Very good buying experience. Got a nice used car, and the process was easy. Salesman and manager were very reasonable. Buying from a high-end dealership like this is the way to go (they care about protecting their reputation).

Overall, the experience was great. They got me a lower interest rate, so I know they shopped around. The car was immaculate and it was everything they described, and more. The salesman really answered all of my questions timely, online, and was very attentive. One thing we did not like was being asked/pressured to buy the extended warranty by the finance girl. I felt she was very judgmental of us NOT buying it, and tried 3x to go over it with us and tell us it was a good deal. Not to mention that on the last try, she lowered the total price of it!!...which I didn't think was right to do at all, at the end. The best price is what you should start with. She was very off-putting and was quite "short" with us after we turned her down.Overall, the paperwork and waiting around took about 3 hours....and it should have taken less than an hour. After driving all the way from NY to buy the car, I felt this whole thing could have been expedited more for us.

We just purchased our second Infiniti from Faulkner Infiniti Willow Grove. The whole process was painless. Our salesman for our new QX30, Tom Vile, could not have been more helpful or accommodating. We also have a G37xS that we purchased new at the dealership and we have much of our service done there. All work has been of the highest quality and done on time. I appreciate that they make a loaner vehicle available when the car is in for scheduled maintenance and they understand that "car guys" still like to do small jobs like oil changes ourselves. Now that the dealership is part of the Faulkner organization, I think things will remain top notch, if not even improve. They seem to be very customer focused.

Difficult to make an appointment for car service. It took me three attempt to reach someone schedule an appointment. The day of my appointment, I used the courtesy service to drive me to work; however, when it was time to pick up my vehicle, I could not get ahold of anyone to pick me up. I had to get a ride by a family member.

We had a defective tire that continually leaked and we had in for service 4 times before it was replaced. Once it was replaced no issues. 4 times is a bit much. The employees were always incredibly helpful and nice.

went in for inspection hit with tires even though I had visited a tire place before going to dealer to make sure tires were ok for in section they had me waiting for way over an hour and a half when rep comes out and tells me of tires. I got irate,then gm comes to talk with me tells me one inspector would approve my tires but another would not. what type of place that deals with your safety will tell you that 2 different people will approve/disapprove? I had the tires put on because with that type of disagreement amongst inspectors it now was about me protecting my own safety. I have been with them for 9 years I guess now it is time for some real soul searching on whether to stay or go.

I came in because my car wouldn't start. They changed the battery and still wouldn't start. They reprogrammed my remote and still wouldn't recognize the key. They pointed finger at my autostart and wants to charge $450 to remove it. I had them speak with my autostart installer and guided them how to unplug the autostart so there wouldn't be a need to completely uninstall it. The service manager there was sitting in the passenger of my car while the technician is looking for the autostart module. The service manager looked very angry and wouldn't even look at me when we're trying to get this issue resolved, but instead he says "This is taking a lot of our time and money", yet there were one empty spot left in the service center and I see other technicians were free and just chatting amongst each other. No customer service at all! Service manager wants to point fingers on aftermarket stuff when they can't verify that it's the problem. I eventually towed it back home because $450 to uninstall aftermarket is just ridiculous! Problem still isn't solved, they charged me $260 for new battery, battery installation and about an hour of their time. I researched on my own and found out a lot of people are having similar issue as me, and it is caused by the steering lock control. You would think Infiniti technicians would know about the steering lock control but instead pointing fingers at my autostart. I will take my service else where that are willing to help customers. Don't come to this service if you want to be treated disrespectfully and expect to pay an arm and leg for services that you don't need.

Awesome experience. Joe Evangelista (our sale rep) was great. Wasn't pushy (which i don't like), very knowledgeable and few minutes into it he knew exactly what i wanted. Joe along with his managers fought a tough battle, lol, but i got my deal. I walked away with an amazing vehicle and i got an awesome deal for it, plus they took really good care of me on my trade in.
