I was looking for a reliable, inexpensive car for my daughter and my search led me to FC AUTO. Staff was friendly and transparent. Showed me a couple of options and pricing was below market. Car I bought was in great shape and came with a book of records. Best part it was $1000 less than a similar one I had looked at with no records. Wonderful Experience at FC Auto.

First of all being a woman is harder when looking for vehicles but this experience made me feel at ease. One day I was in the mood to look for the car of my dreams, my top two choices being a Lexus and Mercedes, so I kept checking the website to find that car. I test drove several cars on this particular day and the last car I said that I was going to look at was the Mercedes Benz at FC Auto. I went there and looked around and Walter came and assisted us gave us the information on the car and I took the car on a test drive. He was so polite and made me feel good after the car drive. I fell in love first of all with the price and then the car. We went into his office and he shared things other dealers wouldn't share like the comparison of prices in the area and how they beat other's prices. He went through the whole process and I didn't feel pressured or stressed like I usually do at other dealers. Everyone was so kind and I just felt like I was among friends that I have known forever. I would like to think Walter Naimi and the team at FC auto sales for a great buying experience. I was looking for a CLS 550, internet shopping as most people do these days and i found a beautiful black on black 2008 CLS 550. As luck would have it they are a USSA approved dealership and I was approved for an auto loan from USAA. The paperwork was easy, the car was in USAA's profile and that made for one of the best buying experince I have every had. The two hour plus drive was well worth it, FC auto priced the car well below blue book so that no one in my area could match or beat. I would recommed anyone in the market for a quality pre-owned car or truck to look at FC auto first. OUTSTANDING USED CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!!

Buying a used car from FC Auto was the greatest experience of all. Since I live in Maryland, I had several questions before making a trip out to Falls Church, VA. Jay and his team were very responsive to my emails and telephone calls prior to my actual visit to their dealership. Once I arrived, they were able to show me a late model car (2015 Toyota Corolla) with very low miles which looked much better in person than on their website. After a test drive, they made a fair offer which I accepted and was able to drive my new car home within a couple hours. Their car and price beat all other dealerships and made purchasing my car a "no brainer". The car had a minor "door ding" which they were able to take care of immediately.

I have bought and sold many cars but no selling experience even comes close to my experience with Kian at FC Auto! From the initial referral from USAA to the final negotiation on price, the process and professionalism of the FC Auto team is the best seen to date. When I arrived with my car we discussed the agreed upon price, Kian looked over my car, test drove it, had his mechanic check it out, review maintenance records and that was it. I left with the check for the agreed upon amount the same afternoon. The FC Auto team was professional and completely above board in their dealings with me. I had a great experience with this dealership. I was looking for a used car of high quality that had all the features I wanted and I found the car of my dreams at FC Auto. They are very reasonable with prices and will do anything in their power within reason to make ends meet and to have a great experience. In my case, they did both. The paper work was super easy to complete and not time consuming. The whole process of looking at the car, test driving, and signing paper work only took about 30-45 minutes. They have friendly, reasonable, and great workers with wonderful attitudes that are easy to get along with. Definitely NOT a dealership that will try and swindle you out of money or force a purchase on you. They are reasonable with everything and only want the best for their customers. This is how a car business should run. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and I would definitely buy another car from them if need be.

I had an extremely positive experience in purchasing a 2010 Mazda CX-7 from FC Auto. My initial contact with them, via my insurance car purchasing service very prompt and responsive. We were able to set up an appointment to meet my needs and schedule for the next day. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. There was no sense of pressure and we were able to take as much time as needed to inspect the car, conduct a test drive and work through all the different options for extended warranties. Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

First, Let me say that my experience purchasing a car at Falls Church Auto was the most incredible experience I have ever had at a car dealership. The price on the Honda Civic was unbeatable. The car looked just as good in person, as it did on line. The car was detailed, the engine was clean and the test drive sold me. There was no haggling necessary. The three staff that I had direct contact with were Jay, Service/Inventory Manager who was the lead. Jay took me on the test drive, assisted me throughout the entire purchase, by the time we finished, felt like we were the best of friends!. Kian, who was the manager on duty. Kian prepared the paper work and even picked me up from the metro, so I didn't have to find someone to ride with me to pick up the car. I was actually able to pick up the car during my lunch hour. Finally lovely Yulia, who was a sweet as she could be. Yulia was responsible for taking care of the tags and title. Once she received all the necessary documents, I had my tags and title mailed directly to me within 10 days. The customer service was absolutely wonderful. Every one of them treated me with respect, held pleasant conversations and made me feel appreciated throughout the entire process. Amazing experience

I had an excellent experience buying a car at FC Auto. The employees very very respectful and courteous. I took the car for a test drive with my son -a mechanic with BMW- and saw minor issues with the car, thanks to his expertise. Upon learning our observations, the dealer set to work to correct the same issues, to include one that did not really needed to be repaired. I wholeheartedly recommend doing business with FC Auto.

Excellent Service - Extremely Happy

We were looking for a Ford Mustang for our son. Went online, searched, and sent out emails to various dealers. Of the seven dealers we emailed after hours, FC Auto was the first to respond (by next morning)! Guillermo and his staff were very nice, cordial, and attentive. My son and I went and we got to test drive the car but we did not buy the car that day. Not only were we not pressured into buying but also never took advantage of the fact that they were dealing with a woman and a teenager who knew very little about cars. We returned the next day with my husband and they were just as happy and cordial as the previous day. No attitude like some other dealers who clearly thought we were wasting their time! Even on the second day, we were not pressured into buying the car. Additionally, they let us take it for a pre-purchase inspection and we purchased the car on the third day after our mechanic gave it the thumbs up. Our mechanic said it was a great car and a great deal too! It was in great condition, clean, and had already passed Virginia inspection. Best of all it had all the ad-ins fully loaded with a great, expensive stereo system as well which was definitely a plus and deal breaker for our son. After it passed MD inspection, Guillermo processed the tags and titles for us for a small fee, which was helpful and saved us taking time off work to go sit at the DMV office. We are extremely happy with this purchase the entire process. I highly recommend FC Auto!

Very Happy-No Hassle No Pressure place

Found BMW I was looking for at a good price. Called and asked how I could arrange to take the car to my mechanic to have it looked over which they encouraged and Jay even offered to drop it off to them once I made the appointment, which I thought was extremely nice considering it would have been hard for me to do with my conflicting work schedule. Car checked out for the most part and the few minor recommendations my mechanic found, (AC was cold but needed a charge/service & 2 tires) FC Auto agreed to take care of prior to me picking up my car and they did once we ironed out all the numbers. I showed up, looked and drove the car which felt awesome(had the performance pack), signed some papers, stocked a check and done in less than 45 minutes. Everything was literally done at my pace and via phone/email!!

Buyer Beware

Bought a vehicle which obviously had a diagnostic code erased. After driving about 100 miles (typical distance for the vehicle computer to put all systems through confirmatory performance tests), I got a code P0421. This means either the catalytic converter or one of the oxygen sensors are bad. Could mean a couple of other things, but the point is....this doesn't just "happen" after you drive it off the lot. It's a build up, and then an enduring problem. Which is designated by a check engine light. That can be erased. And won't come back again for around 100 miles or so. In a word: unscrupulous. To add insult to injury, I provided a trade which was in top notch condition which they severely undercut me on value for...citing lack of market, what they can get for it, yada yada, song and dance. My fault for caving...they advertised it for resale at well over 4,000 dollars above the trade value given...which was about the price I paid for the vehicle I now might have to put 1,000 dollars worth of parts and labor into. Despite all the great reviews on these people, they are a junk mill. They have some good stock, way over priced, and will game you well to optimize their profits. Just business, sure. But buyer, beware. You might be buying hidden (and likely known hidden) problems too. I'm pretty certain they have a State inspection "lick and stick" relationship going on. Ah, but they are very personable, nice, and efficient at making the sale and follow on paperwork fast. If that's what you're looking for. My recommendation: stay far, far away.

Outstanding, painless buying experience!

I say this with no exaggeration, this was by far and away the best car buying experience I have had. Grant Jackson handled the actual transaction, and was amazingly laid back. I never got that sleazy car salesman feeling while at FC Auto. The CarFax is readily available on all their vehicles and they have 2 separate mechanics inspect the vehicles on their lot. I bought a 2007 Audi A4 manual transmission! I have been looking all over for a decent manual transmission vehicle, researched this one for about 3 weeks and was very happy to get to the dealer and find it was still available. I took it for a test drive, which through the busy streets of Falls Church then onto 66, was perfect to test acceleration and the transmission. I love this car! The experience was made even better when they accepted my 2001 Lexus IS300 and gave me a trade in value! Also, they work well with the NASAFCU, which until then I did not even know existed. I got an excellent rate on the loan. So if you decide to buy from FC Auto, which if they have the vehicle you like I woud say definitely do it, check out NASAFCU across the street! Grant and the FCB fan (sorry can't remember his name right now) made this experience painless and actually fun, as we were able to watch and talk about the World Cup when I was buying. These guys have great personalities and attitudes, thanks guys! When I buy a used car again, I will look on your website first!

The Best Place to Get Reliable Car

Nearly a month ago, I financed my 2010 Honda Civic Hybrid from FCauto. I had searched for a car with the best mpg, lowest cost, and lowest mileage. This search led me here. From the moment I spoke to Guillermo on the phone, I could tell that it was not going to be the typical car buying experience. He was very easy going, not invasive, answered all of my questions, and simply asked if he should expect me later or not; did not ask for any of my personal information etc. Upon arriving, I realized that he and Grant were very laid back, and easy going people like myself which made it extremely easy to work with. They did not haggle on price and were very straight forward and truthful about the value, how much they had into it etc. The last few days I have been shopping around at all of the big name dealers around Tysons, and these guys were by far the easiest to work with. I went into FC Auto to check out an 04 Acura MDX. The car was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. We had seen an identical vehicle the day before, and it was in horrible condition. Beware if your used car has an issue

I purchased a 2005 Expedition from them that was generally in good shape. During the test drive the salesman told me that due to a engine light code they had just replaced a coil pack, all the spark plugs, and cleared the code. Knowing that the engine light takes a few driving cycles for the system to reevaluate and come back on I asked him what would happen if it did come on again since there was no warranty. He stated that they would "make it right". Needless to say, during the third drive cycle the same day that I bought it the light came back on. I checked the code myself and also went to a Ford dealer to verify that it was a bad catalytic converter. When I called FC Auto they said the salesman was not with them anymore and I started talking with another salesman about it. He was hard to get in touch with generally and rarely returned calls. I usually had to call back the following day. In the end they refused to fix it but offered to have Overseas Auto to do the repair at cost. When I told them that the salesman had told me that he would make it right I was told that that was part of the reason he was no longer with them??? I never received a call with a firm estimate, just a rough guess from the salesman. By this time I was done dealing with them anyway and fixed it without them. The sales process was went fine, but they seem to have an issue with customer service, especially if there are problems with your car.

Easiest car buying experience ever

We bought a car for my teenage girls in May. We had looked at thousands and thousands of vehicles on many websites- autotrader.com, carmax,com, cars.com, craigslist, ebay, etc. we pretty much knew what we wanted and what we could spend. Used car prices were outrageous given the year of the vehicle and the mileage!! The girls found their car online at F.C. Auto. It was priced fairly compared to all we had looked at. We knew before we went up there that if they liked it we were coming home with it. I had emailed to haggle on the price and they did work with me with a little. Guillermo did ALL the paperwork for us- everything we needed for DMV in MD he had given us. it was a dream! Now remember, VA inspections really don't do much inspection at all so when we brought it home to MD we needed to spend about $400 to have a belt changed and something else done and have it MD inspected plus pay sales tax. We have since changed the spark plugs. Don't expect it to be 100% but so far it is a great vehicle. My teens get in it, turn the key and take off and by no means baby it. My mechanic here at home has had it on the machine just to check and all is fine. It had some small dings anddents but that was fine with the girls. It did not have a hood prop in it so Guillermo promised to send us one. he made good on his word and sent every part we needed to replace the hood prop. We were very pleased with the entire experience and would not hesitate to go back.

Just recently i purchased my first car from FC Auto. As a 20 year old with not much credit history, Guillermo & the entire staff were SO attentive and helpful in when it came to composing a sensible and affordable finance deal !!! The car i purchased runs well and has good mileage. Each time I call with any questions/concerns , the phone is picked after no more than two rings which (from my perspective) shows that they care about all customers.,.current and future. I am 18 and was searching for my first car for months. I had been all over the Maryland, DC, and Virginia metropolitan area and was beginning to grow weary of buying a car. It was until I visited these wonderful people that I began to feel confident in buying a car. I honestly have no complaints!! I was not sure I could even get a car. The salesman went above and beyond to make sure that I could. He made the process very easy.

They only sell headaches, not cars

I purchased a BMW X5. The car was in the shop for 4 months. I got to drive it 10 days total. Overseas Auto, the garage that was supposed to fix the leaks, could NEVER fix the vehicle. FC Auto sells totalled vehicles. It cost more to fix the BMW X5 than I paid for it. In addition to all of the leaks, the car needed a new transmission. I had a 30 day warranty, that ran out because the car was in the shop. When my patience finally ran out I told FC Auto to keep their trash. They admitted they should never have sold the car to me and offered a Kia Soul in exchange. Now that is a real deal - BMW X5 to a Kia Soul. Give me a break. You guys need to stop ripping people off.

We drove from what seems like every dealer from Richmond to DC. Thankfully we stumbled upon FC Auto. Their salesman were great to work with, Honest about any problems with the cars, and worked with us on the cost. Their used vehicles were some of the best we have seen. They perform an 84 point car inspection (More then VA requires) to check all cars for any problems. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who is looking for a car. I know we will be going back. Totally worth the drive in DC traffic.

I found FC AUTO on autotrader. Pricing was competitive and fair. The car I bought was $900 less and had 20k miles less than their competition. Great location for test drives and a decent selection of cars. Highend sport coupes to soccer mom mini vans. The staff was great and seemed like normal down to earth people. Not a pushy or desperate sales team. They even offered me their lunch while I waited to hear from a bank. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a used car.

Was looking for the referenced car for a while and found it at FCAuto. Price was reasonable, car was well prepped even refurbished the interior. Guillermo disclosed all of the numbers that went into the sale price and was still willing to correct some minor issues. I saw the car I wanted online. I made an appointment to test drive it. I got there gave them my license and drove my future car around the city. When I got back the ball was completely in my court. I recently bought a Durango from FC Auto and couldnt have asked for a better all around experince. Im in NC and saw the vehicle on here. I filled out the credit app and told them the vehicle that I was interested in. a The next day Guillermo called me up...told my I was approved...told me my payment..term..apr..and answered all questions I had. A couple days later I rented a car and told them I was going to take a trip up there on Saturday. I was greeted by Federico which pulled the car around and told me and my little boy to go and give it a drive. Everything was as described with the vehicle so we signed a few papers and purchased it. Not a good experience

I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. I don't think they intentionally try to deceive purchasers, but it is pretty clear they have no idea of the quality or lack of quality in the vehicles they sell. Quality assurance is severely lacking. I purchased a car from them that broke down on the beltway 3 days after I bought it, as I was returning it to them because the ac stopped working on day 2. I decided to trade up to a different vehicle and had that one for one day when the ac went out on that one too! At this point I'm fed up and have decided to bite the bullet and just keep the car and fix it myself rather than have them try and do something about it. I refuse to give them another dime. Never again with FC Auto.

The 3 sales persons who assisted us were all top-notch professionals and they know what they're talking about. A bit disappointment on the car-fax report which did not state the condition of the back windshield wiper--it was detached and broken. We had to bring the car back for a new one to be attached as well as the inspection report was not properly documented. But over-all, they are a great team to work with !!
