I went to Faulkner Chevrolet of Lancaster in hopes of finding a used car with low miles. I worked with Andrew Krimmel and he was amazing, and I purchased a 2013 Mazda3. I was exceptionally blown away by Andrew's professionalism and honesty. I fully recommend going to Andrew if you're looking for a quality vehicle. When financing through the dealership, I worked with Hjalmar who was extremely helpful and efficient. I brought my Corvette in for recall work. I dropped the car off and was taken home on the dealership shuttle. Later in the afternoon when the work was completed, Greg called. They came, picked me up and brought me back to the dealership. It was as painless a car repair experience as one can imagine. As before, everyone I had contact with was friendly, efficient, and thoroughly professional. Again, a great experience.

I brought my car in because of a noise in the rear. Everyone in the service department was very friendly and the service area itself was cleaner than any auto repair facility I have ever experienced. Greg advised me that it may take some time to diagnose the problem, which I expected. The Faulkner Shuttle took me home and a few hours later, Greg called with the diagnosis and an estimate of the costs. He was not sure the car would be finished by the end of the day but around 3:00 he called and said everything was done and I could pick it up. The bill was exactly what he said it would be, the car had been cleaned on the inside and the noise is totally gone. Overall it was as good an experience as once can have when needing to get an automobile repaired. I will definitely go back and, when the time comes, I will definitely shop there for a replacement for my Corvette.

My daughter purchased a used car at Faulkner Chevrolet last year. The entire staff was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful with her. So, even though the dealership is almost an hour away from me, I decided to add Faulkner to my list for my car needs. Jesse Austin helped with my online questions and set up my test drive. Doug Herr, my salesperson, answered my every question and concern about buying a certified used car-and he survived my test drive with a smile on his face! Doug worked very hard to get the payment level I needed for my budget, and he and the entire finance team stayed two hours after closing to finalize my purchase. I went to Faulkner just to test drive one of many cars I was researching, but because of the level of service I received, I drove home in my new to me 2014 Chevy Cruze that same day. I was using another Chevrolet dealership and had nothing but problems with their repair facility. I was constantly bringing my vehicle to this other dealership repeatedly for the same issue and it never was completely resolved. I took it to Faulkner's ONCE and THEY RESOLVED THE ISSUE TO MY SATISFACTION. The customer service was top notch and the diesel mechanic that worked on my vehicle knows his stuff. I couldn't be happier with the quality of customer service I received from Mr. High and the Faulkner Chevrolet dealership! I found my 2012 Impala online in the wee hours of the morning and had to wait till 9:00am to call to make sure the car was still available. After speaking with Tom, manager, to set a time to come look at the car, I proceeded to make the 50 minute trip from Mechanicsburg, PA to Lancaster so I could give the car a good once over and test drive. Car was just about flawless and Keith was exactly how a salesman should be! He went above and beyond for me even AFTER we had made our deal. However, in the first one I concentrated on all the individuals who helped me. In this one I want to specifically thank one person - Scott Sheckard. Scott walked me through everything, answering all my questions, and some I did not ask, offering solid advice about what I needed to know about my new car. He helped me through the purchasing process and then gave me an overview of the vehicle I had chosen. He was professional at all times yet down to earth and friendly. I drove 6 straight hours (12 hours round trip) hoping the used truck Faulkner listed was everything they said it was. It was and by far better than expected! Beyond the truck, Salesman Keith High had everything in order and had already discussed my trade and other circumstances with the used car management. My response to the first offer they made me was "Give me the keys, where do I sign". I was in and out in about 1 hour. I cant stress enough how comfortable I felt with the whole experience. I would make the drive again to deal with Keith and Faulkner Chevrolet.

Very Disappointed in the service and the way we were mislead in our Lease. After inquiring when our lease would be ending, we were told to turn in our vehicle the following week. Then a couple weeks later we received an invoice for $1,300.00, to be paid out of our pocket because they said we turned it in to soon. Very poor response on returning phone calls regarding this matter. Wrote a letter to the General Manager and he never responded to my request to speak with him. We have bought several vehicles at Faulkner over the years but will never purchase or recommend Faulkner Chevrolet to anyone again. What a shame that they lost their Customer Service Skills and Honesty!

I stopped in one day to talk to Megan in person about maybe being interested in a vehicle while I had the GM Card bonus earnings. She was extremely helpful, not pushy, and explained to me all the possible options with the vehicle and financing. Even the sales manager was professional and not pushy, as the one at Red Lion Chevrolet was to me a few weeks before. The sales manager at Faulkner told me that I can get in contact with him anytime I have any questions. Both Megan and the sales manager understood a few weeks later about not being able to buy or lease a car at this time. They did not try to push me into a deal, which was very refreshing. I would not mind making the 25 mile trip back to Faulkner Chevrolet. I couldn't be any happy with the sales team thus far. I certainly look forward into doing business with them in the future.

We have been purchasing or leasing cars from Faulkner since they were located on the Harrisburg Pike at President Avenue. Our lease was expiring soon on our 2011 Cruze and because we liked the car so much decided to lease another one. While a salesman we had worked with before has since retired, we met Keith High and were impressed with not only his knowledge, but his friendly and easy-going manner. He was generous with his time. Overall a very good buying experience. Drove up from Northern Baltimore County to see and drive a used Mercedes that I saw on Cars.com. My wife took ill during the process and Megan wrote us an email asking about my wife and sent her get well wishes. That is what great customer service is all about. From start to finish Megan smiled, joked, shared, and presented us with all the answers to all the questions we had. If she did not have the answer, she wasted no time in getting the answers, whether it was about financing or about the cars we test drove. We have bought from Mike Root many times over the past 10 years and his commitment to his customers shows! I always recommend this dealership, they make us feel like friends and work with us, sometimes over the years it seems like they have achieved the impossible. I have never left there feeling anything other than happy and satisfied. Yesterday was no exception, we went to "look and talk about a possible trade" left there with a 2014 Equinox...the guys stayed late and went way beyond the normal just so we could bring it home and not make another trip....and Mike Root who lives here in the southern end stopped by this morning to pick up the extra keys to my old equinox, again so I didn't need to make another trip....cannot say enough great things about everyone at this dealership!!! I have only been in this area a year and I have seen two different mechanics who have not done well fixing the problem with my car. When I took it to Faulkner, they figured out what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. (I loved the lounge. There were computers and free wifi. Plus free hot cocoa or coffee.) The man I worked with Adan was absolutely amazing. He kept me in the loop with my car and got someone to shuttle me to work. Even when my car needed more work done, he called Enterprise and paid for my rental. It was a great experience and he seemed so concerned about getting my car fixed correctly. I really appreciate all his work and the work of the mechanics. I will definitely be a return customer!

I came to Faulkner with my mother two days ago on a ridiculously cold day and almost immediately Mr. Levitan came out to greet us and and welcome us inside. I began looking at cars from around the area a few weeks ago and found one I really liked, a Cruze, so we came here to find it. Doug helped me find it and we went out to test drive it and it was smooth sailing from there. Mr. Levitan was very knowledgeable of the car, he was very friendly, patient, and I didn't feel pushed to make a purchase like I have at other dealerships. My wife and I came to Faulkner looking for a great deal on a lease of a new Chevy Cruze that would fit our budget. Being our first car buying experience we were nervous. However, we our nerves were calmed as we walked in the door and were greeted by great people. Megan and Stephanie helped us right away. Stephanie talked to us about our options and related to us right away because she owns her own Chevy Cruze. She was very professional and personable and she was very confident in her knowledge of the car. During our test drive she made us feel very comfortable in a car that was not quite ours. The next day after our lease was processed we had a lot of questions. Megan's customer service was exceptional. She took phone call after phone call and answered question after question until we came to an agreement and leased our first car. The car was clean and prepped for us. I have been looking on line for almost a year now at Chevy Equinox. I have been waiting on the right timing of my purchase and first made contact with Uzma Shafqat approximately 6 weeks ago. I spoke with her about my needs and that I would need to wait a few more weeks. Uzma was so courteous, answered my questions and was never pushy to ~ buy a vehicle right now! ~ So today, I visited again and of course worked with Uzma. We looked at a vehicle first and I knew that I wasn't comfortable with the price & payments. The features were wonderful, but not all of them were needs. I asked about another vehicle and Uzma checked for me. She guided me both personally regarding needs and toward the financial side of the issue. She never pushed to take me out of my financial comfort zone. She understood my concerns and helped me to make a very wise decision. I have a beautiful new Equinox and am comfortable with the outcome. I had prayed specifically that I would be at peace with the decision I made and that's exactly what happened. My overall rating is 5 stars, but I think Faulkner would admit that there's always room for improvement! Certainly this dealership (which used to sell Oldsmobiles) is at least VERY good. My history is that I bought two oldsmobiles in a row from Faulkner with the last purchase in 2001. Sadly, my Alero was totaled in 2004 and since Olds was discontinued, I went to Honda. I always felt that the Honda dealership (won't say which one) gave me a raw deal because I was so desperately in need of a car. So, after a while, for my next car I went back to GM. The Faulkner folks were friendly and respectful. Everything is clean--from showroom to service. The cars in the lot are organized nicely--it's just a comfortable place to look for a car. Mike was not pushy: I was looking at 2LT Cruze's, but after assessing what I wanted, he determined that a less expensive 1LT was more to my satisfaction. Back when I had my Oldsmobiles, the service was great, too, but I don't feel that I can rate service at this time, since it's been about 10 years (I can say that Rick and Jon are very helpful and courteous). Also, Danny who drives the shuttle is very nice as well.

I have been having Faulkner Chevrolet on Rohrerstown Rd service my 2005 Saturn Vue since the Saturn dealership closed. I take it in for the 3,000 mile oil change and also for inspections. The service is wonderful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The waiting area is always clean. They have computers there for your use if necessary and the coffee is great!! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable service center.

My visit today was a surprise to both myself & the dealership. On my travels, my tire picked up a construction,maybe roofing nail[not sure if this was road issue or local prank by someone]. It was explained to me that where the nail was located, it could not be repaired by some legalistic law, that the dealership had to comply with, thus my option was to obtain a new tire. I do not have a budget for tires on a whim. Yet Rick did great to get me in, get a low priced replacement tire on short notice. The service staff did a great job to complete the task quickly as it was nearing shop closing. I truly give them kudos for helping me out of a stressful situation that I never had experienced before, possibly dazed over the cost of a single tire! And they even did a courtesy carwash for my vehicle. That was real thoughtful of them, as I was still dazed from the events & the costs to resolve it. Thanks to the staff, I didn't lose my job. Hopefully next time it will be a scheduled service. And I did get a follow up call from Nate to make sure everything was great & to my satisfaction.

I wanted a 2012 Chevy Silverado that Faulkner had in stock. Since I am not local to the Lancaster area, I wanted to negotiate the purchase price before visiting the dealership. The purchase negotiation was done completely by e mail in a very timely and professional manner by dealing with Keith High. When I visited the dealership to test drive the already cleaned Silverado, I was met outside by Mike Root. He explained the features and handed me the keys for a test drive. Mike was knowledgeable and very down to earth making the experience all the more pleasurable. Mike Strohmetz introduced himself to me with a smile and firm handshake, shared a few personal experiences and explained all the paperwork I was to sign. While the paperwork prep time was a bit long, Mike Root walked me around the dealership, showed me where to get coffee and made the time passage appear less than it was. I have purchased many new cars in the past 40 years, and this was the most pleasant experience I have encountered. I was treated better than a customer and more like a member of the Faulkner family.
