I Have bought maney new and used cars and trucks at Fairmont ford, I have never had a bad experience. If im looking for a used vehicle that they don't have in stock they have always been able to find me what I have been looking for for what I wanted to spend. When I have a problem and have needed service the service department has always been good at getting to it and getting it done right and in a timely manner. Very nice people would recomend to anyone.

Salesman, Paul Kloeckner, helped us find the perfect vehicle when our Honda Accord engine suddenly blew. Being the family man he is, he cautioned that the Escape might be too tight fitting with two car seats and bags. With twins on the way, he recommended a Ford Edge loaded with safety features and found us the color my wife loved. It was such a great experience we might even name one of our kids after Paul. He is kind, respectful, jolly, and a knowledgeable salesman that I would highly recommend.

The vehicle I purchased at Fairmont Ford has been a wonderful experience. They bring buying a new/used car or truck an enjoyable time. They were quick at making sure I felt at home and was happy in the purchase I was making. There is no push to go look at this one or that one as I had made up my mind after looking in their lot. They do take care of their vehicles and a nice clean lot (I was in the used vehicle lot) most dealers, this lot is not always the best. The sales department was HEADS above any I have dealt with and they are always looking for the best deal to fit your needs (Mike helped thru the process and it went so easy). I HIGHLY recommend this dealership over any other car/truck dealership in the area!

We were shopping for a used car for our daughter and found one right here in town at Fairmont Ford. Mike Johnson was very helpful with the sale and was attentive to our concerns even going so far as to polish up a foggy headlight that I expected a used car seller would bring up the "as is" mantra and I'd be on my own. A couple weeks after the purchase Mike called us and let us know there had been a recall on the car and we scheduled a time to bring it in. Great treatment even letting us have a loaner while servicing a used car which I didn't expect at all. My daughter told him about a vibration she'd notice since driving the car for a couple weeks and they even looked into and took care of that problem while it was having the recall repair completed. Very helpful and friendly people. Glad we found this little car at Fairmont Ford and Mike was there to help us out, and keep helping us out. Thank you!

I was at Fairmont Ford for routine service on our 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid and inquired about the purchase of a new 2016 Fusion Hybrid. Mike Johnson was my salesman who led me through the sales process trying to locate the model with options that I wanted. I wanted a well equipped Fusion Hybrid and the only alternative was to order one. Mike made the ordering process easy and I was impressed with his attention to detail. Although it took a few extra weeks to receive the car due to Ford MFG the wait was definitely worth it. I would highly recommend this dealership for all your vehicle purchases.

Purchased a used Ford Explorer from Paul Kloeckner recently. Long story short, Paul, James and the team at Fairmont Ford have lived up to what I would expect from a family run dealership. They sell a good vehicle and do what it takes to meet expectation and stand behind their word. The vehicle is great, the price was fair and the wife is super happy! We also had some repairs done at the dealership and that experience was just as good.

Gregg Smitherman helped me buy my car. He told me that he wasn't trying to sell me a car. He was selling his integrity. He was right because the first car I wanted was too much. I am really satisfied with purchase and my payment. Be prepared to take at least an hour when he goes over your new vehicle with you. I've had to call and ask a question about some features, but he is very kind and patient. Fairmont Ford will always be my dealer.

I have to be honest when we had to start shopping for a different vehicle most places were a huge disappointment or let down. Im guaranteeing you wont find that at Fairmont Ford. My Nephew needed an auto so his wife could get back and fourth to work with an engine that let go the day before. I bought a Ram 1500 a couple months back and now my nephew is looking. told him I would see what's on the lot at Fairmont Ford and I found a couple that he might be interested in so I called and went in to see Mike and told him about maybe looking at a couple he had in lot. my nephew also wanted to have a "lifetime powertrain" as I have that with the Truck I bought. at the end of the day My Nephew bought his auto here and also with the lifetime powertrain warranty he drove it home that same day. He is very happy with the outcome.I can say that many places charge BIG BUCKS for any type of warranty like Algona wanted $1700 for 12 months or 12,000 miles and they ended up selling an auto we looked at from under us the next day. Mike and Fairmont Ford are great if your looking to buy New or Used auto. When time is what you dont have check'em out you just may find what your looking for :) One other thing is they wont keep bugging you as my nephew got 3 calls from the chevy dealer here in town trying to make a quick sale that kinda turned him off from the start.Thanks Mike for making my nephews day a little brighter!

I have always had good service with Fairmont Ford. I have bought several cars from them and had them serviced here. All of the staff have been very friendly and helpful with everything.
