Everything went smoothly. Just purchased a new Ghibli a few weeks ago. I love it. Professional service was provided. The whole team is kind and quick. I put in online inquiry and they responded immediately and answered all of my questions. Further questions were returned with a quick call. I was never rushed during the delivery and my sales rep answered all of my questions regardless of the time. Best car buying experience I have ever had! Loved the customer service and the purchase.

Worst dealer. Bought a Ferrari there years ago. Wanted to buy another new one and possibly also one they had for sale preowned. Sent emails. Left messages. Even went in person. They never called back or followed up. Years ago they were good but all personnel from then are gone. New crew is useless there. Ended up buying two Ferrari's at another dealer two weeks later. Their loss. Now months later still never heard back from Central Jersey!

Details of previous owner care was honest, provided with additional backup information as support. You cannot go wrong, dealing with this top notch team. On top of that, their detailing department, is nothing short of magical.

My experience with this dealership was superb right from the get-go. I bought a used BMW750Li, which was is excellant shape. The salesperson, Mr. Konner was a real gentleman. The weather was damp and rainy, and he pulled the car indoors so I can have all the time to inspect the car thoroughly. Couple of weeks later, while I was still educating myself on this car, I noticed that the Spare Tire was completely in a bad shape. I called the salesperson, and without any questions asked, the dealership supplied me with a brand new Tire. I have been to many many dealership the the Tri-State area, but without a doubt, this was the best dealership I visited. I just couldn't find anything negetive. Hope they continue to be the best in the area.
