We have always used larger car dealerships such as Toyota and dodge. We were looking for a used vehicle and have always heard great things about Finnicum so decided to try it out. We had excellent service by Roy. He found what we wanted and made the whole buying process so easy! We will definitely return when we need another vehicle!

I was referred to go to Finnicum by two friends and a family member. This was my first time buying a car and I was worried like crazy, but Preston Rish made the process so easy for me! No Pressure Experience

My husband and I came in knowing what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend. Dustin printed out the trucks in my range and within a short time, we selected one, got the financing we asked for, got the trade in value we knew we deserved and walked out the door with a fabulous truck. The facilities are newer, the employees were all nice and most importantly - no one was pushy!

This was by far the best experience of purchasing a vehicle I have encountered in my 20 years of buying cars! It was a strictly internet sale but i was thoroughly pleased with TG, the selling price and the delivery process for my vehicle. Honest, helpful and pleasant. Every time I called for him, if he wasn't available, the staff was more than willing to assist. Even AFTER the sale, he has constantly checked to ensure satisfaction of the vehicle and the process. Tried to do business with them

I've heard great things about Finnicum and tried to do business with them. However over the last 2 weeks, I've stopped in, called twice, sent a text twice, and emailed and have never gotten a response. I did speak with someone when I called and they were going to have someone call me back but never did. :(

First FINANCED Car!!!

I recently financed a (New to me) 2012 Jeep Compass. I am still extremely proud of it and where I got it. They helped me get the car I wanted. Even with my limited credit history they were able to get me approved. The staff was great. Not to pushy and let me drive what ever until I found the one that best suited me. (Keep in mind, I went to several car lots in the area. Most I didn't even make it out of my car before I was bombarded by salesmen.) I can truly say it was a pleasant experience to buy my car. And any future cars or trucks will be purchased from them.

Unbelieveably, The Rumors Are True

Many of my friends have bought vehicles from Finnicum and made pleasant comments. In fact, I cannot remember one negative remark. Today I traded with them and dealt with an old friend, Scott Romero. This place is every bit as remarkable as I've heard. I told that to Scott and he replied its the best place he has ever worked. In 45 years of driving, I personally can't remember a more pleasant car buying experience. They have managed to interweave a clean and professional business with down-home friendliness and courtesy. Scott got all my questions answered. Straightforward and efficient. There was no rushing or pushiness and they didn't waste my time. I was not only satisfied with my car but was also satisfied with the deal. I checked around and they had the best price on my Taurus. They consistently have very good prices on very clean cars and trucks. Definitely no remorse after the sale as I've often felt elsewhere. After I bought the car and returned to my office, a friend asked where I bought it. He commented that he had a number of friends who had bought their cars at Finnicum and all of them loved it. Heck, they could have taped our conversation and made a commercial out of it. They definitely have a good reputation in this area and it is well-deserved.

The Best Place and People When Buying A Vehicle

Today my wife and I purchased a 2013 Honda Civic from Finnicum. We love the car and the whole buying process could not have been simpler. As an individual that use to sell cars for a living I understand the pressure that a salesman goes through to make a living. However, when dealing with Finnicum, there is no pressure at all. If you wish to just browse the lot, the sales staff will let you browse with no pressure but there is always a member of the sales staff available. My family and I have bought about 13 cars from Finnicum since they have opened and we will never deal with anyone but them. There is no hassle to get an awesome deal, they offer top trade in value, and they will work with you on what you want in a car until they find it. Mike searched for about 2 weeks to find my wife the SUV that she had to have, and Mike found it quickly and worked late nights just to get it. We purchased our black 2009 Nissan Maxima from Mike at finnicum. The whole process was very fast, easy and hassle free. I had put off getting a new car for a long time because I dreaded the buying process about the price of car and trade in value of my car but Mike made it super easy and there was no process at all. Everything was fast, straight to the point and super easy and definitly hassle free. Definitly not like any other ar buying experience I've ever experienced before. Operating Hours?

I was looking for a used car and knew that I would be in town over Thanksgiving Holidays. I contacted the dealership and their reply was that their store would be closed, but they could set up a private appointment if I wanted. I decided not to pursue since I didn't want to feel obligated after they made special arrangements for me to see the auto. In addition, I decided against the Jeep Patriot due to concerns about the reliability of older models.
