The experience at Ferrari of central Florida absolutely could not have been better. Curtis Engel is an awesome salesman and does a great job of making the experience a quick, enjoyable and more importantly informational one. There is no question that Curtis couldn't answer. He is a very helpful guy and made me fully aware of what I was getting in this car. I got a good deal on a very good car. You know exactly what you get when you buy a car from FOCF. I cannot recommend FOCF and Curtis Engel more highly. You should not look anywhere else when it comes to purchasing a Ferrari or Maserati. Giovanni is also fantastic to deal with. He explained the warranty that I decided to purchase on this vehicle in an easy to understand manner, and it has given me tremendous peace of mind with my car.The service department led by David Waterson is also fantastic. I know my f430 will be in good hands when it goes on for service.

A dream realized
Let me start by saying I've owned many high end cars from BMW, Lexus and Audi. I've purchased just about every brand as well from Chevrolet to now Ferrari. I looked at many dealerships on my business travel trips even though I live within an hour of this one. I looked literally from California to NYC. being just a regular hard working guy I would always walk in wearing street clothes and always received a negative response from the staff. That is until I came into this dealership. They treated me with respect from the moment I walked in. My salesman Stuart Clennell took the time to listen to me and get to know me in order to find the perfect car for me. He went out of his way to source cars from private individuals to other dealerships in order to find my dream car. It couldn't have been easier to find the perfect car. Stuart kept me updated along the way and found a perfect car for me in a fraction of the time I had spent on the internet and other dealerships looking myself, also at a fraction of the price. Every salesman in there knows me and genuinely treats me like family when I go in to just visit as does the owner. Every step of the way I've felt like family from shopping, buying and just visiting. My experience at this dealership is educational..The service department is where the real help is ..Buying a car is one thing ..But the years of service that follow the sale is how you truly learn how much the dealership cares about the people ..I'm at the beginning of my second ownership of a Maserati..The main reason I purchased the second one is the certainty that I have about how it will be taken care of.I feel like I get an education on how to better take care of my car every time I visit the dealership ..Both Dave and Rocky put a lot of effort in making sure I know what's going on and in putting my mind at ease and insuring that I'm comfortable with the service being performed .

Alex and his team define the concept of white glove treatment. Completely personalized service, The attention doesn't stop at the sale of the vehicle. I have gone to other dealers for High End vehicles and they didn't come even close to them. Mercedes, Porsche and BMW beware. Maserati is in town and getting a new building. Really Great Experience
Having dealt with multiple other dealerships when deciding on my new car, FMoCF was definitely a standout. I showed up late one afternoon and even though it was close to closing time, Brian didn't rush me at all. He took me for a test drive and spoke honestly about the pros and cons of everything I was looking at. This honesty and integrity of business would be a theme throughout my purchasing experience. Brian and Stuart worked to find the right car for me with the features I was looking for and the end result was great. Contact came too late
I contacted the dealer through cars.com in the last couple of days in December, I finally got an email response in Feburary, Two weeks after I had purchased a different car. A little more timely, and they could have had a sale.
used Bentley buyer from Mid-Atlantic
I found the used 2007 Bentley Convertible GTC at Ferrari of Central Florida on a search site. Spoke to the sales Manager, Stuart Clennel. He was very professional.Always called or emailed me back. They delivered the car to the Bentley dealer- across town and picked it up for the pre-purchase inspection. There were a few cosmetic issues. Stuart was very easy to deal with. We came to a price and they did some minor repairs and touch ups-very well done. I flew in to Orlando for a quick visit to inspect and drive the car and it was just great. The wheels had some very minor curb "rash" ( I couldn't see it from 3 feet away, but they did) and they insisted on fixing them. I even asked to have the front license plate holes filled and painted-no charge. They DETAILED the car before shipping. They arranged for shipping to my office in a Mid-Atlantic state in an enclosed luxury/exotic car delivery truck. Driver was very professional and courteous. Papers were send back and forth by UPS overnight. Their title clerk, Ms Miller, was so pleasant and professional. Car arrived 1 day ahead of schedule 12/23 and very clean and perfect. Merry Christmas!! I kept waiting for something to disappoint. Never happened. A total delightful experience. I would highly recommend Stuart and his team at Ferrari Central Florida. As an out of town buyer, it is with apprehension that we deal with unknown dealers- my experience was very similar to my last new Bentley purchase. THEY COULDN'T DO ENOUGH FOR ME. I am saving for a Ferrari California. I will buy it from these guys.

Great experience as a First time Ferrari buyer.From start to finish Ms Tara Brevard was a consummate professional, she had excellent customer service skills, friendly and courteous dealings, with in depth knowledge of the Ferrari I was interested with and provided me an extensive vehicle service history. She took her time to provide me with detailed copies I specifically requested regarding the 2002 575M I was purchasing. Ms. Tara has gone above and beyond in providing me a sense of security with a large ticket item purchase sight unseen. Ms Tara earned my trust that I was buying from a very refutable organization base on my experiences from 1. sales/purchase , 2. Ferrari financing, 3. trading my Porsche Turbo 2012 Panamera and 4. shipping cars from Orlando, to and from New Jersey.This complete transaction went very smoothly and trouble free . However what is worth really mentioning is that after sales & delivery process was completed, Ms Tara, even continued to follow through with me to make sure I was completely satisfied and happy with my purchase 1-2 weeks post delivery process. No integrity at all....
Tried for a week to negotiate on a car they took in trade. They kept giving me the run around that service needed to check it out etc. I knew it was the car, options, equipment I wanted and simply wanted to negotiate a price, reserve it and check it out. Told the staff / Finance mgr i was going to come see the car on a specific day and time. Drove 600 miles to the dealership to see it and meet the General Manager in person. Met with the GM he was professional and gave me a tour. Took me to the car which was up high on a rack and not able to see it. Made a deal that came down to $500 on the car with the GM and he had to leave so he left me with the sales manager. The sales manager excused himself and then came back and told me he would not honor the GM's deal and wanted to charge me $7000 more for the car as they needed more profit. Basically giving me the attitude that I was not good enough and my money was not green enough to buy a car there. So I left. Spoke to the gm the next day and he made a claim that the car was deposited the morning before I got there. Weird!!!! He and the sales manager negotiated on the car and did not know if they even sold it. This after I tried to work a deal out all week. . it's been almost 2 months now and the car still shows in inventory. Really bad integrity here, did not care at all about their reputation and made it next to impossible to buy a car. I called another Ferrari dealer and made a deal easily with them without a run around and they made a price and honored it. My personal experience.
