Jerry was excellent wasn't sure if I was gonna buy was very helpful didn't pressure took his time with us not easy when shopping with 3 teenagers made buying experience pleasurable for kids first truck I proably would of walked if it wasn't for him with no truck would recommend anyone buying a vechile to ask for him had been looking for 3 months set us up with right one Thank you Jerry E for the excellent service and showing you care about your customers

I purchased a 2015 last April 2015.Was happy with the purchase until I had to take it back the first week since the cover over the seat adjustments was pulling away form the seat. Was told you can't just drop in you need an appointment. Okay understand that but since I don't go to Brandon unless I really need to I thought I would try since the salesperson told me stop in anytime. Came in for the first oil change since it was six months old and had 1800 miles. Mentioned that the salesperson knew about a chip on the hood of the car. He told me when I purchased it leave it overnight and the service department would repaint the hood of the car and I would never know there was a chip. Not so- someone put red nail polish over it. Was told service would give a bottle of paint to match the color so that I could fix it later. Service department said they would order one bottle for $40.00. The cover over the driver side knobs was fixed. While there waiting for the oil change I saw the salesman he was friendly and asked how things were going and told him Dad had died two months before-He asked if I wanted to trade in the car on a different model-No Thankyou. He had dealt with my father during the buying process. Paid for the oil change and promised the service manager I would give him five stars after hearing how important it was to get the best rating several times. I was promised a tank of gas if I brought in the favorable report. Saturday I came for an oil change and was informed since I had only 3800 miles and the monitor showed the life of the oil was 39% and since I was allowed four free oil changes in the first two years or 24000 miles I should wait. I explained I had paid for the first one but was told no the first four oils changes were included. I had even asked at the time of the first oil change since I don't come into Brandon on a regular bases if I could go somewhere else-No problem go anywhere you want. Back to the cover over the mechanics on the drivers side problem-it had to be ordered and I should come back in a few days. I don't live near Brandon. What about the "free" oil changes? Who do I believe I was planning an a new model next year but am reconsidering .

Recently purchased a 2015 Equinox LS. I would definitely recommend the salesman I dealt with, Brian Treder. We met in person twice and had several phone conversations while working up this deal. He was always patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I traded in a 12-year-old Blazer which did not have many of the technologically-advanced features of the Equinox, and Brian explained these features thoroughly. Others I dealt with at this dealership were also very courteous and friendly. My vehicle is too new to have service on it yet, so I cannot comment on this dealer's service department.

Ryan Ronne was my Service Advisor and he was very nice and helpful! It was taking to long for me to get a ride back to work so I called my office for someone to pick me up. Funny thing is when Ryan called to tell me what was wrong with my truck at about 2ish...he asked me if I was still waiting on a ride.....lol, I dropped my truck off about 9:30am, we just laughed about it. Picked my truck up at 3:30 and was good to go! Thank you....

Rude no helpful unapologetic too bust..overwhelmed with customers and short on mechanics. Won't be honest and tell your customers who pays your bills the truth.i will never recommend this service.


Dissapointed all around

Bought a used car, but had to come back next day to bring the trade in. Was approved the day before and given a price. My daughter went to finish the deal and the deal changed. The car was dirty inside, and less than 24 hours later the light indicating an oil change was needed came on. Guess that was not part of the big "inspection" we were told about.

Four times I tried to contact Ferman on their "Chat Line" concerning a car I was interested in.ALL FOUR times all I got was "Please wait ,we are dealing with another customer".On 2 of these occasions I waited over 20 minutes!On the other 2-over 10 minutes.Finally,out of desperation,I E-Mailed Ferman directly. FINALLY--ARE YOU READY FOR THIS-THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO ANSWER THAT E-MAIL.And this is,supposedy,an outfit that wants to sell you a car?? They are all yours!!

Too much into haggling. They tell you there's nothing they can do and as soon as you're ready to walk out, all of a sudden their tune changes. Complete waste of my afternoon.
