I had already done my online research and knew the parameters of the car I wanted. I was trading in a recently purchased 2004 CLK 500 that was in much rougher condition than I had realized at the time of purchase from a private party. I had a pretty good idea of the trade in value and was prepared to take the loss. They were more generous than they needed to be. The entire experience was one of ease. No pressure. I test drove the car twice. Once we shook on the deal, the paperwork was quick. I left with a great car I won't have to worry about for a long time that I am absolutely in love with and the knowledge that the price was more than fair. Generously so. If you are in the market for a used car in great shape that is within their inventory, I highly recommend them as the place you go. Chances are, you will then happily spend the rest of day driving your new-to-you beauty. Mike - thanks for my best car purchase experience ever!

Not only did Michael work with me to get me in the car I wanted 2009 Range Rover Sport but he pulled the Car Fax went over everything with me and followed up with me to thank me. SWEET BEEMER

We bought are 2007 328i convertable in May and we couldn't be happier with the purchase and the customer service that they provided. Andy was awesome and made the sale as pain free as I have ever experienced while buying a car. He even set up the financing and had us pre approved before we arrived. Michael at European Autohouse has gone above and beyond to make sure we're happy with our car purchases. AMAZING

I desperately wanted a Mercedes SLK and I found the car of my dreams at their dealership. They were very helpful and friendly and made buying my car extremely easy. The car was a great deal with very low miles, I've had it since January and haven't had any problems with it. Recently I got into a minor accident and they knew the best auto-body repair center for me to take it into. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a luxury vehicle

Omg- these guys are AMAZING! I came here on Saturday- as a last resort no less- after spending the entire day car shopping, my friend suggested we stop here for a 'quick look'. The first thing that we appreciated was no being immediately bombarded by vulture-like salespeople. Von approached us in a very professional and friendly manner. He asked us what we were looking for, and we told him exactly what we wanted. He showed us a few options, and zero pressure at all. I immediately fell in lust with the Benz ML350, and of course my lacking a poker face, I could've easily been taken advantage of. Lol! But not here. Von took us in his office, pulled my credit- which is atrocious and pretty much non-exsistant, and he gave my paperwork to Michael. Micheal got on it and made some magic happen. Not only did I get approved, but he wroked in getting me a very amazing apr- or interest-whatever-it's-called. I was really floored that he got me an incredible deal. First time buyer with non-existing/bad credit? Thank you!! And these guys are fast- which made my car buying experience that much better. Great car buying experience

I bough a 2012 Mercedes CLS 550 with 23000 miles and I gave them my 2006 CLS 500. I got much better price for the car and my trade in than the 2 Mercedes dealers I went to. Michael got me very low rate in finance. I love this car and I will go back to them when I am ready to change. Robin

They are nice during the transaction but once you have the car you will experience problems within days and they will not remedy the issues, offer any sort of service, customer service, common decency nor professionalism. I live in the midwest, and found a vehicle I liked at European Auto House. Advertised price was 129,999. In writing, they offered me the vehicle for 127,000. I was very happy with the deal. Two days later the manager "Michael" told me his assistant "misspoke" and that she was only authorized to give me $2000 off the advertised price, and that I would have to pay $127,999 if I wanted the vehicle. As it was still a pretty good deal, and since I already had the feeling his assistant didn't really know what she was doing, I agreed to pay the higher price. I put money down on the car, and commenced to communicate back and forth with them to arrange the purchase, pursuant to an inspection.I paid $350 for an independent shop to inspect the car. Everything checked out, and I was waiting on them to send me the contract, and was going to wire the funds within 3 days. They went silent on me for 36 hours, very unusual since I had been in touch with them almost constantly since the inspection had been completed. I finally got a call from Michael. He apologized for his silence and explained that his "bosses" wouldn't let him sell me the car for less than the advertised price of $129,999. I couldn't believe it. I have a business of my own and would never consider treating anyone like that. Not to mention that there was no reason for me to trust this guy any longer. That kind of B-S is amateur, and Michael should have hidden in shame. If his "bosses" truly dumped on him like that, they should get out of the business. The advertised price was still a decent deal, but at this point, making the transaction from half way across the country, wiring all the money in advance of receiving the vehicle, I had no reason to trust that anything good would come from this deal. I was admittedly irate. Michael kept empathizing with me, which just made me more irate. What a bunch of yokels. To his credit, Michael did agree to send me a check to reimburse me for the inspection. He did send it, and it did not bounce. That said, be on your guard with these people, as you may find it hard to trust what they tell you even if they put it in writing.

Superior service pre sale and after sale is most impressive to me. i would buy again from Michael and Vaughn. They are very informed about excellence customer service. ALL service issues was addressed and resolved by Micheal. i will buy again from European Auto House. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

I have been wanting to write a review for this dealer, but i just had to wait a couple of weeks to check how the car was.I bought a BMW 328i from this dealer a month ago. I am very satisfied with the car I bought! It runs great, no mechanical issues, car looks great! i would recommend my friend to go to this dealer to buy from this dealer! The staff is very helpful! They made me very happy! I WOULD DEFINETLY BUY A CAR HERE AGAIN!

Great Deal!

My wife and I spent 2days and many hours shopping for her 2009 ford flex limited! Our journey began in Santa Barbara ca, then Ventura then Los Angeles! After many test drives and sales people! We were about to settle with something and I grabbed my iPhone found the car I had researched earlier and called Michael, and European Auto House, asked him about 2009 ford flex limited he advertised online, we talked price, I made my offer and Michael agreed! My wife and I went to the bank got our cashiers check and drove to European Auto House. When we arrived we test drove the car and my wife and I loved it! It had everything we wanted and more for what we paid! Michael and his staff were very accommodating and professional! We are very happy with our purchase! I would definitely drive from Santa Barbara ca again to purchase another car from Michael Andy and Von! Thanks Guys!

My wife found a 2010 Mercedes S550 on Autotraders. We decided to call them and a Gentleman by name of Michael answered! He was very courtious and friendly! We mentioned to him that we need to inspect the vehicle before we take further initiation . He accomadated to allow them to do so and when the they inspected it at Beverly Hills Mercedes it came out congruent to everything he mentioned!When we arrived to the dealership! We finally test drove the car. My wife loved it! I was still skeptical about making the final decision because we were comparying it Leasing a Mercedes. However Michael sat down and logically made it understable to purchasing it vs leasing. His Logic made alot of sense! It turned out that since we drive 20,000 miles on a yearly basis we are actually losing $12000 based on the miles per gallon for 3 years of leasing. And he also mentioned how Leasing can put a high price on the Insurance quotes especially on a new car. His logical made ALOT of sense! As a business man myself I couldnt emphasize more but for a manager in the business for 20 years I descided to go with his proposal. Thanks Michael!

Be careful. Make sure you drive the car on the freeway especially between 60-80 MPH. Because of where they are located it is very hard to get a good driving experience prior to purchase. (alot of traffic everywhere you go) I had to spend $500.00 troubleshooting a vibration. I eventually found out that I needed a new set of $1250 tires due to tire flat spots..So when you are striking a deal with these friendly guys make sure you allow $$$'s for after purchase issues. They will not help you out in ANY way after the fact. You know the old saying, "Buyer Beware".
