I am very disappointed in this dealership. Test drove a Mazda-6 which we drove over an hour to see (and they knew this). After the test drive, we went inside to see what type of deal we could do and the salesperson (whom I won't mention) came back with the exact sticker price and an offending low number for our trade in. We tried to discuss the price, etc. and they were not willing to negotiate. They let good business walk right out their door. I will not do business here and I will make sure I let others know - don't make the drive. I have plenty of other Mazda dealerships closer to me who did not offend me and listened to what I needed. I will take my business there.

My husband and I were very happy with the sales associate, Laura Knepp, and the process of a "no-haggling" price guarantee. I was a bit disappointed when test-driving my car and when I picked up the car that the car had no paper floor mats to keep it clean. I also requested on a sales document to make sure that the car was vacuumed and clean before pickup. It was clean except for the 4 floor mat areas. The dealership could use more parking sites for customers that are near the front door of the sales building. Also, an expanded ladies bathroom with a private entrance would be nice. I was never able to use it because of one person in there for a long time.

My current vehicle is a CX-5 and it is my third Mazda. I always take my vehicles to Faulkner Mazda for service because I know they are dependable and if I ever have a problem they will find it and correct it. The service staff especially Jeremy is always friendly, knows and calls me by name. He keeps me updated on recommended services needed depending on the mileage. The waiting area is comfortable and welcoming. All staff I have encountered are friendly and attentive.

I went to Faulkner Mazda in search of a CX-5 and a few days later, I drove away in a new CX-5! The staff was very helpful in my first car-buying experience and were very willing to answer my questions. I worked closely with Pete and Amanda who were both very knowledgeable of the car and helpful in answering texts, calls, etc. The men in the service area were also very friendly. Not a "pushy" sales team. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Amanda Titus. She was knowledgable about her product, pleasant and friendly to deal with. She wasn't "high pressure" and all, "what's it gonna take to put you in this car today" In her approach. I was reluctant to deal with Faulkner because of experiences I've had at other dealerships of theirs. However, because of Amanda, I bought a vehicle, I then referred a friend who purchased a vehicle from her the next day. I have referred her to my coworkers, friends and family. Faulkner would be wise not to let her leave . . . ever!

In for Warranty service and write up was friendly and courteous even going out of way to help with possible tire selections for a later date. Service was quick and car wash needed. Only reason I gave a ding on the facilities is that the waiting area is rather small. The facilities were a great step up from the Paxton St. location but the waiting area seemed to have shrunk in size - unless you count the loner bar outlooking the lot. A happy experience all around though.

We purchased a 2016 Mazda 6 Sport from Faulkner Mazda. We received excellent customer service due to the salesman with whom we worked! He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. In addition, he was not "pushy" at all. (A quality which we do not appreciate in a salesperson!) We also came across a few other employees whom were also nice with whom to work. A good price was also offered! Although the exact car was not on the lot, the dealership was able to get the car the very next day and had it ready for us to take home. I made the trip to Faulkner Mazda in Harrisburg all the way from Gettysburg to get the Mazda I have always wanted. Gregg Willis was my salesman and he was absolutely wonderful. No matter what I asked for, he made it happen! If I wanted to see one in liquid silver, he pulled it up front. Then I changed my mind and went back to the white one, he dug that one out for me! And never once did he show any remorse for any of my demands! Friendly staff and more than accomodating Gregg made my experience absolutely wonderful!

Everything went smoothly. I wanted to buy an used MX-5 and drive it back to California - that's 3000miles. After research I've chosen Faulkner Mazda as the dealership with the best reviews. I called them and Gregg honestly explained me the history of the car, that it had a severe accident, but it's rebuilt and fine now. I put the phone down. After two days I've called them back that I want the car. It was the best decision of my winter. When I flight over to Harrisburg, everything was ready, they took great care of me offering water, coffee and telling me more about the car. And the car was marvelous. I was driving this convertible non-stop across USA through one digit temperatures, snow storm, rain storm and tough uphill. No problems at all. And the price was just great.I would do it again.

Late on New Years Day we found a used car on line at Faulkner Mazda in Harrisburg, Pa. We submitted a request for more information on the car and got a response within 10 minutes. We called the next day and spoke with Gregg Willis the sales representative regarding the car. Living over 2 hours away we started off to see the car. We were delayed in our departure and called to let Gregg we were going to be much later than we had originally expected. He was busy with another customer and we left him a message. Within 10 minutes Matt, the sales manager, called to tell us that Gregg was busy with another customer and to see if he could assist us. We told him about our being late and continued to Faulkner. Once at the dealership we were immediately greeted outside by Audrey who had originally responded to our internet request. She took us to meet Gregg and he showed us the car. While he was taking it out of the showroom Matt came over to introduce himself as the person who spoke with us earlier on the phone. The car was everything they described plus Everyone at Faulkner went out of their way to offer us snacks and drinks while they completed the paperwork. Josh was able to offer us favorable financing which we took advantage of and we drove our car home that evening. Our customer experience couldnt have been better from Audreys quick response to our internet request to Gregg, Matt and Josh making the deal and financing work for us. It is apparent to us that customer service is more than a catch phrase at Faulkner Mazda.

Early in my buying process I stopped by and met Dan Shay. I had intended on buying a used CX-5 and had an offer on one at another dealership. Dan took the time to explain the features of the Mazda (I was trading a Honda, never owned a Mazda) and I left very impressed with his ability to "connect" with me as a customer. After a weekend-long search of dealerships within 100 miles - both in person and on the internet - I contacted Dan via email ( ON SUNDAY ) about buying a 2014 model. He responded later that day and we agreed to talk on Monday. On Wednesday I bought a 2014 CX-5, "demo". When Dan gave me the purchase price, I said, "Let's do it!" He made it that easy.

I went in to Faulkner Mazda not quite knowing what to expect. A friend recommended going there to speak with Mike, as I needed a new car. Due to a good medical emergency, Mike was not available, but Amanda was. She was very friendly, and very helpful. This was my first time buying a new car, so I was a bit nervous. Amanda was very down-to-Earth, not at all pushy, and listened to what my thoughts were in terms of what I wanted in a car. The experience was absolutely amazing. The test drive was comfortable, and I was given no pressure to buy. Amanda gave me all of the time I needed to ask questions, and made recommendations that further assisted me in choosing the right car. I would highly recommend Faulkner Mazda, and am very thankful for great service, and an awesome new car!

The experience with Mike Ramsey and Faulkner as a whole was excellent (2014 CX-5 GT). Laura was also very helpful in Mike's absence. Never any pressure to purchase, always polite and obliging. Mike is very knowledgeable about the autos he sells and has a good sense of what info customers need and what they don't. While I was originally concerned that the large size of today's Faulkner (numer of dealerships) might be detrimental to getting a competitive price, I ultimately found the negotiating experience to be pain-free and one of the quickest/smoothest I can remember. My target price was eventually met without fanfare and everyone walked away happy. I would definitely visit them again first when it's time for another new car.

We thought Sarah was great! She welcomed us and after a few questions found me the perfect car. She knew safety for my 3 yr old daughter was important to us. She made my daughter part of the car picking process which Impressed me and entertained my daughter. Sarah never made me feel pressured. We didn't purchase the day we test drove and was understandable. She was readily available for my questions when I called back. One of the reasons went back to buy the Mazda was because of Sarah and how comfortable she made us feel in this important decision. I gave a 4 for overall experience because of the finance portion. I filed paperwork one night, got the car the next and had to redo paperwork because of buying a warranty I didn't know about the first night and had to go back a third time to sign more paperwork that was missed. I am not letting those technicalities ruin it. I would definitely recommend Sarah again. She is young and enthusiastic and makes you feel comfortable and at ease.

Mike Ramsey was excellent to work with but the other employee (Andrea) I felt was misleading in her attempt to sale the extended warranty and other optional coverages on the vehicle. It left me feeling that we paid too much for services that we probably didn't need. Had I read the details before I left the dealer I probably would not of purchased some of the extra coverages. I discussed my experience with her and I am not sure whether it will affect my decision to go back again to purchase a car?

We explained to him what we were looking for. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable about the Maza vehicles. He went over all the features on the CX5 Grand Tour Model. He then took us to one of the Vehicles and went over all the controls/ bells and whistles associated with the vehicle. He then ask if we wanted to take a test ride. We took the test ride and both of us drove the vehicle. We were extremely pleased with the vehicle and ask when they could have the one we chose from their brochure i.e., color, interior, and ammenities. He informed us it would take about a week. They were true to their word, with in the week we had the vehicle of our choice. All the employees we were introduced to at Faulker Mazda were courteous and knowledgeable on their vehicles. When we arrived to pick up the car, Danny introduced us to the financial assistant. Within 30 to 45 minutes we had all the paperwork signed and were on our way in our new 2014 Mazda. I went in and purchased an RX8. When i test drove it, I noticed it idled rough. I asked the sales person about it, but they said that was what RX8 do. After two weeks, I brought it back and was told again that the rough idle was normal. A mechanic in my local Mazda dealership told me that it was not normal so I again took it to Faulkner. When I called, they told me there was nothing they could do since I was a week over my four week total warranty. After I finally got them to look at it, they said that there were aftermarket spark plugs that were really good in it and that was why it idled rough. Today, my check engine light came on. Instead of having to deal with Faulkner, I went to my local Mazda dealer, who told me that aftermarket parts dont work out good in RX8's and I need totally new wires, plugs, etc. Faulkner sold me a car that had parts in it that didn't work, has never cared that they didnt. I asked about the idle numerous times and was told it was nothing. Don't waste you time dealing with people who don't want to help you out once they take your money.

I came in with a good idea of what I wanted. The car was a great trim for the price -- all the features for the same cost as the other new basic versions of that model. I had never bought a car before, but the process was very smooth and efficient. Unfortunately, when it came time to finance, I ran into problems with my large amount of student loans. I had a great experience at Faulkner Mazda in Harrisburg. As soon as I walked onto the lot, Jesse Mcknight greeted me and husband. I purchased an 02 Honda Civic from Faulkner Mazda on April 4th. At the time of purchase I was told that it would need $800 in repairs which I was okay with. My experience at Faulkner Mazda was amazing from the minute I walked in the door until the minute I drive my new vehicle off the lot. The staff were all extremely helpful, but not pushy. They encouraged me to look at other dealerships and models of vehicles so that I was comfortable with what I would eventually end up buying. I visited Faulkner Mazda after seeing the internet sale price of a CX-9 that I saw on the Faulkner Mazda website. I arrived at the dealership a couple hours before closing on the snowy Saturday this past December. The Faulkner Mazda sales team and service people were moving cars around so that they could plow the lots. Amanda greeted me as I pulled in. She was very friendly and not pushy right from the start. We took the CX-9 for a test drive and she was very thorough in explaining the various features of the SUV. Amanda and Sean had to work on the numbers for me including my trade. Jesse was one of the friendliest and understanding salesmen I encountered during my car search. Overall, I interacted with approximately 10 dealerships and 13 salesmen. Jesse got my business because of his competitive pricing, but mostly because of non-pushy attitude. In better terms, Jesse was less of a salesman, and more of an assistant. Jesse helped me every step of the way, and once I decided to go with his offer, we were in constant communication about how to make the process as easy and quick as possible so that we did not have to sit in the dealership for hours waiting on paperwork to go through (I live 45 mins away). In addition, I was introduced to every member of the dealership staff, and they were extremely welcoming. Jesse took me through the basics of my new vehicle, and even cleaned off my old license plate from my trade-in so that it wouldn't tarnish the look of my CX-5. Finally, apparently I left a CD in my trade-in vehicle, and Jesse was nice enough to call me the next day and tell me that he would send it or keep it on his desk for me when I returned for my first inspection. it started with a call from frank kaminski with a deal that seemed to good to be true,but we made an appointment for a saturday morning, when we got there frank greeted us with open arms, the mazda 3 was ready to go for a test drive but frank wanted to go over the numbers first so not to waste any more of our time if we were not happy with them. when he was done i was more skeptical it just seemed to good to be true,i kept waiting for that hidden sales pitch,true to his word there just wasn't one. frank introduced us to jesse mcknight, what a great guy a family man with a demeanor to match, his knowledge and passion for these cars are undeniable. he explained every thing so we could easily understand, we really had a good time which seems unheard of,we were not there long, a big plus, they treated us with the upmost respect, they bent over backwards for us we felt like family. frank and jesse are great assets to your dealership,will recomend freinds and family and remain a customer. can't wait to see how the service dept. treats us.

I was greeted warmly upon entering, and the rep listened to exactly what I wanted. After test driving a car that I liked, I went home to discuss the choices with my fiancee. My wife and I drove to the dealership after seeing a car on Cars.com. I had called ahead to submit all the papers and finance info. We had a 2.5 hour drive to the dealership and did not want to go home without the new car. We got there and everyone was very nice and knowledgeable about the car. Amanda was one of the best car salesperson I have dealt with over the years. Alot of car dealers are "pushy" when you are browsing their lots, which easily can turn people away. I spent 45 minutes at a dealership in Mechanicsburg walking around the car lot and no sales representative asked if i needed any thing. Thats what took me to Faulkner Mazda. I walked into the dealership wanting my trade in paid for and zero % financing. They had tons of inventory and exactly what i wanted. I gave them a figure and figured they were going to try to swindle me because Im a woman. They just gave me what I wanted which was more than Kelly Blue Book Value. I got more than my pay-off. I got my financing at 0% for 60 months. They had to call in there finance person because it was late. They were there 30 minutes after the closing time. All with not one bit of haggleing. We visited Faulkner Mazda to test drive a used, but like new, Mazda that we saw on www.cars.com. We arrived at the dealership an hour before closing on a Saturday. Jesse greeted us soon after we starting looking around the lot. He was friendly and not pushy right from the start. We took the car for a test drive and he was very thorough in explaining the various features of the car. The car sold itself, but Jesse had to work on the numbers for us (including our possible trade). He was very patient and was clearly determined to meet our needs. We kept him hours past closing time, but he didn't make us feel rushed at all. We also met the GSM personally, who was very friendly and welcoming. This car-buying experience was, by far, our best ever. We felt very welcome and relaxed during the process, and every employee we interacted with was accommodating and service-oriented. We recently purchased a CX-9 from Jesse at Faulkner Mazda. He was extremely helpful with our decision on the purchase and took the time to explain all the options of the car and made sure he knew exactly what we were looking for and matched us with a car that met all of our wants. When we finally decided on a car he sat down with us and gave us a great pricing breakdown of the car as well as all financing options. The pricing was extremely straight forward and really a great deal right out of the gate. There was no pressure to buy and Jesse always made us feel very comfortable with the process. After we brought the car home we had some issues with Sirius and Jesse was there every step of the way to help us get the problem resolved. Had a great experience at Faulkner Mazda of Harrisburg. Laura and Mark were very knowledgeable and personable - we felt at ease in their low pressure/cordial sales environment throughout the process. We experienced none of the cat-and-mouse that other dealers engage in with regard to price and financing options. We told them that we intended to visit another local dealer to test drive another brand, and they left us with a copy of the detailed cost breakdown with Mark's card photocopied onto it. The other dealer we visited that day had a very hastily written price breakdown and would not let me take it home. When we committed to buy the next day, Eric contacted several banks throughout the day and came up with financing that beat anything I would have been able to obtain on my own. When we met with him the following day for what sometimes can be the dreaded visit with the finance manager for a hard sell of add-ons, Eric simply presented the warranty/add-on options with all pricing detailed, and answered our questions without any pressure to buy.All in all a great sales experience, and we love our CX-9. I was searching for a good low mileage car on-line. I found a low mileage Subaru at Faulkner Mazda and stopped by to take a look. Jesse greated me in the lot and took the car for a test drive. Having a very hectic schedule I had very little time to sit down and discuss numbers on the vehicle. I found a 30 minute window 2 days later where I could bring my wife in to look at the vehicle. I found this dealer after looking at so many other new cars. I saw a commercial on tv and I thought, I'll check them out. So I looked at the Online specials and found a nice looking CX-7.
