I purchased a used vehicle from Elmhurst Toyota 5-6 months ago. I accepted a new job and needed a vehicle within 2 weeks. I purchased a 2002 VW Passat from them. They had a big list of things they did on it: new tires, new brakes, rotors, serpentine belt, head gasket. The sales person John G was good overall but every time we negotiated a price he had to consult with his manager first which ate up some time. I would have given them 4 starts in April because I felt I purchased the vehicle at a fair price. My commute is small only putting on 1,600 miles since last April. A rattle stared a few months back and has gotten worse. I also noticed steam coming from the right side of the engine on cold days. After getting married and buying a house I finally found time to have the vehicle looked at. I went to PerformanceWerks who specializes in imports (German/European cars). They said when the brakes were installed no brake hardware was installed with them causing the rattle; brakes 101. The steam was from several gaskets and seals that were leaking severely. I mentioned that the head gasket was replaced in April. PerformanceWerks said they should have replaced all gaskets and not reuse them; an $850 cost on my end now. Although Elmhurst had a big long list of things they did to the car they took shortcuts at every corner leaving me with the bill. I had high hopes for Elmhurst Toyota based on reviews but what they did with this vehicle and me is no better than a sleazy used car salesman.

Recently went to dealer to purchase vehicle based on a good online quote, which ALL dealers are doing these days. It was not honored, in fact the offer was off by almost $1000. Was given many poor lies which were obvious to be lies, still gave dealer a chance since my time is valuable, and decided to try to begin a negotiation for a vehicle. No counteroffer was worked with, not even $1 off. On top of all this time that was wasted at this dealer the color selection was very poor and yet they still were not willing to work with us. Went 2 days later to nearby Toyota where my online quote WAS honored and manager WAS negotiable and I purchased vehicle without issue.

I have been using Elmhurst Toyota service since I purchased my vehicle there, and their service has always been excellent. Even after the two-year free maintenance expired I continued going there. They don't talk down to you and they always try to explain what's going on, which isn't always easy given the complexity of vehicles today. The service center itself is well organized. Their shuttle service is very convenient. It allows you to leave the car with them if you don't need it for the day, and they can work on it without trying to rush because you're sitting in the waiting room. Yes, in general, it sometimes costs more to get work done at a dealer service center compared to a non-dealer service, but sometimes it's worth the extra cost. I have no reservations about continuing to bring my vehicle there for service.

Very courteous service personnel - I came in for my first (free) 5,000 mile servicing, but the staff was very nice - inquired how I liked the new Prius and was genuinely interested in my comments. It was very busy when I came, but every attempt was made to get my car done as quickly as possible. Everything is well-organized and done with a personal touch. I could go closer to get my car serviced, but I'll keep going to Elmhurst Toyota!

I have been a customer for 13 years and this is the only dealer that has worked on my three Toyotas. The service area is modern, clean and has experienced technicians. I have been dealing with Tommy for a few years now, before he left and after he returned to the dealership. He is professional and has great customer service skills. I can't say how happy we are with our recent purchase of a used Prius from Elmhurst Toyota--or how pleased we were with the kindness and professionalism of the two staff members with whom we interacted. Tim Dion sensed immediately (through email, no less) the sort of thing we were looking for, and made a suggestion the same day we contacted him. Tom Hong handled the test drive and actual sale (of the same car Mr. Dion recommended) with the sort of consideration, ease, and clarity that comes as a surprise in an age of lowest-common-denominator marketing. Everything was up-front and open (no dithering or mickey-mouse), and we paid a fair price for a vehicle we love driving. These gentlemen are confidence-instilling because of their integrity and competence, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to you. I took my 98 4runner in 6/6/16 to get my timing belt, water pump, and drive belt replaced. I dropped it off around 4pm and was told i should have it back the next day. I also asked the service consultant if the technician can inspect my shocks and struts since the ride felt a bit harsh going over bumps. The following day I get a call with an update on the work and the service consultant stated the technician found an issue with the thermostat and should/needed to get replaced. I authorized that in addition to the other work. He also stated that the technician inspected the shocks and struts and stated they seem to be ok still. I called called back later on 6/7/16 to add a last minute request of a wheel alignment since they had a special going on. Even with the last minute requests I still Recieved my vehicle back in a timely manner. Also, to elaborate about the harsh ride I felt, I was already planning on replacing my tires (independent retailer), because they were pretty worn down. When I got new tires, my ride quality improved alot. I no longer felt the ride harsh as much as I did before. I'm amazed at the honestly that the toyota technician and services department displayed because they saved me from spending money on new shocks and struts at this time. I do want to replace them soon but that wasn't in my budget at that time and hearing that my current ones were still ok was a relief. Thanks you Elmhurst Toyota.

Recently I visited the Elmhurst Toyota service center for a recall on my 2005 Rav4. Everyone was kind, accommodating, and professional! The Mechanic (Frank) was kind enough to come out and say hello, and there was nothing to worry about my recall (airbag related).Since I was there I need my driver side visor to be repaired....again..SAME GREAT SERVICE!The entire team did a great job. Their service center was very accommodating, and they washed my car TWICE for me! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!ps.... funny thing is I have owned a Toyota since 2001, and THIS was the first time I went in. SORRY it took so long, but HAPPY I did! Thanks again to DAVE at the service desk and FRANK who did the work! GREAT TEAM!!!

Buying from Alex Knezevic at Elmhurst Toyota is doing yourself a true justice when in the market for a vehicle. If you are here, I likely do not need to sell you on the brand of Toyota, though I am loving my 4Runner Limited more and more each day.This is the second purchase I have made through Alex, with the first being a used Lexus a few years ago, and to be honest I did not visit any other Toyota dealers - a true testament to the overall buying experience one will have and knowing you will be taken care of. Negotiations both times were painless and simple, as they were pretty competitive upfront (and most competitive in the area). The negotiation process went smoothly, and I believe to everyone's satisfaction. I felt they valued my trade-in and offered a fair price. I had to wait approximately 4 weeks for delivery, and my salesman, David, kept me informed all the time where we were at as far as expected arrival time. The delivery process went smoothly without a lot of pressure for extras that I didn't want, and the staff seemed genuinely happy for me as I drove off with my new car. I did a considerable amount of research on area Toyota Dealerships. There were other dealerships closer to me but I chose Elmhurst Toyota because of the many positive reviews they have received from customers on various websites.I was hunting for a 2016 4Runner Trail Premium SUV, which is not easy to find. Fortunately, Elmhurst was one of the few dealerships that had one in stock so I didn't have to order it. I went through Internet Sales and dealt with Melissa Garcia. What a fantastic buying experience! I made an appointment to do the test drive on a Saturday. Even though it was very busy, Melissa was ready with the vehicle as soon as we got there. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions about the 4Runner Trail. We negotiated on trade-in value, which went smoothly and discussed financing. I wasn't able to pull the trigger that day because I had to complete a stock transaction to fund the down payment but she did help me put a deposit down to prevent another buyer from acquiring it before I was able to complete the purchase.Melissa touched base with me several times over the phone to get everything squared away and to schedule an appointment to come back in. We returned several days later to wrap everything up. My wife was under the weather with the flu and Melissa recognizing that tried to get everything done as quickly as possible so I could get her back home.Honestly, I hate car shopping. But Melissa and the rest of the team at Elmhurst made the entire experience as painless as possible. Melissa recognized I was a serious buyer from day one and never once tried to pressure me to buy anything I didn't want. Only at the very end when signing the papers with the Finance Manager did I get the "hard sell" on an extended warranty but I guess that's to be expected.I'm loving my new 4Runner. And when I'm in the market for another vehicle, I'm going to pay another visit to Melissa and Elmhurst Toyota.

I just recently bought my first used car (2012 Toyota RAV4) and cannot speak more highly of the experience I had with Melissa and Elmhurst Toyota! I pretty much knew what I was looking for and had scheduled test drives of two different RAV4s at Elmhurst Toyota, as well as another dealership down the street. I went to the other dealership first, and dealt with a different salesman than the one I had been communicating with through email AND had a scheduled appointment with that morning. I was told everyone "worked as a team" and sat down with a salesman that had no idea what I was in to test drive. After 5 minutes, I was informed that the car I was interested in had been sold the day before--no one had bothered to inform me despite my confirming my 10AM appointment at 6PM the night before.Fast forward to my experience with Melissa and Elmhurst Toyota - the dealership was clearly really busy but Melissa met me promptly upon my arrival at our designated appointment time. She was still wrapping up with another client but set me up for my test drive. Although I did wait to "talk numbers" for ~20 minutes after returning from the test drive, Melissa was super apologetic and the dealership itself has a lot of comfortable space in which to wait so it did not bother me. Trade in was valued quickly and there were no surprises with the price of the RAV4 - we had negotiated on price over email which ended up being much lower than the sticker price on the vehicle (there was no need to reminder her of the lower price we discussed). I was paying cash but needed a few days to move money from savings and Melissa was very clear in communicating my options for taking the car home that day versus returning to the dealership a few days later. I opted to pick up the car later to avoid 2 different contracts and it was ready for me when I got to the dealership so I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Given my positive experience with Elmhurst Toyota, I'm actually considering getting my car serviced at this dealership despite living in Chicago.

The service department is great. My family and I have been coming here ever since we bought our 2008 rav4 and 2013 rav4. Bryan was very helpful during my visit a couple weeks ago. The seals on my motor were the culprit for my check engine light. Because it was part of a recall, Bryan said they would take care of everything. I was set up with a rental and went on my way. After picking up my car last week I've noticed that my rav4 is much smoother. The ride is much smoother. Bryan kept me updated during the week long process. Thank you Bryan and Toyota!

I highly recommend this dealership! As a first time buyer I was very wary of purchasing a new car and getting one for a good deal. I had excellent customer service the whole way through. They helped me find the right car in the right price range for me as a first time buyer. Vladimir especially was excellent! He was able to find me all of the options in terms of APR and what my monthly payments would be. I was able to find the perfect car for me and get it for the best rate as well. I had support every step of the way and they contacted me as soon as they keys to my car were available. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to everyone!

Vladimir Rikhman made my experience terrible. I was there with my husband and he told me to leave and he told my husband to come back without me, when i was just trying to negotiate with him. He was rude, unproffesional and he did not even told me his name. I was dealing with other sales person, but he came as a manager and did not even try to work with us. If i could i would give zero stars. Do not go there. Worst customer service!! You as a customer don't deserve to be offended.

This dealer did not live up to its promise to provide the best buying experience. I purchased a 2013 Acura in July from this dealer. They only provided 1 key fob/remote. This may not seem like a big deal to some but this key fob opens the door and also starts the vehicle. It also needs to be programmed specifically for the vehicle. Dealers have this expertise and exchange these services. This is a huge inconvience for a customer to deal with and the retail cost is over $300. I have been told by other dealers and locksmiths that reputable dealers provide 2nd keys when they sell their vehicles or make arrangements to do this for the buyer and cover the cost. My 1 mistake in this purchase was I trusted this dealer, Elmhurst Toyota, based on their good reputation and promise to provide the best possible buying experience. I called my salesperson who agreed to help me but after several follow up calls and emails did not respond to me. I tried calling and emaling the sales manager and he did not respond to me. I have never purchased a vehicle, before this purchase, where only 1 key was provided. Does this sound like the best possible buying experience or an empty promise? I would much rather have them provide this service, but since it was not, I want other potential buyers to be aware of this before this happens to them. I was forced to secure a key at my own expense and it was neither reasonable or easy to do as it took several hours of my time to find the proper key and a locksmith that could do the programming.

I don't write many reviews, but I feel it's important to review Elmhurst Toyota for others out there in the market for a new or ore-owned Toyota. The experience was surprisingly positive. Probably the best we've ever had, and we think it's worth saying so. My Highlander had a breakdown on 294. I am not from the area and did not know who to use for repair in the Elmhurst area. From the first time I talked to Tommy Mulak at Elmhurst Toyota Scion, my stress level began decreasing. The wrecker delivered the vehicle to the service department while I found another vehicle to use. By the time I returned to formalize my repair work order, Tom had researched the source of the issue and had even more reassuring news about the likely repair. The repair ended up just as promised. It is very unsettling placing my vehicle in someone's hands that I am unfamiliar with, I am glad it ended up here. Professional service.

Purchased a used car from this dealer and experienced trouble a few days later with two different issues. Returned two times to be told by mechanics that they couldn't find the issue. Went to our own mechanic and the problem was found immediately. We asked to have repairs covered because problems should have been discovered during a thorough "pre-owned" Toyota inspection which are listed under the points covered on a used car. Dealership refused our request and stated we bought a "used car as is" with all the flaws. Seems strange to then tout they do a pre-owned inspection.We have now put several hundred dollars into our car which we have had for less than two months because we want it running properly (regardless if the dealership cares or not). Wouldn't go back to their service department at this point.Word to the wise....buyer beware!

All of the on-reps (including Tamika) were quite helpful and one in particular was a pleasure to d business with when I decided to move forward with a purchase.Marketa Zinkova honored a 'no haggle' best price scenario. She arranged for several a couple of vehicles to be ready for review upon my arrival to the dealership. I was interested in the 2015 4Runner SR5 and she delivered a beautiful SR5 Premium package with a sincere no pressure presence . I would like to begin by sending a very big THANK YOU to Curt over at Elmhurst Toyota. After contacting him to inquire about some prices for a few parts for my Supra, he responded within a few hours or so with a printed up estimate. He also explained that some of the parts that I needed were on back order from TRD and that he did not know exactly when he would be getting them. Since I desperately needed them, I went ahead and ordered them from MVP Motorsports, which was a big mistake on my part. Long story short, they were deceiving and had bad customer service. It has been about two weeks and I am still waiting for my refund. Anyway, back to Curt and Elmhurst Toyota...I then contacted Curt again asking about the parts that I needed since MVP screwed me over, he told me that they should have some in stock within a couple of days and that I should check back then. I did, and sure enough he was a man of his word. Within 30 minutes we exchanged a few emails and the order was placed. I even received the tracking number within those 30 minutes. I received the package yesterday, which was less than a week from when I ordered it. Just AWESOME! I forgot to mention that his prices are great too! I saved $60 by ordering my motor mounts through Curt rather than MVP. I can't express enough how happy I was and am with the service that he provided. This is the perfect example of customer service. My fiance and I purchased a pre-owned 2012 Toyota Prius from Elmhurst Toyota a few days ago. I spent a lot of time researching not only vehicles but also dealerships prior to beginning our hunt in earnest. I found around five vehicles I was interested in looking at and immediately eliminated one from the list because that dealership had absolutely awful reviews. Fortunately we found our vehicle at Elmhurst where it seemed their sales department in particular was rated pretty well!When we arrived on the lot and entered the building we were greeted immediately by the receptionist at the front desk. I had already been in contact with Peter, a salesman, earlier in the day and so she called him over the PA as well as on his cell to come meet us. Peter was very prompt in greeting us and brought us over the keys so we could go out and begin looking over the car. I really liked that my first time looking at the car was without the looming gaze of the person trying to sell it to me. We were given as much time as we wanted to look over every inch of the vehicle. When we test drove the car, Peter made suggestions for where we could go as I was unfamiliar with the area but didn't demand we take a certain route. Peter wasn't pushy and didn't try to cut the drive short. Before we returned to the lot he asked if we felt we'd had enough time to drive it. He did begin trying to sell some sort of upgraded insulation package but whatever, he's a salesman. Negotiating was relatively painless. When we initially couldn't agree on a price we left the lot to discuss over dinner and Peter was very polite. We came back an hour later and were once again promptly greeted. After that we quickly were able to agree on a final price. Peter and the financial manager walked us through the paperwork efficiently and while that happened our car got a much needed bath. We left the dealership with our car around three hours after first arriving (including our hour long break for dinner).The people here were polite, respectful, and professional. They didn't have an attitude when we turned down upgrades and extended warranties. Most importantly they treated me and my fiance as equals/didn't talk down to me because I'm a woman. We would happily shop here again.

Just bought a brand new 2015 Toyota Corolla S Plus from Elmhurst Toyota Scion. There was none of the old school techniques from the sales rep chasing us around at every turn. We took our time with this purchase (visited the dealer 3 times before purchasing) and wanted to make sure we were picking the right car for the coming years. Alex was very patient with us and allowed us to test drive all the cars we wanted before finally settling on the Corolla S Plus. He got us exactly what we wanted. The Toyota 2 year/25,000 mile service package was also a big plus. If you do all 5 services at the Elmhurst Dealership (one every 5,000 miles) you get a sixth one added for free. Also, great financing numbers for people looking to do a 4 or 5 year option.

I bought a Camry from here about 6 months ago and was pleasantly surprised by how kind and helpful John Williams was. I had a bad prior experience trying to purchase a car through another dealer and he made the process awesome by answering all of my questions and even taking extra imd to set up Blue Tooth. Just this week, I returned for my 6 month standard service and was, once again, blown away by how courteous everyone was. Even though they were very busy because of the holiday season, each and every person had a smile on their faces and went above and beyond to pull by car up to mess that I only had to walk a foot or two to get into my car, as I was on crutches.

Tamika Young is outstanding, energetic and respond quickly to my e-mail and phone calls. I was able to purchased my 2015 Toyota Camry XLE without any problem. Every question that I have asked Tamika, Tamika gave me a honest answer. If I have a question for the Manager, Tamika was able to respond quickly of the Manager response. At Elmhurst Toyota, everyone work as a team. When I have sent an e-mail to Tamika, Tamika was unavailable and her team member Melissa Garcia stepped in to respond to the e-mail. The staff at Elmhurst Toyota have courtesy and are professional. My vehicle was factory ordered which took 4 to 6 weeks. I was kept informed of the built date and delivery date. Elmhurst Toyota honored the current Toyota Incentive & Cash Back after I put down a deposit on the vehicle on 11.15.14. The vehicle was delivered to Elmhurst Toyota on 12.22.14 but I took delivery on 12.27.14. Tamika explained all the paperwork, done a vehicle checklist, explained the function of each components. Tamika also asked me numerous time if I have any questions concerning the vehicle. Tamika QA/QC (Quality Assurance Quality Control) is outstanding. She even set up my home address in the navigation system and paired my cell phone to the car. The service guys also had the aftermarket viper remote starter installed on the vehicle before I took delivery - awesome.The Finance Department - Todd Thiede explained all the paper work dealing with the finance. Todd even offered product as any normal dealership would offer like extended warranty, lojack, gap insurance which Todd mentioned to me that I did not need because of the down payment and loan period. I was able to get my Illinois license plates from Elmhurst Toyota to put on the car.

I trust no one with my Matrix except Toyota! Bryan Montes took care of all my request in a very professional and efficient manner. Service on my car has kept my nine year old Matrix running like new. Toyota does a multi-point-inspection every time I go in and then informs me of any needed service. Bryan was exceptional in every aspect from the time I came in, with no appointment, to the time I paid the bill. Toyota is very professional. When dealing with Toyota you know you will get the best service at a reasonable cost. Price my be higher than most independent service stations but you never have to go back for the same problem. Overall I have always been impressed with the service I receive at Elmhurst Toyota. I bought a 2009 Toyota Matrix XRS here in February of 2008. I made the mistake of buying tires from a Just Tires and they did not clean my rims properly. After going back and forth with the service manager at Just Tires, I took my car to Elmhurst Toyota. The technician at Elmhurst Toyota took the time to make sure my rims were properly cleaned and that my tires were seated properly and I cannot be more grateful. In past experiences, I have brought my Matrix in to this service department and have never left feeling anything but impressed. It does not matter what goes wrong, these guys take care of me and my baby with professionalism and quality work. What's more: I have NEVER had to bring my car back for the same issue twice. Elmhurst Toyota makes sure the job is done right the first time. I will not be going anywhere else for tires or service.

Curt Aigner is absolutely the best in the business at what he does! He is the single most knowledgeable person with regards to Toyota parts that I have ever come across and I have been buying Toyotas and hard to find OEM parts since the 90's. The only thing greater than his knowledge of Toyota Vehicles and Parts is his exceptional customer service. Curt really goes above and beyond to provide customers with a level of service that is no longer common today. He even went out of his way to get parts to me that UPS lost in transit. He responds instantly to questions and with a wealth of knowledge that makes searching for parts quick and simple. He is absolutely my number one recommendation for sourcing Toyota parts anywhere in the country. It's hard to find decent customer service these days but with Curt, I know I am in good hands. He will always be the first person I go to whenever I need anything for my Toyotas!

We were shopping for a car on Saturday August 23rd. My husband and his family had 3 Toyota's from Elmhurst Toyota, but this time we were very disappointed in their customer service and also they way they treated us. They did not want to sell a car and they lost because we ended up buying a better and more expensive car from another dealer , and unfortunate for them they had the car that we were looking for, but because of their poor customer service they lost a customer and possibly many more for the future.We are in our mid twenties and maybe that is why we were overlooked as a customer but that does not matter. What happened is that we went there and were looking for car, we were not approached by a sales representative for more than 45 min, finally we were approached by Mr. Kelvin Zhang , we told him what we want to see and he went on looking for the car keys for another 20 min. mean while no one even asked us if we need any help. After he found the keys , we went on a test drive and we liked the car. Well we sat down to talk about the price and he became very unpleasant and raised his voice on us when we said that we do not agree with what he was saying, then he went and got the manager , which also was very unpleasant we asked if he can do anything because the car had 65mi on it and it was advertised as 10mi car. He explained that it was from another dealer and we said fine but we wanted to talk about the price and he basically said this is what it is and just got up and left , basically telling us to get out if we do not accept his price. Well I'm sorry Elmhurst Toyota but you lost a very loyal Toyota Family. My husband and my family all drive and have been driving Toyota's but we will not be coming to your dealership. We bought a car not the color that we wanted and even more expensive than what you were offering and we are extremely happy with our purchase, the difference was that the sales representative and manager wanted to sell a car and knew how to sell a car ,unlike your dealership! We were expecting a little better customer service !!! And we got it somewhere else!

Salesperson (Kinga) showed me the exact vehicle (2014 Prius) I inquired about on line without trying to up sell me to a more expensive one, when I changed my mind on the color, she immediately found an identically equipped vehicle in their inventory in the color I asked about. She also (shockingly) allowed me to leave the dealership without pressuring me to make a purchase. I made my decision at home after talking to my wife and emailed Kinga with my intensions to purchase the Prius the next day and it was ready for me when I showed up with the cash. Overall a very good experience.

On Saturday, June 28th, my husband and I drove an hour to your store to drive and look at your used Toyota Camry's. After spending the entire day and weighing out the options to buy used or new, we decided buying a new vehicle was the better deal. I never had a "new" car and it was exciting but also nervous Eddie spent his entire afternoon with us. He was very friendly and very patient with us. We received a "TrueCar" certificate from our auto insurance carrier. Elmhurst Toyota is a certified dealership and did honor the discounted price. The only complaint I would say is that I think the floor mats should be included, especially when your spending that amount of money. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. It had been a long time since my husband and I bought a new car, and we both dreaded the process. We narrowed our choices down to two models and solicited pricing on-line. One of the first to respond was Jeff Cummings of Elmhurst Toyota. The pricing was so competitive that I called him to try and find out the catch. Jeff answered all of our questions and assured us that there were no hidden costs. We went to 2 other nearby dealers for test drives, but no one could deliver a car with the features that we desired at a reasonable price. To complicate matters even further, we were given a great deal of misinformation about model features by another dealer who merely quoted us near list prices with room to negotiate. We turned to Jeff for help and were so glad that we did. His honesty, outstanding work ethics, amazing technical knowledge, patience, and pure dedication to customer satisfaction were beyond anything we had experienced. Not only did he come in on his day off of work, he stayed until closing time to help us find our dream car and begin the purchasing process. The next day, he came in early again and spent over 1.5 hours with us going over car features and functions to ensure we would be comfortable and happy. Not surprisingly, a few days later, Jeff called to follow-up on our level of satisfaction and to make sure we didnt have any further questions. My wife and I researched on-line and visited several dealerships to test drive various cars. We narrowed it down to the Camry and visited 2 dealers to talk specifics. One dealer spent more time on high pressure sales and less about our needs or wants. We stopped in Elmhurst Toyota at 6:30pm on a Saturday, not realizing the dealership closed at 7pm. Omar Sherief assisted us and stayed until almost 8pm answering our questions and showing us the differences between the LE, SE and XLE models. He was extremely courteous and patient and even searched the Toyota data base when we asked about certain exterior and interior color combinations. I had a quote from TrueCar, that was for a different model and options then what we bought, but they dealership honored the quote they provided. They didn't play price games and provided the best price. Omar's service earned our business and we returned on Monday and purchased the car. He spent an hour plus going over the features and setting up the electronics and linking our phones. I would recommend Elmhurst and Omar to anyone shopping for a Toyota.

Another great experience at this dealership! My g/f's car was totaled from the car accident we had gotten into the previous week so we had to get a car by next week. We gave John a call from Elmhurst Toyota and John Williams was able to pull thru for us! We got to the dealership at around 6pm on a Saturday. The dealership closes at 7pm. John looked thru the inventory for what Highlanders they had available. We were looking for the LE v6 AWD. He had one LE Plus left in their inventory. It was the V6 AWD "Which was what we were looking for. He gave us the best price possible "We had purchased 2 other cars from him and one of his other associates." All in all by the time we had left the dealership is was about close to 8pm. John and the rest of the team took their time on a Saturday to finish up our sale! Their team is very professional and very courteous! He helped us out a lot. Thank you again to John and their team!

Finally a dealership with integrity!!! after several week's of intense searching online and going from dealer to dealer finally ended up at Elmhurst Toyota. Met the greatest salesman ever Omar Sherief. He helped us find the Toyota highlander we were looking for. He was very patient and very polite with me and my wife, never was he pushy or felt any kind of pressure the entire time we were there. So we ended up buying the vehicle that night, there were a couple of dents in the door's. The sales manger agreed to have the dents fixed for no additional charge. So with a handshake ONLY left the vehicle there for a couple of day's until it was fixed. On the day of the scheduled pickup much to my surprise the vehicle was flawless it's a 2008 I felt like I was jumping into a 2014. BUT I'm not done yet 2 week's after I picked it up the service light with the check engine light came on. I called OMAR he said bring it in I'll have the service department take a look at it. They found a bad O2 sensor, Now mind you it's been 2 week's since I picked up the vehicle and I don't have any type warranty. they change out the sensor for no charge and didn't even charge me for the diagnostic. AMAZING people to say the least... me and my wife can't stop talking about this place. If your in the market for a Toyota and are anywhere within 100 miles of this place come check these guy's out make sure you ask for OMAR, you will not be disappointed guaranteed!!! Overall great experience. Did extensive research at home. Obtained internet sales quote. Arranged to test drive vehicle, and then bought within 2 hours. Overall, very knowledgeable sales person about the car, and very little pressure to change mind. Options/upgrades presented in a logical, thoughtful manner, and without heavy sales pressure. I had a flawless experience. Tony Gmitrovic was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and helped me feel right about my decision. I would recommend that anybody go see him if they are looking for a new car. He helped walk me through the Finance process with Todd, who is another great asset to Elmhurst Toyota and who thoroughly explained all the paperwork to me and gave me insights on the steps I should take to rebuild my credit. The entire Elmhurst staff, specifically Tomas Lozano, Alex Knezevic, Jim Magnelli, and Vlad Rikhman welcomed me and made me feel like a part of their family. I definitely plan on returning to Elmhurst Toyota for my future car buying experiences and I would strongly urge anyone to go to Elmhurst Toyota for future car shopping because this is the one and only dealership i have evver come across where you will actually walk out happy and pain free. I have been ordering from Elmhurst Toyota's parts department for the last 11+ years. My primary reason is the continued inventory of MKIV Supra parts in stock; However, the response, pricing, followup and incredibly knowledgeable service Curt provides also ranks right up there with the inventory. No request ever goes unheard nor is it not responded to in timely manner (most of the time quicker than I would expect due to his influx of requests from the supra community alone). This continued experience has held a thought in the back of my mind if Toyota decides to release the 5th generation Supra. If such vehicle is produced and within my requirements (color, performance,manual gearbox, etc), I would consider buying specifically from Elmhurst based on my experience with Curt alone.

What a Great Experience! We would highly recommend Elmhurst Toyota and if you want a Sales Consultant that is friendly, knowledgeable, and cares, ask for Ingrid Rapa. She was so helpful answering all our questions and then giving us the privacy to make our decision. While taking the test drive she went over all the features explaining everything and always asking if we had any questions. We did buy the 2013 RAV4 Limited,what a beautiful car and so many features to learn. After paperwork, car wash and a filled up gas tank we were ready to go. Great experience with Larry. He was informative and helpful without being overbearing on the sales. As we did not buy a car initially, he kept the right level of interaction with us until we returned to buy a car. On the operations side...the dealership itself was out of paint and did not have the floor mats we needed and so I recommend greater focus on keeping accessories stocked.

This was the best experience in car buying I have ever had in my car buying life. Thanks to my sales person Jeff Cummings. Car buying is a very stressful for me and after finding Jeff on their internet sales it was an excellent find. I had certain needs in the selection of a used car. He took the TIME to help me make my selection. I never felt rushed or pressured as often other sales people do. We tried a few cars and talked about each car to fit those needs I had expressed to him. He was willing to work with me until I was happy with that final selection. I got the trade value I wanted and the final sales were within my budget. Its nice to find a dealer and sales person to make car buying a positive experience that most people dont usually get when buying a car. After all the paper work was complete I even expressed how happy I was to the owner of Elmhurst Toyota. Buying a car can be a very stressful time. After being dissatisfied at another Toyota dealership I looked at Elmhurst's used car inventory and found a car that looked appealing. After showing interest via online, Jeff Cummings emailed and called me. The next day I met with Jeff and what I liked about him was that he put me at ease. I felt comfortable with him whereas other car salesmen can be intimidating and pushy to the consumer. Jeff was not. The whole experience with him was pleasant. Through the test drive, the negotiating for trade in value (which was a great deal), and through the final paperwork, Jeff was always a pleasure. I would recommend him to anyone in the market.

After I contacted the dealership regarding the Scion I liked, Ingrid Rapa took great care to make sure it was the right car for me. She was very, very patient. We took the car for a thorough road test. We discussed all my questions, and I had my local mechanic take a look. Mike Wishne came up with a very fair price for me and I got a very good price for my trade-in vehicle. Todd presented a nicely priced 5-year warranty for my used xD--a valuable thing for me to have. I took it. Then my new car was detailed perfectly for me. When I asked for a few minor touch-ups on the vehicle I did not get any attitude, but service with a smile. They even took off and transferred the window decals!The whole team was extremely respectful. What is often a stressful experience turned out quite nicely.
