I recently purchased a 2017 Pathfinder after finally giving up on putting anymore money into my old Toyota. Sam Srisook was my salesman who I highly recommend as he was awesome from start to finish. Within 2 hours I was driving home in my new vehicle, it was such an easy process. The Sales Managers Vince, Nick and Jeff are all great to work with as well. I was torn about putting more money into the Toyota or going into a payment but once I saw the Pathfinder I was sold. It drives like a car so smooth, the only problem is I tend to be cruising along and look down and am going 70 or so and didn't even realize it. Thank goodness for cruise control ?. Thanks again to Sam and everyone at Exton, they are worth checking out!!!

My daughter bought the car last year in November and on the 1st service they notice that tires started to wear so quick, but didn't recomend anything to me like warranty from the tire manufacturer. On the second service they said that tires are almost gone and their thoughts are that would not pass the inspection. I asked what about the warranty, and they told me to contact Continental. I did contact Continental and Continental contact them, but they didn't want to do anything about that. For 3rd service and also inspection , service in June tires just past the inspection and they told me that they need to be replaced. I asked again about the warranty and the answer was to call Continental. I called them again and they told me that this will be 1/2 payed by them and they will let dealership know to contact me and set the appointment. I have received phone call from their service Manager Jo, and start argument with him that that is not far to spend over $60000 dollars on 2 vehicles and not get any appropriate service. He says that he will contact Continental and go over the warranty and call me back. He Called next day and says what they told me and he will talk to his boss and see if they can satterfie my needs. This was the last what I heard from him. I tried to call back and was living the voice mail but never received the call back. Even went over there twice do do oil change on the vehicles and let their technician to remind him to give me a call back and talk about this unsafe car issue. He never called back and this was going on for about 6 months, I decide to by new tires because I am worry about the safety of my daughter, she drives every day about 60-70 miles to work and home. Obviously they didn't care of the safety of their customer, they just wanted the money. Couldn't believe that they didn't care about someone who just spend over $60000.00. I would not recommend to anyone to listen what they have to say from my personal experience with the service department. I hope that the reader of this review will find this helpful and make good decision on the service.

Since posting this review I was contacted by the Bush Auto Group. Apparently they had an issue with the person mentioned in my review. This person is no longer employed at Exton and management personally reached out to me with an apology of not handling this matter better at the time it happened, but wanted to let me know that they take these types of concerns seriously. They compensated me for the work I had to do with the transmission, which I was not expecting, and I appreciate that they took responsibility, even after so much time had passed. Understanding a little of what was going on with them personnel wise, and having them take a personal approach to trying to resolve the matter, I am a lot more confident that things have changed there since I purchased. Just goes to show you that one bad apple can ruin the bunch. I'm glad matters have been resolved and thank the Bush Auto Group for their service to their customersOriginal review:Time heals all wounds? Absolutely not! My beloved Volkswagen died on me last year after 300,000 + wonderful miles on the road. I have always purchased used, and usually have opted for the reliable "beater." I decided to purchase a nicer used car through a dealership, with the anticipation that even though I am paying a service fee to the company, the car has been looked over by a qualified mechanic, and maybe some other perks would be added in. After a month of searching I found the perfect car. Yes, it was a slightly higher price than blue book, but this was because the car fax record was so well documented, the car's value increased. It was also a more reliable car, so the dealership assured me. I used my own financing, basically paying in cash. It was a win-win situation right? Wrong.As a condition for the sale, there was an abs light illuminated, that I requested fixed. I also asked for a full tank of gas. They asked me to take it to cherry hill Volvo to be fixed and they would pay the bill. It was fixed, but cherry hill said that Exton would not authorize all the recommended work that went along with fixing the system. When I called Bob, the head mechanic at Exton, he said it was because those fixes were unnecessary precautions that Volvo recommends. He didn't bother mentioning the other things that cherry hill told him about. My guess is that he already knew.On the day that I picked up my car, not only did they send me home with a half tank of gas, shortly after driving home, I started getting a spinning in the transmission at a certain speed. I second guessed myself because it was just off the lot and checked by the dealerships own head mechanic. A few weeks later I called and told them of what I continued to hear that made me uncomfortable. I also did a little research, and figured it was probably a component of the transmission, rather than the whole thing. They asked me to bring it in so they could check it out. Fast forward to the test ride at Exton with Bob and my sales person: the car would not replicate in entirety the problem. Of course! I explained what I thought it was. From the back seat I heard Bob tell the sales associate in a joking way " that's why he never lets his wife go online, because she'll end up believing everything she reads." I gently reminded him that I have ears by repeating what I found and offered some solutions. I didn't want to waste my breath informing him I got my degree in research. His solution was for me to take it back to cherry hill, since they have the specialized equipment to diagnose my issue.So back to cherry hill Volvo I go ( they're wonderful, btw). Tests confirmed a transmission issue and they recommended that it be replaced for around 6000.00! I was devastated. When I called Bob to raise my concerns about this, he asked me to drop it off so they could take it to stillman Volvo, who they work with often. After several days I called to check on it. But first I called stillman. Apparently it was looked over and returned a couple days prior, and just sitting at Exton. No one bothered to call me. I asked what they found out. They said they found no error codes. At this point I was getting livid, and highly suspicious of what was going on. So I called cherry hill and had them take another look at their records. They confirmed the transmission error codes. I asked why stillman found no codes? He said they could have been reset. I then asked if these errors had been found the first time that I brought it to them for the abs? He confirmed that they had, and that they had informed Bob at Exton of the issue. I immediately called Exton. They asked me to come pick up the car. I talked to the manager. They were going to do nothing for me. I asked why if Bob didn't catch it before the sale (something I highly doubt a head mechanic would overlook, but a layperson would spot after driving over 20 mins), he would claim ignorance of the problem after cherry hill told him about it? I also suggested that it was very unusual that codes would just disappear after they had my car in their possession, and took it to a Volvo dealership they had a self proclaimed close business relationship with. Did they not trust cherry hill, or just not like the results? He basically said they did all they could do and that I was on my own, and pleaded absolutely no knowledge of the problem with the car. Hands washed.A few months later, when I could afford it, I took my Volvo to a specialists (amazing mechanics). They fixed the problem. I was right! They also finished the required work necessary for the abs that Bob refused to authorize and a few other minor things they found. It cost me 2500.00. So if you're considering purchasing from this dealership, I highly recommend you go anywhere else!!! Save yourself from the hassle and the attitude and the dishonesty you'll encounter here. Oh, did I mention Exton also over charged me about 12.00 in taxes, and still have not sent the check they promised to send a year ago.

A very nice man named Cliff helped my father and I, he made sure that we received the best deal possible for the car, even though we kept him busy until 10pm! In the process of purchasing our new car we were most involved with two salespersons, Ray Dymond and Matt Fitzgerald. We found both to be, most importantly, honest and trustworthy and not simply interested in just making the sale. Over the years in dealing car sales personnel we have found these traits not all that common and in this case it was most appreciated. The new Altima we purchased is a great car in both performance and appearance. Ray in particular put in a lot of effort searching the dealer's vast inventory of new vehicles in-order to find the specific color my wife wanted. Do not come here for service or are expecting the dealership to treat you as anything other than a nuisance after you've purchased your car.I've routinely made appointments for service only to find myself waiting absurd lengths of time to have it performed. Once for a state inspection, emissions test, oil change and to plug a hole in a tire:- Arrived at 7:45AM for an 8AM appointment.- Didn't hear anything until 10:15 AM - over two hours later.- Declined any repairs, which weren't needed to pass, so it would only be an oil change and to plug the tire.- Did not leave until almost 11:30. What are these appointments for if I'm waiting 3 and a half hours almost for something that should be done in less than an hour?Also on this same trip they supposedly changed the battery in my remote starter. 6 dollar charge. What do you know? Car is still telling me the battery is low and sometimes doesn't remote start. Email to Chuck DeSantis, General Sales Manager, was not answered.Email to Bob Inglido was answered and a free oil change was offered. I appreciate the apology and offer for an oil change from Bob but I'd rather just take the refund. No further contact from Exton Nissan after that - over a month and a half ago.Less than 3 years in the car needed a new alternator. No charge except the 30 dollars for a rental if I wanted to work that day.Will not be back to purchase or for service. The Altima was fine and is a good car.

We had less than 48 hours to purchase a vehicle. Our daughter was moving out of state.We gave Elizabeth our budget and time frame. Within 2 hours she found several vehicles for Rebecca to test drive. Elizabeth was very organized, honest and had all details for us to view. Including car fax and repair information. We purchased a pre-owned Nissan Rogue. While we did not need all the bells and whistles the Rogue far exceeded our expectations. Elizabeth's friendly and honest manner was five star plus. We felt very comfortable purchasing the Rogue for our daughter.

Purchased 3 cars all together from this location. The latest car we purchased was a pre-owned Nissan Rouge. While talking to the salesman, Sam, I told him it needed to have bluetooth. He brought a car up and told me it had bluetooth. Once we finished all of the paperwork and we got in the car I asked to have the bluetooth synced to my wife's phone. Turns out there was no bluetooth. He promised they would install one for us. 6 months later, still no bluetooth. That doesn't even piss me off as much as the other thing Sam and others LIED to me about. While test driving the car I noticed the brakes felt weird, as if they were warped. I addressed this with Sam and he said he would have someone check it out after the test drive was over. I was told that the brakes are fine and they went through Nissan's rigorous inspection process., but that they might feel weird because the car has been on the lot sitting for some time. Fast forward 5 months later and I just spent over $1000 to replace all rotors and brakes and was told by the mechanic that this is something that the dealership clearly lied about. There was signs that the rotors were previously shaved multiple times, which is why there was the "shaky" feeling when braking. I won't ever buy another car from here, nor should you. They are dishonest.

I went in to buy my dream car, a 2014 Nissan Juke! The whole experience overall was great. The sales representative (Ty) that I had really took the time to get to know me and what I wanted in the vehicle. He also made the only negative of the experience, 5 hours to finally leave with the car, a fun experience by taking the time to talk to me and my boyfriend! All of the employees were great! They really did everything in their power to keep the monthly payment as close to my max as possible, cannot ask for more from a company.

After establishing initial contact and preliminary negotiations online, I met with salesperson Caitlin Dubois at Exton Nissan. She continued the professional and helpful customer service from email in person when I met her. We went over the exact model car that I wanted and she clearly explained several things that I had questions about. At no point did I feel pressured, and in fact she displayed great patience and created a very relaxed atmosphere for me to learn about the car and become sure of my purchase. When it came to talk price, of course the process involved the sales manager as expected in about any dealership. Chuck DeSantis, joined us and was also very professional, yet down to earth, as we talked and reached a mutually agreeable price. A couple of days later I arrived to pick up the new car and trade the old one in. During a test drive, I felt a vibration. Caitlin reacted to my concern by facilitating the service department's involvement. They test drove it to confirm the issue, then returned to road force balance all four wheels. After they test drove it again to confirm the problem was fixed, we quickly closed the deal. I have been involved in many car buying experiences, and can honestly say that this was the best one so far.

I know I'm not the easiest person to deal with when it comes to large purchases, but Willie worked his magic and got me into a 2015 Nissan Rogue. I appreciated all of my salesperson's (Ryan) efforts to answer my questions, educate me about the used 2012 Nissan Rogue SV and work with me to get the best price for my Rogue. Upon my discovery of extensive small dings and dents on the hood of my car at settlement (concealed by a layer of snow), the Sales Manager, Jeffrey, quickly and decisively resolved my concerns. He provided a loaner car and promised to have the car hood repaired and repainted. As it turns out, they installed a new car hood. I am impressed. Overall, my car buying experience with my salesperson and the Exton Nissan staff was a professional and accommodating one. I will definitely recommend their dealership to friends and family.

On December 18, 2014 my wife and I visited Exton Nissan. We were met by John McGettigan. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and very welcoming. He showed us 2014 and 2015 Altima's. He invited us to take a test drive, which of course, sealed the deal. We were ready to purchase the 2015 Altima, but we didn't have my car to trade in. John encouraged us to take the Altima and bring my car in on Saturday. We enjoyed our experience so much, we traded in my wife's car for a 2015 Rogue. Yes, John was such a pleasure to work with that we purchased two cars. Our entire experience was wonderful. Not only do I recommend this dealership, but especially John McGettigan. While he was preparing the paperwork, we were offered refreshments. John stayed late to accommodate us and put us in the cars of our dreams. He explained the features of the cars, set up our Bluetooth, preset our stations and basically took care of everything. If you are looking to purchase a car, come to Exton Nissan and ask for John McGettigan. He gets our top rating - 10 stars.

I had a great experience here with buying my car, but that also I think was because I did a lot of research on the car I wanted. Since I bought the thing it has been nothing but a headache. Do not finance with Nissan. Their finance department has disrespected me on numerous accounts. Now I just ask for their manager if I have to call. Their service department is just as terrible if not worse. They blamed me for a faulty tire didn't acknowledge the insurance I bought for a replacement....until I called the sales rep who sold me the car. They're not flexible, and they keep directing me to other ppl for small issues. I will never buy another Nissan again. Save yourself the headache.

Do yourself a favor and find a different dealer to buy a car. Made an appointment to see a used Lincoln Aviator for 6pm. Spoke with the internet person to verify the car was there, and was told it would be ready for a test drive that evening. Received a confirmation of my appointment at 4.45pm. Arrived at 6.20pm, only to be told that car was not on site. Then I was told car sold 2 hours ago. Considering I had come with pages of research on that car and ready to buy that particular car that night, I was very upset about having wasted my time and special coordination to make it to this particular dealership. A single phone call that car sold would have saved us a lot of time. The car had been listed for 45 days and was a good price, and I thought it sounded fishy that suddenly "the car sold two hours ago", but was still listed on the internet. I demanded to speak with a manager, who then told me that they posted the car on ebay for auction. I asked to see the auction, but they told me they couldn't close it early to sell me a car. I told them you can easily close an auction early as I had been an ebay seller myself, but they weren't willing to do this. Furthermore, they then couldn't find the actual auction. By this time, I was extremely upset, and the people I spoke with got more and more condescending ("We can't hold a car for anybody"). I strongly suspect this car was a "bait and switch" tactic to get you into the dealership with a good offer and then try to sell you something else. Especially since the car is still listed on the internet the following day....anyway, we went to Scott Honda Select in West Chester that same night, and drove off with a beautiful Hyandai Santa Fe with low mileage and great price. The dealership stayed open late to accommodate us and complete the sale, we were treated like valued customers and not like people taking a number at the meat counter. The whole transaction was smooth, our sales person was amazing, and the contrast in experience to Nissan Exton was like night and day. If you are looking for a wonderful car buying experience, Nissan Exton shouldn't be on your list.

I must say, I've never been to a zoo in disguise as a car dealership until the evening of my visit to Exton Nissan. My slowly paced extremely unintelligent blob of a salesmen "Mark Ferry" had zero knowledge about the Nissan Altima which he sold me. As if he and his lack of knowledge about the vehicle wasn't disgusting enough, he also informed me that I would have to pay an additional 95.00 for a spare tire on my NEW vehicle! When I spoke to the general manager Chuck Desantis he informed me that this was indeed true and that most dealerships are charging for a spare tire. I was completely outraged when finding out after the fact that this was not applicable for other Nissan dealerships. When I questioned Mark about the dents in my vehicle he due to the recent hail storm, Mark replied that there are several other Nissan dealers in my area that I could have choose from and that he had a busy schedule which did not allow him the time needed to adjust the price talk to the manager about making the repairs. After this extremely painful delivery on my way home I ran out of gas and also noticed that my car was never inspected! I will never buy at Exton Nissan or possibly any Nissan dealership again!!!

I approached this dealership for two different used vehicles at two different times. They advertised a below market priced Altima or Rogue on Pandora but it was gone when I inquired about it (I clicked on the ad), tnen they tried to sell me a much bigger and more expensive new model. The second time they told me to come in but didn't tell me that the vehicle I wanted to buy was already sold. This is the type of dealership that give car dealers a bad name.

He has a great approach, as does the dealership in general. Tyrone and Chuck (Sales Manager) give you the impression like they're pulling for you to get the car you want, as opposed to the competitors who give the impression like they are working against you.We're proud to be a Nissan family and we seem to test drive the competitors cars only to have something to compare; but in the end Exton Nissan always prevails because they give us what we want EVERY time. I got a great deal yes, customer service is horrible. Traded a vehicle in and they took so long to pay it off they paid off the wrong amount leaving me with paying 2 payments for over a month for them to get me my money back. Got the free oil change the inspection sticker was expiring due to the trade in, Steven stated give me your registration and insurance and I can just extend the sticker take 2 minutes. I had left it at home, got the info made an appt my fiance took my car way out of his way because he had off and I took his truck too work which is hard for me to drive. They said they were unable to do this, Dana, Dave all of them are morons. I was told they could just put the sticker on and then he gets there and they say no they can not. Dave told me when I made the appt it would take a couple minutes as well he was familiar with what happened. I am just outraged the communication and knowledge of this place, they could give 2 craps about their customers. If I had to wait to actually get it inspected since I just bought it their in mid november he said I did not have to do the full inspection. I am just dumb founded "who does this"

Turned in a lease for another new lease remaining payments were supposed to be paid which they haven't been. The managers only care about making the sale and after that they could care less about you. I am currently working on rebuilding my finances and credit, so my overall credit was not great. I worked hand in hand with Kathy Sheerin who spent countless hours getting me into in a great used car with a monthly payment and interest rate I would be happy with. I was extremely dedicated to finding myself the right car with the right deal. I turned down multiple options from Kathy and she did not stop working. I now am in an amazing used vehicle and could not be happier. Once my approval was out of the way, I then worked with Ivana who was responsive and available for questions. There were some minor fixes that had to be done to the used car before purchase and Ivana was great at ensuring these action items were completed to my satisfaction. If you are looking at purchasing a new or used car, I highly recommend the staff at Exton Nissan. Very happy with my purchase.

By the time I was able to sign the contract they had a new finance manager who was absolutely rude. She snapped at the salesman in front of his customer?? That is not professional at all. She would not honor the initial sale price on the vehicle. She also promised a full gas tank because of all the trips I had to take to close the deal and never fulfilled her promise. I recently purchased a 2011 Nissan Rogue about a month ago from Exton Nissan. Being a recent college graduate and a first time buyer I was very nervous about the whole process and under the impression that the car buying process can be very intimidating. However thanks to Exton Nissan and my sales consultant Rory Carroll and the financial advisor Paula this was not the case! I didn't once feel overwhelmed, rushed or persuaded into making a decision. I was extremely impressed by their exceptional customer service and attention to detail in making me feel very comfortable in the whole buying process. During the test drive Rory was very knowledgeable about the Rogue explaining every detail from the engine, to how the car was made. He was very honest, and has a friendly outgoing personality which made me feel very comfortable that he knew what he was talking about. He also took time to listen to what I wanted because even though I originally came in to purchase the 2013 he offered to show me the 2011 which had many more features including the sunroof and navigation which I was looking for, whereas the 2013 did not. My experience with Exton Nissan is buyer beware.The point of this review isnt that I didnt get what I wanted, but to let anyone who reads this know that after the contract is signed and Exton Nissan receives your money they do not care about you or your concerns. If you are purchasing a used car you are better off going to a buy here pay here dealership because at least they will tell you up front that they will not care after they received your money. Twenty days after my purchasing my 25,000 BMW from Exton Nissan it became un-drivable. It was overheating and ultimately needed a new water pump and had a faulty exhaust vanos solendiod. I brought the car back to the dealership, seeing that I hadnt owned the car for even a month and was lead to believe it was a Certified Pre Owned Vehicle and that it was fully inspected for any safety issues. The mechanic looked at but did not have/nor never had the equipment to decipher the problems that could be safety hazards for a BMW. I am sure this not limited to just Exton Nissan, but to the entire family of Bush dealerships as I called the owner and asked for some help. His response was I dont want to sell a car that breaks down 3 weeks later, but what do you not get about an As Is purchase? Their advertisement of 100% customer satisfaction is simply a gimmick from the owner down to the management team. The owner stated his intention was to help me get a discount from the dealership that repaired my car, but his margin on the sale was not big enough to cover the $1,700 worth of repairs needed on the car. His own service department could not even diagnose the problem let alone fixes it. It seems a reputable dealer would sell the car at auction rather than take money for something that they dont know about or how to fix if it is broken. This isnt about me trying to get something for nothing; I wanted it to be fair. I would have been happy with sharing cost, but when I asked that the answer was no. I was offered the opportunity to refinance and purchase a warranty which was not offered at the time of purchase. Please beware when purchasing from this dealership or any of the Bush owned dealerships. I believe they are Infiniti and Nissan in the greater Philadelphia area.

Ivana Samsonova (salesperson of Exton Nissan) tried to sell me the vehicle for $43,000 (2010 AUDI S4 white VIN: WAUKGAFL1AA143351) without disclosing the information about the condition of the vehicle that was known to the dealership. The listing said that the car is in excellent condition. Carfax report showed several service records and parts replacements, which made me a bit cautious about the condition of the vehicle. Ivana Samsonova sent me the multi-point inspection report and service records. The inspection report indicated that Vehicle is in excellent condition. No exterior or interior damage. Overall condition 9 out of 10! I negotiated the details of the transaction (wire transfer, delivery, paperwork, etc.) with Ivana. She emailed me the purchase order, and I was ready to go to my bank and send the money when I found out the true information about the condition of the vehicle. The previous owner of this AUDI posted information and photos of the car on the AUDI forum and described all the problems this car had. We came to Exton Nissan today to purchase a new SUV. We have purchased three vehicles at Exton Nissan over the last three years. Unfortunately, one of our vehicles was in an accident last winter, and, although the car was totaled, my husband walked away from the accident with nothing more than a few scratches. In addition to my confidence in the safety, comfort, and reliability of Nissans, we have been fortunate to receive excellent service at the dealership every single time we go. I wanted to move from my Juke to a larger SUV, and we settled on the Pathfinder. The process was as painless as it had been each previous time. I appreciated especially the fair pricing and the attentiveness of each employee we worked with. Rory took his time to show me all the features of the Pathfinder (he was more knowledgeable than any salesperson I have previously dealt with). Sam worked with my husband for our last purchase (an Altima, which we also love) and today he was extremely helpful in our pricing discussion. Beware of this dealership and specially Mr Sam Fowler. For a used car, price quoted online is 'Asking Price' whereas for Mr Sam Fowler its 'Demanding and Final Price'. Plus they charge some $895 + tax+registration+other things that they do not mention online. If you are visiting this dealership and happen to speak with Mr Sam Fowler, make sure to add another $2000 to the asking price of used car !!! Otherwise get ready for a question "By looking at the tag price aka asking price and knowing that its not in your budget (pls read without knowing this additional $2000) why did you took a test drive". Who makes a business like that? For a common man like me, 'Asking price' is ALWAYS negotiable. If Mr Sam Fowler wants client to pay what tag says and what it does not say (appx $2000), please have this written in bold on your website and in dealership. I was fan of Nissan and more specifically Nissan Exton dealership, but this rude and inappropriate way of communication is taking me away. When I went to Exton Nissan, I was just initially looking to test drive the 2013 Nissan Juke. I was on the fence about purchasing, as I am a new grad. I had done some research into the terms of Nissans' New Graduate program, but had previously been told I needed to have a full time job offer before I could be accepted for the program, at a different dealer. I had the pleasure of working with Brianna, who was amazing from start to finish. She informed me that there was a miscommunication in regards to the program and I was eligible, as I had thought prior. She went above and beyond to find the exact model, interior/exterior colors, and all the features I wanted. Everything I asked for, I received. Brianna and the Exton Nissan team more than exceeded any and all expectations I had, as well as eased any reservations. I would "hands down" recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new/pre-owned car! This team is awesome!

Exton Nissan has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Once you signed the contract, they would not care if you complaint. the Sales Manager (African American) was so rude and irritating to me. The financial manager will persuade you to buy Nissan extended warranty and 5-in-1 insurance!! They overcharged!! You can buy the same warranty a lot cheaper in any Nissan Dealers(online or local), as long as your car is new. 5-in-1 insurance is not worthy because your car insurance can fully cover. They won't tell you that. of course, they want your money!!! Unfortunately, I didn't know this website Dealerrater.com until I bought my car. I found one of the reviews had the same issue as mine. :-(

This is one of very few reviews I have ever bothered to write but I have a great story to tell and felt like I should write it. I was looking for a small commuter car that I could have fun with and I had decided to buy an inexpensive new two seat sportscar from another dealer. I had been calling around to other dealerships for some last chance ideas before I signed the paperwork. I discussed my situation with Brianna and she said that she had a gem on the lot that I really should look at before I made a decision. She said it was a 2005 Honda S2000. My first reaction was...2005?...Honda?...I didn't know Honda made sportscars. She convinced me that it was something very special. I decided to have a look.I really liked what I saw. The car had low mileage, a new clutch, new brakes and new tires (not cheap tires but high end speed rated tires). Exton-Nissan did an exceptional job going over the car with a fine tooth comb. It looked like it had just rolled off of the showroom floor and to call it a gem was an understatement. This car was very well taken care of.I discussed it at lenght with Brianna and Jeff Petka. What impressed me the most was their knowledge of the car. I found it refreshing that sales people at a Nissan dealership could know so much about a 2005 Honda. I have gone to other dealerships in the past where salesmen knew very little about the cars that they sold regularly. Brianna and Jeff certainly did their homework. I sat and listened as Brianna fed me car facts, car figures, car history and car comparisons. No hard sell...just a very pleasant discussion. The Honda S2000 went out of production in 2009 and there are only 362 still registered in the US. The 240 HP 2.2 liter engine has the highest horsepower of it's class. Brianna wasn't exaggerating when she said that this was a special car. This car had a mystique about it. I didn't fully appreciate what I had bought until my sports car buff friends explained to me that this car was rare and highly sought after by sportscar enthusiasts for it's performance, appearance and reliability.It always amazes me how the very best opportunites happen when you are least expecting them and under the strangest circumstances. I enjoy this car and I am loving every minute that I get to drive it. I was very happy with the price and I am very happy with the time and attention that they gave me.So once again thank you Brianna, Jeff and the folks at Exton-Nissan. You guys are a class act.

We recently decided to get a bigger and safer car, so we came here specifically for Brianna who was recommended to us by a family member who has purchased from her a few times. We ended up going twice due to not getting a chance to go to her when we had asked for her the first time. The first trip there was not a good experience what so ever due to one person only. Everyone else was great and super friendly! We went back the second demanding we'd see Brianna. She went above and beyond to make everything right. She apologized multiple times, even though it was not her fault whatsoever. She made sure to listen to what we had to say and she found us the PERFECT car. Exactly what i wanted! I was in the market for a bigger vehicle for my balloon business. I started looking around and saw the Nissan NV3500 passenger van parked at the Nissan Exton Lot. I went inside and met Scott Wiley. I told him I just wanted to look at the vehicle and I didn't want any pressure to buy. Scott got the vehicle for me and we went on a test drive. I loved the way the V8 handled and the room inside was impressive. I fell in love with the car. I told him I wanted the best price for the vehicle and I needed a generous payoff for my trade in. Within minutes, I got the price I wanted for both the trade in and the new vehicle. I then told Scott I would be back that evening with my husband to finalize the deal. That evening my whole family went to Nissan Exton to purchase the vehicle. When arriving we looked at the new Nissan NV. While looking a Nissan Rogue caught our eye. Our daughter just turned 16 and she was with us so we asked if they could show us that vehicle. Scott then asked salesman Joe Paylor if he could show our daughter the Rogue. My daughter fell in love with the vehicle and me being a push over had to get it for her.So, I went to buy one vehicle and left with two. I got a great deal on both. This was my first buying experience, and right from the moment I walked in, everyone was extremely helpful without being pushy or too aggressive. I mentioned a used car I had seen online (2009 Nissan Altima), and my salesman, Ryan Hribick, took me right to what I wanted for a test drive. It turned out the car belonged to one of the employees there, so I got a very detailed personal history report , along with a Carfax and service history. All the managers and salesman were professional and yet down-to-earth. I had visited two other dealerships earlier in the day and I by far felt the most comfortable at Exton Nissan. Promised a lease for $200 per month on email and on phone but when we reached there after driving 1.5 hrs and spending another 1.5 hrs with the sales guy that same lease went up $229. oh, we mad mistake so take the lease at $229 or leave it.I have email saying "The money factor is .00168" for the lease. At the dealership, this changes to 0.002. Please look for other dealers instead of wasting time here.

Salesman: Joe NudyI purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima from Exton Nissan approximately 1 year ago and had a great experience with the dealership at the time. Unfortunately, less than a year later, my new vehicle was rear-ended and totaled. I loved the car and, because I had a great experience with Exton Nissan the first time around, I decided to go back there to purchase my next vehicle. While looking at vehicles on the lot, I was approached by Joe Nudy, a member of the sales team. I explained my situation to him and he showed genuine concern, was very helpful and knowledgeable, and was not the least bit pushy. Upon returning to Exton Nissan a few days later to purchase a vehicle, I sat down with Joe expecting the normal pricing negotiations. To my surprise, Joe had already taken it upon himself to speak with the sales team and financing team to explain my situation to them and get me the best deal possible on a new 2013 Nissan Altima, similar but better equipped than the one that had been totaled. I also had a great experience with the other members of the sales team that I spoke with (Joe Prulello, Bobby Zarbalas, Ken George) and Chester Holmes in financing. It's hard to find car dealers these days that have team members that are as down to earth and genuinely concerned for their customers as those at Exton Nissan. As a first time car buyer I started my adventure completely clueless. I went to a couple different dealerships that had some good options but the people working their were really creepy and seemed like a typical car salesman trying to take advantage of first time buyers. My girlfriend and I stumbled across Exton Nissan and went inside to ask some questions about a car I liked on the lot. There we were greeted by Ken George. Ken is a cool guy and he was very easy to relate to. He was extremely helpful and informative with everything helping me understand what exactly was going on, what I was getting with the car, what my car insurance will be, and what was covered under warrenty and insurance. I left that day with the exact car I was looking for and with this experience it will be very easy for me to throw Ken's name out to anybody I know looking for a new car. Exton Nissan was amazing and everyone there was really nice and helpful especially Bobby and Wendell. Went looking for 2013 Altima 3.5sl and not only did Joe and his team do a great job on getting me the price I wanted but also drove to Baltimore to find the car I wanted. I was so happy with the customer service and the "no haggling" great upfront price my wife decided to buy a 2013 rogue from there. Bobby offered me a price that was out if this world and Joe being the professional he is offered to drive the car to my house and do all the paperwork there so my wife and I wouldn't have to drive 140 miles each way with our 15 month old baby girl; and those of you with kids know how hard that can be! We were interested in looking at, and driving, the 2013 Murano. We chose John McGettigan to work it!! (It was a pleasure to walk into a dealership and not have salesman jumping us before we had a chance to gather our thoughts!!) John is an unbelievable person to work with, so knowledgeable and down to earth, no stressful pressure at all.John worked with us and Bobby to get us their best deal. We advised them and it was the truth, that we were also looking seriously at the Toyota Highlander and wanted to drive it one more time before we could make a sound decision on either car.. I have been a loyal Nissan and Infinity owner for almost half my life. I was hounded by Exton Nissan on approximately 10 solicitation calls to come in and buy a car as my lease was expiring. I own my own business and have very little time to car shop. I came in dealt with a very friendly sales lady...discussed the specifics of buying a new SUV and also a used Jeep for my sons. Even though it was advertised that they had these vehicles in stock they were at a different location. Over a 8 day period they could not even get the cars to the lot for me to look at. Being a current and long time loyal customer, I was shocked that the sales manager Bobby Zarbalas would not lift a finger to assist me in buying 2 cars from them. I was told the following numerous excuses: 1) need a deposit for me even to see the cars 2) Too much paperwork involved for dealer trading of inventory even though the dealerships were all owned by the same auto group. 3)The roads were too bad to drive over the vehicles and that would jeopardize the life of a sales agent. I reached out with an email to Bobby and mentioning that I have been treated fairly by his boss Chuck Desantis in the past and that I would reach out to him. Bobby sent me another email response that said he was still not interested in lifting a finger to help me and that all customers were as important as returning loyal customers. In summary I found Bobby to be extremely lazy and on a power trip. It is experiences like this that give car sales a bad name. I will be handing in my Nissan Altima, never to buy a Nissan againand encouraging my employees to do the same.

I started the process of looking for a new work/delivery van back in July, 2012.Chevy, Ford and Mercedes were contenders.I was impressed with the specs on the new Nissan NV high roof and test drove at Exton Nissan. It has the feel of a van with the benefits of a box truck.Being almost 6'2', not bending over while in the back was a plus. Having owned a few Nissan's in the past I knew I would have a quality truck. I visited the dealership four times including signing the paperwork in December, 2012. I am known to take my time especially when it comes to major purchases. I dealt with Lincoln Oberholtzer from Exton Nissan. My experience was quite good in my dealings with him. Over five month in which I was not a serious buyer until December, he kept in contact, but was not overbearing in his approach. I also did not price shop at another Nissan dealership. I had made up my mind that if I ended up buying an Nissan NV, it would be from Lincoln.A tour of the facilities seems to show a clean and organized shop. After spending hours at the Honda dealer with my previous sales rep who was unable to find an ideal match for me; I headed over to Exton Nissan, an exhausted woman with a broken spirit. I was not optimistic that I would be able to get a car that I could afford and let alone actually be excited to drive. Upon being introduced to Melanie Wishiewski, I was a bit skeptical that this young, pretty girl was going to be able to remedy my situation. When I sat down with her to review my wants and needs in a vehicle, she began flooding me with all kinds of facts that instantly put me at ease, she clearly knew her way around a car. I shared with her the exact details of what I wanted and what I was able to afford each month and she never once looked at me like I was crazy or spoiled, which my last sales rep had the audacity to call me. After test driving a few vehicles, I fell in love with a fully loaded 2012 Rouge SV that I told her I desperately wanted. I found myself yesterday in need of a new car. The timing-belt on my old car broke and my mechanic told me It was not worth it to fix it. I wanted a used SUV that was a manual, which if you have ever looked for this its nearly impossible. I did some research on line and found a car that i thought would be perfect. I stopped into Exton Nissan and i was greeted by Ken as soon as I walked in the door. I told him what i was interested in and he asked me some questions about my old car and what my lifestyle was so he could make sure I was getting the right car. The car I thought I wanted was at another dealership and he told me that he would go and get it for me that day. He told me that since my old SUV, that I had for 13 years, was an Xterra that I probably would not like the car i was requesting. I decided to leave the dealership and look what else was available locally. Ken was gracious about me leaving gave me his card and asked me to come back if I decide to see any of the cars I we talked about. I looked at a few other dealers and i kept thinking how impressed I was with the service at Exton. I was also thankful they were not pushy. So i went back. I decide to look at the Xterra. I test drove it and fell in love with it. The only problem was that it was new. Im a single parent and never thought i could ever afford a new car. Ken George and John Lasala went to bat for and found a way for me to afford this car. I drove away that afternoon in my bran new SUV that was a 6 speed manual...just what I wanted with the payments that were a little more then i wanted to spend but they were payments I could afford. Even though we didnt purchase the used Wrangler my wife and I were every impress with Melony. She listed out our decision criteria for our nextbest value and compared that to the Jeep on your lot. This is an excellent sales approach providing the important things to the buyer and helps the seller match up the options. She was very professional but unfortunately we made the decision to buy the other Jeep. Our primary reason was the fax it was a newer jeep and options meet our needs. I walked onto the lot just to browse the new Xterra's and met Brianna, the sales professional who ultimately sold me my new Xterra. Within minutes we were test driving a new Xterra and Brianna was very knowledgeable about the features and options available with the Xterra. I have always been very skeptical of the car buying process and this being my second new car in two years, I was prepared for the typical dealer battle - I was pleasantly surprised. Brianna was a no nonsense professional who was upfront with me from the beginning. She worked very hard to get the numbers where they needed to be and went out of her way to keep in contact with me. I went to Exton Nissan (In PA) looking for a used car & possibly to trade my 2001 Jeep Wrangler in. When I arrived on the lot, Matthew Lutter, my dealer, promptly came out to assist me and answer any questions I had. Matt was extremely helpful to me considering I had a lot of questions about some of the cars on the lot as well as general questions. Matt never hesitated once in answering any of my questions and I was very satisfied with the answers I received from him.Once I narrowed down my search for a car, Matt suggested we take it for a test drive. During the test drive, Matt was very professional and once again he walked me through all of the features of the car and how they worked. When we got back to the lot Matt helped me schedule a time the following day to bring in my Jeep to get appraised and talk numbers on the car.Matt really helped make my buying process smooth and stress free. We were looking at the lot and saw the Toyota Corolla. Our salesman was Ken George. He is a great young man and very polite, nice, and eager to help customer. We saw him in the morning and told him what prices we were looking for. He said he will work it out to come to our price range. So, we came back in the evening and even though we were far apart in price at beginning, but he was very professional and worked it out with us. I also wanted to point out that the general manager, John Lasala Jr. is such a nice and friendly guy and we enjoyed dealing with him. Although I may be a bit bias from years of knowing Mel before purchasing my new Rogue from Exton Nissan, I had never seen her in action in a professional situation. She was willing to help me before, during, and after my purchase. When I was still shopping around and was not yet settled on a particular vehicle, Mel did not mind me asking questions and getting her input on different cars. She was able to tell me specifics and the pros and cons as well as afforability. While at the dealership, Mel's sole attention was on me and my needs and was very perfessional when it came to explaining differences in models, pricing, financing, etc. Any question I had she was able to answer (with a joke and a smile to follow!). After all the i's were dotted and t's were crossed, I was on my way.. Almost. After a bit of a set back with THE car I had purchased, Mel and I were on a mission to finish out the day in a limited amount of time. This was no problem for her as she knew exactly what had to be done, what order to complete it, and how long we had to finish up in a timely matter. Even after everything was said and done, Mel took the extra time out of her day to drive my new car to me while I was at work and she was done for the day. Not many people would take the time out of their personal time to help a customer out like Mel did with me. We purchased a new 2006 Xterra in Sept. '06. We spent $1200 on the extended warranty with paperwork claiming that if it went unused the money would be refunded. In Oct. 2011 we went through all the procedures to get the refund but found the company went out of bussiness and Exton Nissan would only offer us a $200 service credit. I will also mention that we drove around with the wrong tag (issued by the dealer)for three years until we were pulled over. They did pay for our new tag without an issue. In spite of the fact that I am a New York Resident (180 miles from Exton!), salesman Kenneth George influenced our decision. Several months ago, my wife, Margaret, and I were assisting our daughter as she contemplated the purchase of a new car. As she lives only a short distance from Exton we stopped by the Exton Nissan dealership and encountered Ken George totally by chance. He could not have been more helpful. His earnestness coupled to an integrity emanating from him won us over. The time he spent with us gave us a chance to build a relationship with him but at this point we did not purchase a car. Upon returning to Exton Nissan we obviously hoped that Kenneth would be able to assist us -- and assist us he did! We purchased a new Nissan very grateful to Ken for guiding us through the process. Near the end of the process we enountered Jennifer who addressed the financial issues -- she too exhibited the friendliness so evident at the dealership!The only concern I had is that Exton Nissan, like so many dealers, compels you to interact with a financial officer to complete the process. In our case the financial officer did her utmost to serve us well but we would much prefer to work with ONE person through the entire process. We purchased a 2012 Nissan Rogue from Exton Nissan and our experience was excellent. Bryant listened to what we wanted, patiently answered all of our questions and spent a lot of time with us. He understood that we weren't able to make a decision on our first visit, and followed up without being pushy. When we stopped in without an appointment a few days later Bryant was with another customer.Chris Casey jumped in and took us for another test drive until Bryant was available. We were soon sold on the Rogue and we are very happy with it so far. When we walk into the Exton Nissan dealership everyone is very friendly and helpful.

I went in to buy a used car, my salesman was great however I had to deal with an awful sales manager by the name of Aaron Schmidt. He misrepresented all the numbers layed out for me to buy my car and when I went into the finance managers office, they were all different. I bought the car based off his numbers and had already committed and return my rental just to find out I would be spending $946 over what he told me. I had to sign the papers and then confronted him and he told me its wasn't him who told me that and then went back on his story and said :I am not the bank, I dont know the real numbers". Never was I told that his numbers were estimates and may not be what I would recieve. He denied all blame and told me that it was my fault for signing the papers and he could not be wrong. He was absolutely terrible and did not take any responsibility for his mess up, just balmed me for signing the papers. I will never buy from that Nissan Dealership again. I will also never buy aq nissan, because they support attitudes such as his.

My wife had a mishap with her vehicle and totaled it.The insurance company gave a certain amount of time we could have the loaner vehicle and was coming due before we had to start paying. We started shopping immediately at other dealers but was not impressed with the quantity, the price nor the sales people. (Starting to get frustrated on wasting my time)I also remembered how the Nissan Murano caught my eye every time I saw one.So for giggles, we decided to head to Exton Nissan and look at "used" Murano's.The salesman, Chris Casey, came out to us immediately. Very gentleman-like person. We explained to him that we were buying this weekend and don't have much time because of looking at other vehicles we had in mind. To make a long story short, instead of purchasing a used vehicle, Exton Nissan worked with us and made a deal that we could not refuse on a new 2012 Nissan Murano SV. Beautiful, beautiful machine. Wife and I are excited to own a machine that has style and class.I thought I would never say this about a auto dealer but what great people to work with. Open letter to Mr. DeSantis, General Sales ManagerDear Mr. DeSantis, I have received your letter just recently regarding possible trade in for my car, and I have to say it was really good timing on your part because I was preparing for few weeks to send you, and Mr. Hernandez, Service Manager, Ms. Lanzar, Executive Manager, and to Mr. Bush Jr, Principal owner a letter of my deepest indignation regarding your business policies. Let me give you some input about my case: I am your customer for quite sometime, ever since I moved to the Exton area. I have repaired my car with you fairly frequently following service recommendations. First time I have experienced your, to say at least, sloppy repair job, was when my front shocks failed. I have them replaced and less then a year after that the right one was gone again. At that time your service manager was at least decent guy and after I have complained that the job was recently done and that the part obviously failed way too early, he looked at its warranty and they replaced the part free of charge. That was normal businesses respond to low quality part but of course, that gentlemen did not last for long in your company. What came next was truly showing your understanding of business practices which made me so angry and furious. Next repair job was another humiliation, I needed new brakes including disks and the older guy service rep told me the price, close to $1,000. It was too much for me but I accepted the job and while waiting to be done, I went across the street to Pep Boys and they quoted the whole job for $650. I came back and said to your guy, listen, this is not right, the price is too high, he went to service manager and when came back he said ok, I will give you $100 of, see, I took care of you, like we are on some kind of horse market. The last case was the worst. At one point my transmission start going out of gear and changed gears after 30 min or so driving. Check engine light went on and after test driving my car they said it was speed sensor. They replaced it, the car worked fine for a week or so and it happened again. I came back; another test drive and they said the car was fine. I told them that they needed to drive the car for a while before it shows those symptoms; they denied it so I went on driving the car for awhile like that till I got tired pulling of the road every day to turn off the engine because that seemed to reset the cars computer and was able to work normally again. I came back and your mechanic told me that I should consider replacing the transmission, but if not he would go with solenoids, no guarantee though. I have paid another $1,300 and after 2 hours of driving it started allover again. I came back angry and you service manager reassured me saying they know what it is; he called transmission replacement suggestion ridiculous and as soon as they get a part they will call me. Never happened, I called few times nothing, even complained to Corporate Nissan still nothing. Well, this was rally enough for me and I want to different dealership and they fixed my car promptly. This is my point Mr. DeSantis: Because of cheating business practices you are conducting in your corporation not only that you have lost me as a customer for servicing of my old Altima, you also lost more than $50,000 in sales. I have bought a Honda for my wife from Scot Honda because their service is superb and I am now preparing to buy another one for my self. At the end I want again to tell you how bad I felt doing business with you guys and I would not come back to you even if you offer me the greatest deal for my car. I sent an email explaining which car I was interested in since I was looking for a used vehicle. I received a quick response and was able to make an appt. after work to see the car. The car was out and ready upon our arrival and we were met by Brianna who took us out for a test drive. She was very pleasant, easy to work with and knowledgeable. I had a wonderful experience recently at the Exton Nissan dealership. I realized going in that I would not be the best candidate to purchase a new car due to past credit history and the fact that the car I currently owned was still in an upside down loan status. I went in on a fact finding exploration and came out the happy new owner of a 2012 Nissan Sentra. Brianna and Wendell worked very hard to secure the loan that would allow my payment to be just slightly higher than the loan I had on my 2007 Dodge Caliber. My experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing. I found a car on the autotrader website that was exactly what I was looking for. It was located at the Exton Nissan dealership. I called and spoke to Sam Fowler at the dealership who told me the car was still available. I explained to him that I would be coming from Baltimore and may not be able to make it there until the following day because I needed to go to my credit union to get approval for the car loan. I got the approval and my father took off work for the following day as I wanted him to come with me to get the car. The next morning I called the dealership at 11:30 am. Sam was off for the day so my call was transfered to another sales associate, Brianna. I explained to Brianna that I had been dealing with Sam and that I wanted to make sure the car was still available before I left to make the 2 hour trip. She assured me it was available so I told her I was leaving Baltimore then and would be there in about 2 hours. She said verbatim "Ok, I'll have the car ready for you". So I packed up my 3 month old baby and my father and I left. We arrived at the dealership at 2:00 pm and ask for Brianna, as she told me to do. She was working with another customer so another woman offered to show us the car while we waited. We were then taken to a customer waiting area. Through the window we saw the woman walk across the parking lot to the car I was there for. She looked at it, turned around and walked back into the building. We figured maybe she took the wrong keys or something. After about 5 minutes we saw her exit again and walk across the parking lot, only this time she brought back a black Nissan Maxima instead of the white Acura TL that I was there for. She came in and told us "the Acura actually has been sold, someone put a deposit on it this morning." She then tried to appease me by telling me about the Nissan Maxima, which I was not interested it. At this point I thought there must be a mistake. I had called at 11:30 am and was told by Brianna that the car was still available and I told her I was on my way to get the car. Seeing how clearly upset I was, the woman said she would get a manager. After a few minutes my father and I walked over to where the woman was standing, talking to Brianna. When I confronted Brianna about the situation and ask her why she had told me the car was still available and that she would "have it ready for me" she was very dismissive and said that she thought it had been available when we spoke but that they have 2 other locations so basically it wasn't her fault. The manager then came out and his greeting to my father and I was "heard you had a stroke of bad luck". He was incredibly nonchalant and not at all apologetic. He said that he couldn't nullify the deposit that had been put on the car. When I told him I didn't feel that "bad luck" was the issue but rather incompetence on Brianna's part, he literally shrugged his shoulders. The 3 employees stood there just staring at us, not offering to do anything at all to try to rectify the situation. My father and I left disgusted with what had just happened. I had just wasted an hour and half in the credit union the day before, drug my infant out in the cold weather for a 2 hour drive with tolls and the high price of gas and my father had taken off work to get this car, only to be told it wasn't even available. I had put a lot of work into getting this vehicle. Someone at that dealership had dropped the ball. While I do understand that things happen, my problem is with the way the situation was handled, or rather NOT handled. I was under the assumption that Brianna saying she would "have the car ready for me" meant she would hold the car for the 2 hours it took me to drive there. She never once mentioned me needing to put a deposit on the car to hold it for the 2 hours (which I would have done). I feel my father and I were treated very disrespectfully. The couldn't-care-less attitude of Brianna and the manager was completely unacceptable. We didn't even receive an apology. It wasn't like I was screaming or making a scene so I don't understand why the manager didn't offer to do anything at all to work with me. Obviously this dealership didn't want or need my business. I went there with every intention of buying a car from them. Of course I was very disappointed, I really wanted that car. But even more than that I was frustrated with how this dealership conducts business, very poor customer service.

Exton Nissan scammed my 18 year old daughter. She bought a used car from them. She spent over 15,000 dollars. We spent over 4 hours negotiating the price of the car. Finally agree on a price and they had us come in a week later to sign papers, we were rushed and when we got home saw there was a dealer prep fee of 895 dollars. They also charged us a documentation fee of 125. dollars. Common price for this is 50 dollars. So, this is how they deal with an18 year old Army National Guard soldier buying her first car. Shame on them!

I made an internet inquiry for a specific vehicle. I was contacted by Allison Leech who was very responsive to my request for an out-the-door price on the vehicle. We made an appointment to stop in at 7:30 that evening. Here's where this dealer really fails. I'm informed that Allison is gone for the day. Jeremy, a young salesman, is eager to help us get the ball rolling. But something doesn't seem right. He brings around a "demo" vehicle instead of the vehicle we were quoted. He tells us it's basically the same vehicle and it will give us a feel for how it drives. The vehicle is very dirty on the outside and a mess inside, i.e. empty soda bottles on the floor, trash in cup holders, rear trunk is filled with personal items. Seemed strange that they would have us test drive a vehicle in that condition. Jeremy begins to tell us what a "great deal" he can do on this used vehicle. I tell him we're only interested in a brand new vehicle, the one they quoted. We get back to the dealer and give him the keys to our trade for appraisal. We sit patiently waiting alone at his desk while he stands over by the pit boss whispering and jotting down numbers. Why, I don't know, since we already have a quote in writing. Finally, he comes back and says they have another vehicle to offer....different price and offers a ptitful trade allowance. I tell him we want the vehicle they quoted only a few hours earlier. He heads back over to the pit boss while we wait another 5 minutes. I finally get up, request my cars back...Jeremy pretends he doesn't know where they are. I walk over to the counter and they are right in front of him. I take my keys and we proceed to leave the dealership in disgust over this blatant bait & switch tactic. We walk in the parking lot and cannot spot our vehicle. I walk back in asking them to show us to our car. Here they had it already tucked away back in there used car lot assuming they could hard sell us a different vehicle. As he walks us to our car, turns out he now claims they never had the vehicle that was listed on there website. A complete waste of our time.DO NOT TRUST EXTON NISSAN WITH YOUR CAR PURCHASING

I went into the Exton Nissan Dealership to trade in my car for a Nissan Altima. I met with Brianna Johnson, who is a very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable sales associate. She showed me a great demo 2011 Nissan Altima, which was at a very good price. I bought the car outright and was very pleased with the car and with how I was treated by Brianna. When I had continuing issues with the car, Brianna made sure the issues were dealt with immediately. She really took care of me. But after the final issue with the new car, I expressed my dismay with all the issues to Brianna. She made sure that I could trade in the 2011 for a 2012 Nissan Altima. I love it!! Brianna has called me to check on the car. I must acknowledge Chuck and Wendell, who also helped me out. But Brianna Johnson is the one person that made me feel comfortable, at ease, even with the troubles with the 2011 Altima. She is an excellent sales associate, who deserved all the accolades for being such a sweet person who knows her Nissan cars!!! Couldn't have asked for a better experience! I had been to several dealerships to shop around and had several bad and mediocre experiences. As a single young woman, you tend to get taken advantage of or pegged as a bimbo at other dealerships. NOT HERE! They were nothing but respectful, courteous and I didn't feel like someone was trying to pull the wool over my eyes at all. Over a month since my I traded in car for an overpriced Altima. The trade in lienholder still has not received the payoff and despite trying for a week, no one has called me back with any answers. We've left many messages and not a single call has been returned. Common courtesy? Also, we've taken our other Altima in for service numerous times for the same issues only to have to explain it all over and over. To date the problem isn't resolved. I'm not exaggerating or grinding an axe - this is a warning to others. Go elsewhere to buy or service a vehicle. We'll never be back there.

Just want to share my excellent experience with Mitch at Exton Nissan. I found a car on cars.com and called on a Sunday - Mitch answered and provided info and followed up on Monday morning. Mitch was great to work with - very responsive and the price on the car was extremely fair. Mitch went above and beyond by driving the vehicle to DC for delivery and this was VERY much appreciated. Only reason I gave quality of work a 4 instead of 5 was because the interior detailing was good but for instance the inside of the main cup holder was pretty grungy so it was a detail that got overlooked in the detailing... but the sale went very smoothly especially all being handled over the phone. Thanks very much to Mitch.

I have lived in Philly for 6 years. I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership and a salesman named Cliff. Cliff has a great personality and kept things moving. I have to say buying a car takes time given it is probably the second biggest purchase in your life. As I said I have bought 3 vehicles from Cliff and each time i felt he was professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He has impressed me from the time I bought my first car. He did not treat me like most salesman do. He got to the point and told me the things I needed to understand about the car and the price. He was on my side! In fact, I had an argument with the manager before the dealership was sold in 2010. The manager was very upset with Cliff because he was making sure I would get what was promised to me. The manager let Cliff go which really upset me because I believe it was due to me getting a "good deal". The car I bought had a problem with the power train and when i went back i was told cliff was let go. The manager then told me the issue with my car was not covered in the warranty. The warranty said power train and this guy said it had to do with the steering system. I know Cliff would have made this right. I was very excited when i found out the dealership was in new management and the old manager let go. Cliff was rehired and i am working with him on a new purchase, i will let you know how it went. This dealership has a good man working for them and he is dedicated to the customer. I say good job to the new management and i have told people to try this dealership before going anywhere else. I went to exton nissan because they had a car listed on cars.com that I was interested in. The car turned out to be great aside from it needing new tires and an alignment. Once I decided that I was interested, the longest deal making I've ever been in took place. I sat in the dealership for four hours after the test drive. Once things were settled I had to drive back up to Exton from Harrisburg the following Tuesday (took the car on Saturday) to deliver the check, sign more papers and get my second set of keys. When I got there I had to wait another hour before I even got the papers to sign. When the bank requested a copy of the title the dealership said they wouldn't have it for another week. I will never work with them again... Unless I have four weeks to waste!
