First of all they are a bunch of shady salesmen. I bought a brand new car with aftermarket rims and the dealer is refusing to give me my originals (what I paid for). So they tell me bring the car in and we're giving you your original rims just return the aftermarket rims. I go head and do that. Fine go head and do that they put on rims from a different model car then mine! They legit screwed me over. Been three months and they still haven't return my calls. They will screw you over any chance they get.

I actually shop for Chevy products because of this well-established, reputable dealer and service center.My 2015 Impala is the second vehicle deal with this dealer. I previously bought a used 2010 Suburban from this dealer. When I went to trade-in on my Impala, I got top value as they had been the exclusive maintenance vendor on my Suburban.The service advisors know be by name and are always accurate in their estimates as well as the time maintenance will take.

I went in to look at a new Silverado. I spoke with Daniel Medina on the phone prior to me going to the dealership to ensure they had the vehicle there. He went out to physically find the vehicle and sent a pic to my phone which I appreciated. I took it on a test drive and Daniel answered all my questions about new technology that was in that truck in a polite manner. A couple hours later I drove off in my new truck!

I am 21 years old and this was my first time buying a car. They were able to get me approved with very limited credit and I was able to drive off in my new 2016 Chevy Malibu for an extremely reasonable rate. The manager even came and assisted me by lowering the price down, even with no credit, since he knew I was a college student at USC that loved the car. My dealer, Bernard Woodhouse, was just as helpful and walked me every step of the way. I recommend that you talk to him!

Felipe provided a level of customer service I thought was not capable of this location. I had been there a couple years prior and the customer service was a nightmare! The representative in the service department was a customer service nightmare! Due to an emergency and lack of time I decided to try once more, Felipe completely provided me with a whole new outlook of the service level of this location. In 2004 my husband bought a 2003 chevy Silverado. Well we find out it had been in an accident before and they fixed the problem by using bondo and they never told us about it, so we tried contacting them about it and they would not comply or return calls. So my advice is take a magnet with you and run it all around the car you may be intrested in to see for yourself if the car had been in any type of accident. Very disappointing.

Gave the service place 2 stars, just because they are all very friendly and kind. That's the only reason. Went there on Saturday morning cause i thought i had a flat tire, and - didn't get my spare key for the car i bought 4 months ago. I was there for almost 3 hours (!), just to find out that i do have a flat tire, but i need to go and look for a shop to fix it, cause they are not dealing with it (didn't know that before). And - for the spare key, after they took me to Fito, he kindly told me to wait in the lounge room, and he will take care of it. After an hour, i went and asked him how long do i need to wait more. Than, to my surprise, he told me that he did nothing yet, cause he is still waiting for my papers from the dealer. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I was sitting there for an hour for nothing! You are still waiting for the papers? It is exactly 10 steps from his office. I could go and bring it if i just knew that he is still waiting for them. How more could i been sitting there hoping he is preparing my key, while he was really did nothing? After i was so upset to hear he did nothing for the last hour, he made a phone call, and they started to make my spare key and remote, but than i needed to wait for another hour. I was so disappointed , so frustrated. I had so much stuff to do in Saturday morning, but i was stuck there for 3 hours, for nothing. They could told me they are not dealing with flat tire the minute i arrived, and - prepare my spare key and remote 4 months ago. That was a huge huge different experience from the one i had when i bought the car at the dealer.

The people here are very friendly and go above and beyond to help you. Our salesman Fred went the extra 10,000 miles to be sure that we would be approved and for the best possible deal. Willie took care of all our paperwork and was friendly and patient. Ivie is fun to work with and was incredible thorough, making sure that my son was familiar with all the features before leaving.The treatment was great. I've purchased many cars in my life including Mercedes, but the respectful and friendly service at Felix beat them all. Biggest bonus-the car is awesome! In fact, although my son did extensive research before buying the car, it has totally exceeded his expectations. He absolutely loves it! I went last Sunday to Felix Chevrolet to check the Chevrolet Traverse. I didn't think i will end up with a new car that day.... I saw outside Rene - the sales man, who assist me through the whole process ,with the best customer service i ever seen. It was great experience . He was very trustworthy , knowledgeable about all the details in the car, and i decided to but the car that day just because of him. The manager ,i think his name was Caesar, was very polite ,with a good manners. He also matched an offer which i got online from another dealer. During the buying process, i met another nice and polite girl , which was explaining everything about OnStar that i have in the car, and an awesome guy, who walk me through the financial issues. I think his name is Jay. He was so nice . I think that this dealership has the best employes you can ask for. I got a 2015 Camaro SS from Felix and it was the best car buying experience i have ever had. I feel like every other time I have gone somewhere to look at a car, the salesman would try to make me look at a bunch of cars that I wasn't interested in and would seem reluctant to show me the car that I actually wanted to see. But when I told the guys at Felix that I wanted a Camaro SS, they didn't try to push me into a V-6 or a malibu or anything else, i got there and they had the exact car i wanted parked up and ready for me to test drive. they treated me great the whole way through and I love my car so much. It eats Miatas for breakfast!

Bad service said it would take 2hours for and oil chance it ended up being 4 hours and a half I will not be back for service at this Chevy dealer. I was also told my car was being worked on that it will be done in 30 minutes when to check after 30 minutes was still parked after.what kind of service is that called(poor).

When I entered the dealership at Felix I instantly knew that I would get a car from there due to the selection of cars. I was ready to purchase from anther dealer in Los Angeles, but decided to give Felix a chance. They beat the other dealer's price, plus I got an unexpected sunroof and backup camera, which was not included in the other dealer's pricing.I grew up and lived in Los Angeles for years, and of course I have heard of Felix Chevrolet. It's an Icon in this city. This is the first vehicle I leased from them. Salesperson Anthony Sanchez was friendly and professional and took a lot of time to make sure I was happy with the Malibu I leased I was also assisted by Yesenia Medrano who was also professional and friendly -- especially in going through the OnStar features. Everyone who I met at the dealership were friendly and professional. Usually choosing a new car is a chore and something that I do not enjoy. But Felix Chevrolet and their team made a very positive experience for me. I never felt pressured. I felt welcomed -- as if I were their most important customer of the day!

If you are in the market for a car and thinking about buying at Felix Chevrolet please think again ! I had the worst buying experience from them ! When I walked into the dealership I had informed them that i was a first time buyer and that my co-signer had a few credit problems in the past ! They said not to worry that they would work with me to see what they could do and if they could help ! So we went through the application process and I was pre-approved ! For the car that I was interested in ! They told me not to worry about what bank was going to fully finance me, that they would find a bank that would but that I was still able to drive out with my car that day ! A month went by and I hadn't received any information as far as my car payment went I called multiple times and they said they where still looking ! And then I was was told that I needed a different co-signer for the car ! So we went through the process again ! Now waiting two more weeks to hear back from someone and nothing at this point, I had a car for two months payment free ! Don't get me wrong nice but scary at the same time ! I decided to return the car because they where not giving me straight answers so very upset i gave the car back also requesting my down payment back because of all the miss information that was given to me ! They agreed to give me my down payment back the following week and apparently they don't believe in documentation because when I returned no one seemed to know what was going on with my check and the sales general manager avoided me ! At this time still dealing with them and trying to get my refund ! Truly a huge headache ! Please avoid all the unprofessionalism from them and shop somewhere else ! They truly give Chevy a bad name !

I went in for an oil change and the customer service rep was Roxanne. Roxanne was very friendly and attentive. She checked my car out and discovered some things with my car that needed further attention. Roxanne worked with me on accommodating me around my work schedule. The work done on my car was done to my satisfaction and necessary for the maintenance on the prolong care of my 2012 Chevy Sonic. I was taken to work and picked up in a timely manner by a driver who was also very cooperative and friendly. Overall my experience was great and I would most definitely use Felix Chevrolet again in the future.

This was the worst car buying experience ever! The sales people were rude and unhelpful. I purchased a brand new 2014 Malibu and the dealership failed to disclose that the car had been previously sold. They lied about my income on the application even though I provided them with paystubs. The reason that Willy gave was that it would help the deal get approved. Willie also tried to do fraud with the financing. My sales contract stated that I was approved with Santander, but when I called Santander they only approved me for 22k and the sales price was 26k. Willie slipped in another finance company at the last minute with a higher interest rate and payment than the contract said. When I called to talk to the general manager he said they would work with me if I kept quiet. When I informed them that I was contacting corporate and filing a complaint with them and the attorney general he became angry with me. The sales person Paul then proceeded to send me 50 harassing texts about the situation calling me all sorts of awful names and 3 harassing emails as well. I submitted all his texts and emails to General Motors headquarters. I told them what happened to customer service and the customer being right. Paul told me that I didnt deserve an apology for what he did and that I was being irrational. Never buy from these people. They will have you sign a contract and then not honor the terms.

When I went in to purchase my 2012 Sonic - Terell was helpful and friendly - I was not rushed like some other dealers had done that day when I told them I was looking and not going to purchase anything that day. After being allowed to test drive the sonic, I fell in love - they searched for and found the sonic I wanted in Inferno Orange and we closed the deal that same week. I have used the service department for all my check ups and oil changes since then - Carlos Ramos has been my guy from the start. He is great!! the service department at Felix is first class, providing a lounge for the customers, usually coffee and donutes (if you get there early), but they have free Wi-Fi for the customers and a TV which is usally on a pretty good station. My bf and I came to Felix Chevrolet to buy the new Volt.. We wanted to Trade in his Nissan Z350 and lease a new Chevy Volt. We met with a few other dealerships and none of them wanted to negotiate something fair with us and we were about to give up when we got another follow up email from Scot. He emailed my bf the day before and tried to schedule an appointment with us and he was following up with us to see when we will get to the dealership. We decided to go visit Scot in Felix Chevrolet as the last stop of the day.My bf emailed him back telling him we were going to be there in 30 minutes. We got there, as soon as we parked, Scot came forward and introduced himself and told us that he will try to assist us in the best way possible and hopefully he will be able to give us a good enough deal with the trade in and the new Volt. We went for a test drive and he explained everything necessary about the car. We had some idea about the car, but Scot was very clear about all the options and every technological options Volt had. He was ready to answer every question we had. They didn't want to rush us in to filling out the forms and checking our credit or anything like that, they made sure that they answered all of our questions first and then tried to give us the best trade in options, and they gave us different quotes which was very nice. They tried to actually made a call to the bank and tried to figure out what will be the best option for us. They gave us 3-4 different options with different Mileage options, down payments, and monthly payments and we were able to chose the best one according to our preferences. Scot was a very pleasant, patient, and understanding sale representative that took his time to explain every single thing we had to know about the car, the options, the payments, the trade in and everything else including the paper work. He was polite and courteous and very helpful. We have been to too many dealerships that day and none of them were as nice as Scot. The Person that did our financing was awesome. He was funny and easy going. He also tried to take care of us as fast as he could. He explained everything clearly as for why i am signing each paper and what each paper is for...When the trade in and the lease, and insurance papers were done. They told us about the refund we can receive for using an electrical car and they notified us that there is still fund for it and that we should apply to it as soon as possible. Thanks to Scot we were able to apply and be qualified for $1500 rebate fund from California Clear Vehicle Rebate Project at the end Scot helped us set up the on Stars for our car which comes for free for 3 years. We have been driving this car and so far we really haven't used any gas for it which is awesome specially cause of gas prices. We were very happy with the customer service we received in Felix Chevrolet and we will go back if we ever need a car and also will recommend as many people as possible, specially to Scot, who helped us through the whole process. I had a wonderful experience at Felix. My Chevy Cobalt was recalled for possible loss of power steering, and it had been acting up recently. I took my car to Felix, and was worried that it would take a few days or longer (I use my car very often) or that they would try to pressure me into getting more work done. However, none of this was the case. Felipe Martinez explained everything clearly, and got me in right away. My car was only in the shop for 3 hours, and they called me when it was ready. He did not charge me for anything (recall work is free) or try to get me to do work. I was worried that as a young female, the people would not take me seriously or assume that I would not know much about cars and try to take advantage of me. That did not happen at all. The friendliness of staff, convenience and speed was all unexpected and beyond my expectations. I would definitely go here again if my car needed more work.

I set up a test drive with Scott and left with a Volt. I was just looking to see what cars I wanted to learn more about. I had set up Sunday, 2/10/13, as a test drive day. I never made it to the other appointments. What I learned about the Volt in that 15 minute test drive and the answer I got to the question I asked were enough to have me sign on the bottom line. I love my new car but dealing with this dealership sure left me with a bitter taste. Their salesman/internet manager Rafael is very clueless and caught him lying a few times. He refused to disclosed to me the entire price of the car, (meaning the sales tax 10%, DMV $249 and doc fees $80). Only after I got into the finance room where the prices shown in the actual contract (obviously a whole lot more!) but even then the finance officer Duke, still did not acknowledge these add ons and when talking of the car price they will only talk about the finance amount. He was actually very friendly at first but once he realized he wasn't gonna get me to buy those extended warranties he turned cold. I email asking him to clear up a few questions I had and he actually said I was harassing him and trying to commit car fraud, this was after sending him three polite emails. Say what?? Do not deal with this dealership. Go get quote from the other dealerships nearby via phone or email. Just remember only if you go into the finance room will the entire price be shown to you, but don't sign anything and just walk out and continue to do your research.

I brought my 2005 Tahoe Z71 to Felix for a minor oil change. Felix recommended that I have my parking brake adjusted. They returned the car with oil dripping from all over the undercarriage of the car. Three weeks after the service the parking brake release mechanism stops working. Coincidence? I was suspicious, so I took the car back to Felix. They told me the whole parking brake mechanism had failed, that the failure was unrelated to the service they performed, and that the repair will cost $480 plus tax. Being a sceptic I took the car to Lancer Automotive, a local garage, to get a second opion. For $48 plus $50 in labor Lancer replaced a frayed release cable that had been damaged because --- yes, you guessed it -- the parking brake had been misadjusted. Most importantly, the "failed mechanism" Felix claimed was the problem was not broken, was not replaced and is working just fine. Based on this experience, I would characterize the jokers at Felix as either crooks or incompetents, or maybe both. The whole dealership is run down and doesn't inspire customers with much confidence. I've seen car retailers in third world countries that look better than Felix Cadillac/Chevrolet. I need a local dealer, but this is one of the dealers that GM should close. I wish Vermont Chevy was still in business. They were terrific. Oh, except for this one problem, my Z71 Tahoe has been an excellent, trouble free car. One of the best I have ever owned.
