Have been going to this dealership since 2009. Our whole family has purchased or leased Nissan's from them. We love Nissan but will now look for a different company for our cars. Unfortunately service over the past few years has really become non -existant. From horrible computer systems, waiting for hours before someone updates you while waiting, to service reps who act like you are a hassle if you ask questions. Today I went in for an appointment that I had made via phone. When I made the app. with Chris I told him I needed oil changed and the key system checked because the key light was on and the car didn't always start properly. When i checked in today, I repeated the issues. The rep then said it's probably,the battery. I advised her it wasnt. She then asked if I had both keys with me. I didnt. Her response was well we can't work on key problem today. I advised her no ne told me to bring both keys. Her response was so inappropriate. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE CONCEPT THERE. I was the problem because I complained about being required to come again.Bad as all that is, the worst incident was when I brought my car in 8/2016 because there was clearly something seriously wrong with the transmission. Even though the computer testing showed there was something wrong they refused to fix my warranted transmission be cause they could not duplicate the sympToms I stated existed. A week later the transmission died on a N.Y highway and my family narrowly escape a serious crash. The car was towed to the Port Chester, N.Y Nissan who advised the transmission had died! The service and kindness received from the Port Chester Nissan was amazing!

My daughter, who is young n looking at buying her first car on her own, went there to test drive a car. She doesn't have much credit n we could not get any sort of answer as to what her payments would be. Now trying to get her deposit back n keep getting VM with no response. Also emailed the sales person n no response. I understand things get hectic, but this is important. Next step is to go to the manager of the dealership

Hi Don I just wanted to say thank you so much for working so hard getting me into my new 2016 Murano I know I didn't get my Moonroof or the color that want it . But would have loved to have ho1 technology package for safety reasons since I have to traveling in the highway to go to work especially in the winter I'm sure I will grow to love this Murano Haswell as all the other ones I have lease thank you once again it was nice doing business with you.

took my vehicle in for service for oil/ filter change and tire rotation.I signed paperwork that said tire rotation was done but that is false.I had a leaking tire on the left rear of the car which required air refills.Guess what - the tire with the leak remained on the right rear of the car.At least i checked to see if the oil was changed and it was.Don't know if they changed the oil filter. I received an email for service evaluation.I stated my concerns but never heard anything about this issue.

The sales person was nice. That accounts for the single star. 1. My check could not be processed for some reason and I had to return the next day with a cashier check. I checked with my bank and there was no record of any attempt to cash the check. I am willing to bet that the cashier at the dealership had gone home for the day and they just made a pretense of taking a check from me.2. The second key was missing and I was promised they would have it ready when I returned with the payment. It was not. I was asked to come back to the service department and get a new duplicate, that would mean another trip because I wasn't carrying the key with me that day. How was I supposed to know.3. About a week after the purchase, someone from the dealership called to check if I had received the key,I told her I hadn't and she said I could come on the weekend. When I checked into service on Saturday, the service department told me I had to wait at least 4 hours since I didn't have an appointment. What is my fault in this whole deal?! I wouldn't have come in had I known I had no appointment.Since I have time to kill, I am writing this review from Faulkner's waiting room.

I have been shopping around for a new car since November. I had been visiting different Nissan dealers to see who would give me the best deal and the best trade-in value for my 2010 Altima. Ironically, I saved Faulkner Nissan for last because it was only a few minutes from home. Boy, was I glad I did! My experience at Faulkner Nissan was one that I'd never experienced before, not even at the Nissan dealer in New Jersey where I usually go to purchase a new car. The salesman, Andre Kennedy went above, beyond, and everywhere possible to make me feel comfortable, respected, and as though I was the most important person at the dealership that day. He took his time answering every question I had, and although Faulkner didn't have a car in the actual color I wanted, he had a conversation with someone else at Faulkner, who made the necessary phone calls to other dealerships until he found the vehicle I requested. I may not have ridden out of Faulkner Nissan's dealership in the car I wanted that day, but I certainly did two days later!I couldn't stop thanking Mr. Kennedy for all his help, nor could I stop singing his praises to my family and friends. He is the "poster person" for professionalism, friendliness, and giving his all to support his clients, as well as represent Faulkner Nissan. I am proud to say that Mr. Kennedy proved that I can get an excellent deal for a vehicle (namely a Nissan, of course) in Pennsylvania, and that there is no longer a need for me to drive to New Jersey anymore. I do believe that Mr. Kennedy's charisma sold me on Faulkner Nissan. He expressed that Faulkner is a family business, and that everyone working there was treated as such. I could see that in his presentation, and in the way he made sure that I got exactly what I wanted. In my eyes, he is an outstanding employee, a gem if you will, and should be appreciated for all that he brings to Faulkner.Andre Kennedy, thanks for everything!! I appreciate everything!

My car had been in an accident and I came to Nissan to get a new car to replace my old Nissan. The sales associate was very generous and helpful. They catered to my needs even though I didn't have anything to put down on a brand new car. I ended up getting a better car than what I had before for only a few more dollars. The financial advisor was really awesome and made sure I was making the right decisions for the different warrenties. I also think it's awesome they have 2 years free maintenance! I had a great experience and left the same day with my new car. They also called a few days later to check on things with the car.

The service was good, however the checkout process was not. The clerk said that I could not receive or see the bill until after I gave her my check. I said that I wanted to see the itemized work and review it before paying but was told that she could not print anything until "AFTER I GAVE HER THE PAYMENT!!' something that I did not appreciate. Then after paying I asked for a copy of the paperwork and she said that she had to get approval before I could get it. I had to go to my service representative to have him give her the approval to give me a copy of my billing statement. I find this totally unacceptable.

Took my vehicle for 15,000 miles maintenance. The oil change service was the last "free one" from purchasing the vehicle and the service advisor deducted the amount from the maintenance charge . Bought vehicle in at 9:00 and asked if could be ready by 1:00 (did not wait at service center). Receive call at 12:30pm vehicle was ready to be picked. Arrived at dealership to pay bill, but invoice had included the oil change. Billing cashier gave to service advisor to adjust invoice and then paid the bill and left with vehicle. Vehicle was washed (thank you!) and cleaned inside as I left it. Happy with service except for the misunderstanding regarding the invoice. Thank you!?

My radio needed replacement. Unfortunately, Nissan had back-ordered the radio. When it did come in, I was told it would take approximately 1 1/2 hours for installation. Ended up to be half that time. Everyone extremely friendly.

I contacted them about a used vehicle I saw online. Their web salesperson did contact me immediately, answered my questions, and scheduled an appointment at my convenience. However, when I arrived for my appointment, the salesperson assigned to me was very unprofessional. He didn't know about the vehicle I was scheduled to see and couldn't answer any questions. He did introduce me to the used car sales manager, who answered some questions and promised I would receive a phone call the next day with answers to my remaining questions. No phone call. Two days later I called the salesman. He said he lost my number (seriously?). I reminded him of the info I was waiting on. Still no call back. Once again, I reached out and was again told he had lost my number. I decided to make an offer on the car, as I really liked it. He promised to get back to me. Once again, no call back. Clearly, they have no interest in making a sale.

Of all places to shop for a car, this is a very good dealership. Highly professional staff with great customer service. I walked in ready to be bombarded, but instead a nice gentleman named Gary Bederman walked up to me and immediately showed me around. Made me feel comfortable given the fact this was my first time buying a car. While it is important for any salesman to sell something to a consumer, it is as equally important to make the consumer feel comfortable about the sale. Carlos Menendez, finance director there, also a picture of professionalism, very kind and understanding and takes the time to get you through the process smoothly. There were plenty of other dealerships I could have gone to, but Faulkner Nissan in Jenkintown is by far the best hands down. I would give this place 10 stars if I could but alas 5 stars.

I am not a big fan of shopping for a car, but the salesman, Don, the manger, Mike, and the finance person, Julie all made this a positive experience. I realized after signing paperwork that what I was promised was not at all what I received. I realized after they received a good review on the survey that the deal I was given was not what was promised. Now I am stuck with this lease. I have sent emails to the service rep with no response. I do not recommend going to this dealership as you may get stuck just like I did.Very friendly staff and very clean facility but once you sign and drive you can forget about the friendly and honest service.

April 29,2014 I tow my Nissan Maxima 2004 to Faulkner Nissan due to not starting and smoking when it was jumped. On April 30,2014 the services assistant stated that my car needed and Ac Amphilifer unit that blew out due to a multi point inspection and that it would cost 600.00. On May 2,2014 i pick my car up drove around for 2 hours and park my car in the garage. I was awaken at 5;50 am on May 3,2014 by smoke coming through my bedroom window. I jumped up look out my window and ran down the basement which fill with smoke. I ran outside open the garage and my car was in flames. I call the fire department and came in matters of seconds and they said it wasn't arson it was a issue with the car. I trusted Nissan Faulkner. On my receipt it doesn't state any repairs that they are lying about that i needed. My passenger side is burn to a crisp. I thank god that I'am able to write about it. And so thankful that the house didnt catch on fire.Nissan Faulkner doesn't want to take responsibilty..Now Iam without no car and no money!

I just purchased a brand new Altima from Paula. I was recently in an accident and had totaled my Toyota that was less than a year old and I was not excited about having to shop for a car all over again. I shopped via the internet and Paula responded to me immediately. She had a warm personality that translated in our emails. She was genuinely concerned about me the customer and didn't try to push me into a car. She was super friendly and really knowledgeable of the cars I looked at. She helped me meet my budget requirements and put me in a car that had a good amount of features for a great price. I told her when we met that I was planning on shopping a few different brands and wasn't buying today. I do that as a test when I shop for cars to see how the sales rep reacts- she completely respected what I said and went out of her way to make sure I was well educated about the car. I took home the Altima because I fell in love with the car and had a fun time shopping at Faulkner. This is my first Nissan and surely not my last. Thanks again for a great experience. And btw I am loving my new back up camera and apps feature on my car!

Until several weeks ago I was not a fan of the car dealership community. I leased a Nissan and my lease was coming up to expiration date. I was not looking forward to replacing the vehicle. Joe O'Neill from Faulkner Nissan in Jenkintown, PA contacted me several months ago. Joe was very easy to deal with and very responsive. Although I had to go through the usual car dealer kabuki dance, Joe was very professional and knowledgeable. I had options from several different dealerships but in the end decided to lease a new vehicle in large part thanks to Joe. I have been in sales for over 25 years and I thought Joe did a great job. Danya is the best car sales rep I've ever had to the pleasure to deal with. In the matter of 24 hours, I picked the vehicle I liked online, was approved, and by the next morning I was at the dealership picking up the amazing vehicle (Chevy Cruz). 1st visit, I met with paula taylor who was a delight.when it came 2 info she was knowledgeable.when it came time 2 number crunching so I could achieve my budget,I dealt with mike mcquoid,new car sales mgr who was just great. Personable, polite& got me the budget I wanted. 2nd visit happens a few days later I returned bc I decided to upgrade the car bc I needed 4wd. Should've been simple...they had it in stock for only a $2k more. I met with paula again but the number crunching was done by the actual used car sales manager tim sexton. When I told paula I'm looking 2 stay in the same budget&she asked what final price I was asking,I gave her a ballpark figure. she took it 2 tim who came over and politely said "it ain't gonna happen.." literally! Those were his words! with reference to my suggested discount. Who speaks to a customer that way? Tim is clearly younger than mike & it shows. He didn't even want 2 give me the MINIMUM discount he'd given me on the original car...he was reluctant to negotiate. I didn't leave with a great feeling.I ended up putting more $$ down plus my trade-in bc I really wanted the car upgrade..and clearly he knew that and wasn't as flexible.he even debated the original discount id received like I'm a child who can't count! There's a way you negotiate.I'm not some dude in his hood. He needs 2 be retrained.I don't care for his overall customer service skills. I wouldn't recommend this dealership for a used car if you deal with tim...now mike for a new car? He's a go-to guy for sure! Not bc I got what I wanted,it was how he handled the negotiations & carried himself through the whole process.

Although some new car dealers treat used car customers poorly, I was treated as though I was buying the most expensive car on the lot (which I was not). Everyone was very kind and worked hard to make the deal work for me. The car was beautifully cleaned when I was done with my paperwork, and I was impressed with everyone I met. I won't shop anywhere else.

Nothing but good to say about Faulkner Nissan. Sale Manager Tim Sexton gave me a generous amount on my trade-in and followed up with the best price on my vehicle. I had done considerable research on the internet with such sites as this(Cars.com) and considered myself an educated buyer. The sales consultant(Roy Crouch) was friendly, knowledgeable, and low pressure. I was very relaxed dealing with him. I don't enjoy vehicle shopping, but Faulkner took all the pain out of buying my new vehicle.

I drove down to the dealership to check out a "competitely" priced MDX. Little did I know it had been in an accident (rear bumper damaged and drivers side rear fender damaged)and also showed signs of rust in several places. Overall this car was in poor shape and no amount of detailing will be able to dress it up since it likely needs $3-4K worth of body work. When I pointed out these obvious issues the sales guy acted like they really weren't major problems and said that they could probably "touch them up". (dude, you can't touch up rust - it just comes back)

We had a pleasant experience at Faulkner last night. I received a quote via the American Express Auto Purchasing program and Faulkner came out with the best price by a large margin. Paula from Faulkner contacted me within a day and we finalized the "Out The Door" price via email within 1/2 hour. We arrived at Faulkner to finalized the paperwork and within 90 minutes, the transaction was completed. All the staff are friendly, the atmosphere was laid back and we had a very positive experience.I will highly recommend this dealership.
