Last Saturday I went in for a simple oil change waited for over two hours. I came home started detailing the truck and decide to check the oil level come to find oil that look like coffee. Oil or filter had not been changed wish I could post a picture of the oil I personally drained out. After three vehicles we have bout here that's the appreciation we received sad

Came into the dealership thinking about purchasing a SS Camaro, mustang gt, or a Nissan z370in about 6 months down the road after my wife and I's scion was paid off. We wanted to get info on the cars and ended up getting helped by Cassie and she offered to show us all the different ones that you guys had and the service was so good that she got us to think about trading our scion instead of waiting so we ended up applying and got approved for it. We ended up going to see the other cars as well because to us when we are looking to make such a large purchase like that we didn't want to have buyers remorse so to make a long story short after all our visits to the other two dealerships which we got all great deal offers as well. We decided to go with purchasing a Camaro with your dealership ONLY because of the above and beyond service that Cassie gave us, she truly made us feel like family and because of her and only her I brought my brother into the dealership today which he also bought a 2015 Impala from her. We will definitely be coming back to buying my sting ray or whatever it will be called in the future. Thanks again for making our car purchasing a great experience.

The customer service is fantastic !!! They even gave me a rental car so i could go about my day !!!! My son loved that the most because he was not stuck sitting there all day !!!! They where great at making sher the car was done in time to get my daughter from school !!! The biggest thanks goes to Mr.Lane he is amazing at his job he even went above and beond as to wash and dry my car for me because everyone else was busy !!! I will be back even though i live on the other side of town and there is one closer to my house !!! I would drive the extra just to have the amazing customer service !!!!

My brother had recommended me to go and check out the cars from Fairway Chevrolet he had recently gone and purchase a 2015 camaro... I wasnt sure what I wanted, I was debating on a Altima or a Malibu. Once I got to the dealer from fairway Chevrolet I fell in love with my now 2015 black Malibu it has everything I wanted and more... Gorge the sales person approach my husband and I with a friendly and positive attitude. Gorge gave us all the information we needed and answer all of our questions, he also showed us different models to compare or and to see if we were sure of what we wanted ... I was greeted promptly upon arrival by a service person and I told the person who I had spoken to the day before and he went and told the person (Justin) I was waiting. Justin came out wrote the repair order for the recall and told me approximately how long it would take. The vehicle was repaired within the estimated time and returned to me cleaned. It was a pleasant visit.

I originally went to Fairway Chevrolet, on Sahara in Las Vegas, to only test drive vehicles. Prior to showing up, I was contacted by the internet sales department and a salesman, Thurston Simpson. I scheduled an appointment & upon arrival I met Thurston. He got straight to the point asking what I was looking for. I said I didn't know because I wasn't sure if I could even get a car at the moment. We went to lot and I got a thorough explanation on different vehicle models. I chose a 2015 Chevrolet Sonic LT Hatchback. It took Thurston all of 30 minutes to get me a deal! I was at the dealership for only 2 hours and already had a car picked out! Being unsure if I was going to purchase or not, Thurston held the deal for me and asked if I would come back with the down payment the following day. I agreed and on the next day, everything was ready before I was! The car was cleaned and detailed and waiting for me. I showed up with my down payment, got my proof of insurance and was driving off the lot in my new Sonic in no time. Literally, it was the best experience I've ever had while purchasing a car. Thurston is an amazing car salesman. Fairway Chevrolet is the best car dealer in Las Vegas, hands down! They are the only locating I will recommend to family, friends, and anyone interested in purchasing a car. Very professional and all about their customers. Took my Chevrolet in for service about 4 months ago. My check engine light had been on so I wanted to make sure there was no problem with the engine. The service man charged me $147.00 to tell me I had put bad gas in the car. Also I had complaint that the steering wheel column was making a noise. I was charged another $40 dollars for them to tell me it was fine. I was so frustrated, I took a bus home and told them I would come for the car tomorrow. When I got home, I get a call from the cashier treating me if I did not pay for the service they will put a lean on my car. Thank God I didn't tell them to check anything else on the car. Be careful.

I found out I had 2 recalls on my car (internal transmission & air bags)so I called fairway service center and had the pleasure of talking to Eric (Herrera I think)and asked him if the recall was true, he said yes and set me up for the next day to bring the car in. Well the car would not start, and I assumed it was the battery (it wasn't)so in a panic I kept calling Eric, he advised me I had bumper to bumper warrenty and of course the recalls, so he helped me get a tow truck to come out that night, they came took my car to fairway, Eric called me at least 2 times a day to keep me informed, he apologized each time and told me the car died due to the transmission issues. My car stayed at fairway for the week and I finally got it back on 10/6/14. I am so happy with fairway and my car, Eric made this recall experience so smooth because he knew how upset and scared I was, he felt he was making it inconvenient for me to get back and forth to work (it wasn't I had a co-worker take me)He called me after I picked up the car to make sure it was starting and running good. I can't say enough GREAT things about Eric in your service center. All of the staff I encountered since the day I bought that car have been extremely amazing (my salesman was thurston simpson)I LOVE FAIRWAY CHEVROLET!!! Fairway Chevrolet has the right product with the right fit and the right price. I originally called for a test drive on the Chevrolet Cruze and found the right vehicle after searching honda, dodge, toyota, hyundai and scion. The sales staff was no pressure and my husband and I felt at home. Financing was easy as 1, 2,3 even and we rolled out with a champagne silver LS Cruze. Gas milage at 22 in town however estimate was wrong its 27.5. Quick pickup and maneuvering in traffic. I am empressed with this well designed comfortable vehicle.

I took my 2011 Buick in for service because I needed to get a Smog check and some windshield wipers. Not only did they take care of that stuff, but they also capped off my fluids, then checked my brakes and the battery; all for free! Imagine how happy I was. Oh yeah, did I mention I only had to pay for the wipers because with the conceigere service the smog check is free - I saved $28 on that. So I must say I was a happy camper leaving that place. Thank goodness for the conceigere service that's definitely worth the money in the end.

I took my car in to Fairway after my engine light stayed on for several days. Was greeted by Octavio and he was courteous and informative. He kept me abreast of what was happening to my car, when the part was ordered and he saw that the car would not be repaired until the following day, he informed me and then instructed me about obtaining a rental car which Fairway paid for. He called me the next day and told when my car would be ready and how to return the rental and have Enterprise bring me to Fairway to pick up my car.

My husband called the dealership to check on the availability of a vehicle we had seen online. After confirming that it was in fact on the lot, we scheduled a time to test drive the vehicle and were instructed to contact Skip when we arrived. Upon arrival, Skip had no idea who I was (even though my Husband spoke to him several times that morning) and had no idea where the vehicle was. After driving 40 mins to get there, I was informed that I could not test drive the vehicle because they had brought it in the shop and I could come back in an hour to test drive it. I have a small baby at home, so this was a huge inconvenience. Later that evening, I received a phone call from their customer service representative asking if I had made my appointment and how my experience was. After explaining the situation, she informed me that the Manager would be following up with me. It has been one week, and the manager has not bothered to contact me or my husband. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. My money was spent elsewhere.

I purchased a 2008 GMC Acadia less then a year ago. I traded a 2004 Toyota Camry and put $4,000 down. Within 2 mos I had to fix electrical and brake system and replace all 4 tires because they blew out one by one. After making all the repairs and the vehicle was in excellent condition the trade in value was 18,500. I was already pre-approved for another loan through my bank but Fairway refused to give me the trade in value back on their own vehicle. They offered $14,000 when the payoff was $17,400. Needless to say they are the true typical sleepy car dealership. I found Reliable Auto who completely paid my loan and put me in another Toyota Camry w 30,000 miles with payments lower then when I started. Thank you Reliable for sticking to your name! :)

I'm the kind of gal that likes to plan things out. I stick to my budget, and I don't like to play games. When my husband's old car died, a new one was NOT in the budget. We had other things going on and had planned to pay off some bills. I had contacted a Hyundai dealer, but they didn't get back to me. There was one day left of the 4th of July sale when we drove into Fairway to check out their used cars. Trevor Toney met us in the lot and I laid out my wish list. Economical, gas efficient, and within the budget I set. Trevor was great. He showed us 2 or 3 cars and I found my choice. Financing was a breeze, and an hour or two later I drove away in my *almost new* car. I am still investigating what is involved in the concierge package... If I heard correctly, they'll do the running around to the DMV for me! I'll report back.

Our sales representative, Trevor, was so personable and an excellent find overall after a disastrous 2 weeks with other dealerships in town. Andrew, our initial contact was delightful, TJ at the front desk is great, and all the way to Andy in finance who brought it all together for us. I have never been more satisfied with a buying experience for a new car as I was with this sales group. So happy that when we are in a position to buy another vehicle in a year and a half hopefully, they will be who we return to hands down. We referred our best friend to them the following day, and now she is experiencing the same treatment that we found with this group. Best, best, best out of 7 dealerships we dealt with and had to leave due to lying, and attempts to sell us what we didn't want, or just plain rude behavior. Would recommend to anyone!!!

Fritz was our sales person and he is just awesome! He was very attentive and engaging in trying to meet our needs in a vehicle. I went in there with a pre approval letter all they had to do was call the bank to find out the parameters. We came during the day so the bank would be available to speak with. I used to sell cars I know how things work and I was trying to make the whole experience as easy as possible. We found a car my husband loved and that fit into what the bank had approved us for. After calling the dealership about 6 different times and almost a month later, they tell us the paperwork wasn't done properly and we needed to come back in and resign. Since they realized their mistake a month later the bank would not approve it for the same parameters so we had to put more money down after they had insulted me and my husband and tried to blame this whole thing on us! I would NEVER recommend Fairway to anyone, they were rude and unprofessional. I actually had a few friends ask me how my experience was and if they should go there I told them to go to Findlay or Henderson. I am so glad this city is not that big and I never have to go back to this dealership for any kind of service request I may have.

I had bought from Fairway in the past and went back again wanting to purchase a 2013 Chevy. I had decided on the Malibu after test driving it and in hopes of being approved for the loan. I was able to then complete the transaction the same day with Fairway and drive away with this beautiful new car. I had then found out sometime afterwards out there were some issues with the loan being approved and I may not be able to keep the car. I was of course extremely upset and devastated to say the least. However at the same time I received a call from Gina Mattano in customer relations. I was able to tell immediately that she was taking the matter as seriously as I was. From there she stepped right in and took all the right steps to get the matter resolved. The end result being I was able to keep the Malibu at an affordable monthly payment. I cannot thank Gina enough for her empathy and professionalism. Her immediate attention on the matter made me feel like more than just a customer. It made me feel like a VALUED customer instead. The dealership did all it could to be sure we had a pleasant auto buying experience. I would recommend working with Dimitry Rivellini as he is polite, patient, and a good representative for Chevy. He knew what we wanted and helped us to secure the exact car even though he had to go across town to get it from a sister dealership. I was so pleased with Fairway from start to finish. I appreciate the fact that for a fee they will go to the DMV to get the plates. It is a nice service to offer.

Dimitri made the whole sales process simple and drama free! The whole staff was helpful and willing to help even when it wasn't their "job." I've since had the chance to visit the service department for an oil change. Their Express Service area is as fast as any corner Jiffy Lube but with certified Chevy service. In and out in 30 minutes!

I just bought my new chevy cruze from Fairway Chevrolet after finding it on cars.com and I love my new car! Everyone was very helpful and I'd definitely recommend it to all of my family and friends. When I called in the lady on the phone was very nice and helpful and the salesperson I worked with was very patient and didn't pressure me. I'm so happy with my new car!

I went in to lease a car. They gave me the run around about my credit. Which was fine. They told me that the social security made a mistake. Only, after I went to social security not only was I told there was no mistake at all! The sales man at fairway named Brad stopped responding to my emails and would not return any of my call. Epic Fail Fairway!!! I took my money to Ford Country in Henderson!

I had a repo like 2 yrs ago and it was hard for me to get new car again. Then I saw that advertisement from fairway chevy and tried to get pre approved online and told myself I wanna give it one more shot as easy as that They called me the same day went up there and a guy named fritz helped me with everything showed me some few cars and my other options and I wasn't expecting il be eligible to get a brand new car I couldn't be more happier, fritz was great and very helpful, all the staff was very friendly, great service. Hands down, go check it out this place.

I was nervous about shopping for a new car and after dealing with a few different dealerships, I am so very glad that I was referred to Tim Slaick at Fairway Chevy. His easy and friendly personality put me at ease and his professionalism was spot on. He got me the exact car that I wanted without all of the back and forth game that car buyers hate.
