Fantastic Experience (again)
When I came to the United States as an Expat a few years ago everybody warned me that it will be almost impossible to lease or finance a decent car because I won't have a credit score yet. At the time Fair Oaks (and specifically Jeremy Bloom) took good care of me and helped me out a lot. This year my current lease was coming to an end and I wanted to do my due diligence by also evaluating the offers from other dealers. What a waste of time and energy. After a few more than disturbing experiences with some of Ford's competitors I did what I should have done in the first place: I went back to Jeremy and got a great new car at more than fair conditions.

Smoothest Car Buying Experience Ever
I went for over 6 years without a car payment and my Crown Vic was literally falling apart so I went to Fair Oaks Ford and the staff was fantastic. No one was pushy and Brandon was awesome. They put me at ease and put me in the car I wanted. They made the process painless and even though I have a car payment once again, it is a very low one and only for a short period of time. They even helped me pick out a very decent extended protection plan. There really isn't anything negative I can say about this place or its employees. It was an hour from my house but certainly worth the trip.
Gio Pina is a good sales consultant. There was no pressure and an understanding of our needs and wants. He was knowledgeable and was very responsive to communicate from beginning to complete end of the transaction.

Great Customer Experience
I had a wonderful experience at Fair Oaks Ford. This past Friday, my wife and I made the decision to purchase a new vehicle. We went in on Saturday and met with Craig Holsman. He was a pleasure to do business with, no bait and switch from the pricing online. I came in with a price goal in mind and he did everything he could to get it there. I came in Pre-Approved through Ford Finance, and while Craig had asked if I would like to check to see if we could get a better rate through a different financing company, he never once applied any pressure on me when I opted to stay with my pre-approved Ford financing. Sales managers at other dealerships I have dealt with in the past would attempt to make me feel stupid for coming in with my mind made up on financing, but not Craig. As someone who worked really hard to repair my personal credit and as someone who is very mindful of how I utilize my credit, it was great to not feel that pressure.Once we settled on price, the vehicle I wanted was not in stock but Craig made a promise to get it in one business day, and he had the vehicle in less than one business day. Amazing! Craig was not available to see us off, as we were not able to get back to the dealership before he was off for the day but he stayed in contact via text to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction.That brings me to Brandon Caudill, who was also wonderful. Brandon was the sales associate that Craig handed me off to, and he couldn't have been more pleasant to deal with. He was working with multiple customers at the same time, but you would have never known as he was extremely attentive and friendly. The whole experience was quick and painless. The other staff I dealt with (Finance manager, sales manager, cashier, all names that escape me right now) were friendly.I will continue to use this dealership in the future.

Friendly, consciencious, educational
Great dealership which we have used for years. We bought 3 cars from them. They have always been courteous and kept our Fords in good working condition (our Escape is 15 years old). Both sales and service are great. The sales staff continues to improve. Very accommodating! Brandon was super about explaining everything to us and has promised to answer any future questions because there is so much to learn about our new car.

Words could never describe the level of service and satisfaction I have received from Fair Oaks Ford/Lincoln in my 30+ years of working with them and my most recent experience tops them all. Two weeks ago I took my 2013 Ford Fusion in for it's scheduled oil change and cold weather inspection only to walk out this week with a 2017 Lincoln MKZ to replace it. As some may see it as a master sales technique, I appreciate the fact that Jeremy Bloom (the BEST of the best) took the initiative to inform me that I had maximized the benefit of owning my Fusion and that there was a huge opportunity to convert my equity into a lease program that would save me a great deal of money. As much as I would have loved to drive a new Lincoln, I doubted that my most frugal wife would allow it. After she received a well written email explanation and given the necessary time to answer her many questions, Jeremy made her comfortable with the idea of converting from a free and clear vehicle to committing to a three year lease. Great Customer Experience
One thing I dislike about shopping for a new car is the sales person who hoovers and sometimes smothers me while I look around. The person we worked with struck a good balance.Other dealerships in the past have had sales staff that called way too frequently to see how I was doing in making a decision. Not so with this experience. There were contacts made after our first visit while we waited for the new car inventory to build but they were timely and showed interest in my needs and desires.Everything was there to make this a great car buying experience. Staff had excellent product knowledge. They were willing to work to find the car that we wanted. I highly recommend this dealership.
We came to look at a new Fusion. Serafin Castelan showed us the car I came to see. Plus he also made a suggestion of another new Fusion we may be interested in. We looked at the second car and then the process of making a selection started. There was absolutely no pressure put on us as to either car. When we sat down to deal it was still not a set decision as to which car we would get. As it turned out we got the one he suggested to us and it saved us a nice sum of money. Making it simple
I have purchased several cars from John. He has always made the buying process simple. I worked with Jeremy during the sales process. He was non-pressure and very relaxed. I liked the fact they let me drive the vehicle, on my own, to decide whether or not the vehicle I was test driving worked for me. The only negative in the process were some minor detail issues by the Finance Department, however, nothing that spoiled the "experience". I came to Fair Oaks to purchase a new car after my previous vehicle had been totalled. Pam helped me search through the inventory and find anything that I thought I might like. She informed me if any of the chosen vehicles had an previous accidents and geared me away from those, as they may have some unforseen issues. Needed a New Car
After a traumatic crash in which my car was deemed a total loss, I needed a new car. I hadn't planned on buying a new car this year, and hadn't bought a Ford before. Fair Oaks was recommended to us and was the first stop on a full day we'd planned to try out cars at different dealers. This ended up being our first and last stop on our car-buying venture. We were introduced to Pam Hammersmith who patiently and professionally educated us about the pros/cons of different models, selected a few from the lot, and showed us the many technological features as we drove each car. We ended up purchasing a Ford Escape with trim package and all the bells and whistles we could imagine. The gorgeous blue color is admired by everyone who sees it! Since our purchase, we've called and stopped in to see Pam with questions about those bells and whistles, and she is always glad to help. I want to add that all of the Fair Oaks employees we encountered were friendly and genuinely glad we'd bought there--no rush of salespeople eager for the commission--as it is the dealership policy not to award commissions. This was a thoroughly enjoyable experience after such a traumatic car accident.
I dreaded the idea of having to go buy a new car, you hear can hear such horror stories, but Jeremy made it a breeze! We talked about what kind of car I was looking for and what features I wanted. Then he told me about what the different trim options were and what the benefits were of one vs the other. Once we knew what we were looking for we went to the lot and looked at the cars they had there. There was no pressure to look at the ones that were the nicer trim packages or had more features. After the test drive I told him I wanted to talk numbers and that was a breeze! He was up front with the process and what to expect and I got a great deal on a grea car without having to haggle. There was no games in the car buying process with him. It was such a great experience and I LOVE my new car. Lincoln was looking for low mileage used MKT's so I set up an appointment to meet with Gio Pina to talk about the program. He was very helpful in presenting the options available and locating a new vehicle. After a couple of days I decided to go ahead and trade-in my 2013 for a 2016. Great experience - Clint Schreiber's straight forward and no nonsense approach made buying the truck easy. Test drove the truck and did the rest on email. I was at the dealership for one hour the day I picked it up....again easy. Sales manager thanked me for my business and truck was spotless with a full tank ready for me to drive home.

New vehicle purchase and exchange
The dealership and sales staff was very professional and helpful in making a deal work to my approval in a very reasonable period of time. I had received a phone call from the dealership asking if I would be interested in exchanging my existing vehicle which I had purchase from Fair Oaks for a newer one. I was already going to be bringing my vehicle in for an oil change service. So I agreed to an appointment with the sales staff at the same time. I selected the vehicle I was interested in with the specific options and took a test drive. I then requested them to work up the numbers and provide me with a trade in value. They came up with a very workable deal on a lease for a 2016 Ford Edge and a good trade in value for my 2012 Ford Escape. This whole process took about 2.5 hours to be out the door with my new vehicle. I have purchased 3 previous vehicles at this dealership as well as assisting my son in purchasing a vehicle and their service and personal attention has always been excellent. They also have an excellent service department which I have used for several years.

Newly remodeled showroom is welcoming and inviting. Sales staff attentive but not intrusive. Dan Buzdugan was knowledgeable about trucks and listened more than he talked. He took us to just the right truck and let us fall in love with it. I spoke to Clint on Thurs night by phone to schedule an appt to come in the next day to buy a Lincoln MKS for my Mom. I came to the dealership on Fri ready to buy the car but got so much more. Clint had the car pulled up and ready to test drive when Mom and I arrived and had us on our way in no time. What makes the service stand out from any other experience I've had is the day after buying the car, Clint texted me and told me come back because the team was able to work out a better interest rate and lower my monthly payments. I am a loyal ford vehicle owner due mostly to the great service and deals I receive from the fair oaks ford dealership. I currently own 4 ford vehicles and I have all my car maintenance done at the dealership. Their employees are very helpful and great to deal with. I purchased a 2017 Ford Escape se. Dan Buzdugan was great in helping us figure out what type of car we wanted. Chris Policarpio was great in helping finish off the sale. Chris explained all the details in the car and sync my phone in as well as looking for all the possible ford deals and offers that were being offered. Matt Kramer in finance was great in explaining the financing and warranties available. All in all a great experience as always.

This is the best experience I have had leasing a new car. No hassle and no strong arm. I don't have the time to go from dealer to dealer and I missed the auto show, so after searching for a while I found a car online. I emailed the dealer and someone got back to me right away. I informed the salesperson, Craig Holsman, what I wanted and he made it happen. I got the price and options I wanted in a car. Since Criag was not available in the evening, he had someone else, Ryan, to complete the sale. Within a short time I returned my lease and left with a new car that same day. Review of purchse of 2016 Ford Fusion
Had miles wrong on this sheet and I wonder if it affected the price of my used car? Waiting time was unusally long (said they were very busy with a lot of customers) but I had good time watching tennis from the Olympics.
No negotiations necessary
I submitted a request online and even though they didn't have the exact car I wanted, they got it delivered from another dealership and for a good price. I went to a lot of dealers and could eventually get a good price after a lot of back and forth, but Craig at Fair Oaks gave me the same price over email the first time. No pressure during the sales. But even better in my mind was the financial office. This tends to be the area where car buyers feel they got a good price and let their guard down and get pressured in to a bunch of add-ons. Not so here. They went through the different extended warranty options, I said I was not interested, and that was that. No attempt to upsale me on options I didn't want.
Walked in not ready to buy. No pressure no hype.

EVERY person I encountered from start to finish was fantastic to work with! My wife and I had visited approximately 20 other auto dealers before making our decision to lease a new Lincoln MKX. The Sales Associate, Jeremy Bloom was extremely patient and considerate of us, our concerns and many questions. From the very start we were treated as though we and our business mattered to EVERY person we met and encountered. The Sales Manager and F & I person, Steve Zeiter was also very helpful, receptive and easy to work with! He was the only F & I manager to ever speak with us. There was no "let me talk to my manager" rhetoric or tedious waiting for an answer as we've all experienced and expect! Our salesman, JEREMY BLOOM allowed us to take the vehicle on a road test alone, on our own chosen route and in our own time. This allowed my wife and I both the opportunity to drive and discuss the vehicle and our experience with the staff at Fair Oaks. On a scale of 1-10, they've scored off the chart with us. Oh, I forgot to mention the Parts department. We purchased floor and cargo area mats yesterday. The young lady, Linda on the phone in Parts, the counter men and the cashier, Connie all afforded us the same pleasant attitude and smiles! Can't forget Bob Wojtan either. Quality Shoping Experience
I purchased a new 2016 Explorer Sport from Craig Holsman and his son Ryan. Could not have asked for a more pleasant experience and have never had a group work as hard to get me the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. I was working with a dealer in St. Charles at the same time on a similar vehicle and the entire time I felt that I was nothing more than a quick sale and when I did not write a deposit check quickly they had no desire to work with me anymore. The entire process at Fair Oaks was very low pressure and I was always treated with respect. At one point my wife asked about a small option she liked but none of their vehicles had Craig changed gears and never even tried to sell us one of his vehicles in stock that didn't have it. Instead he went straight to work and ended up sending one of his team members to go out of state and get us a vehicle with all of the features we wanted. Top notch all the way. Upfront fair and competitive pricing with no high pressure
Pricing was upfront and competitive without that usual back and forth games that dealers often play. I was not constantly hounded by followup phone calls, yet they made sure I was taken care of. When it came to pricing I had already shopped around and researched so I knew what a fair price would be, and they were right in line with expectations. The delivery process was quick and easy and again without a bunch of high pressure sales for aftermarket products. They made me aware of my options and I did take advantage of some that I felt were good value, but they weren't pushy. On 7/1/16 I brought my 2013 Lincoln MKX in due to the air conditioning not working. Their service associate Anthony gave me the attitude like he could care less if I was there. I reminded him that I needed a rental and was given a 2016 Lincoln MKZ. I explained to him that I needed something bigger, more like my MKZ and he replied "did you let us know "? I informed him that I had filled out my dealer preferences a long time ago and that the information was in there. He said you are going to have to contact Lincoln stating they were never given that information. The rental was dirty inside with only 1/4 tank of gas. I asking him to put more gas in the car since its a 45minute ride back home, he wasn't very happy. I was finally able to pick my car up on 7/6/16 after they supposedly fixed a leaky hose. On 7/9/16 my air conditioner was not working once again. I sent a message to the repair department on that day and still have not heard a word. I'm extremely upset with having to drive 45minutes each way again to have the air conditioning fixed again! Hopefully for real this time!!!

Amazing & Attentive Service
After reviewing and looking at Ford Explorers for months my husband and I began contacting dealerships to find the vehicle we were looking for. After calling one dealership who never (to this day) has called us back we contacted Fair Oaks. They happened to have a vehicle meeting our needs on their lot. They made the purchase of the vehicle extremely simple and were not pushy in the least. We scheduled to have our vehicle's interior treated and Fair Oaks provided us with a rental car without any hassle. All in all, I thought it was a great experience and as simple as could be.
Great sales experiance but not service
I purchased a new 2016 MKX which has had some problems, thus far; poor back of the seat cooling, squeaky door, headlight warning message, courtesy seat not working properly, a rattle from a speaker and a throttle body malfunction. I am not knocking the car as this is the first model year car and some hiccups are to be expected. First, every time I was there the service staff was courteous even though they were dealing with increasingly frustrated customer and here is why. In total since January (its June now) I have had 5 visits 4 times for the back cooling issue and 5 times for the speaker, 2 times for squeaky door and 3 times for the courtesy seat. There rest were fixed on the first try. Here is my complaint and frustration, the speaker grill is vibrating when playing music, listening to AM or having a phone conversation, touching the speaker grill with my finger lightly makes the rattle go away, in fairness they have replaced the speaker, the grill and the panel (at least that is what I'm being told.) None of these solutions helped, other MKX's don't have this issue on a $1300 sound system option and at no point did Mark or anybody else with whom I dealt with say, "okay we think we fixed the issue lets sit down in the car and see if its still there." I would not expect this after the first visit or even second but FIVE!!! What adds insult to injury is the first two times I offered to show them what the problems are (initially the speaker, the door squeaking and power seat) and both times the offer was refusedwe got it I was told. They didnt. One of those time was with the door, I could see the rubber boot was out and was rubbing against the door, they said they fixed it by tightening something up, when I look at it the boot was still out, no biggie, I gave them the benefit of doubt now after the rest of my experiences I dont believe anybody look at it or looked at it well. Similar experience with the courtesy power seat, which on the 3rd try was not a memory module issue but instead courtesy module issue. The back cooling is a design issue and after 4 visits and an updated module, it is better but still poor performing though not the dealers fault anymore, hope Ford/Lincoln will come up with an appropriate solution. Im working with Lincoln concierge to arrange the fix of the speaker with another dealer, this shouldnt be this hard its not a software gremlin just a vibrating grill (I put a rubber washer that helped reduce the number of times it vibrates by 50%) In fairness, each time I came they took the vehicle to work on without pushing back and Mark has been courteous when dealing with me so I dont know if the overall service experience is the dealers fault or Marks but there is a general feeling of churn and burn and if we dont fix it the first time we will fix it the next time or the 5th time. Maybe the reason they are so busy is because there is never enough time to fix it right the first time? As a Lincoln owner expect a Ford dealer experience and not a Lincoln experience.
Both my wife and I had a great experience on buying a new car. Compared to other dealerships, there was no pressure when you walked into the dealership. Vince did an excellent job explaining the overall features and packages available. Not only was he knowledgeable about the Ford products but also was able to compare and contrast to other brands we had researched. The pricing was very fair and Vince was good to his word on getting us the best price. Finally, they are very helpful and walked you through all the services they provide. Overall, an excellent experience and would definitely consider going back on future purchases.
This was the best experience my wife and I had purchasing a new car. We were researching certified used cars online and found one at Fair Oaks that was on our list of potential cars. We emailed Ryan requesting information and availability of the car. He responded within an hour. We took a ride to see the car and give it a test drive. Ryan greeted us but was helping another customer so he introduced us to Clint Schreiber who was available to help us. He took us for a test drive and answered all of the questions we had. The car was a little over our budget but Clint was able to stay within our budget (including tax, fees, etc). We never felt pressured at any point during the process and they were willing to work with our needs. I would recommend Fair Oaks to anyone and they will be at the top of our list when we need to replace our other car.
Easiest car buying experience I have ever had.
Everyone was friendly and honest. I used the Costco buying program. There was no haggling. No trying to "sell" me on any car or feature that I was not interested. Ryan Holsman knew every step of the process like a pro. Definitely will do business with this dealership and salesman again in the future. Dealership was slightly far for me to drive to - about 45 minutes from my house but well worth the trip. I had started my car buying process with another dealership and walked away because the customer service was so terrible. Fair Oaks Ford Lincoln is exceptional to deal with!
Great car leasing experience!
We just leased a Ford Focus from Fair Oaks Ford a second time. We have a great three years of service and look forward to another three! Both Pam and Jake were extremely helpful & professional. Everyone we have encountered at Fair Oaks has been friendly and helpful-never pushy. We highly recommend them whether buying or leasing.

Helpful, non pushy staff
We were immediately greeted by a sales person who helped us begin our search. Once our vehicle was found they assisted us with financing as well as held the vehicle for us as we had to leave before we could complete all the paperwork and returned the next evening. Once the deal was finalized we were offered all the typical add ons and extended warranties. We declined them all and they were completely accepting of that. At no time did we feel they were pushy or rude in explaining these options. It was just that, they explained our options and respected our decisions. We have already recommended this dealership.
Outstanding experience in purchasing a new vehicle
Great dealership with wide selection of vehicles. Louis was extremely professional and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease without pressure while looking for the best vehicle. I was treated very special by the entire staff and drove off with a new 150! I have purchased several cars the last couple of years from Craig Holsman at Fair Oaks Ford and have always had a positive experience. Serafin has also provided very helpful service in the sales and preparation of the vehicle. I use Fair Oaks for my regular scheduled service of my vehicles also and everyone there is professional and timely.
Loving the MKZ!
Vince was a wonderful sales associate and really went above and beyond in his effort to locate the perfect car for me and my husband! I had been driving my previous vehicle for 15 years because I loved it so much, so replacing that car had to be with a vehicle that I was equally as excited about. I was lucky enough to find the MKZ and am thrilled with the color, style, performance and features in my new car. There are so many wonderful features, and it's probably going to take me several weeks to learn everything, but it will be a lot of fun getting full use of all the gadgets! I will be recommending both the MKZ and Fair Oaks to family and friends who are looking to purchase a new vehicle!

Had driven other vehicles at other dealerships, one of which was a Lincoln, one a Madza, and one a used Edge. Lincoln dealership didn't meet my expectation. When I stopped at Fair Oaks having checked on line at a Rudy Red MKX the staff was there to find the vehicle and get me into it for a test drive. Yes, they wanted a sale but they also listened and wanted to know my requirements for a vehicle and worked to earn my business which in the end they received since they answered all the questions straight forward and were knowledgeable on their products. More than I can say for the other Lincoln dealership that avoided answering my questions and also just told me what payments would be not cost of the vehicle. Chris and Carl really tried to help with the sticker shock, I hadn't purchased a vehicle for 10 years and prices have gone UP. Pleased with the interests shown and concern for knowledge that they had for my happiness with the purchase.
Fantastic Service Flexible Delivery
Started car search through their website and received immediate follow up and quote on requested vehicle. I changed vehicles mid-stream and they were able to adjust provide great pricing, and meet my delivery demands. Process was fast, easy and painless. Definitely would recommend this dealer again and particularly enjoyed working with Serafino Castelano. When I picked up the car, he wasn't satisfied that the wheels were clean enough so he took it back and had them re-cleaned. THe car was a gift for my son and he absolutely loved it.
A++ Service for a first time Car buyer
First time car buyer and I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. Staff was awesome no beating around the bush, price turned out to be the lowest out of any other Ford dealership. I was able to drive out of there with my new 2016 Ford Fusion within 3 hours. Waiting area is very nice and clean.

All sales, financial and management staff were considerate, took time to answer questions, and made the process of buying the new vehicle very easy. The facility was clean and there was an area the kiddos could sit and enjoy a quick snack , which was provided. Louis, the salesman, was thorough, respectful and considerate of my families time.
Large selection of cars
Ordered a new Explorer. Didn't get what I thought would be standard equipment on the model I ordered. Felt the sales person should have helped me with a comparison of what is included in each model. Disappointed.

I recently leased a Ford Explorer from Fair Oaks and the salesperson was very informative and not pushy. We made a fair deal on a specific showroom model I wanted. I stopped bu unannounced a week or so later for to have them look at a couple of post purchase issues, and the service staff got me in immediately and fixed in about 15 minutes as I waited.

Great staff and an easy, straightforward purchase
I purchased a 2016 C-Max Hybrid SEL over the weekend and am glad to say I had a great experience at Fair Oaks Ford. Craig is a pleasure to work with - he is direct, efficient, and no nonsense. Ryan was absolutely outstanding to work with as well, and very down to earth, friendly, and professional. My trade-in and financing were easily processed, and I feel a got a fair price on my new vehicle. I visited Fair Oaks in 2011 at their old location and was not happy with the poor attitude or offers I got from the staff - at that time, it seemed I wasn't important enough to work with from the moment I walked in the door so I went to another Ford dealer. I'm not sure what has changed now in this new location, but the overall attitude was much improved and this time I was treated like a valued customer. I'm glad I gave them another chance. So far I'm loving my new hybrid! I'll definitely try out Fair Oaks when I need service and hope I'll be as impressed with that department as I was with the sales staff I worked with. At the beginning of the process it seemed a little slow getting my truck that I wanted, the problem the truck was at another dealership so they had to go get it, "In WI"! And to me they drag there feet a little bit. It was all good being at the end of the month, to get that sale however for a 45,000 dollar truck you would think! Anyway I did get the truck I wanted and I love it. After driving everything the Ford out drove everything, handling, response, the ride, the room hands down Ford did there homework. When picking up the truck they took the time walked you around to meet everyone "all the departments" made part of the team. My salesmen Craig Holsman, very nice and did search every where for the right truck, after market salesmen Bob Wojtan great as well. Got a nice package protection and it worked out to get my spray in liner I wanted, and wasn't even thinking I could get it from the dealership.
Great new car buying experience
I looked up Ford Escapes on the Internet, and Craig Holsman contacted me via email to see how he could help. I felt no pressure at all. He asked what I was looking for and I told him. We visited the showroom on a Saturday, and while there was one Escape that fit what I wanted, it was not a color I wanted. Craig assured us he could get me the color and options I wanted and checked online to find one. There was one in Indiana, and I got my beautiful 2016 Ford Escape in Sunset, and I could not be happier! The entire car buying experience was wonderful. Absolutely every employee was welcoming and so nice. We were very impressed. Jeff in the financial department made the signing of the papers so easy, and Brandon explained the electronics in my new car and he did a great job. Really appreciated the hard work and excellent service.

I was recommended to Fair Oaks by two different members of my extended family. Having now become a customer myself, I can easily understand why they took the time to make the recommendation! The team at Fair Oaks easily provided me with the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Each and every person I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I had the pleasure of primarily working with Pam Hammersmith. She was knowledgeable and patient; she answered all of my questions and never once pushed me to make a rash decision. This dealership isnt run on commission, and in my opinion, that makes all the difference. Pam wanted me to select a car that worked best for me. I was provided with the opportunity to test drive multiple vehicles. I was even encouraged to take one of their cars out to lunch! When the time came to pull the trigger, the staff worked together to compile a number of figures for me. The processing of financial paperwork by Jake Lambert was easy and efficient. Upon leaving in my new vehicle, Pam encouraged me to call her personal cell should I have any questions about acclimating to the new technology in my car. I worked with a salesman named Vince who was unique in the fact that he did not pressure me into buying anything when I first went into the dealership. My car was towed there because the transmission had died and Vince was very helpful in helping find a car that was affordable and a safe car for my son. This is by far the best expereince I have had in a car dealership. Everyone was friendly and I was able to leave feeling great about the deal and not like I had been ripped off like other places leave you. I actually felt like Vince and Jake cared more about making sure I was comfotable and feeling good about the deal rather than selling cars and making quotas. This place is a MUST GO!!! One thing I really do not like when going to a car dealer is the pressure put on you as soon as you enter the lot. I get it though, only so many people come on to a lot and only so many will actually purchase a vehicle so it is tough for sales...but I have to say in the multiple times I have gone to Fair Oaks Ford I have never, ever felt pressured. They realize it is a big decision for people and handle the whole transaction with class. I have purchased 1 vehicle from them and leased 2. In all instances I walked out feeling great about my purchase, the transaction and dealership. I can't say that about a lot of other dealers I have visited over the years. If you are tired of the same old song and dance at other dealers, I highly recommend a visit to Fair Oaks. I love Ford vehicles and the quality of those vehicles...and I have great dealership to by them from. Quick and smooth purchase
After a few email exchanges, I came in and test drove an Edge. There were certain features that I wanted and some that I definitely did not want, so Craig searched until he found exactly the car I wanted. Brandon walked me through the features on the car, working with me since my time was limited. The entire process was quick and smooth.
Fantastic Experience - Quick & Easy
Can't say enough good things about our experience with Craig Holsman. My wife & I were looking to lease a 2016 Explorer and working with Craig was seamless from start to finish. He had our paperwork ready to go when we got to the dealership and we were in-and-out in less than an hour driving home the exact car we wanted. We were floored at how friendly and engaging the entire staff was throughout the process. Brandon Green is phenomenal. He spent close to 30 minutes going over all the options inside/outside the vehicle and making sure we understood how to use everything. Smooth transaction, excellent communication
Found the exact used truck I was looking for online at Fair Oaks Ford. Reached out to Craig Holsman who provided everything I asked and was always timely in responding. I decided to make the 2 hour drive the see the truck, and it was everything I expected and more. The price was fair and I made the purchase the same day. The only negative was I had to wait quite a while for a finance person to become available. Everyone else went out of their way to keep me and my son comfortable while we waited. In their defense, it was an unseasonable beautiful Saturday in February so they sold many more cars that day than they probably expected.
