I originally thought that the dealership was great but apparently all they wanted to do was give me to sign and then everything else went out the door they told me I Jeep and an extended warranty on that jeep I took the Jeep into a Ford dealer to get items that were supposed to be able to be fixed under that warranty at that time they took over a week to let me know that the warranty would not be covering those items because the Jeep had altercations on it from when I originally bought it and so they had me return my rental and are charging me for 90s rental and covered nothing on my Jeep so I have a broken tooth with outstanding balance for a rental and I paid thousands of dollars for a warranty that useless to my Jeep thanks First Choice Ford

I purchased a used 1 ton from these guys, after discussing my concern with them about an after market chip installed on the truck, they assured me that they want happy customers and they would stand behind their vehicle ect.Their manager also told me that overload springs were supposed be offset and not inline of the other springs on the rear of the truck. After several break downs and $6000.00 dollars in repair and many calls from me to the sales man they sent me a $1000.00 check. After that the truck ended up in the shop again I tried to get them to take the truck back for trade on a different vehicle they offered me $8000.00 less than what I paid for it (a little over a year after I purchased it) DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP

I thought that I would have to replace my transmission when it wouldn't shift. I did not give me any signs of the tranny going out it just happened suddenly. I contacted several transmission shops and to my surprise Ford was actually cheap than the locals. I was prepared to replace it and take a few days in the shop. I was really pleased that the service department called me and told me that a sensor had came out and was causing the problems. They replaced the sensor check to make sure that the fluid was still good, serviced the diffs and transfer case, changed the oil and rotated the tires. I was happy to pick up my Navigator that night, at a much cheaper bill than I was expecting. Thank you.

The staff at the service department, were as usual friendly, helpful and eager to make this service/recall appointment go as smoothly as possible. Because the necessary time to complete the the appointment was going to be longer than usual, I left to go do some other business in Rock Springs. They called me on my cell to let me know that my truck was ready. When I returned to pick up my vehicle and pay for the work done, as I went to leave I noticed that when the service tech had attempted to refill the def fluid tank the excess fluid had spilled down the side of my 2011 F-350. I went back inside and asked them to clean it up before I left. They were courteous and promptly took care of it. I do feel the Tech should have done that before he was done working on the truck.I also feel that the location and size of the filler cap for the def tank is poorly designed and makes it very difficult to refill the tank without spilling.

My whole family buy from this dealer because of how we are always treated fairly and like family. I am kind of a hard customer due to me being an extreme gear head and a car/truck fanatic. I have a tendency to be very particular and picky. Even with my tendencies they never get frustrated and in the end the buying process and overall experience at the dealer is always one that I look forward to. Great job guys

I have been here twice this summer and both times the service was great. The first time I needed my computer reflashed. Your maintenance men fixed the computer and found a fuel leak and asked if I'd like them to fix it. So I did. My truck runs great. This trip was a recall fix only. The service department and sales department we all very nice and friendly. Should I ever decide to get a new vehicle I will get a Ford from you.

I was impressed by the turn around time on my vehicle. I believe the mechanics did a good job on the light issue on my Taurus. However, I am not sure the service advisors brought their A-game that day. They had my correct phone number and email address but in spite of giving my name and address more than once they did not have it correctly on the billing. My name is John not Ryan. The fact they could not get it straight leaves me somewhat apprehensive about return service.

This is the first time I had to take my Cadillac SRX back to you a second time. I took it in to get my brake lines flushed and when I picked it up, I found out from my friend that the job wasn't done properly. So My friend called First Choice Ford the next day and explained what should have been done and hadn't. To me not returning a phone call in a timely manner is a terrible way to run a business. Just because you are the only game in town doesn't count.

I had a check engine light come on while driving from Rawlins, WY to Rock Springs. I took my 2011 F350 diesel in to First Choice Ford at 7:15 the next morning. They got me right in, diagnosed and repaired quickly. When I left, the check engine light came back on after just a few miles. When I returned, they got back to work, found the problem and fixed it promptly. Thank you for allowing me to continue my trip to Jackson Hole with only a minor interruption.

2006 Ford gt mustang, purchased in 2012.. brought it in on 8-23-2014 for something wrong with the engine. First tech seemed kinda moody. He want on vacation, the second tech Chris was awesome very helpful fixed the main problem. But a couple hours later my engine light came back on and it is still miss firing. So I had to bring it back in. Over all satisfaction 7 out of ten..

2013 ford f-150 fx4Service was ok took 1.5 hrs to do an oil change that cost me $55 could have done it faster and cheaper on my own. All fluids wernt fulled! Oil percent/ oil life wasn't reset by techs had to do that myself! Staff was friendly and nice!All and all I would say I'll come back because this is where I bought the vehicle but if service don't get better I'll find a company that wants to please their customers!!!!On top of which I was informed about coupons that FORD sends out and in the 1.75 yrs I have had this vehicle I am still waiting to receive any typd of coupons!!!!

I also work at a Ford dealership in Missouri so I had a little time to mull around in your dealership. You have a very nice place. Nice people, told me where to get a wrecker and parked my trailer in a safe place. Then got me right in and diagnosed. Was repaired by the next day.Unfortunately they didn't check new radiator hose clamps and it blew off in the middle of nowhere Nevada . Luckily I had a cooler full of water that got me to the next town where I bought $50 dollars worth of coolant.

I bought my truck over the internet, the whole process started with Larry Lloyd he was vary up front about every thing. Before this I would have not even considered buying a truck over the internet, Larry answered all my questions, he even sent me the Blue book numbers on the truck I was looking at. He called and went over the blue book on my trade in and gave me the fair book and had only seen pictures of my trade. First choice was able to get a great rate on my loan. Danielle was the finance manager that got my loan all squared away she is fantastic, my wife was not able to make the trip with me to pick up the truck. Danielle got all the paper work set up and I was able to take all the paper work back to Cody and have my wife sign all the papers and mail them back. That made me feel like I was dealing with a dealer in my home town. Then to top it all off Chance gave me the real low down on my new truck, showed me all the cool things that I could use and how to use them for towing my trailer. Start to finish this was the best experience I have ever had buying a truck, there was never any pressure, best of all I felt like I was in control not being pushed in to buying something so someone could get a commission. I have told serveral people that if they want an unbelievable car buying experance they should check out First Choice Ford in Rocksprings Wyoming.

service desk/waiting area complete, beautiful overhaul! I arrived near closing time to inquire about a simple key fuab reprogram. I was told they would squeeze me in... but due to unforeseen problems with my used vehicle it took them 2 hours to complete. I was offered a loaner car, instead of waiting. the staff worked overtime to complete this task, which was not scheduled. they apologized over and over for something completely out of their control

We purchased a pre-owned vehicle so we expected some issues, but we had faith that the dealership had at least inspected the vehicle. The battery was dead when we went to drive it so the codes were all reset. Within 48 hours the vehicle was throwing codes.Within 2 weeks the transmission went out and within 3 months the vehicle will not start (major fuel line issues, ignition issues, and dead cylinders)! This vehicle has cost a lot more than it is worth. We don't have "good" credit but we were in a situation in which we needed a vehicle immediately. We were shown the "only" vehicle that we were told they could help us with. We were actually shown the vehicle they were having problems selling. We asked for a carfax and we were assured that we would get it, we never did. We felt pressured into buying this vehicle. We will never step foot into this dealership again, nor will we refer anyone to purchase from this dealership. Our neighbor purchased a vehicle from this dealership and within 1 week the differential and u-joints were going. In our opinion, this dealership does NOT inspect the vehicles for drive ability before sell nor do they respect their customers.

Tried there hardest to void a warranty, over charge want to change every part under hood no the problem. Not goo at all! NO use of proper ASE testing techniques. ie using a water bottle to collect fuel samples really!. Do not go here for service they will rip you off

In my opinion,this dealership should be avoided. I have had experience in both ATTEMPTING to purchase a vehicle and most troubling,visits with the service department.The first thing you'll notice is the general,disgusting unkempted appearence of the facility.Dirt on the floors everywhere(showroom,service department,waiting area),dirty door-handles,windows,etc,etc.The parking lot is a challenge in avoiding the pot-holes and debris. Not very confidence inspring,but they are the only Ford dealer with in 80 miles(or more).You would be right if you guessed your vehicle would be a mess after the service dept. finished with what ever they did for you. My most recent experience concernce an ongoing quest to get the defroster of my 2009 Explorer LIMITED fixed. The unit will quit blowing warm air after variable miles of uninterupted freeway driving. VERY dangerous as ice,snow and road spray will build on the front windscreen. First Choice Ford has seen this vehicle multiple times and has been UNWILLING to do what is needed to replicate the problem. The service manager and master tech I worked with were,in my opinion,condecending,arrogent,disrespectfull and rude. I was told that they could not duplicate the problem in the shop,therefore no more will be done. There is no problem with the defroster in the shop. The problem happens regularly, but only after uninterupted freeway driving.I am sure they see their share of bogus claims,but they did not attempt to duplicate the conditions that cause the problem. I will NEVER buy a vehicle there and will do my best to spred my discontent with that stealership.

Negotiated the purchase of a pickup online. I asked plenty of questions about the mechanical condition and whether there was any rust they were elusive and dishonest on both my questions. Both outside mirrors were broken and inoperative they both needed replacement, their was rust on the under carriage and rocker panels, oil cooler needed replacement, fuel filters were in poor shape, tailgate did not shut properly, wheels where surface rusted, two out of the four back up sensors were broken, windshield had large chips and needed replacement, front grille was broken and passenger fog light was broken and needed replacement. They also told my wife the truck would be detailed filled with fuel and ready for my arrival, which was not the case, the truck was filthy with trash in the bed of the truck. They presented me with a fuel voucher and pointed me to the local gas station. I asked the sales person some questions which he seemed incapable of answering either from the lack of knowledge or the lack of trying to answer them. My wife and I payed for this truck before I arrived and were now stuck with our choice and I believe I was treated as such. They could not wait to get me out the door. Lesson learned I will never buy a vehicle online again taking someones word. Do yourself a favor and examine the vehicle in person before you buy from First Choice Ford.
