Recently purchased a used Infinity from Everett auto gallery. Friendly, helpful guys. process was stress free and fast. Car is great so far. Great experience. I will recommend them to friends and family and go back to them when its time for a new car.

Bought a car from Everett auto gallery. A couple months later the tranny started going. I thought we were screwed because our war entry was up on the car. Even tho he didn't have to do anything for us legally the owner danny recommended a cheep mechanic, paid to have the car towed to the shop, paid the bill ahead for us because we couldn't afford it. And then took 500$ off. So basically he paid 500$ for our tranny and didn't have to, and let us pay him the rest over time. I thought we were so screwed with a bad tranny on a car that wasnt paid off. But danny helped us out so much even tho he was not legally obligated to. I would recommend to anyone.

It was a real easy & fast process. I purchased a Ford focus from there & haven't had any problems. They only think I wasn't crazy happy about was trying to park in the place, Next time just park next door & walk in.

Worst car dealer. They're nice until you buy the car. Then once you have a problem with the car. (A safety issue) all of the sudden No one is available to help you. The owner is mia and the guys who sold me the car who were so nice before yelled and screened at me. The owner said he couldn't make it in because he had a long day. (Poor baby) and then hung up on me and called the cops saying I was causing a seen. Worst place ever. Biggest con artists you'll ever meet. Don't go there you'll regret it.
