third bad experience; trouble scheduling; price was way off for routine maintenance; car not ready when promised; fluids not topped off and tires had five pound variance in pressure - had to argue with service guy that there was a problem with two tires losing air (surprise - they had nails in them). used to be fabulous. very disappointing.

My son was driving my RDX just 72 hours after receiving his license when he got a flat tire. We had to have my car towed to your dealership after hours. They were wonderful with my husband on the phone and assured him that everything would be taken care of when he dropped me off Monday morning on his way to the airport so I could get to work on time. The service department knew who I was and I had under a 10 minute wait before I was ready to go. They were friendly and professional and not what I expected that early on a Monday morning from a dealership that I did not buy my Acura from. I have been driving much further for service because to be honest I did not know your dealership was even at this location. Your staff was outstanding and I will be bringing my car for service to you in the future. Thanks for everything!

The service team was great with the routine mechanical stuff, where they struggled was with the technology stuff (Audio, nav, gps, etc.) and AcuraLink. They do get an "A" for effort, they tried real hard, but after calling AcuraLink, bringing a salesman into the service dept to try and resolve the issues they fell short resolving my issues on the 1st visit.

Brandon did a great job letting me know what I needed. Will have to come back to break it down because the cost for up there. Overall was a good experience been going the dealer since I got my TL . The dealer hs have switched out service guys a bit but I believe they have a good group of guys in there now.

All was great for a 75k miles service but took much more time than I was told ant I arrived at 730 am as scheduled. This delay cost me an important appointment since the total time was 90 minutes beyond that time.

Took 3 tries, YES! 3 times emailing and calling to get someone who would work with us. At first very polite and confirmed they would honor USAA pricing and even give a military discount. However, they absolutely rip of on trade in. I am glad I never mentioned over 10k downpayment, prob would have ripped me off even more. Salesman was down right rude when I tried negotiating the $ of the trade.For an Atlanta size city, Voyles is definitely not competitive or understands what customers expect from a premium brand dealership. Regardless, went to another voulme sale dealer and received a much better deal, hint: they are the largest dealer in Atanta for Acura.

I made an appointment for an oil change for my 2012 TL which is the last service of the prepaid service plan I bought when I purchased the car. The oil change took 2 hours and I had to get the service manager involved to get my car after 2 hours or it would have taken longer. They did not even check on an issue that I requested they look at. I have brought my TL in for service for the last three years and have received similar treatment. I wanted to give them a fair shake but can not recommend this dealership for their service dept. They are very uncaring and unprofessional. Steer clear of this dealers service dept.

We had talked to a couple of Acura dealers and their responsiveness was underwhelming. It may have been because the MDX model we were looking for was not on their lots. After reviewing the inventories of several other dealers, we found what we were looking for at Ed Voyles Acura. After clicking on a button on their web site we were put in contact with a very friendly and capable sales representative on a Saturday. We were able to get the deal we were looking for and we picked up our new MDX the following Wednesday. It was as we had specified. We were very pleased with our buying experience - especially since we were from out of town and most of our contacts were via phone and text messages. The courtesy, friendliness, attention to detail and general assistance shown by the staff at Ed Voyles Acura made our buying experience very satisfactory.

We have been looking for a certified 2012 Acura TL Tech package for several months. We found one at Ed Voyles with the Advance Pkg. The vehicle was exactly what we were looking for and then some. It was priced below what other Acura dealers were asking and the folks at Ed Voyles went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Would definitely recommend them.

I've been buying cars for years from individuals because the times I bought from dealerships has always been a nightmare. Not with the preowned department at Ed Voyles. What a great experience. Bill my salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable with no pressure to buy. Al the manager was easy to work with and never said "no" . After we completed the deal I found a few things wrong with the van that needed repair. Jim,Kevin and Derrick were great to work with in service and did the repairs at a large discount. I'll be keeping a eye on their pre-owned inventory for my next purchase.

The ironic thing is Ed Voyles Acura's Sales experience is one of the best I have ever had and I buy a lot of cars. The bad thing is this service department is a bunch of yo yos. They do incomplete work, then damage a tail light (at least they replaced that) and then can;t follow through. When they know you are not happy you mysteriously don't get the usual follow up "How was your service" survey and phone call. And some of the most unprofessional folks I have dealt with. Most of them in service answer the phone "Hello... I expect "Hello this is Jimmy how can I help you" or at minimum at least "Hello this is..." Best advice I have is to most definitely buy your car here, but get it service at one of the other Acura dealers.

Both my girlfriend and I have been long time Honda/Acura consumers having purchased 10 products in the last 10 years. Recently she decided she wanted to trade in her 2011 TSX for a 2014 RDX. We have dealt with most of the dealers in Metro Atlanta and many of them had not impressed us. Either the sales experience was mediocre or the finance experience was horrible. This time we decided to try Ed Voyles Acura since we had never used them before, but I almost got a new TL from them a few months earlier. We contacted our sales person, Bryan Felton, to make sure he had a vehicle we wanted and to set up a time to check it out. Bryan was a wonderful sales person every step of the way. He arranged to ship in a vehicle that we wanted without even asking for a deposit. When the vehicle arrived we noticed an issue with the front bumper, but no worries, because the GM, Bill Stout, stepped up and had the issue resolved to our liking without any hassles at all. Next was the dreaded finance process, I have never enjoyed that process nor have I ever had a good experience with finance people that close the deal. Well to my surprise this time was not only problem free, it was truly a pleasurable and exceptional experience. There was no arm twisting to buy unnecessary add ons or warranties, once we said no Joy moved on. All in all this was probably the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I have purchased over 20 new cars during the last 20 years. Acura should do everything it can to train their dealers to be more like Ed Voyles as they were exceptional in customer service and the entire experience from start to finish. I would recommended Ed Voyles to anyone in the market for a new car and hope to do business with them again in the future.

We just purchased a 2014 MDX from Ed Voyles Acura, and we are extremely pleased. Our salesman, Lloyd Johnson, was great. No pressure, and he was extremely knowledgeable about the MDX and all the features. We were completely comfortable during the entire process. Smooth experience and deal. The 2014 MDX we wanted had to be shipped in, and we were informed every step of the way. When we returned to the dealership when our MDX had arrived, the paperwork was ready and Lloyd spent an hour with us, making sure that we were comfortable with our new vehicle. Great overall experience.

I came across a used Honda Odyssey in Ed Voyles Acura Pre-owned dept and I must say I am so glad I bought my van from here. I don't think I would have had a better van buying experience at a Honda dealership too. Ed Voyles went an extra mile to make me happy. So here is my story - I had to be out of town for the rest of the week so I couldn't make the purchase the same day. I test drove the car on Wednesday (10/2) and told them I really want the van and if this can be held until monday (10/7) and I will pick it up first thing. Believe it or not, Ed Voyles actually held the car for me till the following Monday just because I had told them I was interested and I am buying it. I mean I did not even give them a down payment, it was just based out of good faith. I mean no dealership in this country would do that. Seriously!!!!!!! Tony in particular was extremely helpful and professional and made sure that every request was taken care of. Even better, they got me a finance rate better than what my credit union was offering :) These ppl know how important customers are and how to treat them, they are not pushy, they appreciate your budget, needs. If you are looking to buy a used car, definitely consider Ed Voyles Acura Pre-Owned, you will not be disappointed!! I highly recommend this dealership!!

Used "Cars.com" to research a used TSX. Ed Voyles had a low mileage 2012 TSX listed. We used the "Cars.Com" contact the dealer "click" and got a very fast response from "Tony". I arranged to see and drive the car the next day on my lunch hour. The car was set up nicely and we had a good test drive. Tony suggested starting the paper work on my trade and our credit info. He made the process very professional but relaxed. The finance Mgr was very kind and professional too. My wife came by the next day and by the next day the TSX was ours.

Searched several statewide dealerships for particular model (color & interior) TSX w/ Tech. Several dealerships had in various GA cities and we were willing to drive to get the model we wanted. Due to the distance, tried to do as much over the phone as possible. On initial call to Ed Voyles, was put in touch with Sales Consultant Holly, & asked for a best offer quote and detailed information on the car/s available, before narrowing our travel direction. There were two Dealerships in Atl. called both(about an hours drive away) that had the model we were looking for. From the initial call to the close of the sale The entire Ed Voyles Team were GREAT! All dealerships were very close (or probably would have been) at final sale price but the offer and service at Ed Voyles Acura over the phone sent us direct to them.Upon arrival were shown the car, it had been detailed and was gased and ready for a test drive parked right by the door and ready to go. Holly had all the paperwork, car info, File with extra copies of all codes etc. ready for us at here desk. She went over all the details of the car features etc. after the test drive. Finance Manager Robert(Bob) Welch had everything prepared on the financial end very quickly once the deal was closed and was a pleasure to deal with. Met Team Service Manager Jeff Butera (sorry to interupt lunch Jeff) but he took time away from lunch to show us around the service area with Holly. Can't say enough good things about the experience with this dealership & it's staff! By far the BEST / EASIEST car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Was well worth the drive & would HIGHLY recomend for both cost saving and service!

My Mother was in town recently from Indiana and needed her 2001 CL worked on so we called Ed Voyles to make an appointment so they could assess and repair. Upon retrieval the car had been cleaned inside and out (it was a mess after the long drive to Atlanta) and since the repair was so minor they did not even charge her! I had purchased the car there for myself but my Mom loved it so much she bought it from me. I then bought a VW and WOW what a difference in customer service. Whenever I take my car in for service I have to wait for hours even for a simple oil change and trust me, it has never been cleaned even for the expensive scheduled maitenance. When it comes time to replace either vehicle we will certainly return to this dealership whether it is 25 miles away or 500 miles away. The service here is ALWAYS exceptional and as a consumer it is greatly appreciated.

I had to have my transmission replaced on my 2001 MDX. They made this very unpleasant situation bearable. Everyone I spoke with was great. They gave me a loaner car that was even better than my car. Which some dealerships do not do. They absolutely spoiled me. Two weeks after my car was done we had to replace my husbands engine in his Chevrolet Silveraldo. Worst experience ever. I wish Acura had a truck just so if I ever had to have it worked on I could bring it here. I will never take my car anywhere else. I live 25 miles away and their service for me it is worth the drive. There are two other dealership that are much closer and I drive right on past them to get top notch service. I have already told everyone I know about this wonderful experience.

I've purchased two TL's from Ed Voyles. Never pressured to buy (though they were over-eager to unload my trade!). Service always treats me like a VIP and the waiting area is really remarkable. Loaners are now all Acuras (great improvement). I now work 2 miles from Nalley and can't bring myself to switch for service. Guess I'll have to drive.

This was by far the best dealer experience I ever had. Eventhough I live only 5 miles from Acura Carland. I decided to drive the extra 15 miles because of the dishonesty of Carland employees.I went to this dealership late 2004 for the 05 TL. Ben Wheeler was very courteous and more than willing to be sure that I was satisfied with my experience. Not once did I feel pressured. He let me take both the Manual and Automatic TL home over night to help me decide which one I wanted. I decided on the stick and when I was ready to buy the transaction was painless. I got the price I wanted with no pushback from the dealer at all. After the car arrived a couple of weeks later we completed the transaction and he took the time to go over the car and all its features. Ben was there for me before and after the sale. Its too bad that he is no longer with Voyles Acura, because I would buy another car from him in a heartbeat. However, the person who now sits at Ben's desk is just as friend and courteous and Ben was.A couple of my experiences with Voyles was less than desirable when I dealt with Antonio Norris and another guy. But my most recent visit was much much better. I have also worked with Kevin Riley in the past when I was considering an '03TL-S, and though I ended up getting another car instead, he also provided me a very pleasant experince.This dealership is definetely recommended.
