Executive Honda did an outstanding job for me and I would highly recommend them. There effort to get me into a new Honda CRV was amazing. I am a bit of a credit challenge and they worked with me and were able to put me into a new CRV of my choice and when I went to sign the papers the F&I gentleman handed me a check for $1200 (totally unexpected and greatly appreciated!) He went the extra mile an found some type of program that had not yet expired and was able to get the $1200. Prior to Executive Honda I tried numerous dealers and left their dealership frustrated for one reason or another. My Sales person Jamie, the F&I person and the staff in general worked as a team putting forth every effort possible until they were able to get me the specific vehicle I wanted. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and go right to work for you. The is NO "BS" they are honest and work hard to earn your business. I highly recommend then. They are worth a trip out of your local area if that applies.

We recently bought a 2017 Accord with the very helpful assistance of Ari Islam. Everything went smoothly and quickly-no hassles at all. Ari explained all the options perfectly--We enjoyed working with him. Our car was delivered in a few days and Ari patiently explained all the buttons and systems. Executive's customer satisfaction policy was amply demonstrated when they replaced that car with another when I realized that I had made the wrong interior color choice. When we are ready for our next Honda we will go to Executive and Ari.

I recently leased a car through Executive Honda & had a surprisingly easy experience. My last car purchase was 11 years ago & the thought of car shopping conjured up memories of pushy car salesmen and uncomfortable hard-selling and bargaining. I set out to visit 4 dealerships to discuss lease options (1st time leasing) and my experience at Executive was far superior to the others. Khalid, the car salesmen, was knowledgable about every vehicle I test-drove and patient with me. From initially taking the time to listen to what I was looking for and figuring out which car fit my driving and financial needs every person who worked with me was helpful and not pushy. I would say their approach is knowledge-based, not "sales-based". Just giving me the info and letting me make my own comfortable decision. I can't say enough about Khalid though, he did an excellent job setting me up in my car syncing my phone & showing me how to use all the features. Well done guys! Keep up the excellent customer service!

I knew what I wanted re a vehicle, and was willing to travel to get it at a price I was comfortable with. First stop, Executive Honda. Last stop, Executive Honda. I drove away with my CPO model that day. German was the salesperson I worked with, and he was very helpful. If he did not know the answer, he found it quickly. I would most definitely recommend them to family and friends.

After researching what CPO was the best for my situation, this dealership had my first, second, and third picks, so it was an easy decision where to go first. They showed me my first pick and with nothing to complain about, that was the end of the car shopping. The entire process was painlessly handled and only took collectively maybe 3 hours. Our salesperson Rej helped my (grand)parents feel much better about the whole thing, and Joe Berger was very friendly and professional. Overall I would recommend this dealership.

I had been looking at cars for several weeks and visited a total of 7 dealerships. This was the only "best-price first" dealership I worked with, which can either be good or bad depending on your personality and drive for haggling the "best deal". I finally purchased through Executive because they had a car that fit what I was looking for at the right price. My sales associate, Rej Bilache, was pleasant, straightforward, and patient with my questions. I would highly recommend Rej at Executive Honda in Meriden, CT. He has a wonderful personality, is professional and knows the cars very well.There is no "high pressure" selling tactics and thoroughly explained their new way of doing things. This rating is for the service department.Unfortunately, I experienced rude service; not once, but repeatedly from several people, including the service manager. Seems as they are so busy that are fed up with their clients. I never expected from a Honda dealership.A while back I called this dealer to set up an appointment for a Honda recall service. The answer was: "we don't have parts and we won't for a long time; call us back". You would think they would follow up. Nope.Ok, called back 3 weeks ago. Was told "No parts in stock; we will place an order and we will contact you when we get the parts". The Agent was super dry, no ETA of any kind, or any follow up. Waiting, waiting and driving unsafe car.2+ weeks later I called again and speaking to one of the reps. Basically, she is telling "why you bother calling us; we told you we will call you when parts arrive". I say: I want to know the ETA, so now speaking to a Service manager. Now, all of the sudden he is looking for my vehicle ID# to verify which parts I needed. I don't believe they don't have that information in the system and why would they not ask that question before. So, I figure no one even checked or ordered part in the first place. Go figure, parts are in stock and probably were there from day one. He asked me: who did I speak to; I say "I didn't take the name" and his reply: "Well, we have so many people here, how am I supposed to check". Honda of Watertown it is!

Car buying can be stressful but not here. This was a great experience. The salespeople were so nice and attentive. The certified pre owned CRV I found was in perfect condition and a great price. Rej went above and beyond. Spelled everything out for me, showed me how to use all the features in the car, was genuinely nice and cared about my happiness with the purchase. I could not have asked for more.

I worked with Edgardo Davila to look at an Accord sedan. Executive has a program for buying cars with the "best price first"; it's completely transparent and the guys are great to work with. I have bought and sold a lot of cars and this is the first time I didn't feel like I was getting squeezed for a good deal. I would suggest asking for Edgardo by name, he's really a solid guy.

Don't really know where to begin, so here goes my summary. (If I could I'd post no stars!; less than poor)! Tried upon numerous times to obtain info regarding a used car; No phone calls returned; No emails returned; No Communication at All! I can't recall ever being treated this way from any company. You'd think this was there opening day! Inept so-called customer service. I am truly upset and totally disappointed. Don't know what else to say!!

This is the third vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and all of my experiences have been great. Thanks to my salesman Khaled, he made the most recent purchase the best one of them all. He made this a completely stress free purchase and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. I was given a very fare deal with my trade in, and their best price first policy makes finding what you want easy. If you are looking to buy a Honda, go to this dealership and ask for Khaled. We recently purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot EX-L from Executive Honda, and it was a great experience. Our last purchase at Executive Honda was in 2004, for our first Pilot, which we still have (235,000 miles). We took our time deciding on our purchase, our salesperson, Rej, was very patient and helpful, getting us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. There was no pressured "sales" tactics, they offered their best price first, and after visiting one or two other dealers, it worked out to be the best offer we received, in conjunction with our trade-in, a 2008 Acura MDX. We have also been servicing our 2004 Pilot at Executive, and that has always been a good experience, as well. The new Pilot has been great, a solid car with tons of safety features, and the ability to carry a lot of kids and equipment - a real pleasure to drive! Overall, a great experience!

CHEATERS IS THE WORD THAT BEST FITS THEMI bought this Honda Accord 2010 in 2013 at 30,000 miles. It now has 50,000 miles. On July 17, 2015 just 10 minutes into highway after start, the vehicle engine overheated, check engine indicator came on and smoke started coming from the hood. I immediately stopped and towed it to my regular local mechanic. He suspected a sure case of blown head gasket/faulty cylinder head causing this overheating and suggested me to check with Honda if they can cover this under the power train warranty (60000 miles or 5 years). My warranty period ended 3 months ago but vehicle was well under 60000 miles for Honda to cover under warranty. So I towed the vehicle to the Executive Honda Wallingford dealership the next day. The next day the service advisor Ryan Higgs called and said the radiator had a hole and the thermostat is destroyed. And he gave a RIDICULOUS reason that some stone or particle would have caused this hole and also said since this hole was caused by a natural phenomenon this will not be covered by warranty. A stone in American roads? Are you kidding me?. He called me again and said this might also be a case of blown head gasket, which is unusual for a 50,000 miles vehicle. He said they have to repair the radiator and thermostat (all at my expense 1150$) first and see if the vehicle holds or not. Here they are repairing the effects instead of finding the root cause. Then if it doesnt they will go to the head gasket/cylinder head (again at my expense of 400-500$ they will tear the engine). I called call Honda America, they called dealership and they said the same thing and even if they find the head gasket/head is the issue(which will be thousands of dollars to repair) they wont cover under warranty and gave all sorts of NONSENSE reasons like natural cause, I am not the first owner of the vehicle and havent serviced with them etc etc clearly with the intention of avoiding the warranty. Whatever stupid reasons you give me A HONDA ENGINE SHOULD NOT GO BAD AT 50000 MILES AND IF IT DOES IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. I took the vehicle to a mechanic who teared and found a blown head gasket and warped cylinder head and I am now facing a huge bill to repair it. I would associate the words CHEATERS OR FRAUD with them and not the words CUSTOMER SERVICE any near.

I had a very good experience at this dealership. I was looking to purchase a used Altima the dealership advertised. When I arrived the car was literally being sold before my eyes. Luis took the time to go over what I wanted in a car and what I wanted to spend. He went through the other dealers he was associated with and brought the car to me that day to test drive. I fell in love w the car and bought it and it was an Altima not even a Honda. Bought brand new Honda Civic in 2012 and everything went well, excellent, in fact. 2014 had an emission and transmission light go on. 3 trips to service department and they were not sure what the problem was. Traded the Honda in for a Nissan and was owed a refund on the extended warranty. Honda gave me the run-around for 4 weeks. Nobody would return calls, had to call them twice a week...nightmare. Finally waiting for my extended warranty refund, I don't think they like giving that money back, they sure don't advertise the fact that warranties are refundable.

We had already decided ahead of time on a Honda Civic LX w/std. trans. We were very impressed with the car and all of the features, that came standard with the car. The salesman (Rej) was very helpful explaining the car and helping us through the process. The Civic is replacing a 1994 Nissan Sentra with 324K miles that still runs like a clock and is only being replaced because of excessive rust. We obviously take good care of our vehicles and consider them to be a very long term investment. We expect the same results from our new Honda. As a longtime reader of Consumer Reports we know we should not be disappointed.

I bought my first Honda Accord in 2008 from Executive Honda. The process went smoothly so when I recently decided to upgrade to a 2015 Accord I knew where to go. I even had the pleasure of having my first salesman, Khaled Elmorsy, work with me again. He had me test drive the new one and explained all the new features on it. For anyone looking for a new or used car I would recommend Khaled. He doesn't put pressure on you and walks you through everything. I've only had my new car for 4 days and am pleased with it so far. I definitely would recommend going to Executive Honda.

I was happy with the car I bought and the price and the person that help me buy it cj the great experience but after that I had a problem with the car warranty and tried to get help from the head service guy Jason and also jamie and they refused to return my phone calls After trying to speak with them for 2days of leaving msgs. Jason told me he'd call me right back while I was in another dealership trying to get my car fixed and after waiting 2hrs and no call back.I had to cancel my repair because of a no warranty problem and no help even thought I just bought the certified used car a month prior. I'm Hoping CJ can handle it. Jason and Jamie should be ashamed of Themselves. There no excuse for not returning calls for 2 days with a broke down customer. Stay Tuned.

I just purchased a gorgeous 2004 S2000 from Executive. I dealt with Amanda and Alexa who went above and beyond what you normally see with car dealers. After realizing that my gas bills were higher than my paychecks, my husband and I decided we needed to trade in my Jeep and get a car...not something I was ready for (I loved my jeep!). But, we pulled into Executive Honda, met with Luke Pannone and pulled put of the lot with our new (used) car! We LOVE our Accord. It has more leg room than my Jeep, the trunk is huge (it fits my son's hockey equipment without a hitch), and everything in it is top notch! But, aside from the car, the customer service was AMAZING! On our way home, I noticed a small hole in the windshield. I called Luke, and he said they would take care of it Friday when he was back at work. On Thursday, I drove to the dealership just to pick up my NY Yankees license plate that was left behind and mentioned my windshield to another salesman on the floor since Luke had the day off. He told me he'd check with their repair person and call me back. Dan called me back within 10 minutes of leaving and asked the best time for me to drop the car to fix it. Being a working mom that runs back and forth between work, school and hockey, my schedule is tight and just wasn't working with their schedule. So, he did the most shocking thing any car dealership has ever done...he scheduled the repair guy to come to MY HOUSE to fix it! They are coming next week!! Where can you ever get service like that? Honestly, I never write reviews, but I was so blown away with the customer service at Executive Honda, that I felt the need to share. Next time you need a car, call Luke Pannone at executive honda!!! Between him and Dan and Carmine, you will not be disappointed!!!

I have been driving my Civic Coupe now for just over a couple of weeks and I love it. It's an awesome car, the features on the 2014 are great. Amanda, our sales rep, was a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable and was able to help me pick a car based on my current lifestyle. She walked me through the whole process and was able to get us what we were looking for our trade in on my old car. Although we had a few mishaps through the buying/leasing process, Executive Honda has been very professional and has handled everything with great passion and understanding. I would definitely recommend purchasing a car from any of the dealerships that work within their auto group.

I bought a Ceritified 2011 Honda CR-V EX-L from Executive Honda (Wallingford, CT) with only 8K miles on it. My experience at Executive Honda was just amazing. Rej Bilachie worked hard (on his holiday) to ensure that I get the delivery of the car on the day I wanted it. Robert worked very hard to get me the car I wanted to buy. Nathan worked hard to ensure that all financial matters are taken care-off, so that it is a hassle-free transit out of the showroom. Just cannot express how wonderful these people are at this dealership to ensure that customers are very happy and satisfied. Although, the price was not in my budget and honestly not much cheaper than other dealers, but it is just the customer service at this dealer that forced me to buy a car from them. I visited multiple Honda dealers in CT viz., Lia Honda of Enfield, Manchester Honda, etc., but not one of them was even close to ensure that customer is treated well and understand the customer what he/she wants and he/she wants to buy... or even take that extra effort to ensure the customer gets what he/she wants...Just waiting to see, how best the after Sales service would be... :)

Dear Mr. Hocking, I am writing to you about my experience at the Executive Honda Body Shop on Monday, March 10. I was at the Service Department first to have the third brake light on my 2012 Honda Pilot assessed as I had caught it on the bottom of my garage door and it was unbroken on the outside but loose. It was still fully functional and in place. The damage was assessed while I waited and within 20 min I was provided with an assessment of the damage and estimate of the cost of the rear spoiler assembly. When I asked if there were any alternatives to the expensive repair, it was suggested that I could ask the Body Shop if they had any suggestions. So that is what I did. I met Dale Hunter in the Body Shop and he was such a positive and gracious gentleman. The brake light assembly was, at this point, much looser and partially out of its receptical. I was upset and he calmly reassured me that it looked worse than it was. He took the car for a few minutes and brought it back with the light returned to nearly perfect condition. He assured me that it should remain intact indefinitely. I wanted you to know what an outstanding employee he is. As someone who has provided services to the public for over 40 years, I understand how difficult it can be at times. He clearly likes what he does but his positive attitude, kind words, and warm smile make him a pleasure to work with. I hope I don't need the services of the Body Shop anytime soon, but if I do, I look forward to seeing Mr. Hunter again and working with him.

THEY NEED TO REVIEW THEIR OWN WEBSITE. Look at a car on their website. It shows the price and then says click here for a "special eprice to your email" You will NEVER be sent the special eprice because there is none. SCAM. The price is the same and they tell you the car is really 2K more online. Of course no where does it say that higher price on their site. Its just a marketing scam to get your information and harrass you. Next, I specifically check off, do not call me. 2 minutes later, the phone rings as I was interuppted during a meeting. Great. 10 minutes later...same thing. Hello?? Tell Robert to stop calling my office!!! Needless to say, I will not be purcahsing here, THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE.

I can not say enough about this dealership, from the salesman to the managers to the finance dept, everyone was wonderful. This was my first buying experience with an actual dealership. My husband and I stopped in late saturday afternoon after spending ALL day at another "dealership" where we originally went to finish a deal. We ended up leaving very frustrated and with a pit in our stomachs. My mother had previously purchased 2 cars at executive and said we should swing by before we gave up for the day. We stopped in, looked around knowing what we were interested in and asked for Mohamed who my parents have dealt with in the past. He came outside and introduced himself. He saw how frustrated we were and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. He was very easy to talk to, extremely funny,not pushy at all and very understanding. We went for a test drive and decided to go back the following day. We went back on Sunday, talked a bit and put down a deposit. He put it through financing and we got a call on Monday that we were approved and all set to come in and do the paperwork. We went in tonight and once again , mohamed made us feel right at home . He has such a great personality and was just a pleasure to work with. He called my insurance company and took care of everything very quickly He brought us in to Hannah (who was also wonderful) to fill out all the paperwork. She went through everything very quickly, and was more than willing to answer my questions. We had all the paperwork done within 15 minutes and we were on our way. It was painless. Mohamed showed me to my new CRV and I was on my way. The car was also beautifully detailed. I was worried that something would go wrong due to the past experience we had but they truly went above and beyond. I am kicking myself for not going here from the start. We all love the new car, the kids were so exited to check it out. Thank you all again!!

I saw a used Honda Civic 2006 online located at the Executive Honda dealership and I contacted the dealership. Within a few days I set up an appointment and test drove the car. All of the sales associates were very welcoming and accommodating to me and my father. One of the dealership employees, Luke P, answered all my questions, made sure I was confident in my purchase and did everything he could to make sure I bought my car and drove it off the lot quick (like I requested). He truly went above and beyond his job description to help me. I highly recommend asking for his services when buying your next car. I live in NY, an hour and a half away, and I will definitely be buying my next car through this dealership! They care about making sure you are happy and you get the car you want. They told me the vehicle needed extensive repairs, including suspension and exhaust, exceeding $4900! The repairs were highlighted red on an estimate form, stating that they required immediate attention. I was told flanges on the exhaust system were rotted bad and will break very soon. Some of the work they quoted included repairs that they had already done a half a year ago! For a second opinion, I took the vehicle to another established auto repair company, who confirmed only a loose heat shield and fixed it for $45. Honda quoted $120 to repair the same heat shield. I took the vehicle to yet another established auto repair company, and they too could not see any of the problems noted in the Executive Honda assessment. Executive Honda was claiming my vehicle urgently needed extensive and costly repairs that are apparently completely unnecessary. Because of this I have lost all confidence in their credibility and integrity. I will not be going back. If you go to Executive Honda in Wallingford and get a repair estimate, do yourself a favor and get a second opinion.

I was out on the lot with my wife looking at the Accords Executive Honda in stock. I loved the dealership and the professionalism of the salesmen. I had visited at least 4 other dealerships and found Executive to be A+. I ended up purchasing a used vehicle from Executive and throughout the whole purchase transaction I found the employees there to be helpful. I even found that after I heard a sound the service department got it in right away and dealt with the issue and they were also very helpful and friendly. I know some people that have purchased cars from other dealers and have said once the papers are signed they don't treat you like they way they did when they wanted you to buy a car. I will say this is not the case so far at Executive Honda. I will continue to go there for all my service needs.

I recently signed a lease on a 2013 Honda Civic and could not be happier about my purchase. I worked with Terrance Albert and he was so accommodating and helpful. I was applying for CT residency at the same time and he was sure to pick a date and time that would work best for me. I signed for the car and paid fees/taxes/first month and was originally planning on returning in 2 days to pick up the car. Unfortunately, the DMV closed early due to the holiday weekend and I was not able to get the license until 5 days after signing. Terrance worked with me, graciously, to pick a new time and I am so thankful for that. The entire staff at Executive Honda was helpful, informative, and incredibly polite. I also appreciated the fact they were NOT pushy or your stereotypical, over-the-top cars salesmen. They treated me politely, not as simply a way to get a commission. I really cannot say enough positive things about this car dealership and my experience with them. I know that both my car, and me, are in good hands at Executive Honda of Wallingford.

It was pleasure to work with Terrance Albert he was very helpful to get me into Honda CRV. Everyone at Executive Honda was helpful They got me a car loan with very low finance charge is 2.9%. I dislike the Anti theft alarm system it dosn"t come from Honda it's is aftermarket that the dealership puts into all the Honda vehicle,You have to swap a card in front of the sensor before you could start the car or you could disarmed the alarm system. A exta step before you start the vehicle. My Ford had the Anti theft alarm program into all the keys for alarm system no exta steps.There one more thing that I found out Honda CRV the vehicle dosn"t come with the cargo shelf. You would have to purchase the cargo shelf .I didn"t know that they had the cargo shelf . I would recommend this dealship to everyone that I know to purchase a vehicle new & used from Executive Honda. Terrance Albert is very honest to answer to any question and knowledgable about Honda products.

I went into Executive Honda looking at a used 2009 Mercedes Benz. From the moment I walked in I was treated with respect. I was greated by general sales manager Dave Gelinas who was extremely approachable and friendly. I took the vehicle for a ride and upon returning sat down with Dave. He was very professional and took the time to explain some things I didn't understand. After the standard paperwork Dave had confimed that he had secured a loan for me. From there I spent some time signing papers with Hannah Fraher. Once again not only was Hannah professional but took the time expain everything I was signing if I didn't understand. She was very pleasant and made the process smooth and enjoyable. I then transferred my belongings and had a nice final conversation with Dave. It will most definetely recommend and purchase cars in the future from Executive due in large part to the knowledgable and friendly staff but overall buying experience.

This is the third car we have leased with Executive, and the second with Mohamed. He is a pleasure to work with, and one who I would highly recommend. He has a good sense of humor, and puts you at ease when going through the process. I received a follow up call from him thanking me for leasing with Executive. A couple of days after I took ownership of the Odessey, I went back to the dealer with a couple of minor issues. When he saw me coming through the door, he immediately got up and ask how he could help. He took care of the issues in a matter of minutes, and I was on my way home. This is the type of service I have come to expect at Executive. The whole process of leasing was done in a timely, and efficient manner. Our experience was great. The staff was friendly, accomodating, and not pushy at all. We found our car at the end of the day on a Sunday, went back Monday afternoon to see it. We had a very frank discussion regarding the price and were able to work out a deal we were happy with at 3:30. We returned at 5:00 with our trade in vehicle cleaned of our personal effects. The car had been cleaned and prepped, and our paperwork was ready to go. We were out and on the road by 6:00! The entire experience was much better than I ever would have expected from any car dealership. I would buy from Executive Honda again without hesitation. Ask for Khaled, you won't be disappointed!

I just recently leased a 2013 Honda Civic Sedan from Honda Executive in Wallingford. This is my first car and I thought the leasing process was going to be a lot more complicated. I worked with Rej and he made it extremely easy. He walked me and my dad through the process step by step, which helped explain the contract to me. I was a half hour late for the time we set up for me to take it off the lot, which backed us up a little bit to signing all the paperwork. This was my only complaint, but its not really a complaint at all because that was my fault. I suggest for everyone to either arrive on time or schedule their time to be a little after the time they think they will be there to pick up their car. Rej was extremely helpful and since I've had my car, I have still be in contact with Rej. If I ever have any questions he has always picked up the phone to me to answer my question. His service is exceptional and I really appreciate it. I know that if I ever have any concerns or questions that I will be able to reach him. If you are looking to lease or even buy a car I highly suggest going to Honda Executive in Wallingford.

This is a 2 part review: Part 1 deals with the cost of the vehicle. Part 2 deals with Executive's sales staff. (Don't cringe, they were great!) After going to Cardinal Honda I was given a price on a 2013 Civic. It seemed high so I shopped online. Executive had a MUCH better price which enabled me to purchase some of the accessories I wanted like door guards, floor and trunk liners, and a compass mirror. With all these accessories, plus taxes and registration, I still paid $700 less than Cardinal's price. This was not surprising; when I compared costs and found Cardinal was charging twice as much for just the compass mirror than Executive was charging!!! Regarding the sales staff: A little less than 2 weeks prior to going to Executive I had been in an accident that totaled my 1993 Accord. I was still very traumatized by the accident; although I was functional, I was not myself. Because I was still stunned, the normal joyful excitement associated with the purchase of a new car was just not there. Instead my emotional stated amounted to just going through the motions, getting through the transaction, and moving on. And that's exactly what the sales staff helped me do in the nicest and most pleasant way possible. No one played insulting sales games, or pressured me, or tried to sell me anything. Everyone involved in the transaction did 1 thing and 1 thing only - which was to help me purchase the car and accessories I wanted - period. Everyone was wonderful and I very much appreciated their kind, friendly, and efficient professionalism.

I gave this rating because when I walked through the door at Excutive Honda in Wallingford Ct, Dominick was the first one to greet me and for some reason we just connected. I had no intention to lease a new vehicle that day unless I could keep the same lease payments I had on my 2011 CRV or lower. Just bought our fourth car from Executive Honda. We met with Nate Cashman because our usual salesman was busy! The place was packed, as usual, because, of course, its Honda. Nate was wonderful, very cheerful and friendly, even made my kids forget how long we were there. We test drove a few cars, we looked at a lot of cars, went in for a pre-owned and ended up buying 2013 Accord Sport. Love the new car, everything about it. Nate took extra time to help us with the electronics, phone / bluetooth set up, etc. They were able to negotiate with us and it was well worth it. He even called us a few days after the purchase to see how the new car was and if everything was working out. The only down side is the paperwork, but that is at any dealer, but they have a tv/play room for the kids so they were entertained and kept busy while waiting! Best thing ever is not having to go to the DMV, they do all of that for you.

We had a wonderful experience buying our used Honda from Jamie. He never once pressured us to buy a particular car. He was very knowledgable with the cars we were interested in and answered all our questions. Very efficient with the paper work (although it did take a long time. he told us it would take 1 hour but it took closer to 3 hours). Proberly not his fault. That is my only complaint. Everyone at work loves my 2006 CRV. They all think it is a new car. I would recommend Executive Honda to my friends.

After inquiring with and visiting several other dealerships in an attempt to find the best starting price, I decided to go with executive honda as they had the lowest price. I was greeted and served as soon as I entered the door! After talking with the Internet sales manager I went for a test drive with Rexh Bilachie, one of the salesmen. He was very knowledgable about the car and it was a pleasure to deal with him. I did not feel pressured or uncomfortable at all and was able to negotiate a price I was happy with! The facility was very impressive as well. Very clean and well laid out. I will definitely recommend executive honda to others and will be using them again in the future!

Never has buying a car been so easy, and enjoyable. Jaime was our salesperson and I actually looked at a car two years ago and when I finally decided to purchase my Honda Odyssey Touring Elite 2013, I was happy to find he was still there. It was not a pressure appointment at all. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful and the deal on financing couldn't be matched anywhere else. Steve in financing was very easy to deal with and also very informative. I was in the market for a CPO Pilot and after visiting EVERY dealership in CT., my search ended at Executive Honda in Wallingford. From the moment I walked through their door, I was treated in an examplary manner. No pushy sales reps but a dignified, experienced and professional representative named Mohamed Elhelaly. Mr. Elhelaly was outstanding in every way and would HIGHLY suggest dealing with him when considering a purchase at the dealership. The staff worked with me to meet my price point and the entire sales team earned my business and respect. My Pilot was detailed and prepared for delivery as if it were off the showroom floor. The drive was about an hour from my home but the experience was well worth the trip. They beat every price out there, hands down. I was an informed buyer and I thoroughly researched the value of my trade as well as the value of the car I was seeking to purchase. An A+++ experience overall. Don't waste time at other dealerships, take the drive to Executive Honda and experience it for yourself. I will return there for my next purchase without hesitation.

I had always leaned toward being brand loyal. This time around I wanted to spead my wings and try someting new. I had always heard great things about Hodna vehicles but have never been able to afford the price that quality warranted. I fond that now the pricing is comparable. The dealership was clean bright and organized. Corey made us feel welcomed and unpressured. He delivered what he promised and more. We felt a little rushed thru the finance part. Too much fast talking without explanation. I still have to use the service dept before rating my appt is Tuesday!!

The sales person was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of product line she sold. The final cost of the vehicle was very fair compared to other Honda dealers in the area. This is the second Accord purchased from Executive Honda of Wallingford. The customer service which was given by the Service Department to my previous car, played a major part in the decision to purchase the car at Executive. The only concern I have of this dealer is how the vehicles are negotiated for a final cost. The sales person relays the information back & forth between the managers( who you never see) and the purchaser. This is not reflective of professionalism which the sales person portrayed throughout the purchasing process. Kim did everything possible to keep the sale active and finalize the deal.
