks I contacted him again about driving the truck again and once again he set up a test drive. Once I decided to buy I called him the third time and in just a few minutes he had the paperwork done and turned me over to Tut in Finance. Tut was by far the quickest I have ever experienced in getting the paperwork done. He was efficient and friendly. Once I completed the transaction Rick introduced me to Jimmie Mathews to walk me through the workings of my new truck. I am really glad the dealership does this because it would have taken me days to grasp the basics that Jimmie was able to explain to me in just a few minutes. Awesome Experience

My husband and I were in late Saturday shopping for a car. We really didn't expect to come out with anything, but John helped us find a vehicle in our price range and something that we loved! After going to our local dealership and having a bad experience with the sales people I checked the internet to find a good dealership. After reading reviews I called Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills and spoke with Alfred El-Darazi. He told me that he had the Ford escape in stock that I seen on Five Star Ford website. Alfred told me to come over and he would help me out. After driving 50 miles to get to the dealership I was greeted by Alfred El-Darazi. He was extremely friendly from the moment we met and made my wife and I feel welcome. Alfred answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at. I have bought many cars over the years and can honestly say Alfred El-Darazi is the best salesman I ever had. He will treat you like family and do whatever it takes to make you happy. I personally had a wonderful experience with this dealership. My parents are financing two cars from this dealership and have been treated so greatly- that I have chosen to finance one from here as well. Mario helped us out and he was wonderful; not hesitating to help us with any inconvenience and working with our schedule. I have purchased several vehicles from Five Star Ford and will be a customer for life! I had the privilege of working with Tut Edwards and Brieanna Lopez and had an awesome experience. I have worked with Tut several times and he is very professional and also has a sense of humor and can't say enough about him. It was my first time working with Brieanna Lopez and although she was young she definitely knew what she was doing and knew all about Ford..I told her what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend and she listened to me and showed me the perfect vehicle that fit my life and I was sold..Everyone I came across there were very friendly and always had a smile on their face..Great Employees all around!!

No hassell purchase

We spotted a 2016 C Max online at the dealers website and drove to the dealership for a look. The C Max we wanted was on the show room floor but unfortunately was sold before we got there. Bob Nemri found another in inventory and had it delivered to his dealership. We got the factory rebate along with the dealership discounts and 72 month 0% (the combo was available only for the C Max). Robert Leet took care of the finance. Happy with the purchase and tickled pink with the car. It's our first hybrid...what a neat package... Stop and go traffic from Denton, Grapevine, Rockwall with 3.25 gallons....

First time car buyer

Decided to purchase a specific vehicle in Texas. Upon researching I found a vehicle at fivestar ford and contacted Sam Limo. Originally Mr. Limo stated the car was going to auction and was no longer available but contacted me a few hours later to inform me the vehicle was still on the lot for sale. After spending the day looking at other vehicles I went back to fivestar but unfortunately my bank would not do paperwork after a certain time. Sam Limo held the car for me due to my personal schedule. I drove back the next day and picked up my new car (was planning on coming back a week later). Aaron Diaz assisted with the visit to fivestar as well took me for a test drive and also picked me up from Hertz after I turned the rental in. As a first time buyer it was not bad dealing with this dealership personally. They didn't blow my phone up like a few others but still communicated professionally throughout the whole process. Dallas traffic was the worst part.

Our experience at Five Star was amazing. Our salesman was so efficient with all the paper work. Usually a process like that is such a whipping and takes your whole day. Not this time. David was awesome and when I am ready I will be going back to him for sure!

Wonderful experience

Great Sales Team in Crystal Sanders and John Little. I was pre-approved for my auto loan thru the American Airlines FCU. I went to Five Star looking for a gently used truck. Crystal pointed me to a wonderful truck with miles so low it could be a new truck. I knew where I wanted to be in terms of trade in and sales price. We came very close, within $500, of where I wanted to be and put the deal together. Best auto buying experance ever

I say and ad for a 2012 Ford F-150 SuperCrew and it was just what I was looking for. Drove to Five Star Ford In NRH which is a 90+ drive each way. I met with Sam Limo and he pulled the truck around for a test drive while my trade in was being appraised. The Truck looked great and drove great. My wife and I sat down with Sam to make the deal. Sam was a pleasure to bushiness with after a wonderful deal was reached we went to the finance man, this has always been a terrible experience in the past, boy was surprised. The finance man made the experience a real treat. This is a one of a kind dealership.

Great leasing experience

I want to take the time to say how amazed I am in the dealership and the sales associate. Destenee Dowd and Diron Lintz took there time to explain everything and go above and beyond to get me in the best deal and car from start to finish. I called an hour before they closed and Destenee was able to breakdown amounts and the best option for me before driving to the dealer to meet up with Diron who was professional from start to end he explained everything well without being pushy. Jimmy in financing was excellent as well, he explained the difference between leasing and buying, gave me his opinion in the process, broke down every figure for me and was very professional. Another Amazing Job!!!!!!

I was in need of a bigger car for my kids and myself. I went in to talk to Alfred to see if there was anything he could do. My credit has gotten better since I bought my first car from Alfred, but it is still not great. Alfred cares for my kids and my needs and said he is going to help me out. We drove a couple of different cars and Alfred was working in his head what would be best for me and for my financing. He did not work this deal to sale a car, but to take care of my family needs. I do not consider Alfred as my sales person, but as family. He always has my families best interest at hand. I am a customer for life!!!!At one point I met Jeff out on the lot and Alfred introduced me to him. Alfred told Jeff that he is going to present a deal to him in a bit and that they really need to help me for my family needs. Jeff said, "we will get it done". I was amazed at the confidence and willingness to help my kids and I. Very amazing people.I had to leave the dealership to go pick up my kids from school. Alfred said, "Jeff, you go get them and come back up here and your deal will be done." After I got the kids from school, I went home to get my check stub and text Alfred. He sent me a text that said, "Good job man, approved". They were able to get me approved for 1.9%. I was floored by their work and dedication. When my kids and I got up there, we worked with Anthony. Again, I felt like family. My kids and I went into his office and he interacted with my kids and was able to make the process go so easy. Easy and Transparent

Son had his heart set on the Blue Jeans Blue Ford Explorer with tan interior. Jim Fairweather worked his tail off to find one, loaded as we wanted and got it delivered. Really went above and beyond. Second vehicle I've bought from him this year. No games. Tut Edwards handled the financial transaction quickly, with none of the overbearing antics I've seen at other dealers.
