Seattle Purchase of Used/New Vehicle

Our first impression of First National Fleet & Lease, Inc. was reassuring when we received a warm greeting and welcome by Carlos. We explained we had just driven up from eastern Washington and were late due to traffic we encountered in Seattle. We asked to speak to Gokul who had taken my call requesting to come up today and see the car (2015 Hyundai Santa Fe). Call to confirm if you see a car on their website

I drove down to FNFL one day to look at a 08 Hyundai Sonata they said they had in stock on their website. When I arrived however, the car was no where to be found. I was told if there are NO PICTURES OF A CAR ON THEIR WEBSITE, IT LIKEY IS NOT IN STOCK. I wish knew this before I had driven down from Lynnwood, but the salesman was nice about it and showed me a couple of other cars similar to the one I was looking at. He also told me that Sonata's are great cars and that I should look at getting one even though they had none in stock at the time in my price range. So overall, I don't really think FNFL was trying to pull anything, and they seem like decent people to buy a car from, but their internet department certainly needs an overhaul.

Second time in this particular location. The sales staff is very friendly, and the environment is a lot of fun. Dealt with Gokul and Carlos. Would definitely recommend both.

Helped me when I really needed it

I came into First National unsure that I'd be able to buy a car, but they did everything possible to get me financed. Justin Martinez was my "car guy" and I ended up with a beautiful 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer, excellent sound system, excellent maintenance history, and a real pleasure to drive. Way nicer than I dreamed I'd be able to get. This being my first time buying a car on my own, the process was a little confusing, and in retrospect I might have negotiated the sale price down some, but the finance team worked with their lenders to get me a very low interest rate and low payments with a 3 year deluxe service warranty. The only issue I had was a small hairline crack in the middle of the windshield behind the rear-view mirror. I didn't notice it until my roommate pointed it out to me later that day, so I returned to the dealer Monday morning and Justin called several places and used some connections to get a very low quote for a windshield replacement (I had bought the car as is). I was still a little unhappy that the car had the crack in the first place, and the general manager saw this and offered to pay for the replacement. Now that that's resolved, I have to say I'm extremely happy with the purchase and I'm glad I came into First National. Overall a great experience and I went home with a fantastic car that looks brand new.

LOUSY SERVICE

ON JANUARY 20TH 2015 I PURCHASED A 99 CHEVY TAHOE WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THEY WOULD REPAIR THE DRIVERS SIDE DOOR MIRROR. AFTER ABOUT 20 CALLS WITH NO CALL BACKS THEY FINALLY SENT SOMEONE TO FIX THE MIRROR. BUT THEY ONLY SENT A PIECE OF GLASS NOING THAT THE WHOLE CENTER SECTION WAS MISSING. THE GLASS PERSON SAID HE COULD NOT INSTALL THE GLASS WITHOUT THE SECTION THAT WAS NOT THERE.I CALLED THE CAR LOT ABOUT 6-7 TIMES WITHOUT A CALL BACK ALL I SEAM TO GET THE IGNORE MODE I AM VERY UN HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AT THIS TIME THIS WAS THE 128TH & AURORA AVE N IN SEATTLE WA.
