I'm happy with my car buying experience.

Yesterday I met with Sean T about a 2016 Mazda Six. Sean is an army veteran with excellent product knowledge and is very likable. I received a strong lease deal and a fair trade-in value on my car. The sales manager, Mike, was also straightforward and shared with me various lease strategies which were helpful as I've never leased before. Ritchie was great. He talked a big game on the phone and backed it up. The drive north from Dallas was well worth it. I do not think we could have test driven the cars and purchased them any faster or easier. Compared to other dealerships that can't find the keys to the right car, then asking around to get the car pulled up. Ritchie had cars and keys waiting on us. Then Mark helped make the numbers right for us on our trade in's and the new cars. Love both the Silverado and the Traverse we bought from them. Top notch service from them both.

We work together to make sure that all maintenance needs are accomplished in a timely manner! No one but a factory trained GM mechanic from El Dorado works on my Avalanche! As always you guys are courteous and your facility is top rate. The reason for the lower rating on the quality of repair is that 10 minutes after I left the dealership the tire pressure sensor came back on and that was one of the items that I had repaired on this visit.

They serviced my 15-yr old Chev truck with no delay and did it for $140.00 less than a large independent shop. The service included 3-items. They even washed it before its return which they did not do on my last visit a year ago. I'm a strong advocate of getting a vehicle serviced by a same brand dealer rather than an independent shop. Washing a vehicle before return to the customer provides a competitive edge ... something independent shops likely can't/won't do.

I first went there for a engine light being on the attendant said it had something to do with the fuel tank....I setup and appointment. 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe in Excellent Condition

I have primarily used a Chevrolet dealer to perform maintenance on my 2002 Tahoe since I purchased the vehicle new. When I moved to my current residence in 2009, I started using Eldorado Chevrolet in McKinney, TX to perform the maintenance work. The SUV only has 96,550 miles on it and all maintenance records are up-to-date. I feel very confident that the vehicle would make a long road trip without any problems. Much of that confidence comes from knowing that Eldorado Chevrolet has a very good service staff that performs excellent work.

I purchased a 2014 GM Certified Chevy Silverado High Country about a month ago. The whole experience at El Dorado Chevrolet was very good, from sales to financing. However, I was most impressed with the handling of an issue that arose after I purchased the car, when I discovered that a feature which was advertised and sold to me wasn't actually on the vehicle. I met with the general sales manager to discuss the situation, and without any type of argument, he agreed to install the missing feature at no charge to me. I feel that he genuinely wanted to keep his customer happy, which he did. Thank you for doing the right thing.

I was expecting it to take all day for my oil change but it took maybe 30-40 minutes. Also they informed me of a recall on my truck they were going to fix and were very informative when I had questions.

Sunday Surprise

I was very pleased with the entire staff's customer service beginning with Brent Villarreal, thru the floor manager, to the finance staff, and quick contact by the concierge, Jo Bailey. We were made very comfortable in the process; we didn't feel hounded or pressured but given due attention. When out for a drive that previous Sunday, we had just intended to look and begin getting ideas for a future purchase. However, Brent was on location and was very accommodating to our desire to look at several models of Chevy vehicles. Had he not been there to let us test drive and see all the bells and whistles on my Traverse, we probably wouldn't have bought a car this month. Great job to all!

Saturday service

OK except the new kid at the counter told me you no longer offered shuttle rides on Saturdays. To my surprise the driver dropped by to say hi to me and was shocked since he does still provide shuttle service to people who work Mon-Fri. Please ensure this service is maintained since its a must for my circumstance.

Friendly and very helpful. My service adviser was knowledgeable and friendly. I was provided with a loaner vehicle as would take a couple days to repair mine. The vehicle that I was provided was similar to mine and that was very considerate.

Service was great - have absolutely no complaints.However, this survey is really lacking. This is the 6th time I have tried to complete it.The first three times the survey sheet (this one) would not even come up. The next two times, it would not allow me to submit. Hope it goes through this time

Great service / few it's rushed on delivery

To be honest sales guy had left but David Perry was able to locate. The pricing process was smooth but the actual number of the trade was lower and still never saw the $500 that was to be added. I took the truck home a mess and came back two days later. The outside was good but the forgot the top of SuV and inside the car. It was not showroom cleaned deliveries SUV. Also the side roof rails were never installed. Great dealer.

I came in for some recall service on my Cobalt, was taken care of quickly and received a fast ride home. When I called later in the day, they said they were backed up and couldn't get it done that day -- which was annoying. They also said I could come in for a loaner -- so I did. When I came in, the technician had pushed the car through and it was ready.I appreciated that.

Ty is wonderful! After helping me with my oil change and tire rotation, and setting me up with an appointment to take care of a recall, he took time to come out front and assist me when I was involved in an accident right in front of the dealership! Everyone goes above and beyond at Eldorado! Anita still calls me by name when she sees me even though she only sees me a couple of times a year! They treat me like my car is the only one every brought to their facility.
