Great experience at Elmwood!

My wife and I were looking to upgrade to a family vehicle, so after a lot of research, we went to check out a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Elmwood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. They had the Jeep ready to go out front for a test drive when we arrived. They were very pleasant to work with and we were able to settle on a price and drive it off the lot that day!

Don't go anywhere else.

I have just purchased my second Jeep from Elmwood and will definitely go back to them for my third. Justin, Vinny and the rest of the staff at Elmwood Jeep are great to work with, responsive, courteous and don't play games like other dealerships. One of the best car buying experiences

My daughter and I went to Elmwood Dodge coming from two other dealerships. We were met at the door by Justin. We went into his office explained what my daughter was looking for and the price that was in her budget for a payment. He went over to Mark and within a matter of 10 mintues was able to come up with a price and a car that she had been wanting. This was all done with no pressure fromneither of these gentleman. We were then lead into financing with Vinny and I can't say enough good things about this gentleman! He is one of a kind! I then went home and told my husband about the great experience we had had and was able to go back and work out deal for a new Wrangler for me! The are just the nicest bunch of people to deal with!

Elmwood was the third dealership we visited that day and the first one we didn't have to hunt for a sales person. We were greeted by Marcio Monteiro a pleasant and knowledgeable salesman. I had a list of features that I considered a must-have and the Dodge Grand Caravan met all those needs. I was pleasantly surprised at the newer features in the 2016 models. Vincent Asermely set up our financing with a local bank convenient to our home which was great. Benimino Sciarcon helped fill in the time with tales of Italy where we had lived while paperwork was being processed. This was a most enjoyable car buying experience.

I had a great experience with Elmwood Dodge. I found a truck I was interested in on their website and inquired about it via email. James Bray got right back to me with more details. I went to the dealership to look at the truck and ended up trading in my vehicle and driving away with it the same day. Sherman Jones was my sales person and he was fantastic- not pushy or pressuring and very easy to talk to. Vinny Asermely helped us with the financing and he was amazing as well- extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I'm thrilled with my new vehicle and my overall experience. Best Experience ever!!!

My process started with Dennis Freeman, who I explained what I was looking for. He spent countless hours getting me the best deal available. From that point I received a phone call from Richard Miranda who explained all the details of the Ram 1500 I was looking to lease. After explaining the details, he told me to think about it and get back to him when I knew what I was going to do. I was never pressured or harassed with emails and phone calls. They left me alone to decide, and were always there to answer any questions or concerns I had. The final step of the process, where I met Mr. Tavarez, and I don't every think I experienced such a quick and easy closing of the deal. Very polite and professional. Most times when is comes to the financial part, they aren't always easy to get along with. Again this whole experience was incredibly easy and enjoyable!!

Perfect from start to finish

Marcio had me in and out of there in about 2 hours. He was great. He wasn't playing around, and got me in exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted. I would highly recommend everyone to use him when they visit Elmwood in the future. I hope he's still there in 3 years when my lease is up, because he makes the process of purchasing a new vehicle very simple and inviting. Noel in the finance department streamlined that process and made it all come together in the end. I can't say enough about Elmwood and their employees. This is my second Dodge Ram purchased through them, and with highly regarded and intelligent employees as the ones I dealt with, I'll keep coming back in the future. On a side note, even the employees I wasn't dealing with at the time I was there, were warm and welcoming there. Everyone was fantastic!

Awful Experience

Quite possibly the worst car buying experience I have ever had. They made me wait for almost an hour before being seen. The salesman kept playing the "let me talk to my manager" game and then got upset when I called him on it.The finance department played games when I tried to buy a car. Saying they didn't know if the could put the deal together that day. Finally, they did. A week later I found that i could refinance at a lower rate. They said I didn't need to refinance, they would stop their loan and I could get mine. A day later they said all I had to do was come back and sign a new PSA. A check was being deliver to them the next day. Once there they told me that I couldnt drive my car off of the lot, saying it wasn't paid for. Even though between trade in and money down I had already given them $8500. So I was FORCED to stick with them for finance, or find a ride home. Do not go to these people.

Very Helpful Salesman, Positive Experience

Earlier this month I went into Elmood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram looking for a Jeep Cherokee. I had done research, and after a few years of obsessing over the vehicle from afar, I was finally ready to make the purchase. When I walked in, I was greeted by James who had helped me via phone conversation the night before, and he had me get to work with Nathan. Once I started talking with Nathan, I realized there were so many options that I had not considered. My last car was a 2007, and let's just say technology has CHANGED. I had no idea what was right for me. Nathan helped me work through my priorities, explained the options, and found me the perfect match - even though it was a bit of a distance away. I have been very appreciative with the way Nathan has continued to help me out along the way. Car buying is not an easy task!

Unprofessional

I went in for a tire rotation and oil change. While in the waiting room they come and ask me where the wheel lock key is. I told them your dealership used it last. They never put it back in the truck. They said the master kit did not have the right one they ended up finding the right one supposedly and rotated the tires. They left the master kit piece in my truck so I would have one to unlock the lugs. Wouldn't that have been nice if I had gotten a flat, I would not have been able to remove the lugs without destroying them. When billing me, they wrote up a seperate charge and when I asked what it was they said it was the labor charge for the oil change, that the oil change should have been on line B instead of where it was. They wrote me up for a free wash which I never got and they never reset the oil change reminder either. Now I wonder if they did the oil change properly. I will not be going back, when I go to a dealership I expect a professional environment and this was not.The regular person was at lunch, must have been a late lunch and the person who wrote me up did nothing wrong and I have no problem with her. Not sure if it is her name on the invoice or the regular person. Don't want the wrong person to take any blame.

Great Experience

We had gone to an other dealership a couple days ago. We found a car we loved but they weren't willing to offer us any deals. When we went to Elmwood Dodge they were more than willing to listen to what we wanted and were able to fulfil our wishes. They were so nice and friendly and were a pleasure to work with. Within a couple hrs from start to finish we were able to leave with our new car. The finance manager was able to give us what we were looking for price wise. Definitely recommend them.

I purchased a used Grand Cherokee coming off a lease from Elmwood. The entire staff were courteous, professional, and accommodating. I made my third lease purchase today with Elmwood Dodge, not counting 4 other vehicle purchases. I have dealt with salesman Richard Ruggeiro for my last 3 purchases. He has always made me feel like family with a non-stressful experience while respecting my budget and needs in the car buying process. The owner of Elmwood Dodge, Jay L'Archevesque, is very approachable and accessible to handle any issue that may come up and will deal with it personally. The finance people, Vinny and Noel, explain the payment information very well. Had a wonderful experience purchasing a nice used car. Good no hassle purchase, and great communication with Marcio after the purchase. The car needed a repair. The service department was super to work with and got the repair done. It is a great car and was a good experience.

Great experience with one suggestion

All staff members were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They worked to get me a good deal on my new vehicle and I was able to drive away with it the same day. My only suggestion would be to make sure that all information and requirements are communicated ahead of time. For example, if I had known I needed to be an insurance policy holder rather than a driver under someone else's policy, I could have been completing that task while I was waiting to speak with Finance. Luckily, I had set aside the entire day to find and buy my new vehicle so it wasn't too much of a hassle for me. Again, it was a very small setback to an otherwise easy and thorough process but it's definitely something to be aware of going forward. Being clear and concise is key!

I had a great experience at Elmwood! I wanted a new car but I dreaded having to go to the dealership all the haggling and anxiety over the whole event. I did not experience any of that here! My first new Jeep

In 2003 i drove from the Cape to RI to purchase my new Doge ram at Elmwood dodge because i didnt like what i was hearing from my local dealers.. its 13 years later and history repeats itself. We were looking for a new Jeep Wrangler and i didnt like what i was hearing locally. My wife and i went to Elmwood Dodge and met Marcio. Right from the stat i could tell Marcio was up front and willing to work with my wife and i to get us into a new Jeep within our price range. We received more for our trade in and also received a better Jeep than we would have on the Cape. I Highly recommend Elmwood and Marcio and also Noel Tavarez in finance. I am a 31 year old female. So for starters I do not know a great deal about vehicles. When I first started driving, my grandfather would help me find a reliable sensible car. When my grandfather could no longer help me, I had to do it on my own. Over the years, I have been extremely disappointed with the cars I had been sold. Until now. I was introduced to Dennis, Richard and Vinny. They helped me get into a great, 2011 Chrysler 200 with low mileage... very impressed! One year after financing this vehicle, I got into my first accident. It was a bad accident, we were so lucky we were all ok. Elmwood to the RESCUE!

I recently purchased a 2016 Durango from a dealership in MA, and after 3 months of trying to get them to handle a warranty issue I reached out to Elmwood. Paul Jr. at Elmwood came to the rescue. Within 2 days of speaking with Paul Jr. I brought my Durango in for him to inspect the paint issue on the roof, and he sent me directly to the auto body to have it looked at, 2 weeks later i have my Durango back. I will be servicing it with Elmwood as they seem to understand that the long term value of a customer is worth picking up where another dealership left off.

Right Jeep, Right Price

I walked into the dealership knowing what vehicle I wanted, but Marcio was still able to tell me a few things about it that I did not know. It came down to a numbers game and at first I did not feel comfortable buying. They did not pressure me at all and wanted me to feel good about what I was purchasing and a price I wanted. I ended up going back 2 days later at a price we agreed upon and bought my Jeep. Marcio even came in on his day off to finish the deal! Everyone I dealt with was kind and knew that at my age, being only 22, I did not want to spend tons of money.

Sales team is Awesome

Elmwood sales department is one of the best! They are knowledgeable, helpful, and makes buying a car less stressful. However service department is horrible, you have to bring your vehicles back 2 to 3 times for the same issue. We own 5 Elmwood vehicles, the joke in our family is two times one problem!!

Not a happy new car owner

We bought a new 2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude on a Thursday and picked it up on Monday giving dealership 4 days to get car ready. The car was not cleaned and the Express Care Premium Protection wasn't done. The car wasn't registered so had to pay $25 for temporary plates. I now have to return the car to the dealership for them to put plates on the car and apply protection which means no car for two hours. Very poor customer service..

New lease

I am now leasing a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Elmwood Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and I was very pleased with the services. I was a GMC customer prior to traveling to Elmwood, but I found the staff to be much more accommodating and personable.

First Class Operation

I was very pleased with the whole experience. This was my second Charger purchased from Elmwood, so I knew the service and product would be excellent. They want your business and will do everything to make your buying experience pleasant. No complaints at all.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the our whole experience at Elmwood. They were upfront from when we stepped on the lot on a Sunday at 4:00 PM, and they just closed, but we were still greeted with a smile and Nathan made sure to invite us back, gave us his card and apologized. Nathan worked hard for us, and they gave us a very fair value on our trade and helped us into a previously enjoyed 2014 Cherokee. We had a few issues with Finance at first, but with Noel's hard work and determination, he made it all work out and not a penny over what they told us our payment would be. Everyone worked as a team. They want you to drive away happy, and that is what we did ! I highly recommend Nathan. He is pleasant, professional, and a no BS and no pressure type of guy. A struggle turned positive by multiple people

I have always been interested in the Jeep Wrangler and knew one day I would own one. Knowing nothing about Elmwood, I called in and was connected to Nathan Amaral. Just the willingness to help me in his voice over the phone was enough for me to come and visit. Great service professional and friendly

Earlier this month I went to ELMWOOD Chrysler Dodge Jeep for the first time with one of my sons. Everyone was very professional and at the same time very personal and friendly. He got a great car at a great price. It was very easy to connect with Mike Cronin over the Internet, then meeting with Nathan Amaral of the sales team. I was pleased there was no high pressure sales or pushing him into making a quick decision. After he choose a car he went into the finance department and Noel got him a great rate. He told his brother about the great deal he got there and him and his wife purchased a car there as well. They got the same great professional and friendly service. My son and his wife have three girls and are on a tight budget, Nathan found them a car perfect for them that fit their budget, and Noel made the payments work for them. After that I purchased a car that I love., and got the same awesome service. Nathan and Noel went above and beyond to help me get just what I wanted. Horrible Service

They lied and then screwed me, the took the car for an inspection, gave it back with the old sticker still on it, then when I brought it back the held it for a week, damaged it, then charged me for the damage, I paid it just nto get it the xxxx away from them.

Easiest Car Transaction We've Ever Had!

From the moment we arrived at the dealership, we weren't pressured into buying. Our salesperson, Marcio Monteiro, was very personable and friendly. He was not aggressive and he listened to where we were in the buying process. When we starting talking numbers they were able to honor our first offer, which NEVER happens. We left feeling great about our decision and the price we paid. Working on the financing with Noel was also painless. He was up front during the whole process. Despite my reluctance of buying from an unfamiliar dealership, Elmwood exceeded my expectations and I was able to negotiate a lease payment on my dream car that was affordable for me. Everyone at Elmwood is super friendly, especially Nathan Amaral. I was never pressured into buying a vehicle I could not afford and Nathan was very patient with me, even though I came back to check out the vehicle I wanted at least four times before my purchase. Salesman was new but very knowledgable about product line. I've purchased at least 10 cars and Alan was better than most sales people I've worked with. If he didn't have an answer he got back to me rapidly. He steered me in right direction /model for my needs. Alan was responsive to my needs and took time from his personal schedule to get my car delivered. Shout out to Mark to. My first Chrysler motors experience very pleasant. You should buy a car from Richard Miranda

Richard Miranda helped us through the entire process of finding just the right used car for us, again. We are not confident car buyers, and asked hundreds of questions, changed our minds several times, and generally would try the patience of a saint. Saint Richard handled everything with good humor, a willingness to answer all of our concerns, and more. He is friendly, personable, eager to help, and just an all around nice gentleman. Perhaps that is why there was always a line of people to see him. Like us, people come back to a person who is so pleasant and reassuring to deal with. If you doubt that integrity and concern for the buyer still exists in car-buying, you should visit Richard. By the way, we didn't buy one of "his" cars; we bought a traded-in Toyota. Exceeded My Expectations

I had went to Elmwood as a first time buyer unaware of how anything was going to go. Originally I had set an appointment with Justin but I arrived a little late and in no time they had set me up with a man by the name of Nathan. As I was telling Nathan what I was looking for exactly he immediately suggested a car with me, grab it from the lot, and we took it for a test drive. He explained to me everything I asked and even more ! Overall the experience was a lot better than I thought and Nathan only heighten that experience. After I had finished working with Nathan he had then passed me off to a Vinny. Vinny had helped me with the finical part and ensured me he would find someone willing to work with me and in less than two days he had found someone who suits me best. He even went above and beyond to get warranty, and other types of insurance that I was not aware off. From the sales floor to the Financial Department I was treated with the utmost respect and worked with people who gave their 110% in helping me purchase a new vehicle.

I went to Elmwood with no expectation of purchase and only to look. I was presented with such favorable terms on the exact vehicle I was in search of that to not buy would have been regretful. I went into Elmwood Dodge to buy a new Dodge Ram one of the things I insisted on having was climate control. I picked out a truck they told me it had climate control in it. I did not climb in it and confirm that. After I picked it up the next day and drove around for a while I realized it did not have climate control I went back to the dealership to inform them of their mistake the salesman agreed that he told me it had climate control and he was mistaken the manager said and I quote tough luck you sign the papers. They are the most deceitful dealership I have ever dealt with I would stay very far away from them

This dealership is 5 stars all around. I have been looking to trade one of my cars with in the last month. I went here knowing exactly who to ask for and that was Richard Miranda, Sales Rep. I have dealt with Richard for 6 years and have now purchased 3 cars from him. Richard is a top notch sales rep. that is honest, friendly, and doesn't play any head games with anyone. He is upfront about a deal and what he can do to make it happen. He is probably one of the best car sales reps. that I have dealt with, that's why I always go to him. We made the deal happen, it took about 2 weeks, but today I purchased my new 2016 Dodge Challenger. As far as the rest of the dealership, you can't ask them to be more friendlier than they already are. Every employee here says hi to you, and are very professional. Great experience at Elmwood

After a poor experience at our local dealership my father and I drove 50 minutes to Elmwood In hopes to lease a jeep Cherokee. Immediately upon arrival we were greeted by Nathan who was extremely pleasant and welcoming. He listened to what we were interested in looking at, and all our requests before making any suggestions. Nathan went out of his way to make sure all our questions were answered and that we were satisfied with the car before going any further. We went in to see about trading our leased jeep early, that we purchased through another dealer. Marcio could not have listen to our concerns and wishes any better. He was honest about what he could do and extended a lot of time and effort to be sure we were satisfied. Also the entire staff was courteous and helpful each time we were there. From the time we got there ( which was before opening on a Sunday) we were approached by Wayne. We stated that we had an internet quote and he took over. We found the truck on the lot down the road and he brought it up. We test drove and loved the truck. A good experience with a great salesperson

I've had a lot of experience buying cars, and my experience at Elmwood was one of the best that I've had. My salesperson Justin took a frantic call on a Sunday morning to help me through an issue that I had with car seats. He had me come down to the dealership and make sure the seats fit ok in the car and that I could get my son in the back without issues. This was great.

From the moment we got out of our car we were greeted by friendly faces! We knew the size of the vehicle we wanted and some of the features,we just weren't sure of which car we wanted. Our salesman Al Torres was extremely helpful!!!! He wasn't at all impatient with all our questions or the fact that we wanted to look at multiple automobiles. We were impressed by how their staff treated each other like family. We were also impressed with our salesman Mr James Bray. Could not ask for a better experience!

Easy seamless purchase. Great service.

I went in looking for a fairly specific vehicle within a certain budget. In the end I got a much better model and option than I thought was possible. My salesman, Marcio, was knowledgeable, honest, and most importantly not pushy. He really just found the right deal for me. Not sold me what he could easily make a buck. I was able to pick up the vehicle in two days after. They handled the registration and insurance with no issues. I even found their service department friendly and helpful just helping with minor flaws I wanted addressed. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend.

Walked out with a better deal than expected

I came in with my wife to look at 3 different used Dodge Rams. I worked with Eniezer and we had a price set in mind and were unable to get to that goal. While walking out we were stopped by James Bray, who along with Eniezer, worked us into a lease for a 2016 Ram with a lower payment per month than what we had set in mind. Both gentlemen were fantastic to work with, they go out of their way to make you feel like you are important. How often do you leave a dealer with a newer vehicle for a lower price? I would HIGHLY recommend you go and see these 2 if you are in the market for a vehicle. Will be going back when I need a new vehicle.

Pressure Free Zone

Buying a new car is often described in many 4 letters words by people, these people have never had the pleasure of the Elmwood DCJ experience. Upon arrival we greeted multiple times by the staff on the sales floor. We knew going in we wanted a caravan just not sure about then option packages. My wife and Richard Miranda took a van for a test drive, upon returning we were able to privately discuss option packages. Richard was able to clearly explain what was included while showing us the cost breakdown. At no time did we feel pressured to but the most expensive model. We soon settled on a model that worked for our budget. Financing was handled by Vincent, he was able to get us a very very good rate, along with all rebates that were being offered. Vincent took the time to introduce to the service department. The whole experience was remarkable for its simplicity. Throw in a few days for paperwork and a little over a week from the test drive we took delivery of a granite 2016 grand caravan. I would send all three of my friends to ELMWOOD DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP !

I went back to Elmwood Dodge after owning my van for ten years and spoke with Mr. Miranda who was our salesman way back then and we are now driving a new Jeep Patriot. Best car buying experience ever!

I had been researching the Jeep Wrangler for a couple of weeks. I had called various dealerships for information and physically visited a few. I wasn't 'wowed' by any of them-they didn't ask me questions or give the impression that they wanted to help me. I then called Elmwood Chrysler Dodge and Marcio answered the phone. He was chipper, polite as can be, and excited to be talking to me. I asked him a few questions and he shared a lot of new information. He told me things about the Jeep no one bothered to tell me. We had a really good conversation. I have to say, he made a very good first impression over the phone. Later that week, I came in to test drive the Wrangler and he was even more impressive in person. He sincerely wanted to help me and he did. I purchased the car later that night. He then introduced us to Noel the Finance Manager. He too had a great personality and went out of his way to obtain an even better financing rate than the one that originally was offered. I went to elmwood dodge looking for a safe, family friendly suv. Right from the start I was greeted with a smile and received great service from Nathan Amaral . He was very patient and knew what he was talking about. He found exactly what I wanted and cared more about me finding the right car than pushing a sale. Great experience

This was my first time leasing a car. Justin Rouco, Noel, and Mark Watters were very helpful through the whole process. Justin was able to get me the EXACT car I wanted for the price I wanted to lease it at. I am currently a student interning at a hospital where there is minimal cell phone service, so I am unable to answer calls all day. He took the time to text me to keep updated during the whole process between getting my insurance updated to answering any questions I had. My dad had to co sign for my car and Justin had someone drive up to Massachusetts to get a signature from him! Overall, this was a great experience!! I recommend Justin to anyone seeking to by a car.

On Monday I bought a 2014 Jeep Cherokee from Elmwood Dodge and I couldn't be happier with my experience, and the car! I came to Elmwood Dodge because I heard that Jared Murphy had just started working there and I knew that he would take excellent care of me in my search for the right vehicle. It turned out that I was 100% correct! Mr. Murphy was extraordinarily patient and helped me search for a car that would meet all of my specifications. (This included style, size, reliability, and price.) He was able to address every one of my car buying concerns and made the process extremely smooth. Regarding the financing portion, that too was positive. Jared connected me with Vinny (I'm sorry that I don't remember his last name) and he worked out a financing arrangement for me that seems quite reasonable. The entire Elmwood Dodge team was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend this car dealership and have been telling all my friends that this is the place to go when you want to buy a car! (My family will be back when my kids are to buy their first car!)

Fantastic service

I bought a new Caravan from Elmwood about a year ago and have been getting it serviced there. All of my experiences with any service staff member there have been fantastic. Everyone is very friendly and attentive. I own a retail business and know how hard it is to keep staff members motivated to give great customer service. Elmwood Dodge has accomplished this. They make buying a vehicle and getting service a pleasant experience.

We had a great experience buying our latest Jeep Grand Cherokee. We went into the dealership on a very busy Saturday. We were immediately greated and when we asked for our sales man, Richard Miranda. He helped us, after a few minutes to wrap up with the customer he was dealing with. Richard is a personable and friendly guy, I can see why he is so successful. Richard asked what we were looking for, we had two models in mind and he immediately grabbed the keys to the first model we were interested in and let us take it for a spin. We came back and he had the other care we wanted all ready for us. once we came back we talked numbers. We got a better deal that we anticipated and were very impressed with the efficiency in which this dealership handled our sales. Even Vinny the finance guy was fast and thorough. This is our 5th, Jeep, and based on our sales experience, I would recommend this dealership, and especially Richard Miranda, to anyone that is in the market for a new Jeep vehicle.

I gave them 5 stars because they were incredibly helpfull from the second we pulled into the parking lot till the moment we left. Dear all,I had a great experience. My salesman Wayne at Elmwood was so patient with me. I was looking for a new vehicle, specifically a Jeep Renegade. We talked and he gave me information on a new Jeep. He did not pressure me at all, but kept in touch with me for a few weeks. I kept looking on line at their website then I found the one Renegade that fit my expectations. I called Wayne and made an appointment to test drive it. I had such a good experience. I had no idea I would get a new vehicle that day and have a lower car payment, they gave me a very fair amount for my Jeep Liberty trade in.

Family Friendly

Husband and I could no longer drive our minivan, we just couldn't stretch it any longer. My boss sent us to see Vinny and Richard and they were fantastic! They got to know us, listened to our needs and what we could afford. Gave us ballpark figures and told us NOT to make a decision right away and to look around. We did. Although we did like a different vehicle at another dealership slightly better - that other dealership could not compare at all to the people at Elmwood. After much research and test driving we decided that Vinny and Richard and associates were the people we wanted to deal with for the duration of our lease. We drove home in a stylish sleek awesome jeep and you know I am so happy I did! I love the car and love the new members of my "extended family"!Although I did not work with Dennis personally, he did work the numbers the best he could for us and that goes a long way.

New Car Purchase

I recently purchased a Jeep Renegade/Superman vs Batman edition! This was my first car purchase and Richard walked my through the process which can seem overwhelming. Working with Richard is like going out and buying a car with a family member. I come from a Jeep family Richard was my moms salesman a few years ago when she purchased a Jeep Patriot and she has been happy with her experience both in the purchase and service department.

My father in law recommended me to Richard Miranda at Elmwood as he worked with him in the past. He went over everything with me, and made me feel comfortable with everything. He also went out of his way to locate the vehicle at another dealership to get it exactly the way I wanted it. Awesome experience

I was put into the vehicle of my choice the same day. My credit is not good and they did everything to help me get into a car. They were friendly and kind. No one judged me because of my credit score. I sent my daughter the following month after her car was totalled and they put her into the car of her choice as well. I have another daughter that will be doing business with them as soon as she is able to do a trade on her car. What an awesome experience.

Our salesperson, Marcio, was excellent. He was very attentive to my needs and really worked hard to get me what I was looking for in both my new car and the price I was willing to pay. He was very courteous and respectful and really new his merchandise. Before I left the lot, he made sure to review most of the options and features in my new Town & Country and provided his cellphone number in case I had any questions.
