My wife and I purchased our second brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee with the assistance of Sale Manager Max Bashardoust. At the end, we could not be happier ! It was the choice that we wanted to achieve. At the same time, it fits in our choices especially that we have three children. This was one of the best sales experience I've had. My sales agents were Sulli and Paolo. They were extremely nice, called me promptly after making the inquiries on the vehicle, continuously worked with me throughout the buying process. In the end they went above and beyond to ensure that I got the car I wanted and at the right price. Sulli talked to me like he's known me for years and Paolo, was extremely nice and ensured that the past owner returned the additional set of keys on my new vehicle. I love my new car and buying the car from Fair Oaks was the best decision I ever made in the buying process.

I went to Fair Oaks Jeep dealership determined to buy a car. This was my first car buying experience and it was a great experience. Due to the help of Spencer Colbert who was detailed in explaining to me what i wanted and other options as well. He was very helpful and patience with me. I found the Wrangler I wanted next was finances. David Black stepped in to help with a reasonable price for me and he did a fairly great job and making it work with me. It was a long day but both Spencer and David worked hard at their job. Later that day, I learned that I could not get the Wrangler from their financial manager Mimi Said. Mimi was willing to do whatever she had to do to have me leave happy in my car. I had to switch cars, but Spencer was patient with my stubbornness and continued to show me other options I had. I came back two days later get the Jeep Cherokee Sport 2016. They were very helpful, determined and patient in getting me the car I wanted. Spencer, David and Mimi did great at their job and I left there with a huge smile on my face. I had an awesome first car experience

These guys are worse than used car salesmen! They sold my daughter her first car and someone (they claim it wasn't them) had covered up the major scratches on the roof, hood and trunk surfaces with some type of hazy liquid. I mentioned that it looked like maybe wax was left on and they said they would recondition it while we finalized the purchase and that would take care of it. When we went to leave after the sale I noticed there was still the hazy look to the three surfaces, but since we were in a hurry I decided to wash it on my own (i figured they just didn't do a good job). When I got home and washed it the "haze" that was covering up the scratches came off and it literally looks like someone took a sanding wheel to the surfaces. The scratches are all the way through the clear coat and will lead to rusting. Both myself and a friend, both of us being "car guys", checked it out on the lot before I started negotiating the price, and they were not noticeable (I would have insisted that either they fix it or offer me a much lower price than I ended up paying). Now that it's properly washed the scratches are all you can see! We took it back but the dealer was not willing to work with us in any way and insisted the scratches were there and we bought it knowing that. They were not even willing to pay for half of the $900 body shop estimate to make it right. Stay away from these weasels. They don't care about anything but the sale...

We had a pretty good experience with this dealership. I was disappointed to get a preowned vehicle and the change oil light came on during the trip home. Also when I called in about an agreement we had about our trade in it took many phone calls to get it straightened out. Service department was very helpful and kind but our sales person got an attitude about my call. I guess after the sale is made she no longer needed to be kind.

Actual sale was good, but I was taken advantage of by Waqas, he made promises to fix a dent and missing part during the sale but did not give me a "written promise" which I did not know I needed. Worst experiance I have ever encountered by an unprofessional and rude sales manager. The sales rep was actually very nice and courteous. When reviewing the sales figures of the vehicle I was interested in and questioning the line items, the sales manager became agitated and when I wanted to review the price sheet, it was ripped from my hand. Never again would I step into this dealership again. Oh and the General Manager did not respond to my concern, so I guess this is accepted behavior by his employees.

Showed up at this lot after seeing multiple Durangos available with the SXT blackout package and one 15 R/T. I was blown away by how inept the salesperson was. First he could not find the '15 car, then I was informed the GM had it and I could come back "tomorrow or maybe Monday". I was angry at this point but conceded to drive a 16 R/T. I asked if they had any and was told yes and watched with humor as this guy proceeds to walk around reading the back of each Durango. Hint, they have a different fascia. I'll pay more just to not have to deal with tire establishment.

Well, besides Bonnie in sales and Mike in service, this dealership has been a complete disaster. From day one, I have numerous bad experiences. The worst is being told something in writing, then being told later that is was mistake. After repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I can't even get a return call from Marvin Rivera or Jim Davies (the GM). I have come across some poor customer service in my life and this dealership is about as bad as any I've dealt with. I would not recommend this dealership at all. Update -- within hours of posting my original message, Mr. Davies sent me a message asking for my contact info. I immediately responded with my info. Months later, still no phone call from him nor Marvin.....shocker! What a joke this dealership is. I highly encourage you to take your business elsewhere.

If I could rate them lower, I would, but that's probably just because I'm still annoyed. I was looking at buying a Mitsubishi Outlander from them, and I talked with a guy named Marcelo on Tuesday, and after discussing it for a while, it was decided that me and my dad (who I always talk to when it comes to looking at new vehicles) would drive up three and a half hours on Wednesday to look at, and hopefully buy the vehicle. We left at seven-thirty in the morning, and were about ten or fifteen minutes from the place at ten-thirty. I texted Marcelo, to let him know we were almost there. He called my phone to inform me that they sold the car I was coming to look at. And I'm not positive about this, but it's possible that they sold it on Tuesday later in the day. So... not only did they sell the car that they were perfectly aware I wanted to look at, had planned to buy, and was driving so far to come and see, but they sold it and then didn't bother to call or inform me that it was gone. I missed a day of work for this. So did my father and my brother, who I also wanted to come and help if he could. The entire day was wasted. And, just to really pluck my nerves, he started trying to sell me a KIA after he told me the Mitsubishi was gone. I DO NOT WANT A KIA. I WANTED THE MITSUBISHI. And I understand that cars get sold, and they're always looking to make a sale for a car. But they knew I was coming, and that I wanted it, and that they were looking forward to making a deal with me. Anyway, they're unreliable, and I don't care what other deals they might try to offer, I will never again attempt to do any sort of business with Fair Oaks. Hope this helps somebody else avoid such a disappointing and frustrating experience.

I called to see if a car that they have as for sale on their website is available (Dec 23rd around noon time). It took 15 minutes for a person to answer the phone. She said that the car was available. We go there on December 24th around 11 am. The customer service is disgusting and useless. Mr. Asif Wavas (salesperson) was trying to find the Jeep for 15 minutes, he did not even come to us after waiting for 15 minutes and we talked to another salesperson. He could not find the Jeep. Before leaving the dealership I stopped by the manager's desk (Sulli Gervas Chilli, Internet Sales Manager) and he advised me that the car was being driven by the owner. Really? They have 700+ cars in the lot and the owner drives a Jeep?? REALLY?? OK, we left, I sent him an email that he never replied to and we called today (Dec. 27th) Take a guess: It is not the owner driving the Jeep that I want to buy, IS THE WIFE NOW !!!!!! REALLY???? Guys, avoid this joint. I do not know how they operate.

I have been using Jeep dealers for service on my vehicles for over twenty years and I have always received great customer service, but today that changed at Fair Oaks Jeep in Chantilly. I made my appointment several days in advance for routine maintenance, alignment, repair of several recall items and a service wash. Dropped the vehicle off at 11:00AM for a 5:00PM pick-up. Never received a call that the vehicle was done and called to check on it at 6:45PM. There seemed to be confusion as to whether the vehicle was done or not, but I was finally informed it was ready for pick-up. When I showed up there was more confusion and they couldn't find the paperwork. After they found the paperwork they couldn't find the car keys. After 30 minutes, they located the keys by the service wash area and informed me that the vehicle was never washed/cleaned. The manager was unhelpful and very arrogant. He blamed the mix up on the fact that a service manager left early on a personal matter. He did not apologize for the nine hours my vehicle was in for service and just turned over the dirty vehicle. The manager clearly felt that one less happy customer was not an issue, and we also had to endure snide comments from an employee that did not agree with our displeasure. Needless to say, I will not be returning for any service at this location.

Service is haphazard. Scheduled a 30K service for my Jeep Grand Cherokee at 6AM. Dropped off the Jeep and took shuttle to office. Was called at approximately 10:45AM (4 hours later) and advised that the differentials and transfer case were recommended at 30K miles. Plus a "recommended" fuel servicing - but could not have car ready until 3PM (needed it a 1PM). I reminded service agent that I needed the car at 1PM and he stated that all could be serviced except the fuel cleaning (not really needed) and wheel balancing (also not needed). $650 later returned home to discover that tires were not rotated but charged and indicated on service invoice that rotation had been performed ($24.95). I knew the tire rotation had not been completed as there is line paint on the right rear tire and the same tire is on the right rear (makes you wonder had the performed the safety check that were supposedly conducted). Also seriously concerned if in fact other work was actually performed. I left contact and feedback message on the Fair Oaks website (contact us) and after 24 hours have not gotten a phone call or an email related to this matter. During the evolution of arranging to pick up the car - their customer phone service is non-existent. No answer, answer and placed on indefinite hold, or on hold and line drops. I will never take any vehicle for service there again!

I have bought a few cars both new and used from this dealership. The sales staff has generally been very nice, after all they are attempting to sell you a car! Bonnie happened to me my sales representative most recently and was honestly the only part of this dealership worth the visit. Most recently, I purchased two cars in a bundle deal. One, a brand new Dodge Challenger and Second, a used 2008 BMW X5. I went in originally looking just for a used but nice SUV for our kids. I was convinced to buy two cars to help reduce my overall monthly payment. I obliged because I loved the deal they had going for the Challenger. In any case, I told Bonnie what was important to me in the used car. Three rows, leather seats and entertainment package for the chilidren. Bingo, we have just the thing here on our lot... a 2008 BMW X5. Its a beauty and we purchase the car. One week later, we are back in the shop becuase the entertainment system does not work. The repair shop attempts to fix it, assuring us that it is working fine. They were wrong, the DVD player reads malfunction every DVD we put in, with one expection (some random Power Ranger DVD works, its the only one)... Fast forward a few months, we come back into the dealership for our regualr maintenance and oil change and again complain of the DVD system never having worked. We are told that we would need to go to the BMW service to see what was wrong. Our Dodge service repair manager handling our case assured us that Dodge would cover repair costs since he has known about this issue since we bought the car... well, go figure, he was wrong. fairoaks Dodge General Manager Jim Davies sat down with my fiance and I and explained that too much time had gone by and that he and his dealership would not be responsible for the repair. After a bit of hagling back and forth with him he changes his tune... "Ok, lets find out how much the repairs will be, then I will work with your warranty folks to pay for the repair".. he even gives me his business card and says, call me anytime you have a concern or question. Jim Davies has not answered that phone line for me or BMW since that day roughly 2 months ago now. I have left countless voicemails for him and tried calling dozens of times. I even reached out to Bonnie who responded that she would do the best she could to get him to call me back. This is shady business. Jim even told me that they NEVER inspect entertainment systems when they sell used cars. Pathetic. Since owning this car and having purchased the Premium Warranty (5k!!!) i have had to come out of pocket 500 in repairs and still have a broken DVD system that has not once played a single DVD. The worst part of this whole mess has been the refusal of the general manager to reach out to me to figure this issue out. False promises got me out of the door and from then on, he has avoided me like the plague. I have purhcased 3 cars from this dealership and will not buy another one. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP...

In my opinion it was a huge waste of time coming here shopping for my next car. I was interested in an 2011 Dodge Durango so I called and set up an appointment to come in the next day. I spoke with a salesperson the night before and sent him all the requested information for my trade in including my vin number. His reasoning was that when I came in the next day, I wouldn't be stuck there for hours. When I got there on time with my family no one greeted us and I had to walk around and look for someone so I could ask for the salesperson I had spoken with. I then had to wait around for him to come out to the front. After I explained who I was and what I was looking for he went and got the car for me to test drive but that also took a while for us to wait around for. Meanwhile, someone was supposed to be assessing my trade in while we were waiting and taking care of the test drive but it looked like it took him a while to get that together and he was wasting a lot of time. Waited 2 hours to get a price on my trade. I was 1 of 3 purchasers at the dealership at that time so I find this to be crazy, and I had asked multiple times for the price of their appraisal which he said "can I finish?". Sure you can finish but don't waste my time and be rude. I had already told him over the phone and in person that if they could not get me close to my pay off amount for my trade in then I was not interested but he still wasted 2 hours with the playing games and only offered me HALF while another dealership offered me 3 thousand dollars more the day before! He then stated he was keeping it "real" and business was business. What a joke. The car I was looking at also had noticable damage to it and when I asked if the price would be slightly reduced due to the amount it would cost to fix it he initally told me yes he'd have that taken into account but in the end he didn't even attempt even after he KEPT walking away stating he'd be back in a few minutes to see what he could do but would come back with the exact same numbers. I was already pre-approved with a blank check from my bank and would have brought the car that night but after that experience there's no way I'll spend my money here or recommend them to anyone else.

I made an appointment to see a 2004 Ford Explorer they had advertised on cars.com. They told me that no others had made appointments for that car and that they would have the car ready for me to test drive. I was unfortunately late to the appointment by about 15 minutes. When I got there, the salesman I contacted went to get the keys, but found out that someone else had taken it for test drive. Their internet sales manager told me "no problem, when they get back, you can drive it, and since you had the appointment first, it is yours if you want it." So I did the test drive, and when I returned to the dealership ready to make a deal to buy the car, another manager came out and said "we're sorry, but we just sold it!" While I understand that business is business and I was 15 minutes late, it still seemed like they just sold the car out from under me while I was standing there. The manager then told me that they had another Explorer, similar year, similar mileage, coming in a day or two and they would set it aside for me to take a look at first. Never happened despite me following up with them. All in all, it was just a poor customer service experience and I won't go back there; though again, I realize that a sale in hand is better than a deal to be made.

I've never had a worse experience in working with a dealership in my entire life! I purchased my vehicle from this dealership (Brand new). They didn't inform me that if you buy from them they don't provide rental cars. SERIOUSLY, IF YOU BUY A NEW CAR HERE YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA IF YOU BRING IT IN FOR SERVICE AND YOU NEED A LOANER! During multiple repair attempts for the same problem on a 2014 Jeep, they damaged my car while in their possession. They then repainted what they damaged. Following that they damaged it again and claimed they did not have anything to do with the damage, that it was "the lighting" HA! Poor service, poor communication, needed to go to different dealerships to fix all the problems they caused. Buyer BEWARE!

I was assured by the person on the phone that work will take no more than one hour and I could stay and wait before the work is complete. When I showed up in the morning two days later a person at the desk could not find my appointment and said that vehicle cannot be done that day and offered to leave it. I had to leave in frustration.

They lied about a pricing option when I was purchasing a new vehicle, and when I later asked about it, their attitude was 'too bad, we may have given you bad information stating a fee is mandatory when it wasn't, but you believed us and signed for it.' The new vehicle had 2 problems that they dismissed that my local dealer was able to fix. Worst experience I've every had purchasing a vehicle. After seeing the blatant lack of honesty, integrity, and customer service - I high question the multiple, similar 'Great Experience' reviews on this site as coming from actual customers. There are more reputable places out there - avoid this place.

Wish I could give no stars. I purchased a used car and was assured it had never been painted or been in an accident. When I put a coat of wax on the vehicle I noticed the hood had been repainted and there was overspray on the roof and trunk. Dealership has done nothing to correct the issue. I went to this dealership today 08/12/13 and I was very happy with my salesman Mike M.but very unpleased with his sales manager (Mike Tatum). He made me feel so unwelcome as if I didn't belong in that dealership. He tried to make you feel as if you are a dummy but little did he know I have been dealing with dealerships for a while.So I recommend that you do not deal with him if you are a person of color because I watched him with another couple and he was no where as rude to them as he was to me and if you want to be rushed away from a dealership then you should deal with (Mike Tatum). I would recommend this dealer to people as long as they do not deal with Mike Tatum.

We are return customers to this dealer multiple times to the same salesman - Shaban Ghannam. Staff is always courteous. They are considerate and make you feel like your time is valuable. They stay open late/past closing so that you don't feel rushed. The cars are always prepped and ready for you. I would highly recommend this dealer!

I recently purchased a new Jeep Wrangler and my buying experience was outstanding. My salesman, William Granby, made my purchase easy and painless. He was very patient, thorough, and helpful, answering all of my questions and taking the time to show me all of the features and options in my new Jeep. William made sure that the entire purchasing process was handled efficiently and quickly, which in turn made the whole buying experience such a pleasure. William Granby and Michael Tatum made the buying experience very easy. I wasn't 100% planning on purchasing a vehicle, but I had gone to the dealership at lunch time with a coworker as he was in a market for leasing a new vehicle and we test drove several different Grand Jeep Cherokee models and I really liked the vehicle, we returned that evening and we both ended up leaving with a new vehicle. The staff worked with me to give me what I wanted for my trade in and worked to get me the price I wanted on my new truck. I love my new 2014 Grand Jeep Cherokee Outland Edition. William is a great guy and made sure things went very quickly once the price agreement was reached. I would highly recommend my friends to purchase a vehicle from Fair Oaks.

Brought my car in for service that was covered under warranty. Not only did they not fix the problem, they left the vehicle worse off then when I brought it to them. Over 5 calls made to management and I haven't spoken with anyone higher then a secretary. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Granby has been nothing short of great during this "Jeep GC finding mission". He responds to calls, emails, and even texts us to let us know what is happening. He took the time to show us most of the buttons, screens, options... If you want someone to take the time to show you want makes the Jeep special and what the different Jeep GC models mean - go here and ask for Grandby.

I had a great buying experience! I went in looking at a Ram Laramie and walked out with a great deal on a Ram Laramie Longhorn! I got much more then i expected for the price i was expecting on a lower end truck. Shaban was also a very helpful salesman! The sale did take a while but besides that i am a very happy customer.

Horrible car shopping experience at this dealership. I spent a while looking around at cars on the lot and was not very impressed by their "competitive" prices. Their sales manager "Tony" actually was scolding his staff in front of customers (that's a no-no, I don't care about the inner workings of your business). I ultimately purchased my vehicle elsewhere for ALOT less than this places "lowest prices". I'd stay away from this place unless you either like witnessing hostility in the workplace or like paying too much for things

I bought 2 Jeeps from this dealership and the service was good except My first sales associate. Mike Tatum was horrible and I would not return to him as he was very unprofessional and he likes to insult and be rude to his customers, However his fellow Sales associate Jason was wonderful and made me buying my second Jeep a great experience. I would recommend Jeep Fair oaks but I would stay away from Mike Tatum.

I have to disagree with some of the prior negative comments. I submitted and inquiry and was promptly contacted by David Reyes who was polite and extremely knowledgeable about the BMW 3 Series I was interested in. When I came in, I was surprised to find the BMW in front of the dealership running and warmed up. The weather was 30 degrees so this was most welcome! I was greeted by JC who then introduced me to David. Again both men were very polite and thanked me for taking the time to come in during incliment weather. The BMW was cleaned and polished and drove great. JC let me have as much time as I needed to test drive it and play with all the options. The General Manager Tony gave me a great deal as well as a more than fair number on my trade-in. Again, no lies and no gimmicks. Their Finance Manager Chris Fitzgerald was courteous and explained all the financing to me in a straightforward and easy to understand manner. I never once felt as I was Baited, talked down to, or misled. When I was ready to leave, David, and Tony, came over to me to thank me for my business which made me even feel more special. Dealers don't treat their customers like every customer is special but at this dealer they do. I got a call a couple of days later from Tom Archer their service manager who advised me that when I am ready for my first service appointment to please call him directly and he would set it up for me. What dealer does this nowadays?? I have also received calls from both David and JC checking up on me and my car. Since I have bought my car, I have referred my cousin, brother, and my best friend whom have bought cars from Fair Oaks since. Happy to report that all three have had the same wonderful experience. My son is starting college next year and I will be going back to Fair Oaks to get him a car. I highly recommend this dealer!

Drove five hours round trip (thanks DC/Balt traffic) to check out a car that I had confirmed with the internet sales rep David Reyes was in fact on the lot. It was confirmed available through email, phone conversation and their online inventory through Cars.com and the dealership website. Once there, they reassured me it was available and a sales representative started to assist. The car could not be found on the lot and when looked up in their system, was found to be sold SIX DAYS EARLIER. One day, or even the same day, is understandable but that's a big discrepancy and terrible business practice. I do NOT recommend dealing with this dealership who apparently thinks it's good practice to not confirm or prepare a car when someone is coming in for an appointment to look at it. The car is still listed on their website and other sale sites as of this message even though it was sold six days ago.

Went to Dealership and advised them of my preferences. It was overheard and acknowledged by several including myself. When I got home I found things left off and not included. I contacted them immediately and was rebuffed and treated like, "man you must be stupid" and I was totally rejected. A complaint has been filed with the Attorney Generals Office in Richmond who has considerable interest. Do not buy from FairOaks Chrysler for the lip service is fake and all they are out for is your money.

I took my car for a trade in. I didn't have to negotiate a penny for the price of my car since they paid over what I was expecting. In about 90 minutes I was out of the door with my Jeep Compass which I love. It was a fair, quick and good deal for both sides. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Went in to look at a Dodge Charger and looked at the lot for 15 minutes and waited inside for 20 and no one bothered to stop and ask if I had been helped. Wound up buying a Charger at a different dealership later that day.
