I was nice to be able to talk. They listened to what my needs were. We tried to make a deal that first night but couldn't. I waited for the next months incentives to see if we could come to a deal. Two days later they gave some more and so did I and we both ended up happy with the deal. Finance was also great to work with.

I brought my car in because the Computer was shorting out. I explained when I came in back on June 10th, that something is shorting out the computer. I advised that i was able to unplug the neg cable and make the engine light go away and fix the car until it shorts out again. They first insisted the problem was the TIPM basically all the FUSES for the car. It was over $700 and did not fix the problem, infact it lasted about a month before the computer shorted out again. Now they told me its the computer that needs to be replaced, They wanted another $900.for it. They agreed to knock the price down to around $550. They also guaranteed me this would fix my car and if it ends up being something else its on them because for the $700 repair that didn't need to be done and the $550 computer that didn't need to be done the car could have been repaired if they diagnosed it properly.Well guess what it didn't fix the issue so I had to again bring my car back in August, They kept my car for a week, they didn't let me know what was going on and they didn't give me a loaner. I picked up the car and it lasted less than a month once again. This time i got the GM involved Jason Whidden who said he would take care of. He set appt so that i could have loaner this time and not be without a car for a week again. I got the car back and this time they replaced 2 wires that are the supposed cause of the short but still have not fixed the car the computer is still shorting out. After placing this review I was called by the GM Jason who set us up with a loaner so that they could again attempt repair. They got Chrysler on the phone and they replaced the ignition. When I picked up the car I drove across the street for dinner and the car shorted out again. We immediately returned to the dealership where they gave us the loaner car back. They searched high and low throughout the wiring but have not been able to locate what is shorting out the computer. They replaced the computer and attempted multiple times to short out the computer the same way I was. I think it Has to do with T15 circuit since of the codes before it shorts out was p0882 which also relates to listening to the radio while the car is not running. To me that seemed to be when the short was occurring. I picked up the car this morning 11/8/16 so time will tell if computer number 4 does the trick or if there is something that is still shorting it out.

My old minivan was on its last leg, and I had spent several weeks shopping for a new truck. In my search for the perfect vehicle, my son and I hit just about every dealership in our area, and believe me, I encountered my fair share of smarmy, annoying, and condescending salesmen along the way (not sure if that was their personas or if it was because I am female??). Anyway, I went to Ferman to look at a specific truck that was advertised online. As I pulled into a parking space, a salesman approached right away. I almost dreaded getting out of the car, but then I met the most awesome salesman ever, Michael Cantrell!! Michael is the complete opposite of smarmy!! He took me seriously, listened to what I wanted, treated me with respect, didn't try to steer me to a different vehicle, and didn't pressure me to buy. My adult son is a total gear-head and was my automotive fact checker during my car search; Michael answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the truck's features. He understood that this was a major purchase for me, and he truly had the patience of a saint. Once I found the perfect truck, my husband and son, and I went to the dealership to close the deal, but we couldn't initially reach an agreement with the business manager. Even after we walked away, Michael stayed in touch and kept working to put the deal together, and within a day or two, he made it happen (and even got the side-steps and tonneau cover that I wanted)! Once the deal was made, the financing process was a breeze. Thanks to Michael and the sales team, I got everything that I wanted at a fair price, and I love my new Ram 1500! He even followed up with me after I purchased the vehicle to make sure I was happy with the truck. Michael is truly the epitome of great customer service, and he made buying this truck a pleasant experience! Although I dealt mostly with Michael, everyone I encountered at the dealership was very professional and helpful. It just seems as if the culture at this dealership is customer-centric, which is so refreshing for a car dealership. This was a first car buying experience for my oldest son. We had visited Courtesy in Tampa on Hwy 60 and had such an awful experience. In one afternoon, my faith in the car sales process has been restored. Pete Andrianopoules was great to deal with. He took his time walking my wife and I through their inventory and went out of his way to explain the different features in the vehicles so we could narrow down our selection. After the test drive, our plan to explore other makes/models went by the way side. We knew we found the vehicle we wanted so no need to spend more time going from dealer to dealer. We worked through the basic with Pete and then were handed off to Scott Poth. After a short discussion with him, he went to work and not only found the financing we were hoping for. He found better! What a classy guy! He did not have to do what he did but in the end, he convinced us that Ferman is the kind of dealership that really cares about their customers.All in all, what a great afternoon that ended with a drive home in our new Chrerokee.

I really didn't have much time available for paperwork, so everything was done over the phone and email until the date of pickup. Anyone who has purchased a Wrangler knows that the dealer experience can make or break it for you, and I was pleased that the process of buying a keep was simple and fun. Wish we'd been able to get there a little earlier for a tour but that was completely on me and the dealership bent over backwards to accomodate my time slot.

I want to give a thumbs up to Mike Cantrell for his patience in a tough situation. I came in looking for new car after my previous purchase at Ferman - 2012 Dodge Journey - had repeated transmission problems. On 4 occasions the transmission failed, ruining two weekends with my son. I finally gave up and went to trade it in last weekend. With the unique situation, Mikes GM, Jason Whidden basically took over the negotiations. We went back and forth a bit and was told I got about $4000 for my upside down trade in (about $900), inconvenience, rental costs, towing costs and a very disappointed son who missed his BMX state championship weekend. I was told it was the best possible but I don't really know! Sticker was $30,990. Lease order shows agreed value of $31,250 (+$260?). Service fee, service contracts and protection package brought it to $33,130. On the lease the agreed value was $31,849 (+$599?). Add in service contract and trade payoff and capitalized cost was now $34,010! Not seeing where I got credit for my time, costs and inconvenience. I did get what I wanted - a car that ran with no new up front cost at about the same cost per month. Just not sure about the numbers at all and I should be! My responsibility too. After 2-3 hours I'm tired and want to get it done. End of the day I don't care that much. I'm driving a new car for same monthly cost, leasing not owning but OK w/that. Did I mention problems with the new car? Back in today for service at 150 miles! (Steve in service is terrific!) Parts ordered and have to go back again. 6th visit in a month! Not sure how anyone could look at this as an exceptional experience. Some of the rating below I can't fill in because I just don't know what I got!

This started as a typical car buying experience filled with multiple hands in the cookie jar and your stereotypical back and forth haggling but in the end, once ego's got set aside and everyone decided to focus on the task at hand we were able to get a deal done that everyone felt comfortable with. Tina, Julio, and Mike C were all excellent. I am not an easy client to deal with as I expect excellence. When all was said and done, we all got what we wanted. Go see Tina, she is a great salesperson. Julio is the only sales manager you should deal with, he is upfront and if he was able to tolerate me he can deal with anyone.

We purchased a 2011 Jeep Patriot from Ferman of New Port Richey on July 17, 2016. We originally thought we had a very pleasant car buying experience with Tracy Buczkowski and Finance Director, Robert Packard.On Tuesday, August 23, 2016, my husband was driving the 3 miles home from work when the Jeep stalled while turning in downtown Tampa. We had the car towed to the nearest dealer, Jerry Ulm in Tampa. We were informed our newly purchased Jeep needed new wheel bearings and had axle fluid leaking. I told Jerry Ulm the car was a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle purchased a month ago that had just been through a stringent inspection. Jerry Ulm said the Jeep would not have passed their inspection and the work was not going to be covered under our Certified Pre-Owned Warranty.(In reviewing our Warranty, axles and wheel bearings are specifically covered under the Certified Pre-Owned Warranty). They are also supposed to be inspected prior to classifying a car as "Certified."We received the vehicle back on Friday, August 26. I immediately called Tracy Buczkowski to inform her of the Jeeps mechanical issues. She assured me that the Pre-Owned Service Manager would call us back. Although the store is open all weekend, we wanted to give the benefit of the doubt when we didnt receive a call back on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. But now it has been a week. I also sent an email to them on Tuesday, August 30. No response. I cannot believe that this is the way Ferman does business.

I think the salesman (Adam Rugg) was great Adam knew what i was looking for and also knew what i was able to pay In the end result Adam is the reason why i continued to be a client of Chrysler..If there were anything i would change about the Ferman dealership it would be two things: 1st, I would have liked to meet the owner of whom i purchased a vehicle from when i bought it. 2nd, In the past every time i needed service, I'm left leaving a message and sometimes don't get a call back till the next day. Ferman needs to step up there service dept. If this helps i will direct you to a chrysler dealer that has their act together in there service dept. (Dutchess Dodge in Poughkeepsie NY. ) I have purchased 7 brand new Rams from Dutchess Dodge because of the service. You are only as good as your service.. My husband and I have been speaking to Roy Faulkner for a couple of months now on financing a 2016 wrangler unlimited. He explained to us that we needed $4,000.00 down before we could do the deal. We saved and kept in contact with him during the 2 months and when we were ready we contacted him again to let him know we were ready and to have a jeep ready for us by the end of the week. When the time came he stated he had 8 jeeps within a 400 mile radius that he could get for us. He said he would contact us first thing this morning and we never heard from him so my husband calls him at 12:00 and he does not respond. again an hour later and he says hes in a meeting. Then at 3:00 my husband contacts him again and he says hes been with a customer since 10:00 a.m. so my husband tells him he doesnt appreciate being ignored and him not letting us know something. Roy then tells us that he wishes us luck with someone else to help us. What kind of salesman does this? Why did he offer to help us so much and then drop us when we are ready to make the purchase??? My husband then calls and leaves a message for the sales manager to call us back and at 3:00 today and it is now 7:30 and still no respond from anyone at all.

Our salesperson Chris Zenick is the most honest and sincere salesperson we have ever met. Our purchase was agreed over the phone before we even test drove the car. To my surprise , what we had agreed on was actually the final price. I've never experienced that. Our experience at Ferman was nothing but good as I got my "new" pre-owned Dodge Journey! Breanna Banaciski took us through the whole process, and it was a great departure from the typical sales lot. We had our two kids with us, and while most dealerships ignore the kids and try to press on like robots, she completely embraced our family and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and happy. We really felt like we were speaking with such a genuine person, and that ultimately made us much more comfortable with our purchase. We highly recommend both Ferman and Breanna!

The customer care service was on a scale of 1-10, an 11, I kid you not. From the minute we entered the dealership to the time we pulled out with our Challenger bar none the best. This is my 6th purchase from Ferman of New Port Richey, FL. That have a great team. I purchased 5 vehicles from Ray McGee who is now retired. To my surprise the salesman that helped me this time was named Ray but his last name is Haas. Ray did not pressure me at all. I have never been pressured at this dealership in 25 years I have been going there. Ray made me feel right at home and knew cars and trucks. He helped me pick out a Dodge Ram Sport that is BAD A**. The next time I go to Ferman I will shop again with Ray Haas. The assistant manager that assisted with the sale was Julio Ayala. Julio also did an outstanding job. Did I say the truck is BAD A**? I can't say enough about the experience my husband and I had! First, at 9 in the morning my two young kids and I walked in and were immediately greater by Breanna. She was very informative and full of life. She was amazing with my kids, as well as patient. Later when I came back with my husband she was patiently awaiting my arrival. She kept great communication with us throughout the entire process. I couldn't believe this was her first official sale. From start to finish I was treated like the only customer in the place... I came to this dealership because of the high marks they got in reviews and I was not disappointed at all.. I started my shopping online and was greeted through chat by Walt who reassured me they could help me through the process.When I showed up the next morning I was greeted by Walt and his salesman Robert. Robert took care of everything and treated me as a friend from the beginning... I was comfortable and surprised that there was not any hard sell or misleading tactics to try and get me into a car of their choice instead of mine..What I saw online and wanted is what I drove off the lot with that day...They even washed the truck and filled up the gas tank!..I have never bought a car from a dealership with such class and style..I have to mention Scott who got me in and out of financing in half an hour so I could get to work on time that afternoon...What a team....A+++ all the way... Honest and Trustworthy..They did what they said they were gonna do and that means a lot to a consumer.

Had an incredible buying experience at Ferman Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram. To sum it all up the overall experience was exceptional. I have not only purchased a 2016 Chrysler 300C but also a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Overland within a few days of each other due to Tina Robinsons focus on making it a wonderful experience for me. Tina was willing to take whatever time needed to make sure I made the right choices. She was fun to deal with, friendly and a class act in respects to representing Ferman. Tina contacted me in response to me reaching out on an Internet search and was very helpful and very patient. When I went to the dealership, with knowing what I wanted in mind. She facilitated the process on both purchases and made the experience quite pleasant. (so many car salesmen associates tend to be "fast talkers", pushy, obnoxious shysters, make one feel like a piece of road kill with vultures swarming around and don't seem to hear well). Jonathan Widing was our sales person and he allowed us to process everything electronically so that when we came in it was inspection, drive, and paperwork ready to sign! Previously we had contacted two different dealerships that insisted on doing everything by phone and coming in. He worked on his day off, stayed until after 9pm due to how late we arrived after work. Then it was in with Finance Manager Scott Poth who made it painless, easy, and got us a better deal with financing than we expected. The only reason we spent an hour a half at the dealership was because of a walk-in purchase and finance before us. But really only there for an hour and a half because we could do everything electronically beats the old days of 4 to 6 hours on a Saturday! Thanks all you were great!

He went way above and beyond informing me of the pros/cons of the vehicle and helped me customize a jeep to fit my needs. I walked into this dealership just to get an up close look at the Jeep Renegade after Googling it for days and days. It now feels like a second home to me. Today I am the proud owner of a 2016 Renegade. I really fell in love with the unique orange....it's absolutely stunning!! We started by getting an online quote for a car we wanted to trade (which I have written proof of in email) where they gave me a quota and asked me to come in. We got there and it was all lies. If you hope to get a good finance rate for a used high mileage vehicle while having very good credit, forget this dealership. I got a rate of double digits which I would expect from dirt path used car lot giving a loan to bad credit customers. I had very good credit around the 700's and once I heard that double digit rate I was surprised and then they mislead me to think that other banks would possibly give a better rate so i agreed for them to check. I had to call back 5 times that day with no response after giving them more then a half day to check. Finally at 7 PM one of their staff called me and said they couldnt get a better rate but, it was a moot point then since i left a message with their receptionist and a voice mail with their used car lot manager 2 hours prior to cancel the deal which i assume their sales department never got so that further speaks to the ineptitude of their customer service.. I never seen a manufacturer dealership work so inept at finding a great rate and following up with a customer. Was a complete waste of time since they never told me that they had no real bank contacts that would give them great rates but, rather they get generic rates. Their excuse was any vehicle with over 100k miles would get that double digit interest which isn't true. Every bank has different mileage standards and they were clueless to that.

I just bought a car yesterday from Ferman CJDR in New Port Richey and it has been the best car buying experience EVER. I came in not even knowing that much about their selection, previously having a Nissan, and Tracy Buczkowski was able to find me exactly what I was looking for and within my budget. Not to mention, I came in 30 minutes before their closing time and yet her enthusiasm, dedication and energy were unparalleled. Scott Poth also, not even having to help out, came out to help and look up specifications on a few cars I was interested in with no hesitation and you could not only appreciate their knowledge and attentiveness, but sincerity and their goal to make you comfortable and happy. I ended up buying a 2016 White Chrysler 200s at an amazing price thanks to the help of these two phenomenal individuals as well as to the help of manager Julio Alaya who went above and beyond as well. my side slider door would not close all the way after $729 I used it 3 times then on the 4th closing my entire door panel fell off on the inside. Took it back twice. Now my door will not close! And none of my automatic buttons work all because they did not secure my door panel!!! They said they could not figure it out now I am out of a lot of money and my van is worse than it was! I am a paraplegic I drive my self now I have to take someone with me to manually close the door they have taken my independence away from me! I live on my SS I only make $732 per month. They have messed my whole life up an entire new door is $600. Shame Shame on you for taking advantage of an elderly handicapped person.

I just wanted to talk about two individuals that have made a huge difference and went above and beyond their duty. First, I bought my car through Jim Zabel who made me fell so comfortable through the whole car buying experience. I wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted and he showed me the cherokee which is now my favorite car! and explained the whole process with the finances making my experience so much easier. The next individual I want to mention is Jamie Ward. I came into the dealership for a routine oil change. I had to bring my 6 ans 8 year old boys due to the timing of the appointment. My 8 year old loves cars and always had. He is autistic and his day was already off from doctors appointments he had that day. Him and his brother thought it would be cool to run through the tent that was connected to a car in the show room. When I finally got them in the waiting room and told them they weren't allowed to do that, my 8 year old started crying and yelling hysterically. Jamie came in and started to talk to him and explain why they couldn't run around and gave them a couple toy cars to play with, some snacks to eat, and each a cup that they filled up with a drink of their choice. He calmed down instantly which is sometimes a challenge with him and they left there with the biggest smiles on their faces.Jim and Jamie are an asset to you company and have went above and beyond to make me and my family comfortable at your dealership.

A few years ago I was in a competitor's dealership and watched the service department man talk a man into $600 worth of work he did not need. Today I took my town and country in because it had an electronic ignition key problem. The man told me it would be a $100 to determine the problem. When I went to pay for the work, I received a big surprise. They told me the part was under recall, and they had fixed the problem. They provided me with 2 new keys, and didn't charge me anything. It is comforting to know that an honest dealer is out there. I will certainly use them when I need more work done.

I have purchased countless cars and without a doubt this one was the best. My wife had decided to buy a Subaru Legacy and the night before our appointment to place our order I saw a commercial for "America's Import", got online and thought the Chrysler 200 might be a better option. The next morning My wife reviewed the Chrysler web-site and decided to "just go look". The staff at the dealership went out of their way to accommodate our requests and allowed us to experience all of the options and technology that the 200C offered. We ultimately decided that the Chrysler was the better car for her needs. During this process we met Jason Whidden the General Manager. He could not have been more attentive and focused on making sure we got the deal I wanted. We ended up ordering the exact car my wife wanted. Jason personally kept us aware of the status of our car as it was built and shipped. When we took delivery EVERYTHING was in order and the process was flawlessly. That was almost a year ago and since then we have had the opportunity to use the service department for maintenance. The customer lounge is comfortable and clean. I have referred a client who also purchased a car and is very happy as well.

Ferman won, I lost. I got the bug to buy a new car and trade a 3 year old 24K mile perfect condition car. Ferman threw the numbers at me and like a inexperience car buyer I am, I purchased. I went home and figured I paid 4K too much and also paid $69.00 for their add on lug nuts that probably cost them $10.00. Also they cheated me out of the 500.00 military incentive. I thought car dealerships were supposed to change their sales tactics and not take advantage of less financial savvy buyers.

Let me start out with my wife and I talked to ferman dodge over the phone and internet and had a deal done because we lived over 4 hours away. My wife had the,dealership guaranty what our monthly payment was gonna be before we got there or we where not going to make the drive. So they did and we made the drive. Next day they called asked when we would be there so the could have paperwork and cat ready for us when we got there, that's nice and to be expected when you are driving that far. Skip toward we get there nothing is ready, wait for to hours payment is not what promissed, car is scratched and they had no intention on fixing it and both,the salesmen, and sales mamger(Mark Goode) where completly rude. Never going there again even if that was the only place I could get me free oil changes. I love how they think they have done something for you but they did not do anything, the price on the internet has nothing to do with the salesmen so don't tell me you have me a smoking deal, it is called rebates because the company gives them not the dealer. xxxx salesmen!

Good service. I was originally very upset about my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee having to be taken in for a check engine light 4 times in 2 months, and 11 times in 3 years for other various issues including 3 factory recalls, but after speaking with Mike in person I feel they do understand my frustration and are working hard to make it right. I'm still not happy with the Jeep product and would not recommend the car itself but my opinion of the Ferman service department has changed.

My wife and I stopped by on Saturday and worked with Tim. We were clear on our needs and our budget. We did not have the car we wanted to trade, so we returned on Monday evening. Tim was working with another client (Tim is great, it is the Sales Management Staff that blew the deal), so we decided to determine the trade in value for my vehicle, then return on Wednesday to work with Tim on a deal. The young lady (who was working for the dealership a month) took my car (was not gone long) then returned. My wife and I provided all the information asked for. Where we were waiting to hear a Trade In value, the Sales Manager (Julio) at the time made us test drive another vehicle so "He can run some numbers". Even though we said we were just waiting for the trade in value, we were told without a target vehicle, the numbers could not be discusses. We targeted a vehicle, and got the numbers. My wife and I basically waited to be told the trade in value would be the payoff on the loan of the car we were going to trade. We waited over an hour to hear that (I believe that was the plan all along) Julio was also very aggressive, and was shocked that he was not provided any information about previous discussions with Tim. Julio blamed me for this lack of information.It is funny how my vehicle is worth more than the value offered (Blue Book, Black Book, they all tell me it is worth more), yet Ferman Chevy in Tarpon Springs send me an invite, offering me up to 20% over Black Book Value, and my car is in high demand as a used vehicle. Yet the Used Car Sales Manager tried to low ball me at this location, to what, send it down the street and get a high value back for it. My car was never evaluated for Trade Value because it was financed. An old trick I never expected here.I have shared feedback with Julio, and continued to get aggressive behavior from Julio (He has added more fuel to the fire, and actually further offended me). I don't need to hear about his 13 years as a Sales Manager. He blew any potential sales opportunity with me. I have suggested that I would like to discuss this further with the General Manager. I view it as the GM approves of this behavior. I had a previous issue with Ferman Chevy in Tarpon Springs and got the same attitude from Management there. It was so hard to tell Tim this morning that my wife and I would not be returning to talk vehicles. Tim did nothing, Julio blew it for him, and will get away with it. That bugs me the most, and I will never set foot in another Ferman dealership again. Again, buyer beware, don't waste your time, especially where Julio is involved.

We went in looking for a specific type of car, Jeanette showed us the cars and when my daughter wasn't finding exactly what a she wanted Dave from finance helped her get what she wanted with the down payment she was able to spend and the payments she could afford. Together Jeanette and Tracy made sure we had our documents needed to complete the purchase as well as making sure my 11 year old was comfortable waiting for us providing snacks and a game system in the waiting room and last as he was definitely impressionable Scott, he made signing our lives away fun and made sure that my 18 year old first time buyer understood everything she was signing. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know especially a first time buyer. Very comfortable experience and my daughter got exactly what she wanted without pushing other cars on her that would be more in her price range as some dealers try to do.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with Fermans service department. From the 1st week I've owned the car there has been nothing but trouble with them. In the 1st week I had the car I brought it back because the front end was shaking so bad. They did nothing, and the 3rd time I brought it back for the same problem I was told it was a characteristic of a PT Cruiser and to get use to it. It took calling Chrysler directly and having them intervene for them to do anything. After that any time I brought it in for something under warranty it was never fixed the 1st time I brought it in, I always had to bring it back a second time for it to get repaired correctly. I believe it was 18000 mi. when they replaced the lower control arm and bushings. I asked how it went so early and I was told it was the florida sun. 2 years later the front end started doing the same thing and they told me it couldn't be the control arms again and if it was the work is only guaranteed for 1 year. I went there 2 days ago and asked for the paper work for the original front end problem and no one seems to be able to come up with it. Chrysler told me they never received it from Ferman. Seems kinda fishy to me, are they hiding something?

My husband and I spent hours at their office on a Saturday and made a deal on a specific vehicle that isn't offered in that trim level anymore. We were told we were approved but with a big down payment and that they would try a few more places to see if we could get a lower or no money down deal. We said no problem, call us on Monday and let us know. On Monday my husband called to check on the progress and he was told that the vehicle we had worked a deal on was just sold to someone else!! The SAME sales woman we worked with sold it to another customer! After they ran our credit over 10 times!!!!! We asked for the manager to call us and we were told that he would not be in until Wednesday and that he would call us then.......NO ONE has even bothered to call us and when my husband called AGAIN.....he was told that he would call when he was able. DO NOT go to this dealership! They have NO respect for their customers!

Very disappointed in Ferman dealership, esp. finance dept. I was into dealership approx. 4 mos. ago and cancelled GAP ins. on vehicle that I had purchased/paid off. I was told it would take approx. 4 weeks for refund. Here it is almost 4 mos. later and still no refund. I had called and inquired at about 8 weeks regarding refund and was told "it was on his desk" by another person and that it would be taken care of. And again after all this time I am still waiting. I returned to dealership today and spoke to finance man regarding same vehicle and to cancel other ins. policies cause I traded this car in and bought a new Dodge at another dealership. I was told by the finance man that there was no record of me being at dealership 4 mos. ago to cancel GAP, the same gentleman that had originally did first cancelation. Finance dept failed to do his job!! My new car was bought at another Dodge dealer. He lost the sale for your company and I will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

This was a very positive and pleasant car buying experience. There was no pressure at all and Roy was very informative and knowledgeable. The financial department was excellent as well. It was also nice that Roy handled most everything up to the point of doing the paperwork so that we did not have to be handed off from person to person. BUYER BEWARE!!! Although our purchase experience was a good one, it ended at that point. We bought a 2013 Dodge Ram. Picked it up on 02/16/2013. Two days later, the check engine light was on. Day 3, new truck in shop for service. Told it was fixed the next day. NOT! Back in the shop already for 2nd time. Still do not have our truck. After calling dealership and complaining, received a call from Service Manager Jim Shaw. Informed it's a matter of "educated speculation." In other words...it is not fixed, they do not know what is wrong, and they are taking parts out of other vehicles to try and figure it out. Owned it 10 days....guess we should be grateful we had possession of it for 3 days. To the management of Ferman Dodge Jeep and the management of Chrysler, we are waiting for you to have the integrity to do the right thing and provide us with a full refund. At that point, feel free to continue your science experiment on this truck until such time that you have figured out what the defect is. Our purchase was made in good faith. I went into this dealer today, 01/19/2012 because I received a flyer in the mail stating that they were interested in my 2006 Charger. After he brought the car back over which did not take long at all we walked back into his office and at this time he said that he would need to talk to the sales manager to get a quote for me because he would have to look at the photo's they took and adjust for the milage etc.... ! This was all fine until I sat in his office for over 20 minuets with no contact what so ever! As I got up to leave I laid the $5.00 back on his desk that they gave me for coming in with there flyer and walked out of the dealer ship to where I saw Nick with someone else. Even though I got similar numbers from another dealership, I feel that when you are buying a $37000 vehicle, there needs to be a certain amount of customer service. I worked with Tina and Dave Lee (the Sales Manager) and without question these were the nicest people my wife and I had met. They were responsible, attentive and honest. They even stayed an hour and a half after closing on the evening my wife and I went crunching numbers for us to get the best deal. None of which we got from any other dealership. I was even allowed to order my vehicle with no deposit which goes to show you that the feeling of trust and honesty is mutual.If you are looking for a Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep vehicle, I would not go anywhere else but Ferman.

Yesterday we bought a 2013 Grand Caravan R/T. I used to hate car shopping and "haggling" every two years. However, the last vehicle I bought was a Town and Country from Ferman and it was a pleasant experience, so I came back again. The things that set the positive tone: the sales reps didn't swarm me as soon as I got on the lot; Roy Faulkner, our sales rep., listened while I explained what I was looking for, rather than telling me what I should buy. He parked a Grand Caravan next to a T&C Ltd. so my wife and I could compare styling, comfort and extras. We made our choice, talked price (he talked very openly about the financials)then, when we were satisfied, we met with the sales mgr. Chad, and the business mgr. Robert, who were straight-forward and helped us work through the deal that would be the easiest on us financially. While we met with them, our trade in was appraised, we finished the paperwork and were out of there with our new van in about three hours. It was the most pleasant vehicle purchase my wife or I ever made. In one way the van sold itself because of the quality, but Roy and the rest of the staff made sure it happened without all the drama I had experienced at other dealerships.

My free diagnostics cost me $107. After receiving three free diagnostics checks and repair estimates from other service centers in the area, I brought my vehicle into Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of New Port Richey for an estimate. At the end of the day, the price for repair was more then twice that of the other service centers in the area and it cost me $107 for information that I already had. After handing over my vehicle to the service desk, no mention of the cost of the diagnostics was discussed. Other mechanic shops in the area provide free estimates but not this dealership. Furthermore, I dropped my vehicle off at 8:45 for a 9 am appointment and they never got back to me to let me know the status of my vehicle and what my options were. After calling them, I told them that I was on my way to pick up my vehicle, 45 minutes later it was still on the lift in the shop and wasn't ready. They pretty much held my vehicle hostage until I paid for a service that I did not authorize or ask for. Poor customer service and shady business practices. Roy was a joy to work with. He even came in on his day off to get the deal done. He also was very helpful with getting my phone set up and showing me the many new features. The only thing I am waitting for, he (Roy) helped me unload my old dodge and lost 2 of my cheap little floor mats, AND he was supposed to replace them, but hasn't yet. I felt very brow beaten by the man who tried to talk me into the extra warranties, when he saw I wasn't buying, he was actually rude to me. I am STILL waitting for a part for the lumbar support, I bought the car on or about Oct. 11th. I have called service twice and they said it isn't in yet? I originally walked into this dealership a few months ago looking for a used Jeep. Roy was very helpful and laid out many options for me, both new and used, but never made me feel obligated to go one way or the other. He listened to what I had to say and what our wants and needs were and he gave me his honest recommendations. We wanted to see our options so we checked out many dealerships, but my husband and I ended up deciding to wait on our vehicle purchase. During that time, I received a courtesy phone call from Roy to see where we were at. He was the ONLY person who ever made a follow up call. A month later we decided we were ready to purchase a 2012 Jeep Liberty Latitude. The vehicle we wanted was very specific in color and options. We contacted many dealerships in the area as well as Tampa and some in Georgia. Roy at Ferman was the only one able to produce the exact vehicle. He didn't play games like the numerous other dealerships I spoke with. He went out of his way to make sure it was at his location and available for us. My husband is currently deployed, which had potential to create some problems. Roy and the staff at Ferman didn't seem to let that be an obstacle. He was very patient with my husband wanting to be involved and was able to speak with him on the phone and explain every detail to him. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. Not only was Roy great, but Robert (the finance man) really fought to get us the best interest rate possible. We walked in there pre approved with our bank, but he was able to work his magic and get us an even better rate!We are very happy with our Jeep and couldn't have asked for a better experience! It was a good experience buying from Ferman even though it was quite a drive from Tampa. The salesman, Charlie Pitcock, worked for the sale. He called me, set up an appointment and followed up with e-mail. He knew his inventory and guided me to the car I wanted. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. I am a satisfied customer and would recommend Ferman to anyone. I am glad Charlie wanted my business and made an effort to make the sale. We were in the market to get a new or newer car back in January of 2011 and had made a trip up to Ferman of New Port Richey but could not get a good finance rate or payment at that time Both Charlie and a few other guys at Ferman really tried hard to make it work) and we ended up in February getting a Ford Focus using our 2008 Dodge Caliber as a trade a a dealership in Clearwater. We wanted to trade that Caliber for a new car because we had no warranty as be bought it used and felt it would be best to get something new with a warranty. After we had driven the Focus for a while and were not happy with it being smaller and not handling as well as the Caliber. We missed the Caliber and we recently got something in the mail from Capital One Auto Finance that intrigued us to go to Ferman Dodge Chrysler Jeep of New Port Richey. We set up an appointment and were greated by Charlie Pitcock whomand he made evrything smooth as possible and he got us financed with a doable payment and a very great interest rate with the help of the finance person Robert Packard. I went in expecting a hard time buying a car. My trade in wasn't exactly amazing and my credit was even worse. From the get-go, Greg never made me feel like I should settle for a lower priced car or try to fit me into something I didn't want. He didn't waste my time trying to make me look around so I "fall in love" with a car first then find out the paperwork is going to make my payments sky high. He was friendly, but straight forwarded. Once we figured out what I could afford and the paperwork was okay'd we started looking. He was knowledgeable, nice, easy to talk to. I never felt pressured or out of place. I don't feel like now that I'm off the lot I have no more connections to Ferman. These people and their customer service has no problem in doing anything to get you to drive any distance to look at their used inventory. They lied to me about a truck BIG TIME! THE TIRES WERE DRY ROTTED ON THE REAR AND WORN OUT, THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE AT 50%. HAD A LOT OF RUST IN THE BED OF IT, THE HITCH WAS SO RUSTED IT COULD NOT BE REMOVED. THE BACK CARPET LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN THROWN UP ON AND NOT CLEANED, ALSO SMELLED BAD, WAS TOLD THE INSIDE WAS REAL CLEAN. 4X4 WAS GRINDING INTO AND OUT OF GEAR WAS TOLD IT WORKED SMOOTHLY! PAINT WAS IN BAD SHAPE, CLEARCOAT PEALIING OFF, WAS TOLD HAD ONE SCRATCH ON THE BED! BELTS PAST DUE TO BE REPLACED DRYROTTED, WAS TOLD IT HAD AN INSPECTION BY THER NISSAN CERTIFIED TECH AND ALL MACHANACAL WAS REPAIRED. RIGHT FRONT FINDER WAS OUT PAST THE BUMPER INDICATING BENT BUMPER NOT MENTIOND TO ME WHEN I ASKED. THE AC DID NOT GET AS COLD AS IT SHOULD. PICTURES TAKEN IN SUCH A WAY AS TO NOT SHOW THE BODY DAMAGE. THE TIRES ON THE FRONT DID NOT MATCH ONE OF THEM WAS THE SPARE WHICH HAD DEEP IMPRESSIONS FROM BEING MOUNTED UNDER THE TRUCK FRO YEARS! THE SPARE WAS REPLACED WITH A WORN OUT DRYROTTED TIRE THAT MATCHED THE ONES ON THE BACK. THERE HAD BEEN LOTS OF SHINE PUT ONTO THE TIRES TO TRY AND MAKE THEM LOOK NEWER THAN THEY WERE NO CLOSE UP PIC OF TIRES SO I ASK IN ADVANCE, WAS TOLD REAR TIRES WERE 50% OR BETTER. THEY DID THE LEAST THEY COULD TO PUT THIS TRUCK ON THE ROAD, I WOULD NOT HAVE TRUSTED IT TO GO ACCROSS TOWN WITH OUT BREAKING DOWN. I ASK VERY PINPOINT QUESTIONS BEFORE DRIVING THERE. I WAS LIED TO OVER AND OVER AGAIN. THERE WAS NO GREY AREA THEY JUST LIED FLAT OUT! NOT TO FORGET THE RIGHT TAIL LIGHT COVER HAD A HOLE IN IT WHICH WAS COVERED WITH TAPE. CUSTOMER SURVICE WAS CONTACTED AND ACTED AS IF THEY WERE UPSEST ABOUT THE WHOLE THING AFTER IT HAPPENED BUT DID NOTHING. SAID THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK NEVER DID. NEVER SENT AN EMAIL NOTHING. BY THE WAY, THE ONES WHO LIED TO ME STILL WORK THERE SELLING CARS TO WHOEVER THEY CAN CHEAT. I DROVE OVER 12 HRS. TO BE LIED TO ABOUT EVERYTHING. IT IS EASY TO SEE WHY THE WOULD NOT SEND ANY PICTURES TO ME KNOW EVEN SAID THEY DID NOT HAVE THE TOOLS TO DO IT, (WONDER HOW THE FIRST ONES GO ON THE NET)? STAY FAR FAR AWAY AND PASS IT ON! SHOULD BE LESS THAN ONE STAR!!!!!!!! THE TRUCK IS STILL ON THE NET AND THEY ARE STILL TELLING THE SAME LIES ABOUT IT I CHECK AGAIN TO SEE IF THEY CHANGED THEIR WAYS THEY HAVE NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
