Whatever you do make sure you look over every part of the loan papers if you finance, I was surprised to find mine was for a longer period than agreed upon with the salesman, but I had already signed them and didn't find out until I pulled them 2 days later to get the v.i.n. number for insurance, communication with them since then has been terrible. If you have a problem they do not return calls I have spoken to 3 different people after numerous calls including a manager that was suppose to call me after his investigation. Finance guy had all kinds of excuses but his numbers don't add up. Be sure and do a dealer review search before visiting any dealer had I done that I wouldn't have taken a relatives recommendation to go there. Hope this helps someone to not make the same mistake I did.

Had fuel go out in truck. Waited bout 3 weeks for them to get fuel pump in. Then turns out there was sand in my tank. So had get insurance involved. Insurance did their inspection, an was told the total damage was 1059. My deductible was 1000. Insurance left check for 59. Was called and told truck was ready. Got there, and dealership gives me total of 1483. Got insurance to fix the cost. Went an got in truck to leave, an noticed check engine light on. Which I was told truck was done, an they were gonna let me leave with it. They fixed that problem. Then called to tell me it was ready for second time. But they informed me I owed 200 more for the rental car they gave me, which I already 200. Bunch of screwy people over there.

I bought a used Dodge Ram 1500 from them at a decent price, but after I paid and left with the truck is when I noticed a few problems. It was raining when I bought it and it masked the scratches and dents I found on the roof the next morning. The reason I noticed it was from the second story of the house looking down to admire my new truck. I didn't think I had to check the roof if they (supposedly) already inspected the vehicle, nor was it written in their inspection report. I also found a pool of water under the steering wheel and found the source to be coming from the roof. It was from one of the dents in the roof and drips along the electrical fuses/wires next to the cluster panel of gauges behind the steering wheel. I called the salesman numerous times, but he didn't return my calls. I took pictures and sent them to him, still nothing. I live in Corpus Christi and finally drove to the dealership to get some answers. I talked with the manager, he looked at the leaking roof, took my number again, said he could fix it, and I haven't heard anything from him in over two months. Also, the front end alignment was off and although I can't prove that they knew about it, I shouldn't be paying hundreds for an alignment after a couple months of use. 1) Scratched, Dented, Leaking Roof 2) Alignment issues 3) Zero communication 4) My time away from work to pay more money out of my pocket due to their lack of customer service. I wouldn't recommend a vehicle from them to anyone I care about or hated.

I purchased a 2006 BMW 525i 2006 with 75000 miles on it. I've only had the car for 30 days and I'm experiencing oil leaks. I took it back and they told though luck. The costs to fix the car are $3000! It's obvious they don't check their cars before they sell them. Save yourself money and stress. Google them for their other reviews.

Wife wanted to go from a cramped Jaguar S-Type to a larger vehicle for us and our 2.5 kids. So of course, I was selected as the designated person to spend their entire day looking at cars and haggling over price with a slick haired salesman. I went to 7 or more dealerships. Looked at a ridiculous amount of SUV's. Some were good and others were being sold as never wrecked when it was obvious they were damaged or flooded. Thanks to my fabulous wife and her ability to continuously find "just one more to look at" I spent my entire day going from dealership to dealership. I intentionally left the Finnegan car as my last one due to the low mileage. Well, after almost 6 hours or so of smelling Brut aftershave and having other salespeople invade my 3 foot personal space bubble, I dad enough. I decided no more looking at cars and I'm done. I called my wife and was quickly told me that if I came home with a different and new vehicle she would "show her gratitude". I quickly drove to a few more dealerships. Even stopping at the small ones to see what they had. By 5 PM or so I finally made it to Finnegan Dodge. I wasn't met with a slick haired, Brut smelling sales guy. I met with Dustin. He was nice, had the car pulled in the front and ready for my test drive. He gave me space to thoroughly inspect the vehicle, wasn't in my personal space and didn't mind me looking at every bolt and every piece of fabric. After my time consuming inspection, we got to negotiating. This took almost an hour because I like to negotiate and also I had a trade in. At the end of it all, the deal went through and I got a steal of a car. My family and most importantly my wife is very happy. The financing part took a bit of a long time but that's to be expected. I think bankers get paid by each minute they have the customer wait. I was so happy with the deal I told him to look for a Dodge Ram for me in 2 months. Will buy again from them.

Took my Dodge 2011 journey to get tires and have the alignment checked it failed the alignment and I was told had a bend or bent frame somewhere. Tried to get it seen at Finnegan to be told they had no time until some time next week. I complained at got it in today and the service advisor chewed me out because she got into trouble. Then the Service Mgr humiliated me and told me it was my fault that I should have done an alignment done sooner on my car and I could have hit a pot hole. Repair tech found it to be a factory default in the frame which I could have never done myself. The service Mgr never spoke to me again and I left there feeling less of a person. I pray I never have to go back again.


Not A Good Experience!

Went to Fennigan's after talking with Aaron multiple times. I was driving over 400 miles to get the vehicle and wanted to make sure it was in good shape. I asked specifically if it had a mechanical problem I knew was common to the F150's. The driveshaft slip/bump issue. He told me he personally took it out and drove it and it did not. I asked him this three different times before driving the long distance. I also asked if there were any other problems the dealership knew the truck had. He kept saying that their dealership does a rigorous inspection of all vehicles before they put them up for sale. When I drove the truck I knew immediately it had the driveshaft problem I had asked him about. Plus, after having it inspected by a local auto shop I learned of several other mechanical problems. (Noise by transmission where the driveshaft went in, and the front seat heater/cooler was not working. It also had rotors which shook the truck when you put on the brakes.) When I returned from having it inspected to see if they would repair the problems Aaron left and I had to deal with another salesman. He had us wait around two hours just to tell us they wouldn't work on it till the weekend was over. My wife and I made a round trip of 17 hours driving for nothing. To make matters worse, I called the next week and worked it out if they would fix three of the major issues, and they would take it back to where I had it inspected and it passed inspection I would still purchase. Aaron assured me the General Manager agreed to this and they would fix it. Aaron called me back saying they had done some work and that he was working on getting the rest done. Then the calls stopped. Just now noticed they took it off their web site so they sent it to auction. Don't bother going if you have to drive a long ways. You will waste your gas money and time off from work.
