I live over 100 miles away from this dealership. Elk Grove Audi was recommended to me by a co-worker.Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by Mr. Vince Webb. Its the first time I have entered an automotive dealership where the sales person took the time to listen to what I had to say and understand my needs. Vince was not pushy. He understood that I was not there to purchase (on that date). I still have a few months left on my current lease. However, he still spent time with me. Explaining the product. The differences between the models (A6, A7, and A8L).He even took the time to take me on a test drive. Again... knowing I was not there to purchase on that date.The prices seemed fair. After considerable research, financial pre-approvals, and time to reflect; earlier this week I decided to move forward on my plan to purchase an Audi TTS. I have had extensive experience with the Lashe auto dealerships, have purchased at least 35 cars from them over my lifetime. Great staff and class organization all around, would recommend there dealership 10 times over as they take care of the customer with total oversight professionalism.The AUDI store is by far the most hands on care for the customer experience. Great experience at Lasher Audi

We had been shopping for a Q5 for a few weeks. The first dealership we went to, Niello Audi, was very disappointing. We were treated very rudely and needless to say we didn't buy a car from them. We went to Lasher and were met by Daniel. He was helpful and very eager to help us. We ended up negotiating a fair price and bought the car. The process was very smooth and easy. I stopped to look at certified pre-owned Audi A4s. Vince Webb (despite 100 degree heat), came outside and reviewed the model I was interested with detail. No pressure or assumptions. Found Vince to have excellent product knowledge which is important to me. Took test drive with more product detail plus found Vince to also be an ELO fan. Truly a Customer Service Based Business

We discovered Elk Grove Audi and their very professional Head of Internet Sales, Mike Fallis, almost 4 years ago. That meeting took place after undergoing a less than satisfactory experience at another Audi dealership. We have continued to work with Mike and/or their service department exclusively for anything related to our Audi. Everyone working at This dealership seems ready to do whatever it takes to insure you always have a great experience. We just took delivery of a 2017 Q7 and Mike came in on his day off to personally handle the closing and explain all the car's sophisticated systems. We would recommend Mike and Elk Grove Audi to anyone. We should also mention that we live about 60 miles away from this dealership.

Blown away by the service!

I was able to speak with the Sales Manager Mike over the phone prior to my trip to the dealership. I live almost 2 hours away so I wanted to check on inventory. Mike looked through the inventory with me online and went over the features of the cars I was specifically interested in and answered any questions I had. When I arrived later that day the sales representative we saw outside was expecting us and we went in and met everyone then went looking at cars. I drove the A3 I was most interested in, but then after the drive and sitting in the A5 for like 5 seconds, I knew I needed the A5 instead. I was worried however, because even though the A5 was used (certified pre owned) I didn't know if it would work in by budget. Long story short, the sales, finance and management teams worked together and I drove home in my BEAUTIFUL A5 that I thought was just a dream car. They made a great deal on my trade-in that I couldn't have asked for more. The process takes a while from start to finish. But I have purchased 6 cars from dealers and its normal to go a few hours. So don't be turned away by anyone who may gripe about time...plus....they have snacks. I've had great follow-up from both sales and service (I purchased some after market features I need to have installed) and everyone has been very accommodating especially because I live so far away.If what I've already said doesn't sell you then this should: I don't mind driving 2 hours to this dealership and they will continue to have my business the next time I need a car, which is probably going to be soon because my hubby is super envious of my new car and is ready to upgrade from his 12 year old VW. So we'll be back.

Mike Fallis was friendly in just the right way, listening to what my needs were for pricing and for what I was looking for in a car. I was going back and forth between different models, colors, options and not sure about what I wanted. After test drives, various pricing options and searches for available models versus ordering from the factory I finally decided on the perfect car for me. Mike Nelson in Finance was also great to work with, very helpful in putting together the best financing package for me. This is the second car I purchased from this dealership - I am a repeat customer because I was happy the first time. At Lasher Audi, they are laid back and you dont feel pressure. There is no need for intense haggling - a reasonable deal is easy to come by. They are straightforward and polite about their best offer - after all, these prestigious German luxury vehicles are not for people looking for a cheap car. Great Salesman

Ralph was the most amazing salesman. He was patient, understanding, accommodating and was able to walk me through the purchasing process. I was, however, disappointed with the long wait for my paperwork to be processed by the sales manager. I arrived at 6:20 p.m. and left at almost 10:00 p.m.

Out of Town Negotiation

I was looking to purchase a specific certified used car from Elk Grove Audi from an out of town location, and was nervous about that process. The experience with Elk Grove Audi was one of the best I've had: the description of the car, the negotiations on price, and all other facets of the sale were made in a straightforward and good faith effort. I then made the trip to finalize the sale and pick up the car - and couldn't have felt more comfortable with the whole process. I walked on the lot without any intentions on buying a car but to look at the A5/S5 models. I took a test drive, liked it but it just wasn't for me. So Ralph took his time to show me a few other models and we landed on my car. Both him and Peter took their time to answer any questions I had in regards to the vehicle. The one thing that I liked was that none of them were pushy or forced me to buy the car or make a deal or anything. It was a mutual understanding of if you want the car you'd get it but even knowing that Ralph still showed me a few different models so that I would see what other options their were. First Time Leasing

From the time I got to the Audi dealership and left I was very satisfied from start to finish. Vince was very knowledgeable and was friendly and did not add no stress to my decision. He was very helpful the whole time. A few days after test driving an Audi A6 I returned back a few days later to purchase it. Amazing Dealership!

Mike Fallis at Elk Grove Audi is the epitome of professionalism and his customer service is above and beyond. We took our A4, which Mike sold us a year ago, in for service on the Friday after Thanksgiving and was given a Q5 as a loaner. I called Mike and told him we would love to trade in our A4 and move up to a Q5. Over the weekend Mike worked with us via the phone and on Monday, we picked up our Q5. Bad to Great!

Originally went in and found what I thought was the right car, but it was a big headache and caused stress and wasted many people's time. However, with great customer service from Elk Grove Audi team (Vince, Patrick, Jeff, Frank, Jerry, Robert), they were able to work with me so that I am confident, completely satisfy and happy with the upgrade to an Audi A6! I should have just originally gone with that. However, they provided the utmost customer service and care while I dealing with service, sales, rentals for three whole weeks and did not give up. Best buying experience of ANY dealership in area hands down!

Visiting Elk Grove Audi this past weekend my wife and started out with the mindset this is gong to be the same old "vulture swooping in tactic" we felt was going to happen. Either that or "judging a book by it's cover" and not giving us any respect as usual. Well instead, it happened to be THE most stress free car buying experience my wife and I have EVER experienced. Our sales professional Ralph Jackson was a consummate professional and made us feel right at home. He didn't "sell us a car" he sold us an experience we will never forget. He took his time with us and answered every question calmly thoroughly. He made us feel valued. pleasurable and satisfying

I am a single mom who was looking for an suv with a low budget i had been to the Nissan dealer prior to coming to the Audi dealer and no one offered to help me after 10 -15 minutes of waiting i got back in my car and drove down the street and saw the honda crv at the audi dealer and withing 3-5 mins Ralph offered to help me he was very professional and answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable with my decision, he also offered me water, or coffee (that was awesome) and never did he make me feel under pressure, the process was fast as i have already been preapproved through my credit union, 3 days later i had to bring the car back because the oil light came on the dash board and i waited for them to fix it for about 45 mins and Ralph even took the time to put gas in mar car, i really did appreciate Ralph kindness and my experience with the audi dealer was great and Rachel from financing was too, i would definately recommend them, i also look forward to doing business with this dealer again when i get my next car...maybe an Audi.....thank you very much for your service Mr.Ralph and staff.God bless. My experience at Elk Grove Audi was very good. Bought the A8 CPO at a good price. The whole experience was nice, no pressure. Eric Ramirez the car representative was well informed, answered all my question and was eager to make a deal and communicated well with his manager to have my needs met. No hassle buying experience

Found the best deal online for a Certified Used 2013 Q7 at Elk Grove Audi. Upon email I was immediately contacted and within 2 days we were finally able to make it over to the dealer to test drive. Mike Fallis was great to work with, no hassle buying experience. Needless to say we purchased the Q7. Some things that can be improved is the time it takes to complete a transaction. I realize that all options need to be disclosed to the buyer and that takes time but there must be some way to shorten the time. Since we had purchased the car late on a weeknight we did have some issues once we were able to do a complete walk through at home during the day. One thing that was a draw back for us was the cigarette smell in the car along with ashes, not sure how that escaped the service crew. We contacted Audi and there was no issue, made an appointment and the service department took full care of everything. Since it did take a few days we were also given a courtesy car which we appreciated. Thank you for treating us as a valued customer and hope to receive the same in the future.

After searching on line and speaking with other Audi dealers, I had the pleasure of speaking with Vince Webb at Audi of Elk Grove. They had a Q5 in the exterior color I wanted in stock, but it did not have the interior color or all of the accessories I wanted. My wife and I drove down from Chico to see the vehicle they had, planning to order what we wanted. Vince was very knowledgeable and after showing me the interior color I thought I wanted, we starting talking about the Q5 they had in stock. Vince and the management provided the accessories I wanted and priced the vehicle fairly. In addition I was given a fair price for the CUV I traded in. We happily drove our new Audi Q5 home that evening. I appreciate the knowledge and the professional manner in which the entire staff conducted themselves.

Very Professional

Had a wonderful experience dealing with the crew there. They are all very professional and did not waste my time in any unnecessary paperwork or pushing for extra dealer installed items. Agreed to the price on the phone and all paperwork was ready when I reached the dealership 90+ miles away from where I am. Gave me a full tank of gas and washed the vehicle too. Outstanding experience

This was the easiest experience I had in buying a car. I had been shopping on line and had gone into a few dealerships and was not feeling the love. I reached out to Elk Grove Audi, which was 90+ miles from my home, and agreed to a price on the phone. No heavy salesmanship, no changes to the agreed upon price. Great Sales

I took my first to Audi of Elk Grove before the summer looking to get some information on the A6. I was looking at a mid-sized sedan and Audi peeked my interest to have me visit. As I walked into the lobby, I was greeted by Vince with a warm smile. This guy really knows his stuff! After He handed me the A6 product book, we proceeded to look over one of the A6s in shop and he just started pouring out so much information. I really take notice when someone really knows their stuff as he was providing to many details, facts and insights about the car as well as Audi's background as well. I had mentioned that I was in just to gather some onsite information and probably have a more firm decision post summer and was pleasantly surprised there was no pushy salesman behavior some might experience to get sale.I made my second visit to Elk Grove Audi post summer like I had planned with a firmer stance of acquiring an A6. I was glad when Vince instantly recognized me. After talking more about the A6, we decided to do some car color comparison; I was looking for a dark grey exterior. While there wasn't a dark grey exterior and a black interior, I still wanted to take it for a test drive to make that final decision if I had wanted it; I was aware by Vince that I could custom order my A6 if we couldn't find one to my preference.As the Elk Grove Auto Mall is the closest to my house, I have test driven as well went on drive along test drives along the same sample drive route. Test driving first started along some less densely driven in town roads and finishing up on some highway performance. It pretty much confirmed with me that I wanted this car. Going back to the dealership, we started entering in the specifications I had wanted. It seemed with the surrounding Audi dealerships, my preferences were not available. I was about to fold and custom order the car, about a 4 month process when Vince decided to try one last trick and look at the incoming load of cars coming to the California dealerships. To our surprise, there were about 2 unclaimed cars that fit my bill so we had one routed to Elk Grove and I'd only have to wait about 2 months for that.Those two months seemed like a really long time but I was glad that whenever I had questions and shot Vince an email, he would always be replying in a timely manner so I am very pleased with the communication he provided. I was very surprised as the time drew near that delivery was ahead of schedule and the car came in 4 days earlier then it was scheduled too. After I walked in to the aww of my new car and getting the boring paperwork out of the way, I went to sit in my car for the first time. Vince was very very thorough in going over a lot of the immediate features of the car. We also did one last drive around the dealership to get the final feel of the car before I was sent off. I leaft the dealership with a slight craving for spicy chicken. If you are wondering about that, then maybe you just have to visit Elk Grove Audi and see!I would not hesitate to recommend Vince and Elk Grove Audi team to anyone looking to get a high class German car. They provided the level of communication, information and service that is needed to provide a good shopping experience.

No Pressure Sales

Had the pleasure of dealing with Mike Fallis with our recent purchase of a Q7. Met Mike back in July and got a good feeling about his sales approach right away. He was not pushy at all and never tried to sell me something I didn't want. As soon as we decided our best option was to order from the factory, Mike went to work trying to locate a Q7 already started which reduced about a month off the delivery. I was pretty particular on the options I wanted and Mike was extremely patient with all my demands and changes we made during the entire first month. Mike was always reachable and responded to his e-mails and texts extremely fast. Thanks again Mike, I will be happy to send future business your way.

Best ever car buying experience

I did extensive research before deciding that the 2015 Audi Q5 TDI best suited my driving requirements, and satisfied my emotional needs, After contacting numerous Audi dealers, my wife and I decided that there was none better than Elk Grove Audi from which to make a purchase. The sales staff is friendly, low pressure, very knowledgeable, and a professional class-act. Mike Fallis kept us informed throughout the waiting period from the time the order was made and the delivery. The day of delivery was a model of efficiency and correctness. The price was just what had been discussed months previously, and the options for vehicle care were presented but not pressured. This was, by far, the best car buying experience we have had in our 50 yrs of auto purchases, We strongly recommend Elk Grove Audi, Mike Fallis and Patrick Ahern and staff.

Had a wonderful experience with not only the sales staff but the service and financial advisor; we were introduced to all of them so that upon calling back to the dealership they all know who I am. The sales staff went over and above their call to duty to make sure that I was happy and confident in my purchase from the first moment I arrived at the dealership. No Communication

Lessons learned - 1.) Unless there's some form of payment, they will not hold a car for you even if they give you a very strong impression that they will hold the car for you.2.) All salesmen are nice on the surface. They have to be because they're there to make a sale.3.) Don't do any business with Audi of Elk Grove, a part of the Lasher Auto Group.4.) Ralph Jackson (salesman) = 5/5 stars; Daniel Pascual (salesman) = 0/5 stars.Story - On a mid-Sunday afternoon, my wife, brother--in-law and myself test driving vehicles on a walk in basis. That day, we were test driving, Lexus, Acura, Toyota, and Honda for specific vehicles we had previously researched. At the dealership, no one greeted us until we finally asked someone for assistance.We had the pleasure of meeting Ralph Jackson, one of the salesmen who does deserve 5/5 stars. He took us on a test drive, wasn't pushy, and knew enough about the car to peak our interest (This was an Audi dealership, and we were test driving a Lexus RX450h). He was professional and personable, but we left the dealership to test drive the other cars on our list. The following day, Ralph called my wife while we were having lunch to see how interested we were in the car we test drove, and my wife and I actually were going to choose the Lexus. After brief negotiation over the phone, he said that we would be able to purchase the vehicle for $1k off the sticker price. My wife and I had not yet decided, but he said to call him at anytime, forewarning us that he would only be at work for 2 more hours. We ended up calling him while he was no longer at work, but still took the time to answer our questions and referred us to speak with his colleague Daniel Pascual. Daniel was courteous, but not as nice as Ralph, over the phone and said that he would honor the $1k off the sticker price (So far, so good). By this time, it was 5pm, and there would be too much traffic to sit in (We live 40 minutes away, 1.5 hours with traffic). He suggested that we come in around 7pm, which we agreed to. For 2 hours, we're getting excited and happy that the used car buying process was so easy thus far. This would be our biggest vehicle purchase for either of us. Unfortunately, this is where the joy ends...As we pull into the dealership parking lot at exactly 7:04 pm, my wife gets a call from a "sales manager," telling us they're in the process of selling the Lexus. Now, my wife and I are both mad and upset, so we go into the dealership to talk to someone in person and are very confused at this information, as we were under the impression that it was being held for us. We meet Daniel, and he's apologetic, saying it's his fault, and he takes full ownership. As nurses, my wife and I get the whole customer satisfaction thing, but the lack of communication between the sales department left us feeling disgusted and disrespected. Daniel says that we can wait to see if the other customers' financing will go through, so we do (we drove 40 minutes to get there, so we might as well wait). Of course they get approved, and we're left with less gas in our tank, time we can't get back, and a sour taste for the entire Lasher autogroup as a whole. My wife is on the verge of tears, and we're both pissed. Daniel "wishes he could do something to make it better," but actions speak louder than words. He tells us that they can't hold cars for people, and legally, they have to show cars to people if they're requesting to see/test drive the car (this ends up being true after looking it up). We asked him why he couldn't call us when the folks from Chico were test driving the car, so we could just turn around. He said that he wanted to make sure they were purchasing before they called us (he wants to make a sale, I get it). Now here's our theory:The people that bought the car came all the way from Chico, CA (almost 2 hours away). If I was to drive 2 hours, I would call to make sure that the vehicle I'm interested in is still there. We believe that Daniel (being the internet sales person) made a deal with both of us, and basically would give it to whoever showed up first. He wouldn't tell either of us that someone is coming to purchase the Lexus because a sale is a sale. If someone backs out of coming to purchase the vehicle, at least someone else is coming to purchase it. Overall, this was just dishonest, frustrating, and definitely heart breaking. The least you could do is fill up our gas!

Easiest Car Purchasing Experience Ever

What a fantastic group of professionals ever to work with. My initial visit to Elk Grove Audi started as a whim just to "look" at a new car. Initially I was interested in an A4. I was greeted by Ralph Jackson. He showed me the A4s and told me all about the vehicle. After looking over the vehicles, he introduced me to Robert in finance. He explained to me the advantages of leasing vs buying and buying vs leasing. He was a great help in determining what would work best for me. I then met Patrick Ahern and he took the time to run my credit to make sure I would be qualified. During the week, Ralph contacted me and I told him that I wasn't quite sure about the A4's size and that I needed a larger trunk area. He suggested that I consider the Audi Q5. I then went back to Audi a week later and test drove the Q5 and loved it. I knew that was the vehicle for me. After another week or so, I finally went back to EG Audi on a Friday evening and purchased a white Q5, exactly what I was looking for. Because it was a Friday evening and I had just got off work, I asked if I could pick up the vehicle on Saturday morning. Ralph and Patrick were fine with that decision and I returned on Saturday morning to pick up the Q5. It was placed inside the showroom and was all set for pick up. Ralph took a lot of time and showed me all of the bells and whistle on the car. I had purchased the ultimate clear bra for the car along with the car alarm and finishing touches. On the Monday following the purchase, I was contacted by EG Audi and they arranged for me to drop off the Q5 to get all of the work done. They also are loaning me a car for the days I will be without my Q5. EG Audi treated me with respect and I appreciate it very much. I am so happy that I purchased my Q5 from Ralph and Patrick. I appreciated the professional yet friendly process during our purchase. Everyone involved in the sale made us feel comfortable. Distance Doesn't Matter at Elk Grove Audi!!

I purchased my Audi Q5 TDI from Elk Grove Audi a year after my initial email to them inquiring about a used Allroad they had. Mike Fallis called me within a short time providing me with the information that I requested. We discussed my desire for a vehicle with good fuel economy and something a little larger than my current car. He mentioned that the Q5 would be coming out in diesel soon which I was already aware of from our local dealership (and familiar with diesels since we already own other diesel cars). Even though I visited several local Audi dealerships to test drive the Q5 when the diesel arrived, they either didn't have the exact car I wanted, the customer service was poor and/or their pricing was too high. Mike always kept me updated as to his inventory either via email, text or a call. Just enough to be thoughtful but never any pressure. I wasn't in a hurry for a car so instead of ordering, I felt that I would wait until the color and feature combination came up and I could decide to purchase at that time. Then one time when Mike and I were talking, I told him what I would like and if he received it, to let me know. He decided to take it upon himself to convert one that their dealership had ordered for their standard inventory to my specifications. He let me know what he had done but he said that there was no pressure and if I didn't want it, they would sell it to someone else. He continued to update me as to the status of the car, where it was in production and when it would arrive at their dealership. Before it was to arrive we agreed to the price and terms (which was much better than the local dealerships in the Bay Area and East Bay). Again all of this was accomplished remotely since I lived 120 miles from the dealership. When the car arrived at the dealership, Mike sent photos of the car and we agreed to a day to meet. I decided to drive with my family to the dealership, even though Mike offered to pick me up at the train station in Sacramento. The day that I purchased and drove the car home was the first time I met Mike in person. He was pleasant, very helpful and efficient. I purchased the car from Elk Grove even though it was further than several dealerships close to where I live because he kept in touch just enough to show that he cared and not too much to feel pressured. I would recommend Mike and this dealership to anyone, without hesitation. The distance was not a factor at all. We still keep in touch via email and phone checking on how it's going with the new car. All is going great with my new Q5 TDI!

Great service start to finish and beyond

I went to Elk Grove Audi to research and test drive the Q5. I had test driven a Q5 one other occasion at a competing Audi dealership, but was not ready or comfortable with moving forward with the purchase. The evening that I went to Elk Grove Audi I was also gathering more information and had a price in mind that I wanted to pay. I was greeted by Rich when I walked onto the lot. He was very friendly and a wealth of information. I got into the Q5 to take a test ride and he spent several minutes going over the multitude of bells and whistles and techie stuff that the Q5 had available. I am very much into the tech stuff and was surprised to learn there were also 3 different driving modes the vehicle was capable of (all omitted during my test drive at the competitor). We then took the Q5 out for a spin, I was able to check out it's highway performance as well as some back road turning radius assessments. The entire experience completely sold me on the vehicle being exactly what I desired. I had done quite a bit of research and knew the price that I wanted to negotiate, this process took approximately 3 minutes! That's right 3 minutes, I told them my price, and they agreed. It was better than the truecar price and lower than the average price paid on Edmunds. I was very pleased and ordered my custom Q5. I received email updates at every stage of the process, when the car went to be built, got to port in Germany, when it arrived in port in San Diego, when it was truck loaded and in route to the dealership. Mike Fallis took delivery of the vehicle had it detailed and ready to go as soon as it hit the lot so I could enjoy my Q5 at the earliest possible moment. He then spent a great deal of time going through all the special Audi connect features, and answered my multitude of questions. I would Highly recommend Elk Grove Audi to all of my friends and family. They give the personalized service that is so often overlooked.

This is a new and better way to buy a car. Why can't it be this easy every where else. My husband and I work long hours and have 2 kids so we didn't have time to shop around for a car. We knew what model we wanted so started emailing dealerships. A couple didn't respond, a couple insisted that we come in and meet them, a couple went ahead and gave us quotes. Elk Grove went well above and beyond. They continued to exceed the best quotes we got, answered all of our emailed questions in a very timely manner. And now for the best part.... we submitted all of our paperwork by email, made an appointment to pick up the car on a Satruday. I was in and out of the dealership in 45 minutes, driving away in my new car. The trade in, lease signing, and review of the car took no time at all. I was certain that I was going to arrive and they would try to renegotiate the price, etc. That couldn't be further from the truth - everyone was ready and prepare to get me in and out of the door on the exact terms we had prenegotiated. The last time I bought a car it took 6.5 hours!! I live in Oakland and work in San Franciso and it was abosutely worth the drive to Elk Grove just for this experience not to mention the price. We bought a 2011 Audi Certified Audi Q5. We had been looking for a particular color and option set for some time, and found it at Elk Grove. Ralph Jackson met us at the door after a 2 hour drive, and did a really fine job throughout the sale process, as did Michael in the finance department. The dealership was very nicely laid out, the only slight discomfort coming from an Audi RS5 right behind us -- I could hear it growling softly all the time.We love the car, we really appreciated the time Ralph spent with us to go over its complexities -- all in all, they did a really great job, right down to Ralph grabbing a battery booster when we tried to head home, because I had left the lights on in our old Jeep and flattened the battery!

Great care buying experience. The whole team at Elk Grove Audi is professional, knowledgable, and helpful. We dealt with Patrick and Guenther over a year ago when my son ordered an A4. We came this time to look at cars so my wife an I could order one in a few months. I drove a Patrick's demo car, which he had been driving for the last 8 months, which they were now selling. I fell in love with it and thought seriously about buying it, even though I was originally set on buying a new car. It took over 10 days and several visits with assistance from Guenther and Wesley to finally decide to buy this car. Through all the visits and discussions, I never felt pressured nor did the guys ever act like I was wasting their time. Matt McDougal has always been very professional, yet personal, when he reviews with me the maintenance hat needs to be performed on my car, and the review of the work that had been done. There are never any "gotcha's" with Matt. So after 7 years and my A6 reaching 248k, I came in to purchase another A6. Mike Fallis was excellent to work with for my purchase. He explained everything about the car, had our price set and then wrapped up the paperwork. Couldn't have been easier for me, which doesn't seem typical, but Mike made it that way. We just took the delivery of our 2014 Q5 3.0T last Friday and we have a great buying experience with Mike Fallis and Elk Grove Audi. We ordered the 2014 Q5 with Mike last July. There was no BS or hard selling. He is very knowledgeable of the Audi. We agreed with the price after one email exchanged. The most memorable was the experience we had when we traveled to the Mercedes factory in Germany for delivery of a new Mercedes. That is until we experienced the purchase of our new Audi from the Audi of Elk Grove.From the 1st visit to the Audi dealership to the final visit which was to take delivery of new Audi from the receptionist to the sales manager we were treated respectfully. I am one very satisfied customer! This by far was the best vehicle purchase experience in my life. I am not just saying this to be nice. We had the best customer service and not one time during our buying experience did we feel compelled to purchase a car nor did we ever feel pressured. Unlike many in the sales industry who worry about their sales numbers, Mike's concern was that I was taken care of the second I got there. A week later, I decided on an Audi, but the vehicle that I wanted was not in stock, but would be arriving in a few days. Daniel made sure to keep me in the loop as far as the status of the car. I took that price after a long back and forth on the phone the day before and because even though it was the wrong color it had the features I wanted. Josh was a great sales rep to work with, definitely a "no pressure" sales approach. We looked at a VW Golf, and Josh immediately said that he was not a VW expert but worked on the Audi side, but he still took us on our test drive and helped point out many features of the car. When it came to price discussion, he very quickly and efficiently gave us a best offer, without any back-and-forth haggling, which we really appreciated.
