Purchased a new F150 Lariat. Don and Doug really worked with us to get the trade-in and purchase price that we were happy with. We love the small town feel and they've been really great to us for service on our previous vehicle. Would highly recommend people stop in and check them out!

Purchased a new 2016 ford edge titanium and love it. We started at another dealership and took a test drive we knew we wanted an edge right away. The other dealership tried for 2 weeks to get the car in with the color and options we wanted and couldn't they just kept pushing the one they had on the lot. We then went to Evansville Ford and worked with Carter it took them all of 20 min. to located the exact color and option packages we wanted only 80 miles away. One day later we were drive off the lot and couldn't be happier. Very friendly, awesome service, we will go back for next vehicle.

I have bought 2 vehicles from Evansville Forder and they were great to deal with. My truck is 5 years old now and I was thinking about getting something new. I called about a couple of trucks on the lot with some questions. I was told they would check and get back to me 10 days went past no call. So I cake back. They were going to get back to me the next day. A week goes by and know call. So yesterday I call and leave a message for the manager and know call back yet. So I would like to thank Evansville Ford for saving me a bunch of money. I have decided to keep my truck.

Purchased an F150, great truck -friendly staff, seemed eager to please. They botched the debit for our down payment, said they reversed the transactions (only one was reversed). I wrote them a check to cover the payment, days later they still had a hold on my account for the payment and then pushed the check through -sending my account into panic (remember, we are talking down payment $ -not small change). I received very little in the way of apologies for the inconvenience and instead received a call from the dealer over a week later telling me I owed them the down payment money and the fee for their returned check. My bank investigated and found their double charge with only one reversal and covered my fees for me but I ended up paying Ford a small fee for THEIR mistake. Marsha was great and the truck is awesome and had it not been for the treatment I received while trying to resolve this issue -I would be going back to trade up my other vehicle. Mistakes made with financials and poor customer service during damage repair made returning an easy decision for us.

I came in for an oil change and to redo the AC and they also checked out a grating noise I was hearing and then replaced a transmission mount after ordering the part. when the AC didn't stay working, they took care of the problem promptly.

We came in late on a weekday as we had almost a 2 hour drive to get there. After the test drive they worked up paperwork and patiently waited for us to nurse the baby while deciding on the car. My time there seemed like an important one. I wasn't rushed or pressured to buy anything but I was given plenty of options. Wow, what a great experience! Just drove my used truck home last week and it is great! Bought a Ford F150. First ford I have owned in 20 years! The sales staff did a great job explaining the new features Ford has to offer in their line of trucks. Josh the general manager helped with all my questions regarding my purchase. I am so glad I stopped in and took a look at what they had on the lot here at Evansville Ford. When I picked up my truck at the shop because I had ordered new floor mats for it, it was nice to meet Chad, the Parts Manager he was very helpful and knowledgeable. They are all a great asset to this new dealership, I will definitely hand out some of the business cards the parts manager gave me! Thanks guys!!!

I was quite impressed with my visit to this dealership. Very friendly staff here. Not at all the typical pushy sales people that other dealerships have. I bought a used truck from them at a decent price that was fair to both of us. Will definitely come back next year when my wife needs a new vehicle. Buying a new car was not something I was looking forward to, but my experience was so much better than I was anticipating. My well loved Jetta needed to be replaced and the guys in the service department have always been helpful, so I decided to look at Evansville Ford. I stopped in one night to look at used cars and Bryce was friendly, helpful and understanding. He was very knowledgeable about the car, even though it was a Toyota and not a Ford. He was able to tell me the history of the car and why it was traded in, which made me much more comfortable. He took the time to talk through things with me and listened and then offered his help in my search instead of just pushing the sale on me. I didn't buy the car that night, but Bryce had me sold on the car by the time I left. (That says a lot since I usually run away from car sales people!) I went back a couple of days later hoping to buy the car. Bryce was with another customer, so Randy went on the test drive and got the paperwork started. Rafael was helpful in explaining the financing and everything was professional and relaxed. I also really appreciate the kid friendly atmosphere (coloring, TV, etc) and am thankful that Bryce helped keep them entertained while I was finishing up the process.They did an awesome job detailing the car! It was pretty spotless to begin with, but the extra detailing was nice. I love driving my Camry! I've been recommending Evansville Ford to several friends and know that when it's time for another vehicle, I'll be back. Thanks again to Randy and Rafael and thanks to Bryce for selling me on the car!

Service Dept. unable to solve my 2005 Ford F150 4wd IWE Actuator noise on front end. This is an intermittent issue addressed in Tech Service Bulletin by Ford and other owners. Service Dept. couldn't replicate the noise, did inspect it and said everything was fine, but not the case. Service manager didn't seem interested in helping me find a solution to my problem, so I went to Kayser Ford Service Dept. in Madison. Replaced L front actuator and solved my issue. Even Kayser Parts Desk staff were more knowledgeable and helpful. Won't be buying my next vehicle or service at Evansville Ford.

I shopped for a new vechicle and Trevor Kliscz was my salesman. He was very nice and really tried to accomidate me. However he ran across blockades with Alphorn Ford. They had the vechicle that I was interested in. The manager was driving the vechicle over the weekend and I was not able to see the Ford Edge. Trevor was working on getting the Edge for us to see on Wednesday. We live 2 and 1/2 hours away. We were able to come back on Tuesday instead and Trevor made that happen. Really liked the Edge but was not able to close on the vechicle on Tuesday because of time crunch. Came back on Wednesday the Edge was supposed to be cleaned and tail pipes cleaned. They were able to get the dents out before I took the Edge home. Tailpipes still not cleaned and Trevor tried to clean them himself. That's all good. What I didn't care for is it took 3 weeks for me to get my 2nd key. We even called several times and to no avail Alphorn Ford didnot send the key forward. We even went down to Evansville to pick it up but still no key. If I knew this is how sister daelerships worked I would not had shopped there. They need to learn to work together. I would never recomend Alphorn Ford. We were really getting tired of the run around that we were getting. Trevor thanks for all your help.

The 2004 Pontiac Vibe I purchased for my Mom was just the car we were looking for. It was the right color, in excellent condition, had really low miles and the no haggle price was better than similar cars in the Milwaukee area where we live, 77 miles away. The friendly and down to earth "small town" service and atmosphere was a plus too. We did have a few issues that Josh and Rafael promptly resolved to our satisfaction. 1. Upon returning home with our new / used car, we noticed the rear headrests were missing. After a few phone calls they were mailed to us within a few days. 2. One month after taking delivery of the car, the strong odor inside the car caused by air freshener and or a cleaning product had not gone away. They offered to perform a full detail service at their expense that would remedy the problem but we did not want to drive another 77 miles one way. After a few days of debates back and forth via phone and email, they agreed to send a mobile car detailer, who was doing work in the Milwaukee that day, to my Mom's house to clean the interior of her car which removed the strong odor to her satisfaction. 3. There was an unexpected fee we were able to negotiate to our satisfaction. Thank you for going the extra mile to correct the issues and turn an unhappy customer into a completely satisfied customer. We would definitely recommend Evansville Ford to friends and family.

We had shopped around a lot for a truck and was surprised to find the best price combined with incredible service at Evansville Ford. We assumed that the best prices were available in bigger cities but I found both small town service and better-than-big-city prices in Evansville. We drove through Madison, past may bigger dealerships to get to Evansville and every mile was worth it. Bryce and Rafael were helpful with no pressure and did everything they could to get us into an incredible new truck. We drove through Madison to get there and will do it again next time we need a vehicle.

The staff at Evansville are some of the most professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Bryce and Randy went out of their way to assist me. Literally, I called them made an offer over the phone, Randy called me back within 5 minutes and we were able to reach an agreement virtually sight unseen. I had to trust that Randy's description of the vehicle was actually how the vehicle was going to look being that I was driving from 2 hours away to get the vehicle. Randy ensured that the vehicle was a 9 out of 10 and would be detailed and ready to go when I got there. Needless to say 9 out of 10 was pretty bold being that is was a 2010 used vehicle. Upon my arrival at the dealership I discovered that the vehicle I was purchasing was right out front. However Randy's rating was another story. 9 out of 10.......I think not. This vehicle was a 12 out of 10! Bryce went along on the test drive and described and explained every option on the vehicle easily with an obvious wealth of knowledge. Did I mention Evansville is a FORD dealership and I was buying a CHEVY. I could not be happier. And the price was thousands less than comparable vehicles at other dealerships and those were in far worse shape with WAY MORE miles. I recommend this dealership to ANYONE and EVERYONE, and I don't say that lightly. I for one will be checking here first for all my vehicle needs from now on!!!! It was worth the trip!!! I shopped 4 Ford dealerships and this one does business in an honest and straightforward manner. Ryan gave me the invoice copy and sold it to me for that price. Other dealerships needed face-time with me to negotiate or even to give me a price. My time is precious and I don't like to haggle. I could've saved $200 by traveling to a dealership a few hours away but this dealership has my loyalty and is close to my home which made the decision easy. Ryan always returned my phone calls quickly which I loved, since my time is at a premium! I received emails from the Manager Josh, making sure I was taken care of and the Finance person, Rafael, was very helpful and honest when it came time to pay or even when I was considering another vehicle I didn't purchase. I purchased a 2014 Mustang after 2015 models came out and I LOVE IT!!! They really did their work to search far and wide for the vehicle that met my specifications and ended up getting it from Iowa for me! TOTALLY APPRECIATE THESE GUYS!!!

I was looking to see if upgrading from my first full size truck, a 2006 F-150 to something a few model years newer was possible. I made contact with a few local dealerships and Evansville Ford was one of two dealerships that contacted me back with information about an F-150 I may be interested in. I stopped in, looked at and test drove the truck. They in turn test drove my truck to see what they could offer on it for a trade-in. The experience was friendly through out and it was not a PUSHY sales experience as you many times experience at car dealerships. We were able to work out dollars values to my liking. I ended up in an F-150 that was 1 to 2 model years newer than I expected to be able to upgrade to. Bryce Mazzera was my sales person. I had a good buying experience with Bryce and Evansville Ford.

I stopped to look at used vehicles and found salesperson Randy S. to be extremely helpful. He pointed out 2008 Ford Edge to me and took the time to determine from the vehicle's handbook that it was flat towable without use of a dolly, which was one of my criteria. When I returned with my wife he was extremely helpful in explaining the vehicles prior ownership with a local couple and then set the vehicle up for us to take a test drive. My wife was very pleased with the way the vehicle drove and rode. Randy was very good to work with in reaching a deal we felt was equitable with the trade-in we were presenting them. I responded to a solicitation from Evansville Ford and were greeted by Ryan Draeger. My wife wanted a newer Ford, Focus (her's was a 2007). Ryan Showed me two models that had the features my Wife requested. He also prepared a quote for the price to share with my Wife. Since my Wife does not enjoy the dealership/car shopping experience, Ryan was willing to pull out a the Ford Focus I chose and a Ford, Fusion for her to see when I returned with her the following day.Ryan took our application and introduced me to the Business Manager and the Service Manager. When I returned the following day with my Wife, Ryan had everything ready. My Wife sat in both models and decided to test drive the Focus. It was exactly what she was looking for, the price was right and everything was ready to move forward in purchasing the vehicle. We took care of business and my Wife was able to drive home in her new Focus the same day. The experience was pleasant and painless. We are both quite pleased with the entire experience with this dealership. I have had the opportunity to test out their service as well and was quite satisfied with the experience. They even provided me with a loaner car for the time my vehicle was there.

My auto was totaled in an accident, so I was in the market for a new car immediately. Sales Manager Ryan Draeger and I began communicating by the internet. Within less than a week he found me a new Ford Fusion with the exact features I wanted. I paid well below the sticker price for it even though, needing a car immediately, I was not in a position to dicker or play games about the price. I had my replacement car at a very fair price quickly. All of the people there were very friendly and I am looking forward to returning to have it serviced at their new facility which will be open in September.

I couldnt ask for better service! Service help was right there when i needed it, helping me know all the issues my current car was having. Although I decided to replace the vehicle instead I know they would work with me on the problems had I replaced the items it needed. Once I explained what I wanted, They found exactly what I was looking for, even though it wasn't on their lot. Also they picked it up the same day they found it. They were right on with everything and no time was wasted. After I bought it they even helped me clean out my old car and assisted me in transfering my insurance with my agent. I was driving from Beloit to Madison. As I proceeded thru the 4-way stop sign in Evansville,,, me and my cousin smelled something burning. I drove to the next stop sign and seen some smoke in my rear-view mirror. I actually stopped on the road, at "your" dealership. I decided to go back to the gas station near by. I opened the hood and smelled burn't rubber. The nice people in the gas station, directed me to you! I was greeted at the door by a nice saleman. (who's name I don't remember) I told him about the problem and he got a serviceman "Tim Deremer" to come and take a look at it. Soon they had my car in the garage. Mean while,,, "Bryce Mazzara" made me comfortable. Tim,,, appeared soon, and gave me the news. It was a little expensive, but I told them to go ahead and fix it. I got a call from them 2 hours later, and it was fixed. My surprise was::: it didn't cost as much as what they first thought!!! They saved me $200.00 and I'm really happy!!! I would recommend them to everyone I know! Thank-you Jeffrey Keehn for the excellent job you did fixing it!!! Very satisfied customer!!!

The staff at Evansville Ford was wonderful, in particular Randy Seichter. We called early in the day inquiring about a specific van and he held it there for us until we arrived around 6:30 pm, keep in mind they close at 8:00. We test drove it, and they took our van on trade in, got financing for us and sent us on our way with the specific van we wanted, all after staying until 10:00pm! They made sure we were happy with our purchase and genuinely appreciated that we came to do business with them. Honestly, this was the best and easiest car buying experience we've ever had. BTW, we had our one year old with us and he got a little cranky by the end of the night, and even chasing the other salesman still there too, but everyone there was awesome with him! THANK YOU!

I recently purchased 2 vehicles from Evansville Ford. A 2014 Explorer for me and a 2009 Escape for my kids. I was very pleased with every part of the process from sales to the vehicle prep to the delivery. The price was very fair and competitive. The sales team worked hard to find the vehicles I wanted with the equipment I needed. Evansville Ford is so close to Madison so they are easy to find right on highway 14. Well worth the drive. Best Day Ever! So I went to Evansville Ford today, to have my 2012 Ford Focus given its 60,000 mile service. I have been there several times now, and have been treated well each time. Today, however was the best! I requested a loner, and wanted to try a Fusion as it is a step up from my Focus. It was unavailable, so they gave me a 2013 Ford Taurus with all the bells and whistles to use. I cannot believe how head over heels I fell for that car. I highly recommend the Taurus, and more importantly, Evansville Ford. They are definitely a step ahead of the competition!

I was having trouble with my previous car and in the market for another vehicle. I went to Evansville Ford with already a car in mind an was helped right away. I test drove the car and signed the papers that day. Randy and Rafael helped me every step of the way, they worked with my budget and answered every question I had. They even held the vehicle for two days while I figured out my finances. I will definitely come back and refer anyone who is looking for a car, in fact, I already have :)

Recently bought a 2013 Focus from Randy. Listened to everything I asked for and didn't pressure me into something different. The buying experience was very hassle free. Some of the other dealers in the area are a pain to work with and very dishonest with their pricing. I will be doing business here in the future! I was looking for a new vehicle but wasn't sure what direction I wanted to go (new vs. used) or options within vehicle I wanted. Between dealer, manager and finance personal I was given different options to weigh and ended up finding something I was very happy with. No pressure and great team work of all employees involved. I wasn't planning on buying a car today, but got a flier in the mail which brought me to Evansville Ford to get my old car appraised. Randy, the salesman, worked with me on trade in value and found me a car that I really didn't know I wanted until I saw it, drove it, and really liked it. I brought my vehicle into service for normal maintaince work. While I was there the staff was very friendly and very helpful. I started to talk to Josh the GM about what my truck might be worth. He was very helpful and never pressured me into buying something else. Later that day after speaking with my wife we decided to return to drive a new F150. I couldn't have been happier at how easy they made my buying experience. I believe a fair dealer is hard to find and I know I found one. Thanks to everyone who helped.


Beware of Service Department

My daughter had repairs done in the service department. They did not torque a bolt properly and it came loose requiring several hundred more dollars in repairs by another shop. They refused to take responsibility and cover the cost. Use at your own risk.
