I have not had enough experience yet to really rate the service center. I was told I would be sent a second set of keys for my car and have not done so. I called Mr. Snyder, since he was the one that said he would mail them and he told me he would call me back, however he has not.

I was assured in email and on the phone that a 2011 Red Corvette Grand Sport was clean. I specifically asked about the wheels and paint before I made the trip to purchase the car, and the team assured me they would "put a hand on it" and let me know if it had any issues. They said in email "I just physically checked out the Vette myself, and there are no issues with paint, wheels, etc. that would cause concern."After a sleepless night, and two hour drive with the family, we were excited to see the red vette unloaded from the truck in the parking lot where we met the driver half way. Until we got close. There were chips in the paint, the chrome on the wheels was flaking off - lots of it - and appeared to have salt residue around the lug nuts. The tires had cuts in the sidewall on multiple tires - not safe for a car like this, IMO. The engine had dirt in strange places. The rotors and brakes were rusty, and there were screws not properly seated holding the side panel on just inside the doors.Needless to say, we refused the car, and we feel like we were misled. Not happy with this dealership. Not at all.

I have been a customer for at least five decades ( formerly Bush) and the experience last week was up to par with ALL of the purchase I have made. I live in SC and the staff took care of everything--including getting my tag. No high-pressure, excellent knowledge of the car features, courteous--a pleasure buying a car. I (we) look at cars on Sundays to avoid the "tactics" of high pressure and then come back and purchase. A pleasure--how many people can honestly say that? I left a sticky note on a chair to reserve it for our next purchase! Ha!

The only complaints I have are that there was a mess up in getting the correct vehicle transferred to me which caused me some delays in my schedule for the day I went for a test drive. Also, the dealership did not notify me when my tag arrived, and I had to check back a couple times before I was able to get my tag and it was in excess of 30 days. I feel like there needs to be better follow up after the sale and better communication when transferring a vehicle from one dealership to another.

I have dealt with Everett Chevy (Hickory store) before and was not happy with the service, so I was hesitant to do anything with them again. I was referred to a specific person though by my brother and I am glad I took the chance. I told the sales person what I was in the market for (SUV) and the price range I was looking at, and he had several ready for me to look at when I got to the dealership. I ended up buying the first one we looked at (after test driving several of the originally pulled vehicles and one or two others). The sales person (Neil Parsons) and the finance person (Chris) were both awesome to work with. This was one of the easiest buying experiences I have EVER had in regards to a vehicle.

Used old pictures and false advertisment to sell item.. The management didn't give me the time of day when I expressed my concerns regarding the entire transaction.I purchased boat under the hopeful trust that the previous owner (whom I later found out was the general manager and the salesman,would give me accurate details...Wrong! I realize that they don't care about my problems and will not make right with me because I live in ohio and they are in North Carolina. Well people do listen to others on this site and I certainly would be cautious buying anything from them!!!

Purchased a 2015 Chevrolet 2500HD ( black ) used from this dealer. As I am 9hours away I was very clear I wanted to know of ANY imperfections as I could not look at it in person. I was told repeatedly that this truck was in perfect condition with no visible scratches or dings, the only thing they could find was a bad spot on rear carpet and I was sent pic of this damage ( which I was ok with ). After paying CASH for this vehicle plus delivery to my house when I washed this truck it was clear no one told me about numerous scratches and swirl marks in paint. I don't wish to discredit this entire dealership but my experience was not as I had hoped. Ask for pics of any vehicle purchased ( after cleaned ) before sending money.

Originally, I started going to Everett Chevrolet for oil changes. (for a car I bought at another dealer. My bad.) Everett Chevrolet's service department is well organized, the staff is very courteous, and the waiting room is nice and comfortable. (And the best part is they don't take four or five hours to change the oil in your vehicle.) while waiting for my vehicles' oil changes, I struck up a friendship with Darlene. I bought my next vehicle from her. Now I've bought three or four from her. (I'm old, I forget exactly how many.) This time we were very difficult customers. We thought we wanted a SUV. We test drove almost every type SUV in western North Carolina. Finally, I told my husband I wanted to talk to Darlene at Everett Chevrolet.. We had a long list of wants and don't wants. (You would have thought were looking for a house on HGTV.) After letting us test drive several different SUVs, she suggested we might be happier with another type vehicle. She showed us one on the lot but it was the wrong color. (I told you we were difficult.) Undaunted, she didn't stop until she located us a vehicle. (Sometimes computers can be helpful.) We are very pleased with it.. We appreciate all the hard work Darlene did to find the perfect vehicle for two people who didn't really know what they wanted. Found a vehicle on cars.com and contacted the dealer. Within minutes I had a response and I kept wondering when something would go wrong with the process, it just seemed TOO smooth. Ramiro and the folks at Everette were absolutely phenomenal. I was pressed for time and had no room for errors in paperwork or any bait and switch tactics, and these folks nailed it. I drove 1.5 hours to buy a vehicle from them and will certainly do the exact same thing when it's time to trade in this vehicle and buy another one. They kept their word on the price, the trade in value of my vehicle and the time it would take to complete the purchase. You can't script a better car buying experience. I had never had a completely new vehicle and thought I wanted a new Colorado. I have a 2005 Colorado. I test drove a new one and was not comfortable getting in and out of it. Darlene Suttle suggested I try an Equinox. I took it for a test drive and loved it. I went on line and found the color that I wanted and within 1 day it was at the dealership waiting for me. I drove it and loved it and brought it home with me. I could not have asked for a better experience than what I had at the dealership. Everyone did everything possible to make me happy.

You know the stigma of a car dealership: high-pressure tactics, following you around the lot, trying to tack on useless protections, it goes on and on. But not here. Neil Parsons is the most laid back, congenial guy I have ever met. No pressure, very knowledgeable and courteous, a true gentleman. We could not find a vehicle that suited our needs, so Neil went on line and found exactly what we were looking for, had it transferred from another dealership, washed and detailed the car and filled it with gas. Seamless transition. I went in with financing already approved by my bank. He worked with his finance guy to get me a better rate. We did not know how to use some of the technology included with the car. Neil took time to show us every bell and whistle and how to operate them. All the while, making sure we were completely satisfied with our experience. We left the dealership happy with everything. If I am ever in the market for another car, I will go back to Neil, because Neil is the real deal!!!

The trade in value was fair and the truck was as described. Each member of the team took their turn, going over the deal, reviewing features of the truck, and the financing. We have been working for weeks and weeks trying to find a new vehicle to lease. The current lease on our GMC Terrain will expire in a few months. We contacted numerous dealerships in our area. We gave all of them what we wanted in a car and what we could afford. We received several lease offers. After considering everything we decided to go to Everett in Morganton and test drive a vehicle. When we arrived we were immediately greeted. We were not accosted by sales folks wanting to sell us a car. They were friendly and welcoming. These folks, especially Silas, worked tirelessly to help us. From the time we arrived on our second visit to Everett until the time we departed (two hours) we were guided, very efficiently, through all of the paper work and through the finance area (Chris was so kind and helpful). Neil took a great deal of time going over the many features of the vehicle. The end result of these experiences was that we leased a new Buick Lacrosse form them.We feel that these folks are not your typical car salesmeneveryone we met was engaging and welcoming. They want you to be part of their family. Enjoyed working with Silas Huskins who is a true professional & not a pushy sales person. I talked with Silas a couple of times before coming to the dealership. He had a new Silverado truck with all my requirements ready to test drive when I arrived. It only took Silas a few minutes to obtain an amount for my trade in & the final cost for my truck. I looked at several different vehicles on line, Jeeps(I had a jeep for trade in), Fords, and other Chevy's both new and used. I saw this Chevy Equinox at Morganton Everett and fell in love with the vehicle and the price. My brother had purchased a Cadillac here and had nothing but good to say about everyone and the 10 year/100,000 mile warranty. Jeff Clark took me on a test drive and pointed out all the characteristics of the Equinox. Jeff Clark was wonderful along with Randy in getting me financed since my husband passing recently had altered my credit score. Randy knowing the way banks deal, gave me a great trade in value on my jeep and we were able to come to terms. Neil Parsons walked me through every aspect of my brand new 2016 Equinox and said if I need anything just call. Well, as anyone who has bought a new vehicle knows, there is a lot to take in all at one time! So, today, I had to call and speak with Chris about paperwork; and, Neil, you guessed it, about the On Star system. Both were more than eager to help me and answer all my questions. So, as you can see, they are not just GREAT before the sale, but afterwards as well. Don't Walk but Run Away as Fast as You Can from Everett

I was in the market for a very clean and low mileage 2013 Chevrolet Avalanche and was willing to pay for it. After diligently taking a couple of weeks to pour through most, if not all, of the online car sites, I spoke with Everett Chevrolet salesman Michael Doran who assured me that the 2013 Avalanche that his dealership had just gotten in on trade was the Avalanche that would end my search. Mr. Doran promised that the vehicle showed almost no signs of use and, it had been pampered by the previous owner who was an older lady who lived close by to Everett and she never even drove it in the rain. Mr. Doran went on to emphasize that that exterior of the truck was nearly perfect and, the inside retained the new car smell. He went on to tell me that he carefully went over the truck and, if he found even the slightest scratch, he would send me images of any damage. No images were forthcoming, so when we spoke later that day he confirmed that the truck was as good as it gets and it comes with a 12,000 mile or one year certified warranty. It all sounded great. Mr. Doran and I agreed on price and I made arrangements to fly, with a one way ticket, to an airport close to his dealership where I would be picked up by a member of Everetts staff and be driven for well over an hour to the dealership to pay for and drive the Avalanche home. It all sounds great doesnt it?Well, the flight was smooth and the drive from the airport to the dealership flew by quickly as the driver was a nice fellow. We spoke about many issues of mutual interest.When we arrived at the dealership, the driver and I said our good byes and I was quickly introduced to Mr. Doran who, in a jiff, had the Avalanche brought out for my due diligence test drive. I noticed some substantial scrapes on the driver front bumper but got into the drivers seat with Mr. Doran as my passenger. The trucks interior was nice and the truck drove with precision. While on the test spin, I asked Mr. Doran why did he not mention the front bumper damage and he became silent. I went on to ask if there may be anymore that he did not disclose. He said there may be a scrape or two.After about 10 minutes, we got back to the dealership and we both got out of the truck and boy, the older lady who had trade in the truck (maybe she was from Pasadena) had a number of run ins to all four bumper corners, and there were major dings on one side post of the truck near the rear window and several large chips on the hood front. Mr. Doran and I walked around the truck together noticing the same damage and when I asked him why did he not disclose this he said: what do you expect from a used car He told me that he has been in the car business for over 20 years so he know all the lines. Here I was with no ticket to fly home and a bank draft to purchase the truck in full. Mr. Doran outwardly deceived me and brought me to his dealership under false pretenses. I felt like a jerk. Mr. Doran knew that I was unhappy, so he went inside to his office while I remained outside inspecting the trucks exterior for the second time and took detailed images of all of the obvious damage and there was plenty.After I did the second walk around and took images, I went into the dealership building and was met by Chris Rhyder in finance. Chris asked what I wanted to do and I told him that I would not be moving forward with the purchase at the agreed to price. He said that he was sorry that Mr. Doran misinformed me about the condition of the truck as it was clearly damaged. He went on to offer me his best deal whereby he would sell me the truck for $43,000 ($1,000 less than Mr. Doran and I agreed to) but the truck would not come with the certified 12,000 mile or 12 months as agreed to in the original deal with Mr. Doran. In other words he was offering me less for more. What a jerk! I told Chris and Mr. Doran who, had again come on the scene, that we would not be doing business and that I believe that Everett should pay for my airfare from and to home. Chris said no way The on duty manager said the same thing and offered no apology. What sleazes!At this point, I walked over to a quiet part of the dealership in order to arrange a flight back home and was approached by Neil Parsons, another Everett salesman, who said that he looked over the car and he could get it fixed at my expense for $500 or possibly $250. Since the color of the Avalanche was White Diamond Tricoat, I knew that Mr. Parsons was attempting to steer me into buying the truck at any cost to me. What a turd!To make an even longer story shorter, I wound up wasting an entire day with some members of Everetts pathological staff, and, spent well over $800 in airfare, etc. for the trip. I had a nice drive back to the airport with the same gracious fellow from earlier in the day and he was very apologetic about the way that I had been treated.Two days after I got home, on a Monday, I went to three auto body repair shops and was quoted anywhere from 1,950 to $2,725 to repair the White Diamond Tricoat finish. I wonder what Mr. Parsons was drinking when he gave me his estimates.The moral of this true story is beware of these slugs. All they want is your money. Buyer satisfaction is way down on the list if it is even there at all.

The experience over all was good. Pricing was good , People where good. A few things a didn't like, after looking at the car online a call and pretty much making the deal. My wife was in love with the car, so knew I was buying it. When I got there the first thing I was told is they only had one key, witch would cost $300 for another one! Hello, don't sell a car with one key! They agreed to to cover get one but I will have to drive 45 mins back the pick it up and have it programed. This should have been already taken care of! Secondly after all was said and done , just waiting on the finance guy, I commented that I was glad it was a certified pre-owned which was clearly stated on the dealership's website. I wasn't told that it was not a certified pre-owned because it was not being sold at a Cadillac dealership even though Everett CHEVROLET owns both dealerships so I don't understand what the difference is and I intend to talk to Dave Everett about this personally!

My wife and I both are pleased with the courtesy these people displayed. I say that in a plural format because each individual at the dealership treated us with the respect and were very kind. Warren was our sales person but the entire staff were kind and helpful. One gentlemen took me for a test drive around the block so I could take my wife and find my way back!We drove from Darlington SC right past some other lots that I'm sure had a vehicle that would have been similar. The difference is in the customer service and the value of your business. I have to work and pay for any vehicle I get, by the hour. Many folks know what I'm talking about. I left feeling like these folks know that too. Bottom line, if you're looking for a quality Dealership, you have arrived!

I recently purchased an Escalade from these guys. The salesman was awesome. Everybody was extremely friendly. They went above and beyond in every area. The door had some blemishes on the paint so they sent a driver an hour and a half where I live to pick up the Escalade and left me with a loaner car while they fixed it without charging me, then drove it back to me when it was done. I went to this dealership to test drive a car or two as I was undecided about the make/model of car I wanted to buy. I had a couple of other cars from a local Ford dealership I had in mind. I told Darlene Suttle, the sales associate, that I wanted a four-door vehicle, six cylinder with leather seats, one that would safely and comfortably transport our new grandchild. Darlene suggested the Chevrolet Impala. It was not a car I considered but, when I saw the one she recommended, I was impressed with the style, comfort, etc. My husband and I took it for a test drive in town and then on the interstate. We were happy with the whole package. Darlene and Rob worked hard to get us the price we were satisfied with and, though we did not plan to finance via the dealership, Chris provided us with a comparable rate that saved us from having to go to our financial institution. Neil was wonderful as he showed me the bells and whistles. He offered to help any time. True to his word, I showed up at the dealership two days later (on a Saturday) because an indicator on the panel revealed that a tire was low. Neil immediately checked the air pressure with a hand-held gauge and asked me to drive the car into the service bay (although the service area was closed). The staff quickly checked all of the tires and filled each with nitrogen. I was on my way in no time. Also, when I entered the dealership on that day, I was immediately greeted by Neil and Chris. Staff are genuinely friendly and care about their customers.

The Team at Everett Chevrolet in Morganton was so helpful when I purchased my new vehicle. They got me all the incentives and rebates to assist me in my purchasing budget. My salesperson, Darlene Suttle found the truck I wanted in Kentucky. Rob Garrison and Randy Pennell made the transaction with that dealership in Kentucky and had my new truck delivered the next day. The service department cleaned the truck, inspected it and made sure everything was in good working order before I received it. Once I agreed to the terms and price, Chris Rhyder in financing made the whole thing come together. Chris made everything so simple..... It really shocked me that the paperwork was quick and easy. Then, Neil Parsons and Darlene Suttle put the finishing touch on the deal. They setup my On-Star services, my Sirius Radio account and showed me how to operate all the buttons and gadgets on my new truck. So very thankful that I stopped in to see Darlene Suttles at Everett in Morganton when I was looking for a new vehicle. I had narrowed my search to 3 different manufacturers in the process of looking for my new SUV. While the initial experience was positive with all 3 the experience at Everett in Morganton was one of them working as a team. We have dealt with Darlene before and been very pleased but her coworkers also helped out at every turn. From the employees who greeted us and held the door for us to the employee who went and grabbed a couple extra seats for my granddaughters to the employee who insisted we get some ice cold bottled water on a scorching Carolina summer day, this outfit works as a team! Darlene worked extra hard to make sure I got what I wanted when I was still making up my mind between a low mileage used or a new SUV. I received a call from Kristine Lickfelt the service manager apologizing for the prior bad experience.I was asked if I would bring the car (still under warranty) back for revaluation which I did. After a thorough week long evaluation by the Everett service folks ,the problem ,a slight clunking noise on automatic transmission gear changing was discussed by them with Chevy tech services out of state. I was assured by Kristine there was no danger driving the vehicle. I was told opening the transmission to try and find the issue causing the noise might not be successful and could cause other problems.I do believe now that the issue was addressed in a satisfactory manner and I am pleased with the evaluation.Thank you all for your concern and attention to the matter.

Brought car in for recall repair and one other problem.vehicle under warranty. Gave Marty a printout of possible cause of problem. He did not give to service personnel as requested because he did not feel it necessary.Service foreman was very nice and checked this concern after inquiring why not done as requested. Problem was not corrected as they did not know what the cause was and told me it was "probably normal" and related to the transmission and not to worry about it.Will take to another dealership for reevaluation. Marty's attitude and lack of concern especially with current GM recall problems is problematic.

We traveled from Murphy NC, a 178 mile one way trip, to purchase our 2014 Terrain Denali from Everett. All of our contact had been over the internet and phone with Rob Garrison. He worked to get our new car on terms we could afford including trade in amount, and delivered on every one of his promises. We just purchased 2015 Chevrolet Silverado. Darlene Suttle was our sales person. She is the greatest. We don't have a lot of time for test drives, paperwork or the hassle that usually goes along with buying a new vehicle. She knew what I wanted based on prior conversation and called me when she found it. It was everything I had described down to color. Our schedule is tight due to our business, however, she made sure she accommodated us by bring the truck to us, and staying after closing at the dealership to complete the deal. We did not haggle over the price like most dealerships, it took only minutes to agree. Not only was the buying process great, but the finance department got me such a great rate, I couldn't turn it down. Darlene made sure we were comfortable with all the equipment on our new purchase before we left the dealership, also filled the truck up with gas, which she offered without my asking. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone, I have certainly not been dissappointed with all the staff I worked with.

Darlene Suttle was our sales person and was very friendly and helpful. Rob Garrison was the friendly sales manager who talked to us about price and completing the sale.We felt very comfortable with those two people.Then we met the financial manager, Philip Nicholson. He started off as friendly enough, but when we declined all of the insurance "options", that he was trying to shove down our throats, he became rude and snotty. In his haste to get us out of his office so quickly, he did not include all of the documents due us. With Darlene and Rob's help we finally received all of what we should have gotten that day, two weeks later. I suggest he gets a review course in customer relations.Doug Minton was very helpful getting us familiar with the cars functions before leaving the lot.We must also mention the very helpful man, whose name we don't remember, who detailed the car before we left. Great dealership. My family has purchased numberous GM vehicles from City Chevrolet, one from Randy Marion, and several from Dutch Mundy Chevrolet (no longer in business small outfit in Independence VA). Dealing with Robbie Williams and Rooster Bush was a great expereince. There was no high pressure sales pitch given or any arm twisting as I have expereinced here in Statesville. My name is Ashley Wade Boyles. In late August 2012, I was riding through the Rooster Bush dealership in Lenoir,NC with my girlfriend Andrea. We live in Marion,NC but we were visiting her family who all live in Lenoir. Lenoir is her hometown. I noticed a 2012 GMC Sierra 1500 regular cab that was steel metallic grey. I had a 2004 GMC Sierra 1500 that was gold. At the time we were in our 2005 Honda Accord. I hade been thinking about trading the 2004 truck due to having recieved a loyal customer voucher for $1000. My truck was getting older and had over 150,000 miles at the time. It was a Saturday afternoon in late August that this truck first caught my eye. The dealer that day was Dale. He came out to talk to us. He then went and retrieved the keys to let the two of us take it for a spin around the dealership parking lot. We then went into his office and he looked up the rebates at that time. He followed up later that week by calling me but, after much debate I decided to wait. I like to look on the internet at different dealerships to see what is new on thier lots. Week after week I would vist the Rooster Bush website and see that truck I liked so much. Then on another sunny Saturday afternoon in early January 2013, I was driving from Hickory,NC up highway 321 after having lunch with my parents. I decided to ride through the Rooster Bush lot in Lenoir to see if the truck was still there and IT WAS. Chris Loftis came out to speak to us. He also let me drive it again around the parking lot. Then we proceeded to his office and he told me all together there was $5000 in rebates. After much discussion I told him I had to think about it. On the way home to Marion, I decided to ride through the Morganton dealership. I had bought several vehicles in the past from this Rooster Bush location. My father has also bought here in the past. I also recieve all my service and maintenance at this location. I feel they have always given good service to me. As I was driving through, I saw Darlene. I rolled down the window to the Honda. Darlene Suttle knows me and my father by name. I have known her for a long time. She asked me,"Wade,Do you see anything you like?" I told her I had just come from Lenoir and about the truck they had. I told her the only problem I had was that the Morganton dealership was closer to my home and I had always done business there. She informed me she could probably move the truck to the Morganton lot if I wanted her to. Darlene has been my dealer in the past. Well, during the next week I kicked the idea around. After much debate, I had Andrea to call Darlene. She and Darlene discussed my options over the phone. I then went to my bank to see about a loan. I recieved good news at the bank and I decided to buy that truck. I had Andrea to call Darlene again, all details were squared away by phone that Friday afternoon. I had to wait till the following Tuesday to get my truck because I had to work a 3 day weekend. I travel to Spruce Pine,NC to work and always need a reliable vehicle with 4X4. My appointmment was at 10AM that Tueaday morning with Darlene Suttle. I have to tell you that it was the smoothest buying expierence I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Darlene is an excellent sales person. She has continued to stay in contact with me via phone, email and personal letter. I appreciate her dedication in helping me with my new truck. I am looking forward to having continued excellent custmer service from the Rooster Bush dealership in Morganton,NC. By the way, I love my new truckie and Andrea has named it "STARDUST" because the paint looks like it is full of glitter that sparkles like twinkling stars. I pray it is as good a truck as the 2004 "GOLDIE" was. I made many wonderful memories in the 2004 GMC with family, friends, and even by myself that I will cherish. I recently purchased a new XTS from Rooster Bush Cadillac. Unlike large luxury dealerships in larger cities there were no high pressure sales tactics or hidden costs. This was the most pleasant, hassle free purchase I have ever made. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and customer oriented. My sales consultant, Robbie Williams, was very friendly and knowledgeable.. He answered all my questions and was very helpful throughout the entire process. Rob Garrison, the Gen. Sales Mgr, evaluated my trade-in (Lexus) and gave me what I consider a fair trade allowance. They were able to find the exact car I wanted in just a few days. Darlene was friendly but not pushy, gave us space to think, answered questions we had, didn't come across as just wanting a sale. I deal with sales people alot and don't particularly care for those who just want a signature on the bottom line. She respected our indivuality, tailored her approach to fit us. The dealership was willing to work to meet our needs as far as price, offered a great deal on my trade, and put me in the Terrain at only $0.11 over my previous vehicle payment. The additional perks of purchasing from Rooster Bush (the maintenance program, etc.) are a good selling tool for the dealership although we won't be able to take advantage of it because of the distance we live from the dealership. In conclusion, I was very pleased with my interaction with the dealership as a whole and Darlene in particular.

Most definitely! We were greeted promptly on arrival by the sales staff. Tammy was not only friendly and courteous in her dealings with us but seemed very knowledgeable and competent in her field of endeavor. It was a pleasure working with her.To Rooster Bush Inc.'s further credit, we shared this event with Tammy. I believe it was about 30+ years ago, we were headed up I40 on vacation and had car trouble (I think a hose had burst) right at the Morganton exit. It was late in the afternoon, around closing time as I recall, and, for lack of any other choice, we managed to plow up that hill to get to their service dept. with hopes of getting some assistance. Without hesitation, they quickly and efficiently repaired our problem and sent us on our way. You don't forget those experiences.The only negative part of this whole experience has to do with the AutoCheck Vehicle History Report. On page three of that report in the "odometercheck section" it shows that the car has 77,400 miles as of 04/13/11. On Aug. 23, 2012 when we bought the car it was showing 73 thousand and some miles. That's a HUGE discrepancy! We will take that up with AutoCheck.Otherwise, we love our new used car and will recommend Rooster Bush Inc. every opportunity we get.Regards,Doris Truitt

I just have to say what a wonderful group of people this dealership has working there.From the moment I walked in, to the time I left, I felt nothing but kindness, respected as a customer, and welcomed with, "open arms". The staff was friendly, courteous, and tried to satisfy the qualities we wanted in a car. They were not high pressured which would have turned us off immediately. Darlene wanted us to be satisfied with our purchase and demonstrated the features on the car and helped with the setup of OnStar. In a past purchase, the service department was very accomodating in fixing the problems we had during the certification period. We would definitely recommend this dealer.
