I'd been wanting this car since it came out in 2011. When I saw the price, and the excellent condition this car was in, I had to call. I spoke with owner Eric Keller the day before Thanksgiving after seeing this car on the website. I was impressed with his knowledge and how passionately he spoke about BMW M cars. He was a car guy......a BMW car guy, not just a salesman. He was informative, but not pushy. He sent me a wealth of information about their selection process and the car. I thought it over, and decided on Thanksgiving day to make the purchase. I sent an email, and to my surprise he responded. "The car is all yours." I was ecstatic.The entire process was so pleasant. They did all necessary maintenance and sent me a list of everything done. I couldn't pick the car up for a month and a half. They were so accommodative and kept the car in storage. I decided to have the DINAN upgrade performed on the vehicle and the work was done professionally and in house. When I finally was able to pick up the vehicle, I flew to Ohio. They sent a driver to pick me up from my hotel, and gave me a tour of their shop and dealership. The place is immaculate and everyone was so friendly. If you're into BMW M cars, definitely visit their dealership. I've never seen a collection of rare BMW M cars in one place. My 1M was prepped and ready to go. All the accessories and maintenance history was handed over. Eric took his time to relay any pertinent information given to him by the previous owner. I could tell this car was selected by Enthusiast Auto because of the pristine condition the previous owner had kept it in. It's almost a year since I've had my 1M and I love it. I've had no issues or surprises. Every time I've called with a question, I've been treated with such respect. I had a fantastic buying experience with these guys. There seems to be polarized views on the way they do business, but to me they are a rare and valuable group determined to be the M specialists and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Yes it will be more expensive than some private listings. You get a ridiculously clean needs-nothing car with some of the best and brightest techs getting the car into show condition. Beyond the car itself, the customer service was great. Would absolutely recommend.

They performed a significant amount of servicing make the vehicle truly a sign and drive transaction. After a long search over many months I found what I wanted at EAG. It was a unique experience in that they reside in Ohio and I reside in NH. I contemplated flying out to meet the dealer and preview the car I was interested in but the timing just wasn't right, with the holidays right on our doorstep. Evan appreciated my dilemma and took every step possible to make me feel comfortable, including sending me 90+ photos of the vehicle, inside and out. The story concludes with my purchase of the vehicle, sight unseen ! They made additional arrangements for the delivery to NH in an enclosed trailer and I took delivery on Christmas night ! The entire experience has been most enjoyable ! Once the sale was agreed upon Evan turned me over to Blaire for processing of paperwork. Once that was completed they turned me over to Todd who made arrangements for delivery ... The entire process was flawless and each individual was more than patient with my many questions and concerns. Although the car will remain in storage for the winter, my wife and I plan on driving to their location in the spring or summer of next year just to meet them and to say thank you in person. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again, in fact I may do just that. I only wish they were close by so I could have them provide the service as well. You just get the feeling they would make every experience the best ! It's the way business should be and it makes you feel good to find there is somebody out there who knows how to do it right !

Eric,Todd,and Blaire,I want to thank you and the rest of EAG for your honesty and professionalism throughout my recent buying experience. i swore off sight-unseen car purchases after a bad experience years ago. After months of research and deliberation though, i took a leap of faith and had a 2013 M3 shipped to my home from EAG. I relied on a multitude of photos and Eric's description of the car. His account was on the mark. My wife took delivery of the car while I was at work. She was very impressed with the care that was taken by the transport company(Exquisite auto transport) who put ramps down over the curb to avoid scratching the front spoiler and covered the car while it was in the enclosed trailer. In summary, the entire process was painless and well executed and the car is spectacular. I would not hesitate to do business with EAG in the future,especially for the purchase of an M car. I believe their knowledge of M cars is second to none in the resale business.I have already referred two friends to EAG because of my positive experience.

This is my second purchase from Eric and his team. Once again, they were absolutely terrific. Even though my new car wasn't a BMW, Eric still knew the vehicle inside and out, and the out-of-state buying process was easy and quick. He organized a pre-purchase inspection by a third party dealership and promptly took care of any and all issues that were found. He truly stands by his products and his sales process! I had been searching for a clean BMW M for some while. Finally found a E-34 BMW M5 at EAG. First time I've bought a car without inspecting it first. EAG's outstanding reputation and feedback persuaded me to give it a try. Car arrived yesterday as promised. The car was everything I hoped for + more. It's in immaculate condition. They had taken great care in ensuring that car was delivered in a safe manner, with a tank full of of gas ready to enjoy. I've been walking around with a big grin on my face ever since she was delivered. I took her out for a test spin last night, and she performed flawlessly. Eric and the folks over at EAG are great to deal with and they deliver their bavarian products with german precision. This is what dealing sports cars is all about. This a 1st class operation altogether. Evan and Eric were constant professionals from the minute I called to the minute I drove my 2004 M3 off their lot. The car was ready for delivery when they said it was and was EXACT to the description conveyed to me over the phone upon seeing it in person. I respect their no haggle approach and I left feeling that my purchase was of high quality and value. Both gentleman were very knowledgeable and you could tell they were passionate about BMW. This is a well rounded operation. I love their 1st right of refusal policy that really shows they care about the entire time frame of ownership of a car you purchase from them. If you are buying ANY BMW at all and you do not give these guys a chance to earn your business then you are doing yourself a huge dis-service. Thanks fellas!

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! They have come in multiple times now and scooped up M3s that I had cash in hand to purchase. I will find the car a few weeks later on their website for $10k above what they purchased it for. They have completely ruined the market for BMW M cars by artificially inflating prices of the vehicles for their own personal profit. They have downright sucked the fun out of being a car enthusiast. Please do not support this business and let the business die so that the market for these vehicles can readjust to their actual worth.

My experience with Enthusiast Auto was spectacular. Out of the many cars I have purchased, none were as smooth my transaction that was handled by Blaire and Eric. Blaire was extremely quick on updating me with documents and clearly outlined all of the steps necessary for me to buy the car while being several hundred miles away, resulting in no-frills handling of paperwork. Eric has incredible knowledge on all of the various M car models, answering questions with confident, succinct ease. Though it was readily evident that he keeps busy, Eric offered us a quick tour of the business and displayed to me several cars on the lot, all the while without a dismissive or urgent demeanor. Absolutely a great guy to work with! I purchased a 2002 M5 with ~85,000 miles, but it's nearly impossible to guess its age. The car was in outstanding condition and exactly as the pictures showed or better. Some assistants even came out to wax the car one final time right before it was handed to me! Most importantly, the car drives and handles phenomenally well. I had a nine hour drive home after I picked up the car, and honestly, I would not have minded another nine. Thank you Enthusiast Auto!


2006 BMW M3 purchase

I am completely satisfied with the purchase of my 2006 BMW M3. The customer experience at ENTHUSIAST AUTO GROUP was top notch. www.EAGBMW.com There are not many places you can buy a BMW M3 sight unseen, with no test drive and feel you got a great deal and great car. There are cheaper places to buy a used M car. But there is not a BETTER place. Evan spent considerable time on the phone discussing the vehicle and how EAG goes about preparing cars for sale. He replied quickly to all of my email questions. He sent additional photos of the car I requested. EAG does not do financing, but they referred me to a credit union. I applied and within 2 days had loan approval. They arranged to ship the car from Ohio to Michigan. (This took longer than usual.) EAG is VERY picky who ships their cars, and it took a few days to locate a transporter that would transport the car they way they wanted it shipped. It is said that when you buy a BMW you are buying more than a car, you are buying a previous owner. With the full PPI and the maintenance work performed on the car, I got a M3 completely checked out and ready to drive. The car was sorted out and any concerns from the previous owner were repaired. (plus the car came with full tank of gas who does that?) You can buy an M car for less. If you pay less, you get less. I had a great buying experience, from a great salesman, from a great dealer. EAG is not the only place to buy a used M car. For me, it was the only place I would buy a used M car.

Some people slam Enthusiast Auto for high prices, but they seem to forget this is a free market economy. If you want a backyard fixer, or don't really care what shape your car is in, or you're willing to wait possibly years searching for the perfect car, then EAG is not for you, just move along. I wanted an immaculate M5, exceptionally well maintained, ridiculously low miles, optioned to the hilt, and I was tired of spending days/months rummaging through garbage at the usual online car trading sites. Yes, I paid more than average for my car, but I'd do it again in a heartbeat. I got an exceptional car from an exceptional company and I'll pay extra for that experience all day long.

I purchased a low mileage M5 from EAG and am thoroughly satisfied with both the car and the buying experience. I recommend EAG as a great place to buy a BMW M car. The best reason: they have the best cars. Where else can you go see, test drive and critically discuss multiple cars, all in outstanding condition? Eric and Evan and the rest of the staff were great to work with. Their pricing does give one pause, but only until you recognize what they have done. They select cars for sale very carefully and they refurbish them as needed to like-new condition. They specialize only in the best examples. And they know what to address because they know these cars so well. I do not mind paying a premium for expertise, quality and diligence. I examined 3 of their M5s before I selected a car to buy and all of them were outstanding.

I have always hated the car buying process. I had not bought a car sight unseen or over the internet ever before, and I will not unless it is from Enthusiast Auto Group again. Eric, Blaire, and Todd were beyond helpful and made the procedure so comfortable that I would buy from them again in a heartbeat. In fact, I probably would not have purchased a car if I had not found EAG. From my initial inquiry to the shipping company delivering my 2007 M Coupe to my front door, everything was smooth and easy. I could not be happier with the car either. Everyone who has seen it asks if it is new. For all practical purposes, it is new. It was in pristine condition and I could not be happier. Eric answered every question I had even after delivery and continues to do so today. His connections are everywhere and recommended a great place in my area to maintain the vehicle in its incredible condition. I cant recommend EAG enough. I just wanted to say what pleasure it was dealing with Eric and Enthusiast Auto in purchasing my 2002 BMW Z3 M Roadster. When I first started looking for a Z3 M Roadster I figured I would need to travel halfway across the country to pick it up. It never occurred to me that I would buy a car sight unseen. When I saw the ad for the car I was looking for on Enthusiast Auto's web site I did some searches on Enthusiast Auto. I found many people who had dealt with Enthusiast Auto and every single one of them had nothing but good things to say. Many of them mentioned they had purchased their car sight unseen. After talking with Eric about the car I felt very comfortable with purchasing the car sight unseen. When the car showed up it was exactly as Eric had described it and how it looked in the pictures, which is immaculate. I have never dealt with a car dealer that is so upstanding and honest. What really impressed me was after I had purchased the car Eric replaced the plastic window on the convertible top because a small section of the trim on the window was coming loose. He also replaced the battery because the one that was in it looked old and he didnt want the battery to die on me next summer. The car also showed up with a full tank of gas. I have never bought a car new or used where I got it with a full tank of gas. The only issue was the car showed up without the windscreen that was shown in the pictures and the owners manual (left in detail department). I emailed Eric about this around 7:00 PM expecting to hear from him the next day. I got an email from Eric within 2 minutes saying that the windscreen and manual would be shipped tomorrow and I received them within a few days. All I can say is Enthusiast Auto does everything right.

I hesitate to continue with superlatives, but this vehicle is far beyond anything I anticipated. It certainly exceeds my expectations in every way. Driving the Z3 is a bit different than motoring around in my 34 year old TR6! I'm sure you can appreciate my initial reaction to the ease of shifting gears and power of this engine today. I started my quest to get back into a E46 M3 about six weeks ago. As my first E46 M3 experience didn't go as well as I would have hoped, I was admittedly cautious about the M3. As I began the process of looking for the right car, checking and double-checking service history's and vehicle history reports, little did I know that one call to Evan at Enthusiast Auto would be all the help I would need. Almost immediately, Evan gained my trust and illustrated why Enthusiast Auto has the reputation that they do. By walking through each car that I was interested in, the details of the car's history's, and narrowing down the choices, Evan worked patiently while I made plans to visit EAG in-person. Once at the dealership, Evan know exactly what cars I was considering and came prepared to answer any remaining questions. Once the deal was done, the entire staff at EAG made the Saturday afternoon feel like a small vacation, albeit one I was ending in a E46 M3. Evan, Eric, and the rest of the EAG team have earned a customer for life.

Seems to me that those who have NOT purchased cars from these guys are upset because Enthusiast Auto charges a premium for rare, low-mileage, desirable cars. Guess what whiners??....this is America. If you are unhappy because someone is trying to sell a car for more than you are willing to pay, go elsewhere. In the meantime, I am happy that there are people like these guys who take the time to compile cars I am interested in at one location where other people like me can find THE car they were hunting for, and are willing to pay for it.

Eric and Evan know M-Cars. I looked at maybe 50 2003 M5's looking for low mileage and good condition cars. There are cheaper cars out there, but these guys fic all of the expensive things that are wrong with it before you take delivery. Private sellers and dealerships don't put high-end sport tires on, don't recondition the wheels, don't recondition the dash pixels, and don't resolve bushings and other hidden issues. I took a nice looking M5 being sold by the dealer to thier own repair facility, and to resolve these "cosmetic" concerns would add $7k to total start-up enjoyment. I bought my M5 and for the first year any minor light or issue was thoroughly explained and repaired free by these guys. If you know your stuff, have the best product, and treat people like adults, the total price and value is a no-brainer. Eric and Evan are straight shooters. Also, when it came time to trade/sell my M5, they offered 15% more for my car than any dealer would, knowing the investment and care was already made to have the car in perfect condition. I thank you guys and look forward to my next Grey M5 in near original 2003 condition.

All I can say is I trust these guys after breaking me in on my first M3 purchase. I will buy another, and will purchase from them thanks to their excellent customer service, taking the time to explain and teach me about the M3 while allowing for a hassle free buying experience. Yes, the saying of you get what you pay for is true, but charging $15,000 to $20,000 over true retail is excessive. Nice cars, but way OVER-PRICED! Too bad. They could have a really nice setup if it wasn't for GREED. Happy M5 hunting.

Evan (and his brother) specialize in BMWs, more specifically in ///M's. They are true enthusiasts who know what to look for and what to stay away from. They only offer top quality cars at very competitive prices. They never pressue you and are willing to spend an hour or more on the phone with you while they walk around the car and describe it in meticulous detail. They'll even come pick you up at the airport or arrange to have your vehicle shipped. I almost made a big mistake and bought a car that would cause me many problems...until I talked to Evan and he told me what to stay away from. All of the reviews on their website reflect the same type of story I'm telling. They really are the best when it comes to used, performance BMWs. I will always look at Enthusiast Auto Group first when looking for my next BMW.
