Needed to find a nice newer used vehicle after a rear end collision. We put in what we wanted : make, model, year, miles, cost and up popped this great car at Estle. My husband called and talked with Andrea Estle and she pulled the car up for us to view, it was after closing before we got there. It was unlocked and we were able to view at our own pace. We loved it. Called the next day and made the buy. It was easy and Andrea was really nice and helpful. Would recommend.

I recently purchased a truck from the dealership through Bob Gutman. I've purchased several vehicles through Bob, in fact. He's friendly and cares about his customers. I also do all of my oil changes and other service needs at the dealership. They have a great rapport with their customers, which is what keeps me coming back. Great service and a great sales staff.

Bad Timing or Bad Business Practice?

We drove 45+ miles to look at a vehicle we saw online only to be told the owner's brother had driven it home for the day. They told us he should probably be able to drive it back in for us to see but upon speaking with him he was home with sick kids. We would have been understanding if the vehicle would have been sold prior to our arrival since we did not call ahead. We did call the dealership after we arrived home and spoke with the manager and he said that we should have called ahead because employees can drive demo vehicles home - if everyone who wanted to look at a vehicle was calling ahead to see if the vehicle was in the lot, wouldn't the salespeople be answering phones all day instead of selling vehicles? We will most likely not be making the trip back to see any vehicles from this dealership.

I had a horrible experience the first time I came here back in 2014. I walked inside and no one paid any attention to me for about 5 minutes. Finally someone said hi to me but he acted like I was an inconvience and like he didn't want to talk to me. I almost didn't buy the car that day but it was a good deal so I bought it. Fast forward to 2016 and my husband and I are looking for a new car. I did not want to go back to Estle because of the way I was treated the first time. My husband talked me into giving it another try so we walked in. We are greeted right away by Billy Nossaman. He treated us like royalty. We were able to make a great deal on our car. Billy needs to be the salesman of the year. This was a much better experience this time and I would recommend people see Billy Nossaman to buy a car.

My parents took delivery of their 2015 Chevy Trax , ( Demo ) on 9/17/15. The front of the car was covered with dead bugs, the inside was very dirty. The widows were covered in a film of some sort and the floor mats look like they were never cleaned. If this is how This dealership delivers its vehicles to customers sit back and watch the empire crumble.

The body shop did a great job repairing the damage to my XTS from hitting a deer. The body shop manager went out of his way to get the parts and schedule the work so I could go on a planned trip.He provided follow up with me after working hours, worked smoothly with the insurance company, and expedited parts to complete this job. The damaged areas are repaired as good as new. Thanks.

After making an appointment, wasting gas money, and driving over 2 1/2 hours round trip, I was told by a not-so-considerate staff the vehicle was sold shortly after my call was made. Instead of calling back and showing respect for my family's time, they let us make the trip and even, apologetically joked with the new buyers about the deal. MAKE APPOINTMENTS TO BUY YOUR CARS ELSEWHERE. These people are all about the dollar and will have no qualms about doing the same to you.

I brought a truck in for repair. Was charged over $600 for the ecm and there were no diagnostics ran on the truck. The only thing done was install the computer. The dash was already taken apart for them and was not put back together afterwards. Also, the batteries were dead when went to pick it up. It took a week to unplug the old computer and plug in the new (they already had the "new" ecm so I didn't have to wait for shipping) and it took a week to do 3 hrs. of labor.

Pete was wonderful to work with to trade in our truck and purchase an SUV. Pete is very personable and knowledgeable regarding the vehicles he sells and the added features they have. My husband and I were extremely pleased with our experience at Estle Chevrolet. We were glad we made the 50 mile drive to purchase our SUV with them and will happily buy from them again in the future.

Purchasing a car has never been such a pleasure. Pete responded to my e-mail and phone call almost immediately upon my inquiring about the car we were interested in. We drove over on Friday the 15th, drove the car, went over questions about it with the mechanic. Discussed price, purchased the car, Pete and Mike both easy to talk with, by the time we left the dealership, felt we had made 2 new friends. We went to Estle with a particular vehicle in mind, and once we got there, realized that it just wasn't for us. Pete was very helpful in getting us connected to the vehicle more suited to our needs. He didn't watch the clock and make us feel hurried or pressured to buy, which we eventually did. Upon leaving the parking lot to go home, I realized that my "new" vehicle was out of gas...Pete promptly drove me to the gas station and put gas in it to get me on my way.

It was time to upgrade my car situation, and I was very interested in a Ford Fusion. Funny that I would find my Ford at a Chevy dealer! Estle had a 2012 Fusion with VERY LOW miles. 24 hours later, thanks to Jaret McDermott and Garry Mosier, I had traded in my old Impala and was driving home in my new Fusion. This is the first car I've bought from a dealer in 9 years, but Jaret and the team at Estle made it a very easy experience!

I recently purchased a used truck with very low miles from this dealership. It was obvious from the start that the new owner(Estle) had made some key changes to how they would now operate. Customer Service was the absolute best. Jaret McDermott was my salesman and he done an excellent job. I will recommend him to anyone that wants to do business there. He answered all questions that I had. CarFax reports were shown for multiple vehicles that I was intially interested in. We negotiated a fair price for the truck and also for the vehicle that I traded in towards it. The entire experience was a pleasure. I will definitely consider making future vehicle purchases there.

I recently bought an Impala from Estle Chevrolet, found out later that they ripped me off in overall price. The finance manager was very pushy and wouldnt listen no matter how many times I said 'no'. Would never refer anyone to this dealership.

I found a vehicle to test drive on line with Estle. I spoke with Pete Schultz a couple of times. It was nice to be able to call him toll free directly. He suggested that I call him before I drove all the way over (about 50 miles) to make sure the car was still available. He explained all about the car, let my friend and I take it for a drive, and answered as many questions as we had. It was a nice lot, tons of cars to look at, great and entertaining staff. I was shown a Carfax report. I was explained the On Star choices. They had also done their own work on the vehicle when they received it. I ended up signing paperwork that day for the vehicle. My only trouble was with trying to get back over there to get it, which would have taken 2 weeks. Pete was nice enough to arrange for the car to be delivered to me upon loan confirmation. My friend is pretty particular on who she buys vehicles from but after our experience there, she said that she would buy from Estle and Pete too. I would recommend them to anyone and a coworker is going to go over and look as well.

Initial contact was on line with Peter Schultz and he was responsive and informative without being pushy. We arrived late in the day and he was more than willing to stay as long as we needed. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a car.
