Long story short, this guy will ask you to buy the extra warranty and the gap insurance over and over even though you say you dont want it. Once you insist not to buy it and win, his attitude will change 180 degree. He is going to throw the contract papers (a little exaggerated but thats how i felt) on the desk at the time of signatures and initials. This guy should not be a manager. I have purchased 4 cars and helped my friends to buy car here 4times, total 8 cars for last 10 years! I like fitzmall but this guy is making me to leave! Very unpleasant experience! Very unprofessional!

I had originally written a poor review due to lost Information and schedule for an airbag recall.Fitz contacted me within 15 minutes. They took care of the recall immediately and were very curtious. They are reviewing their procedures to ensure no future scheduling issues. This is part of the ISO closed loop process. I believe they will do their best to satisfy customers.

I understand things have to be done a certain way especially when trading a car at a dealership in which you are not buying from them upon trade (at the time i did not know I couldn't trade without buying due to a lack of experience). However John Burroughs was anything but professional let alone pleasant. Not only did he coldly say he wasn't interested upon realization I wasn't buying from him but he put his hand up to deliberately prevent me from further communication and walked off briskly. A very sour experience in relative terms

We were happy with the buying experience, for our 2015 Forrester, at Fitzgerald Subaru. Michael DeJesus was friendly and responded quickly to phone calls and emails during our selection process. They are pretty firm about not negotiating on price, but the price seemed reasonable based on our research. You may be able to negotiate an extra item or two. The closing process took a little over an hour and there were no surprise fees or unreasonable last minute up-sell tactics. I'm pretty sure that most dealers will push undercoating, paint, etc, dealer service, a little, so I can't hold that against them. Our F&I representative was expedient, clear and seemed very professional. In the end, we walked out with the same price that Michael provided by email, earlier in the day. I would recommend visiting Fitzgerald Gaithersburg, as an option, during your search for a Subaru.

I came in for a headlight service. They lost the $15 bulb I provided. They wanted to charge me $40 to replace it. Then they wanted to charge $80 to put in the bracket to hold the light fixture in place. When I didn't agree to it Josh Krumpach told me my keys were in the car and to have a nice day. The service here is outrageously over priced. The service provider attitude was very disrespectful. He treated me like trash. And when keeping respectful and asking for a manager, he stated he did all he could do. His customer service was a disgrace. I have never been treated like an animal especially in a place I purchased my vehicle. I will never come here again.

My fiance and I recently were in the market for a new vehicle as our old was getting up in years (13 years) and things were beginning to wear down to the point where it didn't make sense to continue pumping money into it instead of working on getting a new car.We researched off and on for a few months, trying to narrow down the vehicle that we wanted. Finally, we landed on the Subaru Impreza 5-Door Wagon. It fit all the items that we wanted: Automatic (CVT), AWD, and sufficient cargo space; all with a really great price. Then came the moment to narrow down the dealerships. There are quite a few Subaru dealerships in the Gaithersburg/MoCo area - we had even considered going into Frederick as well. Due to stock issues, we found ourselves looking at Fitzgerald Subaru near Lakeforest.The very first time we came by the store, we were ignored as everyone was busy. It was the end of the night, we may not have looked like potential buyers (two 20-somethings in their relaxation clothes, perhaps?)... I get it. We left, a little upset. A few weeks later, we realized our time-table for getting a new car was coming to a quick end and I submitted a form on their site about a lovely red Impreza. Paul Reynolds reached back out to me (with what I assume was an automated message through their system) and gave me the price. It took a few emails to try to work out that I wanted to -schedule- a test drive. The next day, my fiance and I stopped by after work to do the test drive. We were greeted this time, and Paul was paged. We met up with him and discussed what we were looking for. He went through his spiel, and then we took the test drive. Love at first drive - for both my fiance and I. Going from a 2002 Protege5 to a 2015 Impreza was impressive (heh) to say the least. We returned to the dealership, and told Paul that we had a lot to think about. We aren't terribly fast moving people when it comes to decisions and we knew that we needed to go over our options again. Over the weekend, Paul kept us in the loop regarding other people looking at the car. I understand this was both a courtesy as well as a tactic to get us to move faster. That being said, we appreciated him being upfront with us about a lot of things during the entire process.Over the course of the next week, we decided to move forward with the car and began the process of getting our own financing through our bank. This is where the deduction of 1 star comes in. Once we started the process of buying the car, we were repeatedly talked to about their own financing. After trying to be polite more than once with Paul, his manager, and finally the finance manager, we were just fed up. If we weren't entirely in love with this car, I don't doubt that we would have walked away at this point.We got the check from our bank the next day, and brought it in. Even with our check IN HAND, they tried again to convince us to finance through them. We finally get past this point, and Paul had forgotten to update some paperwork for us regarding our new address (after we provided change of address cards) so it did delay the process a bit.Karen (the car's name) is now in our possession for over a week, and we absolutely love it. Would I recommend the dealership? Yes. But only if you either want to finance through them, or know how to say "No," and get them to move beyond that point of the pitch.The only complaint (other than the financing issue) is that I still haven't received any update about our second key. The car is supposed to come with 2 keys, and we were told we would be contacted in a few days about either finding it, or ordering another one. As of today (8 days), no word. We will likely have to reach out to the dealership to solve this.

I highly recommend purchasing a Subaru from Fitzgerald Subaru, as I have done. Alan Soon was our internet consultant and he beat a fantastic price from another dealer on the 2015 Legacy I purchased. Alan had the car waiting for me for a test drive based upon only a phone call a few minutes ahead of time. Alan was exceptionally pleasant to work with and accommodating to my children who were running around the dealership and jumping in all the new cars. Fitzgerald Subaru is a very low pressure dealer to purchase a new car. We were in and out of the dealer within a short period of time with our new Legacy! It is for these reasons I recommend Alan Soon and Fitzgerald!

Great!! (5 Stars for the sales team)Purchased a new 2014 Forester at Fitzgerald Subaru. Our sales guy Drew was fantastic. Best car sales agent I've ever worked with in my entire car buying experience. It took about 8 months to decide on buying the 2014 Forester but Drew remained patient, helpful and professional from day 1. Once he located the car I (mostly) wanted (limited selections due to high demand of this vehicle), the purchasing process was quick and simple. After the sale, Drew continued to call to make sure everything is fine and helped with service scheduling. I asked him how long before I get my refund and he said he doesn't know because he doesn't handle that stuff (really???). About 5 weeks later I still no refund so I called Subaru and they said the dealership never submitted any paper work. So I emailed them a copy of the cancellation which the finance guy told me he was mailing out but NEVER did. It's now over 3 months and still have not received my refund. More importantly, I may have never needed the service knowing I will get the same deal or better next time! Courtesy is evident with everyone in the dealership. Last year I bought my WRX from the subaru sales manager Kevin E. seriously this guy is the best in the industry! He know's his stuff, knows what he has, and knows how to sell it in a professional non pushing type of way. Ive bought 5 cars from all different dealerships in the past 6 years and this has been the best! I recently went back to take a test drive of a BRZ and get some body work done on my WRX and I will tell you top notch service! Even though they knew I was not going to buy anything that day I was treated in a great manner and did not have sales guys trying to sell me junk I knew I didn't need. My wife and I live in Frederick MD, and the Subaru dealership up there didn't have any Subaru Legacy Limited's to test drive. Since Frederick dealerships are closed on Sundays, my wife and I had only gone to Fitzgerald Subaru in Gathersburg to only test drive a Hyundai Sonata and Subaru Legacy Limited. Due to a very bad experience my wife had over 20 years ago there, we hadn't planned on buying a car from Fitzgerald.However I must say that our visit was very well received and after dealing with Thomas and the Fitzgerald team, we purchased a new Subaru Legacy Limited from them. I would highly recommend Thomas and the Fitzgerald Subaru Gaitehrburg crew and look forward to a long relationship with them.

I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service that I encountered at this dealership. I found a car that I liked listed online, so I called to confirm that the vehicle was available before driving over an hour to the dealership. The salesperson, Jacob, assured me that it was still available. A few hours later, when I arrived at the dealership, I saw the car that I was interested in parked out front getting new tags on it. Apparently, sometime in the past 2-3 hours since I spoke on the phone with the dealership, the sale of this vehicle has been negotiated. I'm not upset about this, so much as how they handled the situation. The salespeople knew that I would be driving a considerable distance to look at this car and did not notify me that the car was in the process of being sold (they asked for my phone number in case they needed to contact me). Furthermore, another employee, a taller man who seemed to be a manager type, was very rude about the situation, saying things like "well you snooze, you lose." That is absolutely uncalled for. I left to look at the car as soon as I was off of work. I felt that at minimum, I could have received an apology. This man couldn't care less about turning away a prospective customer. He told me that he couldn't help me, and it was all Jacob's fault. Jacob apologized later, but was more concerned with cursing and saying things like "aw that sucks" then helping me find a suitable car. Overall, the interaction oozed of a lack of professionalism (primarily with the taller jerk). I was willing to ignored being put on hold for an excessive amount of time when I called the dealership, and speaking with a less than friendly receptionist, but this is ridiculous. No one should be so rude and dismissing to potential customers.

Since this was my first new car purchase, I was a little nervous, unsure of what to expect and had no idea what car I wanted to buy. After lots of research, I finally decided to check out the Subaru Impreza. I submitted a request online and was immediately contacted by Thomas. When I first went to the dealership, an automatic Impreza was not available for me to test drive, but Thomas still showed me the car, went over the features with me and answered my many questions. Thomas also kept me updated with when an automatic was available so I could stop by for a test drive. I test drove the car twice and totally loved it!When I decided to purchase the Impreza, the model I wanted was not available so I ended up placing a factory order. I initially thought that doing a factory order would be a long and complicated process, but we went through the process in about 30 mins! Each time I was at the dealership, Thomas and the other individuals I interacted with were extremely helpful and turned my car purchase into an easy, smooth process for me.

Maria made us feel so comfortable - this was the best car purchasing experience we ever had.The entire purchase of our car was communicated via email and phone which was perfect due to the very long hours I work. Maria answered every question I asked in detail, leaving no doubt in my mind that it would be worth the 260 mile drive to the dealership. Upon our arrival at Fitzgerald's, Maria offered us a seat, water or coffee and then brought the car for us to look at and asked if we were satisfied that the car had the options we wanted, it was precisely as we discussed. Maria went above and beyond what is expected of a salesperson. She even called us the next day to ensure that we were satisfied and assured me that all necessary documents for my insurance were sent. Every staff member we encountered at Fitzgerald's was extremely helpful, personable, and even helped us get a fireplace mantel we picked up on the trip into our new car! We look forward to purchasing another Subaru from Maria Fittro and working with Fitzgerald Subaru again.

This is the second new car we have purchased from Fitzgerald. We bought a Scion a few years ago, which is why we came back and this time ended up at with a Subaru. Caitlin wanted us to find the car we wanted; she was not pushy at all, which would have been a big turn-off for us, and she was very responsive. The exact car we wanted was on order, and when it came in, I felt like she was just as excited as I was. There's no denying that car buying is always a hassle, takes longer than you think it will as you wade through all you have to go through when you buy a car. But I would buy from them again for sure. I LOVE how you know you don't have to haggle over the price. In our case, the price was about $1500 below MSRP; when my car finally came in two weeks later, Caitlin informed me that the price had dropped a few hundred dollars. If she hadn't told me, I would have been perfectly happy paying the price from two weeks earlier. To me, this confirms that a buyer will get the best possible price from Fitzgerald.

I found the car I wanted online, and sent a request for price to Fitzgerald. I got the automated price immediately, then a follow up from Dan within 30 mins. I was able to go and see the car the same day and purchased it. I had a great experience with Dan and his manager. The only part I did not like was the woman whose job it was to sell us accessories and dealer add ons. She tried to hard sell every little thing and would get upset when I rejected offers. The overall process took about 3.5 hours (this included me leaving to pick up my wife in the middle). Overall a good experience. With the prevalence of Fitzgerald centers where I live, I'll probably return there for my next car purchase.

Augustine was very attentive and should be rewarded for his 10/10 C.S Kevin was the best Sales manager I have ever experienced . Honest and got me the best apr, even better than credit unions super low 1.9 for 60 months. They worked extra hours that night and Ian also stepped in to help with the delivery. The service Departament put nitrogen in my tires 3 days later and I found that they have fresh cookies and gourmet coffee , free wi fi and a very helpful service team. I hope this continues and that more businesses follow the dealerships more " personal " service not just a number on somebody's forehead . I was in a car accident, and my car was totaled. I needed a new car, and I had bought my last vehicle at Fitzgerald Subaru. They were very nice to deal with in 2010, and they were just as nice in 2013. Lincoln didn't pressure me at all; he was very accommodating and went out of his way to answer my questions and ensure my needs were met. He worked with my husband to get the purchase price, with a trade in and a down payment, that met our needs. I have bought in excess of ten Subarus from Fitzgerald since I bought my first 1990 Legacy. Since then, I have never bought a car that does have AWD. The cars have been much better than average in terms of repairs, and when repairs were necessary, the dealer always gave me the benefit of the doubt. Several times, I compared prices with other dealers, and Fitzgerald always provided the best price, with no haggling. When I decided to lease instead of buy a car recently, I was given the best advice on what 'extras' to include, and it was not the most expensive package that was recommended. The Fitzgerald dealerships are so superior to others I have dealt with, that I still buy my Subarus from the Gaithersburg, MD Fitzgerald dealership, even though I now live in Pennsylvania. I have been beyond pleased with my experience in dealing with Robert Hess and Fitzgerald Subaru in Gaithersburg, MD. I had driven three Subaru Forresters prior to speaking with Robert and new exactly what I was looking for. Robert wasted no time showing me the available inventory that matched my needs and drove us around as I looked at colors to see what car would be "The One". The unique thing to me was that I was buying a car due to my being totaled in an accident that I was not at fault in. I was not happy to be buying a new car as mine previous one was almost paid off at the time of the accident. I was out car shopping with knowledge of my credit and available funds and knew exactly what I was willing to do walking into a dealership. I had been looking at another SUV thinking it was well within my comfort range and did not think a Subaru was in my range given my previous test drives with other dealers. I asked Robert to do a work up on a deal "assuming" my credit qualified me for Subaru's current offer of 2.9% and he came out even with the other dealer I had spoken with. I was astounded and asked him to put in the numbers the other dealer gave me and they just didn't add up. I also called my Sister in Law who's Brother in Law is Manager for Subaru at a dealership in Vermont to verify that I was getting a good deal. The deal was a good buy and I let them get to work on the papers. Robert had them detail the car while we did papers and numbers and went over all of the guides and basics of the car. I purchased a trunk cover that was unable to be put in on Sunday since parts were closed and when I went back Tuesday Robert himself put the trunk cover in and even walked me to parts so that I could purchase the additional trunk mat that I had found in the accessories guide he had given me. The whole process was very smooth and not stressful as my previous car buying experiences had been. To me buying a car is scary and stressful since sixty months is a very long time if you get a bad deal and you don't know that until after you buy a car. I've worked in the car industry myself in the past and purchased a Subaru because it's just a great car in the end of the day. They say the person makes all the difference and I'm really glad we met Robert because I couldn't have asked for better experience when buying a car. We will definitley be back should we need another new car in the future.

First off, the sales person I dealt with (Gary Grace) was very friendly, and did what he needed to do to get me into the dealership. I had purchased my Subaru Legacy through the American Express (pre-negotiated) program, so the dealership is making something, but not as much as they could on the deal. I was also financing through my credit union with low rate that Subaru could not match, so the only upsell possible was a service contract, and extended warranty. I was looking for a specific car; Subaru Legacy, Azurite Blue in color, and it was hard to find. Gary did the leg work to source the car, and I arranged to stop buy and pick it. Three pet peeves about the delivery of the car...- The wheel locks (that I had to pay extra for) where not installed, just tossed in the glove box.- The Car was not really polished for delivery, more of a wet wipe down, I expect more for a $30k car.- The car came with a free three month trial subscription to XM radio, and it was not activated by the dealer, I was told to do it myself...really, for $30K, do it myself?The negative experience for me, which totally upset my purchase experience was Samuel the finance guy. He was gruff, rude, and unhappy that I hadnt given him more opportunity to upsell, or make money off of me. I just wanted to get out of the dealership as quickly as possible, and even though I brought my own financing, I still had to endure 50 miserable minutes with this awful man. If Gary hadn't found the color I wanted, I would not have gone to this dealership. However, I am now warning anyone and everyone from dealing with this difficult dealership. There are plenty of gracious dealers out there, happy to provide service and make the experience enjoyable....find one and go there instead. Fitzgerald Automalls in Gaithersburg does not deserve your business.

Just dropped in on a Saturday for routine service. There were alot of people ahead of me, but Joshua, the service rep made it clear that they were moving things as quickly as possible. My wait was not too long. Even though I did not have a coupon, I got a discount on the service. Joshua explained what additional work I needed done and noted that this information was on the bill, as it was. I was quite pleased with the attention, the respect, and the work. I've been taking my car to this Dealer for the past 18 months and have been quite happy with the work and the staff.

It was a good experience. I had a problem with some dashboard lights that they identified an error code for and fixed under warranty. I had brought the car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and the lights problem. The adviser told me the tire rotation could wait until next time, based on my service record. That is a better approach than trying to up sell me something the car does not need. I used the internet lounge, drank a courtesy bottle of water, and was in and out very quickly on a Saturday. I will continue to bring my Tucson to the dealership for service.

I compared many dealers around Maryland and found Fitzgerald to have the best customer service and pricing I could find. I chose to lease my new vehicle and they took care of buying my previous vehicle without any haggling or hassles. I was very happy with the low pressure atmosphere and friendliness of Mr. Donaldson. At the end of the buying experience, Mr. Donaldson seemed more like a friend than a salesperson, which I appreciate. I will definitely be going back to Fitzgerald for another Subaru when my lease ends. Special mention to the sales manager, Mr. Engle.

There are 2 other Subaru dealers closer to my home, but I chose to deal at Fitzgeralds because I had purchased my Mazda from Fitzgerald in Frederick and had a good experience there. Nearly all of my questions and concerns were handled via email. I had taken test drives at all 3 dealerships as I narrowed down the model and options I wanted. Robert responded very quickly to my emails, and was very forthright with me. When it came time for purchase, the car had an option that didn't want (mobile internet), which required activation and a contract ($$$) for at least a year. I know I will never activate this internet thing, and asked for it to be removed and credited. Robert said he could not do that, but he was able to reduce the car price by $250 to help offsite the cost.It took me several weeks of research before I was ready to buy, and Robert was very patient and helpful. The night I purchased he also served as my finance officer, and he knew I didn't want any added extras. I knew all the costs, tax, title, monthly payment, etc before I went in. Instead of asking me the standard finance questions about extended warranty, protections, etc, he had me sign a paper that simply stated I didn't want any of those.They call their customer service the "Fitz Way", and I am very pleased with that philosophy.

I recently purchased a new 2011 Subaru Legacy Limited (6 cyl.) from Fitzgerald Subaru of Gaithersburg. My whole purchasing experience was *extremely* positive. From the moment I walked in the door, I had a good feeling about this dealership.My Sales Consultant was Bill Sherrill. His service was simply exceptional, and I can't praise him highly enough. He spent *many* hours with me as I carefully homed in on exactly what features I wanted to get with my car. (I originally planned to order it from the factory, but see below.) I consider myself a very particular consumer--the details of what I buy are important to me (I'm also a longtime subscriber to Consumer Reports and Checkbook)--and Bill was infinitely patient in helping me finalize my choices and in all other aspects of the purchase. He was uniformly cordial, knowledgeable, and straightforward. He made it clear that he was there to serve my needs, and there wasn't a single moment, over weeks of interaction, when he tried to "sell" me something.Bill's work ethic was absolutely a pleasure to see. He continually bent over backwards to help me. As just one example--and there are many others--when my car was ready to be delivered to me, he *personally* cleaned every microscopic spot on the car so that it would be perfect when I took possession of it. And when my shoe must have introduced a new spot near the driver's seat just as I was about to drive off, he saw it, grabbed his bottle of cleaner, and insisted on cleaning it too!Bill also provided me with lots of helpful advice such as how to care for the kind of water-based paint that cars have nowadays. Also, when his dealership chose not to accept my own car (damaged in an accident) as a trade-in, he candidly explained how the economics works differently between a dealer trade-in versus selling my car to an outside party. In this example as in all others, I always sensed Bill's fairness and integrity.During this purchase, I also had very positive interactions with Kevin Engle, the Sales Manager. For example, it may seem trivial, but early on I had happened to mention to Kevin the Legacy Limited's CD player, which I noted could hold six CD's. Kevin "corrected" me, saying that it could hold only one CD. But then, a few minutes later, after he had obviously taken the trouble to check his "specs," he quite vigorously announced that he had been absolutely wrong, that he had incorrectly extrapolated from some other Subaru models, and that the Legacy Limited *did* allow six CD's. Now, again, this may seem minor, but you sometimes pick up aspects of a person's character from small episodes. What impressed me was the really forthright way in which Kevin had announced that he had been wrong. I told myself that "this person cares about truth." And that meant something to me. I see Kevin as a "straight shooter"--there are no games.Now, one Saturday afternoon, I called Bill, told him that I now knew exactly how I wanted to configure the Subaru Legacy I planned to order, and we agreed that I would come to the dealership to order the car. But when I got there, I got a big surprise: Bill told me that Subaru had just e-mailed its dealers with the announcement that they had stopped building my model for 2011! (The e-mail had actually arrived on Friday, Bill's day off, and he hadn't seen it yet when I called on Saturday.) Bill and Kevin arranged for a search and located at another dealer a Legacy Limited that could be configured to include all the features I had wanted. However, doing so would cost more than if the features were simply built in at the factory. Moreover, there were two features that I *hadn't* wanted (although I could tolerate them). The bad news was that this car would cost almost $400 more than I had expected to pay for my "factory ordered" car two hours ago! I was really steamed--not at the dealership--it wasn't their fault--but just at the overall situation. Now, Fitzgerald does not negotiate--they have fixed, known prices. And I was half-tempted to just drop this purchase and wait for the 2012 models. However, I had made a rough computation that the "found" car would cost me $386 more than I had planned, and I proposed to Kevin that, if he would agree to drop the price to $299--just to make it psychologically easier for me to swallow the situation--then I would purchase the "found" car now. Kevin graciously agreed to do so. (I believe that he also said that he would have the two items that Fitzgerald would be adding to the car for me done "at cost" rather than for the usual profit.) Again, Fitzgerald does not normally "negotiate." But I believe that Kevin understood that I had been placed in an unusual situation, and I appreciated his willingness to work with me.Let me say a bit about the Fitzgerald "no haggle" method of selling cars. I like it. Though I don't have hard data, I suspect that their price is not that far above what one could achieve by aggressively "haggling" elsewhere.This is the fourth new car I have ever bought (I keep my cars a *long* time. :) ) In all earlier cases, I paid a rock-bottom price; this has been a lifelong, very conscious matter of pride to me. Now, in the present case, I perhaps could have paid a *bit* less elsewhere. But it is a measure of the enormous personal respect that I developed for Bill Sherrill and for all the time and conscientious care he gave me that I was unwilling to let his effort go unrewarded. I respect Fitzgerald's approach and did not want to play games with it.By an order of magnitude, this has been the most enjoyable experience buying a car that I have ever had. I trust that Fitzgerald Subaru of Gaithersburg recognizes what an asset they have in Bill Sherrill. I will certainly be recommending Bill, and this dealership, whenever the opportunity arises. They've earned it. :)

When I have visited this dealership first time they even did not greet or asked do I need help with anything and I was not just looking outside I was inside and came to the customer service desk but later someone finally asked me after I was in front of that desk for about 10 minutes so anyway they had this cash for clinkers ad and when they put information into their computer it gave $2000 trade in value so salesman said ok lets take look the car which I wanted and he searched for the keys and it urns out somebody sold that car like 3 hours before so I said it is OK even though I had an appointment so we have looked for another car anyway in the end Sales Manager came along and says he is going to give me $350 for my car trade in I asked to check on their clinker system and it gave $2000 again but he said there is some catch I said OK what is it and he showed me first this Cash 4 Clinkers program requires the following criteria be met To Qualify, your Trade in Vehicle MUST:Have a Clear Title. (excludes any vehicle with a "branded" title, i.e. flood, salvage etc.)Be in safe and drivable condition.Have been continuously registered or titled in the purchaser's name for at least the past 6 months.Be a 1989 Model Year or newer. And: The purchased vehicle must be titled in same name - or immediate family member.Only one "clinker" Trade-In credit per transaction.which met all the requirements so he started to telling me we have to change this that without knowing anything then I told that I changed all this with in the 6 months but still it was clear that this cash for clinker was a some sort of scam to bring people to the dealership. We bought a Subaru Forester from Gary this summer. I had the COnsumer Reports price sheet so I knew what the cost to the dealer was. The Fitzgerald markup was on the low end of what Consumer Reports said to expect, so it seemed fair. Gary was honest and not high pressure about the vehicle or the price.
