Chris at Executive made this the best and smoothest purchase ever and I'm no spring chicken! Was driving from Enfield, CT when we stopped in to look at a 2011 Audi Q5. Everything about the experience was perfect. The cars on the lot are the cleanest I've seen after looking for Q5's for 2 months all over CT and Western Mass. If you are looking for a car and you don't want to waste any time make it a point to STOP here first. We wish we did months ago. LOVE my Q5 and thankful I finally found an auto dealer that I would go to first for all our cars.

Excellent experience buying a Mazda CX-9 this July. Car is in great shape and the whole experience of buying it was very smooth and pleasant and I usually hate car shopping. Carl was a true gentleman, no pressure and very friendly. Chris answered all my follow-up questions by phone and the whole process was fast and very professional. I took a 1500 mile trip the day after buying this car and it ran like new. I would recommend anyone looking for a good buying experience to check Executive Auto Sales out. I drove from MA to RI to test drive and purchase this vehicle and it was more than worth it. It is very evident that they value customer service.

from start to finish WONDERFUL experience! I spoke with Jason first just the way he spoke so highly of the owner made me feel comfortable with buying from him. I am a single Mom and was very nervous about going to buy a car but needed one so I could let my son take mine. I can not say enough about the three wonderful men Jason, Carl and John!! To me they are the three amigos. John met me at the door very personal friend attitude made me feel right at home. Carl took me into his office and made me feel comfortable like I was a family member he was helping finance. The moment I walked in to this dealership I was immediately acknowledged by the the owner John. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. We knew what we wanted to buy before we arrived, and the car was in the showroom in immaculate condition. John made our buying experience very smooth and understanding. Other workers on the lot were very helpful with the financing process as well as figuring out some features the car had and how to work them. I highly recommend this dealership if you are searching for a car!

I was recently in an accident and needed to get a good quality used car quickly. I found Executive Auto through my insurance company. I showed up to look at a car and didn't realize it was closing time. Chris told me not to worry, let me test drive and spent time talking about and discussing the car. He went above and beyond with his customer service. There was no over the top sales pitch or pressure. The car was exactly what I was looking for, low mileage, excellent condition, and in my price range. Chris did not pull any punches with the price. There were no hidden surprises. He even gave me an awesome deal! Chris was patient and understanding dealing with the insurance company. He got the car inspected and registered as well. Any questions and concerns I had before and after buying the car, Chris has addressed promptly. He has checked in numerous times to make sure everything was going great! This was unlike any buying experience I have ever had. Chris and his team are courteous, kind, caring, and extremely professional. I will not buy a car from anywhere else!

Painful. JJ was the insecure about the sale. Neglected to give proper papers, misplaced the title for a car already purschase, and went back on his word. Lesson learned. We will never drive by this dealership again or recommend a freind to this place. Not even an enemy for that matter.

This was by far the best car-buying experience that I have ever had. Chris was wonderful to work with and really spoke to me like a person, not just someone he was trying to push a car on. Never once did he make me feel like I had to buy the car right away. He allowed me all the time I needed to think about this big decision. He even offered to hold the car for me without wanting a deposit! That to me sounds like someone that wants to make sure that the customer feels they made the right decision for them. I got the right car for me at a price that I was truly comfortable with. Too many times you find people with buyer's remorse due mainly to the fact that they were pressured into buying a car without fully feeling comfortable. The next time I am looking for a used car, Executive Auto Sales will be my first stop. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my family, friends, and colleagues the may be in the market for a used car. Great car, great price, great dealership, and most of all, great people!

Wow, this is what customer service is supposed to look like! These people are awesome. Ive been buying cars for over 40 years and have never found a more knowledgeable, professional, accommodating, and pleasant group to work with. This stress free experience started when my wife had a pleasant and informative conversation with Chris on a Saturday morning. We went car shopping all day and after an exhaustive search we stopped at Executive Auto Sales in Smithfield, RI to connect with Chris. John, the owner, apologized that Chris was with a customer, but he would be more than happy to put a plate on for a test drive. He gave us some great directions to test on the highway as well as some backroads. There was of a tank of gas, so we had a nice stress free ride. The car was remarkably clean and had been through a shop for all service items such as brakes, suspension components, oil and filter, air filter etc. We were warmly greeted by Chris upon our return. He took his time explaining the many features and amenities of the car. Chris is a very pleasant, knowledgeable and genuinely sincere person. After a short time we agreed on an excellent deal. We picked the car up on Monday with new MA plates and registration. Even though the car was very clean when we saw it, we did not anticipate the dealerships classy service of freshly polishing both the inside and outside of the car. From this point forward I will always go directly to Executive Auto Sales and ask Chris to find a car for me. What a stress free experience!

Just purchased and audi a6 from these guys. I spent so long looking for cars that I was about to give up...... But then executive auto took care of me so well it made up for all the other terrible car salesmen. The service from the manager Chris is wonderful he lets you take your time and won't ever pressure you! I test drove my car and left that day. I was able to handle most of the buying process on my phone and through email. Needless to say I was approved for a loan and drove off the next day with an awesome well loved vehicle. My wife and I were in the search for an AWD vehicle, searched and drove to at least 15 dealers in RI and MA. Most dealers asking for a deposit/down payment up front, most of these dealers were more concern on the deposit than trying to help us get the car we wanted. Seen this dealer online and sent an email, soon after that Chris W. introduced himself. We got a very nice car without any pressure, and Chris went above and beyond on his customer service with my family and I. Thanks Chris.

Thanks for a great car buying experience, Jeff. I came to Executive Auto Sales on Saturday to test drive a Cadillac DHS. The car was very clean, drove fine, and was very well kept. I had seen the Cadillac DHS before, but never drove. From the handle and drive of the car to the many features it offers, heated seats, steering wheel, data display about the function of the vehicle, the Cadillac DHS is a totally new experience in driving. The staff at Executive Auto Sales are very friendly and eager to help.

I had my heart set on an Acura RSX that I really didn't think I'd be able to afford, but after sitting down and talking to Chris about Financing and everything, he really went out of his way to make sure that I was going to drive that car off the lot. Everyone here is super friendly, the cars are absolutely great, and even with shabby credit, they make sure they go above and beyond to assure you a great car.

Most of the time It takes two things to happen for someone to take time out of there day to write a review about a company and it is either a very positive or a negative experience. My experience was nothing but the BEST!!!. The price I paid for my car was thousands of dollars less than I could find from any other dealer in my 2 month search. The sales process was so fast I was blown away. I was able to see the car, apply for the loan, and drive it away all within 24 hours. The rate of 2.99% was also able to save me thousands! Chris, I have to hand it to you, the way that you took genuine interest in me it made me feel like I have been a family friend for years. I work as a manager in the customer service industry and if I had open positions on my team I would try and recruit you. This was the second car that my family bought in a 2 week period of time. The first car was an SUV from a major dealership in the Rhode Island market. I only wish I found you first....... The entire process from viewing the car that I bought to all of the paperwork and financing was a breeze. Chris and John couldn't have been more helpful. I left the dealership with my "new" used car feeling like it was a brand new car. The car was spotless and I was proud to be driving it. I received a call from Chris the next day to check on how I liked the car and at the same time he told me he already had the registration done for me. It's nice to finally find a dealership that truly cares about the customer. I will be buying my next car from them again.

My 16 year old son and I were shopping around to find his first car. He found a model car he was interested in our price range on Cars.com. We met Chris and he was SO different than all the other used car salesmen we had dealt with. He is a dad and immediately understood our situation. He talked sports with my son which immediately put him at ease. The car was great but my 1 condition was that our mechanic take a look under the hood. Chris had no problem with this -- didn't make us put down a deposit or anything. We were happy our mechanic liked the car, with a few notes on things that might need repair down the line, but my son had his heart set on looking at 1 more car. Chris had no problem holding the car for us, again with no deposit required. The other car didn't compare and we came back to Chris to negotiate. He understood the list my mechanic had made and honored it by reducing the price so we could still afford the car and the repairs that might be coming soon. Chris dealt with the DMV and all the paperwork and made the entire process painless. He is super personable and makes the customer feel very comfortable. I valued his advice and never felt he was trying to snowball us. My son and I had looked at a few other cars and felt very distrustful of the dealerships. Executive Auto and Chris were no-pressure, very friendly, very informative, and made me want to buy another car from him just so I don't have to deal with the other type of dealerships out there. I will definitely go back to Executive and Chris just for the peace of mind and no-pressure, no-stress way they deal with their customers. Thank You Chris -- we should have gone to you first.

No hassle buying. Bought a used Acura TSX 2007 for my daughter. Beautiful car. I didn't even negotiate the price since it was already well under book value. Have had great luck so far. Had a squealing noise after 2 weeks which they determined was a brake cover rubbing. They Fixed it and no problem since. There arent any junks in the lot. So many times I drove far to look at vehicles only to find they were not like the pictures at all....

Was just shopping around and ended up finding the perfect first car. I purchased a Mercury Sable 2002 with great milage for a used car at a great price. Dealt with a great, helpful salesman, Chris. He let gave us some time to make up our mind and when we finally decided to buy the car, everything went smoothly from there on. Only issue we had was a minor repair with the brakes which Chris had fixed through his repair man within one day. I will be recommending friends and family to this dealership from now on. I highly recommend you go down there to take a look. Honest salesmen there with a great business. The PERFECT car buying experience!

Recently purchased a used car. Chris provided excellent service, taking care of transferring the insurance, registering the car, and installing a heated seat. We were able to complete the paperwork by mail, saving me an extra trip, and he even drove nearly an hour to pick me up and bring me to the dealership when the car was ready! I was very impressed at both the level of service and at the quality of the vehicle.
