i called from out of town and made a offer on a car . i expected ill get back with you . but when the sales manager called back and said they would sell me a car at 5000 less than my dealer. and my offer was fine .i was shocked and pleased. at that point i was offered ground transportation from the local airport. when i arrived at the dealer it was small and beautiful. it took very little paperwork to make the deal a reality and that was great. i could have bought the car in 60 minutes but i stayed and enjoyed the process for the first time in auto history. thanks Milton and Marcos be cool guys .2016 FOCUS RS rocket ship YO!

In the past sales staff have always tried to change my mind or encourage me to take something I did not want - lots of pressure, and usually took up lots of my time. But the team at Fallon Ford Toyota listened, and found me exactly what I wanted. The experience was the best I have had buying a car - hands down.

I went in to have safety recalls done on 2009 RAV4 and have my appraised to see how much it would be for a trade in. Sharon was the salesperson who helped me and we started talking about trucks. She showed me a 2017 Tundra and I fell in love with the truck. Sharon and I did the paperwork together and then we waited for the approval to come through. While we were waiting, we talked about family, kids, and boyfriends. I felt so comfortable and relaxed being there. There was no pressure or hassles put on me to buy the truck. She left the decision for me to make and Sharon just stayed on the sidelines while I made a phone call that would help me make my decision. Once I gave Sharon the go ahead, within a few hours I was driving home in my brand new truck. The employees that worked with me (Sharon and Jimmy) were both awesome and amazing. I would recommend both of them to anyone who wants a hassle free no pressure car buying experience. An experience that is well worth it.

In the last 2 years I have had multiple problems with the service center at Fallon Ford Toyota. My vehicle received body damage while in for an oil change on one instance. They had it repaired, but it was a hassle. They sent me to a body shop out in the country to get an estimate and it was closed during business hours both times I attempted to go there. I finally dropped it off at the dealership and told them to get the estimate. They did have it repaired finally. On another occasion they attempted to charge me $1100 for the 30,000 mile service on my F150. I said no, I'm not paying for that because it seems way to high. Then they realized I really only needed a basic oil change. They were going to change every fluid in the truck if I would have given the OK. I have had 3 different morning appointments for an oil change in which I had to wait for up to 40 minutes after the scheduled pick up of 4:30. Yesterday I called at 3:50 to verify that my truck was complete before coming to pick it up. They said it would not be ready until 5:00 because I had not indicated a time on the drop off form. The appointment was at 7:30 in the morning, and the pick up time of 4:30 was stated on the drop off form. I was then told it would be ready in 45 minutes. I arrived at 4:40 and was told that they were just finishing it up, then 5 minutes later I see them just pulling it in the bay to start on it. I inquired about this with the service representative, and she said that they just had to finish something up. Its one thing if you make a mistake, but you should not lie to the customer. I finally got my truck back at 5:10, tires were not rotated and it had not been washed, which both were stated as part of the service in the confirmation email that they had sent me. In the future I will use the Ford service center in Carson City.

I was very impressed that when I came in just to look at a used truck that the dealer (Jessilyn Strom) was very kind and willing to help me out, with out being pushy as most car lots are. When I decided to go ahead and purchase the staff at the lot where very polite and willing to stay late since I came in with only 30minutes left in there day. I am very happy with my purchase and with the overall staff at Fallon Ford Toyota, would recommend to anybody else. I went to Fallon Auto Mall after finding just the right vehicle for me on their website. It was a used vehicle, but it looked like new. Manny, the sales associate that helped me, was very friendly and helpful. If he didn't have an answer, he found it out for me. He was able to work out the price and payments to get them to where I needed them to be. The whole experience took much less time then I remember from prior car purchases. I LOVE my new car. I couldn't be happier. My mother loved it so much, she went to Manny the next day and bought a car also. I would definitely recommend them. Ask for Manny!

This is the second vehicle I have bought here, with a decade in between. Just as easy this time as the last. Very courteous, efficient, and polite. We worked with Sharon, who went above and beyond, including communicating with us after hours. They also sent someone out to follow us back to Reno to get the car sniffed. Beyond the great service, this is the second time I have received a deal that beat everybody else by a wide margin. Driving an hour from Reno is a small price to pay for the experience you will receive here. We ended up saving thousands with a 2016 vehicle with 10,000 miles, and couldn't be happier.

We hate being pressured when we are looking to buy anything. Originally we went over to Fallon to service our Camry which we purchased at Fallon Auto Mall. We decided to look around the used car lot and was asked if we needed any help. We said were just looking but was interested in finding out a little info on the Sorento Kia which was on the lot. Jimmy Chicola came out and answered the questions we had and was very informative and polite. No pressure. We took it for a drive and liked it and went back to the dealership and began "dealing". I had set up an appointment to see a sales rep and everyone was very nice when my daughter and I arrived. I was pleasantly surprised that the salesman had a similar car to what I wanted on hand and we took a test drive. Gave great info about my vehicle being it is a first for me owning a hybrid. So whisper quiet when you first start the vehicle. And here I was used to older cars and the vibration and soft hum. The sales people are great, but I would caution anyone who is upside down on their current vehicles. I do understand that a car lot is in the business of making money, however, they were not very flexible in my upside situation. I knew 'KBB' situation of my car to include their future sales of my car. They were only flexible a 'little' when it came to my debt; I have delt with other car dealers that were much more flexible with debt. So, I just got a vehicle that meets my needs, but I am already in an upside situation again, to a very high negative number. Other than that, they were friendly, attentive and flexible with my schedule.

We were greeted with a friendly non invasive salesman. We just had a light hearted conversation which turned into viewing a truck that was recently traded in. Talked to the finance mgr. who provided several options with no pressure. Overall time spent actually making the purchase was less than 2 1/2 hours, which was spent in a confortable customer area complete with coffe, soda anf tv. Our truck was delivered cleaned and fueled up. We will be return customers.

The experience was great! I was greeted right away by Jimmy. He helped me look at what I wanted and showed me a couple different options. I talked to Sharon who helped me decide on what I wanted and Jimmy helped make it easy while I was at work to get my finance application set up. My wife and I moved from our home (small) town in Washington state to Fernley, NV in 2007.We had purchased a few new cars by then (we are 50 yrs old), always from basically the same Ford dealer in Wenatchee, Washington. A small town dealer generally needs to take care of customers "first" as any bad news will travel fast.....sometimes even false bad news.I started using Fallon for service in 2007-2008. The service department has always been fantastic for us. They maintain our old F-150 (2006) the truck has 170,000 miles on it, and is still going strong. So much so that we have purchased a Super Duty from Fallon; and are giving the F-150 to our daughter. I have great confidence in the Fallon service department.We just purchased the Super Duty last week. This is a major expenditure, so I did some shopping around. Fallon is family owned and in a small town they are very customer oriented. We also purchased a new 2012 Fusion from them in 2012. Other dealers in the area did not give me the same feeling of "integrity" that I get at Fallon. When I spend as much money as we did on the Super Duty, I would rather spend it to support an honest business, and honest people. They want you to be happy with the purchase, there is no pressure at all.We are ALWAYS treated with a great deal of respect at Fallon. The price paid for both new vehicles purchased there was fair. After shopping around Northern Nevada for the Super Duty we went back to Fallon and indeed received a very good deal from some very good people.Without making this a long and boring read covered in details and supporting objective evidence of honesty, you just have to take my word for it, there is a great deal of integrity at Fallon Auto Mall.There is high level of integrity and an honest culture at Fallon Auto Mall.Ted K.-Happy customer purchased two new vehicles at Fallon-Use the service department exclusively since 2007

I have been in the market for a new car for quite awhile now. The Fallon auto mall is my local hometown dealer and after the deal they gave me and the service I received I don't understand why I even attempted to go to any other dealership. Manny, and Jimmy we're great there were nearly no negotiations required because the deal was just that damn good in the beginning. Once I got my approval I wasn't expecting to get my new Focus St for another day. They had me the car the same day, sent a driver to get it and when I got to the dealership after work to sign the car was already being delivered. I was in shock they were able to get it that fast and I have no regrets going with them. They made the buying experience super easy and quite enjoyable. I will recommend anyone to go see Manny and Jimmy if they're in the market for a new or used car.

I finally decided it was time to purchase a "New" car and stopped at Fallon Auto Mall after seeing a banner on their window for "Clearance 2014 models" I have passed this business many times and been impressed with their inventory. However that day they didn't have anything on the lot I wanted and I was not willing to wait and special order. JImmy Chicola greeted me and showed me all of the options and as none fit my needs he told me about a nice pre-owned model. He brought it out, I drove it and I fell in love. I ultimately purchased a beautiful pre-owned Toyota Avalon with rediculiously low mileage and all of the bells and whistles I need. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful but Jimmy was especially cognizant of my wants and needs and had the car ready for me to drive off the lot that very afternoon for my 200 plus miles home. He was very professional at the dealership and concerned as he contacted me several times about the car and my satisfaction. Doing everything possible to make me think I was the only customer he had and that I was happy. and I am!! He has since called me on my birthday which he didn't have to do. I appreciate being treated this way. I am not young anymore but I still have to do these things (purchase high dollar items) Thanks to JImmy it wasn't distasteful at all.

We brought in our SUV for Air Condition service and were told there was a leak so they drained the entire system of freon and were going to charge over $1200 to repair/replace what was leaking (compressor or entire A/C - depending on what they found). We asked them to put the freon back in, but they refused because they said it wouldn't hold. We went without A/C for over a year because we did not want to pay that much. Last week, we took the car to an independent repairman who tried to find this leak - but once he charged the system up, there was no leak to be found. He pressured up the system and it has been working perfectly ever since. He charged less to refill and tell us there was nothing wrong than Fallon Auto Mall did to drain it and lie about what was wrong. I trusted these people, and was very disappointed to find out that trust was misplaced.

Greg and John tagged teamed our deal due to their days off. It's refreshing to see this caliber of teamwork, as opposed to other dealer's seemingly, "Me Only" process. We now have experienced two sales in a relatively short time. The first vehicle we purchased was a 2013 Chevy Malibu LTZ John helped us with this sale. From the very beginning to the end he made us feel comfortable and welcome. He answered all the questions we had and if he did not know he found out for us. The dealer ship went to great lengths to earn our business. They gave us more for our trade in then anyone else would, we needed a spare key they did that, asked for gas tank to be filled up and they did that, asked for a owners manual and they got that, but the biggest thing was they thought there was a gps system with it and maybe just needed a chip and that they would take of that. It turned out it did not have the gps so Spencer said you really were wanting that I said yes if we could so the dealership went and bought us a plug in gps that was over the top. Up til now we have purchased our cars in Carson City or Reno but we are customers for life because of this experience. As a matter of fact we traded in the Malibu for Dodge Grand Caravan because it meets our needs better. Again for all the reasons listed previously we came back and this time worked with Joses and John. On both transactions we worked with Spencer, hands down the best finance person we have ever worked with. Would highly recommend this dealer ship and staff.

I have nothing but good things to sale about Fallon Auto Mall. We were shopping for a new car and went to Toyota in Reno. Reno didn't have the car, they were going to charge a very expensive dealer to dealer charge, kept adding additional pricey upgrades we didn't ask for, kept us waiting for a long time, did not come down on their price until we showed them the exact same car at a different location for 3K cheaper from our phone, and their service attitude could use some improvements. When we went to Fallon Auto Mall, they were able to find the car we wanted, no additional charges, no dealer to dealer fee, and their attitude was awesome. When the car came in, we did not wait long to sign papers. Jimmy made sure we were entertained for our wait by showing me all the features my new car offered and making sure my phone was connected to the car's bluetooth feature. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. There was never any pressure to buy something we didn't want or any phony car salesman persona.

I was shopping for Venza 2014 to see if there would be a remotest possibility of absorbing the car that is 15k upside down. To make the long story short, it was not only possible, but in overall, I would pay only fraction more than financing the vehicle on the retail value at close to 0 percent APR. No other dealership, including some in California would even come 1/3 close to this one. If you are in doubt, just take this story and ask Spencer. Not only that he treats me like one of his buddies. That was truly amazing. I have never exeperienced anything close to this. John and all others were very nice to me as though they knew me for a long time. In Fallon automall, no one will push you into buying anything. They won't even ask you to run the credit first just to see how the price turns out. They can appraise your car and give you the estimate of the payment that is closest to the real thing without running the background check. That can only come with experience. I guarantee that you will have far better buying experience from here than from the place that won multiple president's award or the place with floors full of cars. If you are in doubt, come and see it for yourself.

I bought a 2014 Toyota Tundra from Fallon Automall and worked with Danny Aboytes to finance and purchase the Truck. Danny was great to work with and definitely not a high pressure car salesman. I don't do will with high pressure car salesman.. The other dealerships I visited had high pressure car salesmen and that was a complete turn off from buying a vehicle at their dealership. I had an awesome experience at Fallon Auto Mall. I had shopped around in Reno for a week or so and almost bought a car from another dealer. I heard a commercial and decided to check out their site. I heard many good things about the new 2014 highlander. But I already own a highlander and It is still considered new to me, It's only a year and a half old. I bought it from Fallon Auto Mall. When I was in Reno area a couple of days ago I have decided to stop by Reno Toyota to find out how much I can get for the trade in on my current vehicle so that I can decide whether or not it would be even wise to look for a new vehicle. Well I was presented with the credit application and was asked to provide my driver's license, since the sales person said it would take about an half an hour to come up with an estimate of the trade in value and thus he wanted to save time for me by getting both process started at the same time. Well that's not the way I wanted to buy the car. Well I left. I did not see why I have to give my personal information away just to get an appraisal for my vehicle.Two days later I decided to try Fallon Auto Mall one more time. All I wanted was to find out how much I can get for trade in.Here is where Fallon was different from Reno. Kenny did exactly what I have asked for. He then asked for the vehicle that I was interested in and Ronny ran some number on spot and gave me a good understanding of what the payment would look like. And no drivers license and no credit app. paperwork. Well that is exactly what I wanted. And numbers they presented made a lot of sense, although it was not the price range I wanted to see. So I thanked Kenny for his time spent and and wanted to say Ronny hi and bye before leaving since he is the gentleman that helped me greatly last time with my previous purchase of 2012 highlander. When I was about to say bye, Ronny asked me if I was close to making a deal. I said no, and I am sure he understood. Well he worked his voodoo or something and got the number working to the level I wanted to see. I just couldn't believe what he did. To make a long story short, I was able to trade my highlander in for the full payoff amount and got a very low APR for the new highlander. with nothing down. It truly warmed my heart when Ronny said I was like his family and treated me like a real family member. In all, the whole process took less than a half an hour and I am now with a new highlander. There is not much to buy in Fallon other than some dairy product, some fruits, alfalfa and hays, and Toyota. If you are serious about buying a new Toyota, want to be treated like a real human being and not some number, and work with sales people that actually understand what you want, Give Fallon a try.

We needed to purchase a new vehicle that would fit the adventerous needs of our family, because the reliability of our old suburban. Milt and the team at fallon auto mall where very patient and really went out of they're way to find us the truck that fit our needs in the price range we could afford, which included getting the truck we wanted from another ford dealership because they didnt have the exact model we wanted in they're stock. The experience was nice change to the imtimidating scare tack ticks we have experienced at other dealerships. Becuase of they're amazing customer service we were able to get the options we wanted with out paying for the ones we didnt need. When we picked up the truck they took the time to detail it and fill it up with gas, which was not the way it was supplied to them from the other dealership. Milton said he would see if they could find that model and that the price I was requesting might be do-able. Milton and Joses, acting as a tag team, searched Nevada and found what i needed at a Las Vegas dealership. After working with Vegas, Fallon Auto Mall transported the vehicle to Fallon almost overnight. This effort put forth by Fallon Auto Mall did NOT change the price I had asked and I was impressed. We went to Fallon auto Mall to just look at used cars because our car was having major problems. Letter to GM at Fallon Auto Mall, Fallon NVWe are writing to express our deepest appreciation to your service department, in particular Becky and Jorge, who assisted us when our 6.0 F250 broke down. Our pickup had been in the shop for four days in Henderson, NV prior to it breaking down on Saturday of Memorial weekend. We had to have our truck and fifth wheel towed into Hawthorne and stay until the holiday weekend passed. On Tuesday, we had to have our truck towed from Hawthorne to Fallon to your shop. We called and spoke with Becky in your service department early on Tuesday and she assured us we would be taken care of upon arrival to your facility. She was very pleasant to deal with and made us comfortable while she waited for Jorge to diagnose the problem. Once she had the information, she presented it to us in a very understandable way and explained that we would need to leave the vehicle overnight, but assured us they had the part needed (a high pressure oil pump) and it would be installed within eight hours and we would be back on the road by mid-day on Wednesday. Unfortunately, your stock oil pump failed and they had to order a new one. Becky called to explain and apologized for the delay, but assured us they would have the part the next day and would have it completed by end of business on Thursday. Jorge worked diligently and had the truck repaired on schedule as promised. We picked the truck up and found it to be fully repaired and even washed for us. What service! Becky finished all of the paperwork and even went the extra mile by submitting all of the documents to Ford for warranty coverage, including the rental car expense. Additionally, she agreed to see that the car was returned to Enterprise for us. She also offered to submit the towing invoices for us as we did not have access to a fax machine at our RV Park. This was an extra effort and we really appreciate her offering to assist us in this way. Everyone we came into contact with at your dealership was friendly, professional and really cared about meeting our needs. This is rare nowadays. They should be commended for their excellent customer service. As I indicated previously, Becky and Jorge went above the call of duty in our opinions and although we are from Oregon, we look forward to visiting your dealership when we are traveling to our winter destination in Nevada should our truck need servicing in the future. Fallon Auto Mall actually made purchasing our new Ford F350 King Ranch a relaxing, easy, and fast experience. From the moment we entered we were greeted and felt like were we already a part of their family. Our salesman, Greg, listened to our needs and showed us exactly what we needed. Don, the finance manager, treated us fairly and with respect. Tim, the general manager, was off that day but made a point of coming in to meet us. Wow, pinch me, I must be dreaming! I have known Spencer for a very long time and I trust him. The deal was fair, easy and I couldn't be happier. Everyone including the Finance department is top notch. You service department is awesome as well. I traded in a 2008 Explorer Sport-trac and it has been serviced at Fallon Auto Mall since it;s very first service. Why would I go anywhere else? I was in the auto finance business for a VERY long time and I know a good dealer. Fallon Auto Mall fits that bill. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to buy a Ford!Spencer and Joe are the best!!

Excellent all around, all of the staff I interacted with were more the willing to work with my situation. Rod was especially helpfully; he was constantly asking the powers that be, "What about this? This was the most relaxing truck buying experience I've ever had. Rod (Allen) was very helpful and answered all my questions in addition to showing me how to use the new menus and features. What a great experience buying a vehicle!!! Phill Kowalski did an exceptional job finding my husband and I exactly what we wanted! My family recently relocated to Fallon and were looking to purchase a used truck. We were driving by after going into town to purchase other items and decided to stop by and see what used trucks were available. As we entered the lot, we were approached by Phil(the one with the cowboy hat). He was very warm and welcoming as we informed him of what our intent was. To our surprise we left that afternoon with a new used truck and the service at this dealership was great. We are from the big city and were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the small town dealership. After the first of the year, we will be back to purchase a smaller car for commuting. Phil was amazing and accommodating,he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and confident in our purchase. Dave also did a great job. He accompanied us on our test drive and both Phil and Dave were knowledgeable about the trucks and what they didn't know off hand were able to find out for us without any delay.
