Mr. John Cummins, sales consultant made the buying experience great even though the final delivery of car took over a week due to repairs and waiting for parts. John was very professional and patient thru the process. Love my escalade the only complaint will be that they did not take care of the scratches on the paint caused while car was in repair over a week. Overall buying my escalade was good, I commend mr. John Cummins very professional and knowledgeable he followed up and update with phone calls when car was in repair, before delivery, thanks again, sincerely Ricardo Guillen.

I had a problem with the GPS system in the car. They had to get a part that was not on hand in the service dept. The car has left at the Fields over night and I was given a car to use. Next day my car was washed and the GPS was fixed.Good job by all.

Their professional attitude and courtesy made it extremely pleasurable dealing with them. My wife and I had made the decision to no longer deal with GM as a result of multiple poor experiences at Chevrolet. Coming home from work I had a flat tire and called Roadside Assistance. A young man was dispatched within 45 minutes he arrived with a new tire and a huge warm smile. I knew all was going to be ok. His name was Ken and he worked for Field Cadillac and what a great ambassador he was. Soon I was on my way. The next morning I went to Field Cadillac to get my patched tire put back on and was greeted by name in the service department. The General Manager, Mr. Palmer also came around to check on me. I was told I was within a 1,000 mile oil change coming due so I got my car serviced, they also washed my car and fed me breakfast! Why wouldn't I love Field Cadillac?

Our experience here at Fields Cadillac has been by far one of the best we've ever had. From the relaxed, no pressure atmosphere to the delicious food made at the kitchen, every aspect about this dealership is nothing less than perfect. We bought a used Buck Regal CXL Turbo and we were treated like we were buying a new car, when we shook hands on the final deal, every single one of the sales team came up to us and congratulated us, including the manager. That made us feel so welcome that we are part of their family. That is how a luxury dealership should treat people. They were also extremely willing to make a good deal, it was fantastic, we didn't have to do much haggling back and forth, we gave them a set price we can do each month, and the fantastic finance department got us within $4 of that, we were absolutely surprised that they did that so willingly and with much enthusiasm to get us that price. Every step is explained in thorough detail and they don't try to be slick and slip in "Misc. Charges" like other dealerships do. This dealership truly represents the Cadillac brand, and they have definitely gained a customer for life.

Service dept. is the best that I have ever worked with. You feel confident that they will not recommend unnecessary repairs. When it was determined that a broken cross arm was missed during a previous service, it was replaced and tires that were worn because of the missed broken crossarm were replaced!

Everyone was very professional and courteous when I arrived. Things changed after I was there for about four hours. I was told different prices for the automobile then was told I would have a check for the amount of the overage sent to me. Then they decided to keep my refund by telling me they were giving me something free while they were adding it to the invoice so they wouldn't have to refund me the change. I'm still waiting a week later for my money and the additional key they said they had. It was the worse experience I've ever had.

My best experience is at fields of st Augustine, never have I been Disappointed and always treated in a first class manner. Over the years I have had contact with a Number of service writers, the best by far is Sherri cranes. She always takes excellent care of me And the job is always done to perfection, because she makes sure it is. The way I have been treated at fields Cadillac by Sherri and the other employees I would not hesitate to buy another car from them.

I recently bought a used vehicle from Fields Cadillac in St Augustine. It was a unique process because, having only seen an internet ad, I bought the vehicle "sight unseen" relying only on assistance from Jeff Owen. Once the terms were agreed upon, I flew from Little Rock, AR to St Augustine to finalize the deal. I then drove the vehicle back to my home in Arkansas. I must say that this was the best vehicle buying experience I ever had, and I have been buying vehicles for over fifty years. Jeff picked me up at the Jacksonville Airport and we did the deal in less than an hour. Jeff also called me three times while I was driving home to check on me. This was far above anything I expected. I am a retired executive from Boeing and my last position there was heading our Customer Service unit for Boeing's Information Systems Center. My customers included worldwide internal Boeing users as well as NASA and other space and aerospace agencies. The people who worked for me were required to not just make our customers happy, but to delight them. I can honestly say that Jeff took the extra steps necessary to ensure I left Fields Cadillac an extremely delighted customer. Thanks for the first class service.

From start to finish, this was a very good experience. The sales consultant, Dan Beyette , responded almost immediately to my email and promptly sent me a complete set of photos of the car I was interested in. We drove from southeast Orlando to St. Augustine a few days later and Dan had the car waiting for our inspection and test drive. After the test drive, we were treated to lunch by the dealership while some minor items on the car were taken care of. Discussed the price with Randy, I believe he was the used car manager, and with very little hassle, we arrived at a very satisfactory agreement. This was the easiest car transaction that I have ever experienced. I would not hesitate to recommend Dan Beyette and the staff at Fields Cadillac in the purchase of a new or used automobile.

the cadillac dealer engages in unfair and deceptive business practices. We talked to a salesman about a car that they didn't have and couldn,t guaruntee us a delivery date on and where asked to put down a deposit, salemans words, that was really for a place on a list for a car without a warranted price or delivery date and that you lose the "deposit if you fail to take deliivery for any reason. No one would accept such of rediculous aggrement. They are forcing me to sue them in small claims court to recover.
