This was one of the best car purchasing experiences I have had, the staff were pleasant and very helpful. My salesman Don was knowledgeable and let me look at every option. What was really nice to see is how well the management staff was also very attentive. The sales Manager Brett was very helpful in making this a very easy transaction, also I was pleasently surprised with the General Manager Harry Astor who introduced himself to me and made sure I was satisfied with the purchase. Simply HORRIBLE! Don't service your car here. If you don't care to read the entire story, don't, but don't go here. Go to Vera, drive to Williamson, Braman or any dealer, but not here. HORRIBLE customer service, and lie after lie... can't image a luxury brand like Cadillac will do nothing about this. What a bad experience. I had to hunt down Larry, my service advisor, for over a month to get an appointment. I have texts, calls, etc. He finally responds and tells me to come in a few weeks because he is "slammed"! Mind you we are bringing back the Escalade to fix items that he didn't fix the last time we took the car in. He asks me to text him at 7am so he can confirm with me he can get me a loner car. I text him and he confirm and I send my wife on our daughters birthday to drop off the car and leave it for the service and other fixes. She arrives and Larry as soon as he sees her picks up the phone and pretends to be on a call, just points to her and waves her with his hand to tell her to wait for him inside. She goes inside and waits and waits. Nada... never mind that we have an appointment, never mind that he knows we've been trying to get a hold of him for weeks to get the car repaired. She gets tired of waiting and goes into the Enterprise office to ask if they have cars and if there is anything she can do to speed up the process since she has been there for 30 minutes waiting on Larry. They tell her they don't have ANY loaner cars available. So she decides to leave. Larry sees her leave and goes after her and tells her to wait longer that he will get her a car. Obviously she doesn't believe him since he had CONFIRMED the car with me at 7am that day... so he lied. I then called the service manager or something like that, a guy named Mike Byrne. Left him 2 voicemails letting him know how upset we were and you know what he did... NOTHING. No call back, no text, no email. Just ignored it. No wonder Larry does handles his customers like that. His managers don't even return customers calls. (BTW, I was never rude, disrespectful or in any way offensive towards Larry or Mike. I shared the same story and asked for a call. Nothing more.)For what I see Mr. Ed Morse must be pretty successful in his endeavors, since I see his has multiple dealerships. A little advice Mr. Morse; you would do better if you had managers that made customer service their TOP priority. Sometimes when a business grows too large these details fall through the cracks. It happens... and that's why these platforms help, to let other customers know where each business is failing (or thriving) so that they hopefully avoid the same or similar bad experiences. In the end I took my car to Vera Cadillac, and the service manager was VERY polite and professional. He resolved my issue with courtesy and efficiently. No drama. Didn't have to wait over a month, didn't get lied to and he was on point, didn't have to wait at all. Thank you! I have owned several GM cars for over a Decade. I bought the new Cadillac Escalade when it just came out 2 years ago... got one of the very first ones. I went out all the way to Daytona to Ritchie Cadillac to buy it. And it has had several issues like most new models do on their first version out. But the car is great. The issue has been the service from Ed Morse Cadillac in Sawgrass. I hope they address this so they don't piss off more customers. BTW Larry, my name isn't Mr. Carrillo. It's Mr. Martinez. That's my wife's last name.

I had extensive work done on my 2002 transam ws6, rear differential rebuilt, bearing wore out in a little over a year. Why. I had four struts put in, and they bounce like there cheap or not the right part, and that's after they couldn't find the right parts and made me wait five days before they could find a part. Also had steering column taken apart for rebuild of security system and left stealing column loose. They replied it was loose when I brought it in. Don't you think with all the money I spent, I would have had that fixed also, well they took the word of the tech who lied. I also had my transmission worked on. And it was brought back and said it is now another problem. Twice I had to pay. I have always taken my car to Ed morse paying top money for repairs expecting quality work, and also by the way I baby my car and drive it normal, I don't understand why I get service like this from a dealership. I tried to respond back to the service that does this review but my iPad won't let me sign on to the dealership.

Went in with a particular car and number in my head of what I would pay. Eric was the most non ushy easy going salesman I have ever met. I can be a bit grouchy and he took it all in stride and humor. Next time we need a new vehicle we will definitely make the 2 hour treck to Ed Morse Sawgrass and will hope Eric Durand is still with them to sell us a car

I purchased a 2013 Mocha Metallic Steel Platinum Cadillac Escalade from Ed Morse. I actually found the vehicle on line at 0630 Saturday am. I Was contacted by Johnathan Funsch via phone around 0900. Spoke with him, got details about the car, got my questions answered and was able to start the process of purchasing the car. Being a previous Escalade owner, I knew exactly what I wanted and Ed morse had it! You can read the story in the following email that I sent to the Service Manager..but, he never answered:Hi,I am NOT "COMPLETELY SATISFIED". In fact, I am very disappointed with your services and diagnostics. I think I talked to you in person last week with one of the Technician and I was hoping, and also asked, for someone else, bedside the tech, to test my car. I was hoping you will test it, because the Tech, in front of you was saying that he didn't feel nothing wrong with my car. After been in your dealer for more than 7 times, testing, fixing, drooping and picking of my car. I got it back with the same problem, but yesterday...even worse.I am not a mechanic or tech, but if someone bring me a car shaking, the first thing that I'll do will be checking the wheels. Don't you think? That is what I asked, but after all this situation, i just got told yesterday that my wheels are bad. I am very frustrated with this, because I can understand the following questions. Why you charged me $120.00 (GMC told me will be $85.00) for re balance my car if the wheels are bad? Why did I receive my car after you replaced the axle with the same problem and they told me they tested and it was fine? Why the Technician, in front of you and me, admitted that he didn't know that the problem it was the car was shaking it? he said that he just got told that he had to replace the axle. Why no one tested my car since the beginning in a highway? I assuming nobody test it, because they returned my car all the time like it was fine. Why I have been hearing since the beginning justifications and arguments? After I tested my car yesterday with your wheels, the car was better and shake a little bit (For me it's fine like that) but, when they put my wheels back... my car got worse.I am just writing you this, because I believe you and the people who handle the dealer should know all this things.I am not planning to go back to your dealer never and ever again. A great service will show better in difficult situations. It is easy to provide good service in easy situations. I hope you can understand my frustration.Thanks for reading this.

We subsequently recommended the dealership to our son and his wife....they leased an Enclave and they, in turn, recommended the dealership to his wife's parents. I flew in to Fort Lauderdale last week to purchase a rare, 2015 Buick Regal GS with a manual transmission. From start to finish, the experience was positive and top notch! Because I live out of state, I negotiated freely prior to commiting to fly out to purchase the vehicle. I negotiated with/through Jonathan Funsch, and he was terrific and helpful. I must admit, the internet price advertised was a really good price to start (and I told them this after we agreed on a final price), and Jonathan asked me what price would earn my business. I gave him a price that would be acceptable as well as an ideal price. To my joy and surprise, he got back to me with a price that was $100 BELOW my ideal price. In other worse, he did better than the best price I asked!!! After that, David Hughes helped with the rest of the sale, arrangements and paperwork. He was extremely kind/pleasant, knowledgable, and a generally good guy. He even picked me up from the airport and made sure as much of the paperwork was done in advance before I arrived to same me time. He's even been in touch since the sale, just checking on me and the car to make sure everything is going smoothly and that I am satisfied. I can tell you that I am! The whole experience was really great. I am thrilled with my car and the price was better than anything else in the country--I looked! Every one was very friendly and professional , Jay Negron was very patient and helped me with the lease numbers, my salesman Brian Garcia took his time with us ,took us on 3 different test drives, he was available to answer my questions when ever i phoned him. Finance was a smooth process over all it was a great experience better then any other time i have purchased a vehicle. I will definitely be back to see Brian and the team, thank you for being so courteous and i will recommend to any one i know car shopping.

Headed out last week to a west palm beach dealer with a heavily-researched and negotiated deal on a chevy silverado ready to go. On a whim, stopped in to Ed Morse on the way up north to check out the finer Sierra and see what could be done, not expecting anything close to the $10k off sticker chevy was offering. Ended up buying one from David an hour later. From the moment I walked in it was a no-games, pleasant experience. I had honest, face to face contact with the sales manager (no hulking beast in a tie looming from behind a high desk constantly staring the deal down) and David oversaw all the details as I hemmed and hawed between the chevy and gmc. I walked away from the best car-buying experience I've ever had - hands down. Can't recommend the team at Ed Morse enough. David, especially, deserves high marks for professionalism and working hard to get a superb deal done.

Dana Thrashsr was extremely helpful and not at all pushy. I dislike sales people that are pushy and pressure me to make decision right there and then. I told him my price concerns and he did what he could to mk it happen. I am very happy with my new 20q5 Buick Enclave, just nervous about staying within our 12k miles. My wife and I had gone into Ed Morse after my contacting them on the internet and telephone. We were treated with great respect and they listened to everything we were looking for in an auto. We wound up with a 2015 Buick Enclave. We Love It!! The salesman was very knowledgeable and showed us exactly what were looking for. I have never gone into an automobile dealership where I did not feel as if I was being pressured. At this dealership, I never felt my wife and I were put under any pressure. The service department is excellent. We dealt with Aldo Ducasse who answered numerous questions and is very knowledgeable, not to mention excellent in customer service. When I made the appointment for my first oil change on my 2014 Chevy Cruze I was told that James will be my Service Advisor,I had a 7:00 am appointment. I got to the service Dept 10 minutes prior to my schedule appointment and parked outside the service entrance at 7:00am when the door opened I drove my car in to the service area and James Connelly took my key. I went to the showroom where I waited until my car was completed. Shortly after James brought the service sheet for me to sign and told me it will take approximately one and a half hours. My car was ready at 8:13am and James came with the invoice and read for me what was done to my car based on the 2 Year Maintenance Program. I also got a car wash. Having just moved back to Ft Lauderdale after a year in New York City we decided it was time to get my wife a new vehicle. We stopped in to the Ed Morse dealership because of the convenient location just off I-75 near the Sawgrass Mall. We had not looked at Chevy's, in fact I haven't owned a Chevy in over 20 years. We had already looked at everything from Acura's to Smart cars and my wife was becoming less interested by the vehicle. Well when we walked into the showroom and she saw the Chevy Spark our search was over. It is the style and shape she likes, was affordable and has all the bells and whistles from a technology standpoint. She was sold but we still had to deal with a salesperson which can go either way. The good news is, we met Steve Lawrence. Steve has a great demeanor, is eager to help without the aggressiveness and made buying a car from Ed Morse an absolute pleasure. The process was easy, hassle free, handled professionally and a true departure from our past buying experiences at other dealerships. Details are below, but in summary, service department representatives at Ed Morse Sawgrass were dishonest, attempted to charge $850 for a parts replacement which clearly was unnecessary, and which it is possible, if not highly probable, they never intended to replace. I cannot say it strongly enough...do NOT trust this place. I refused to have the work done and had it towed to another dealership where I received superb and (most importantly) honest service, and where my problem was fixed for a fraction of the $850 cost, without an expensive part replacement. Details of my experience and links to similar experiences by others are below. I lost all keys to my Buick Roadmaster and had AAA tow it to Ed Morse Sawgrass to have a new set made from the Vin #. Gabriel, the Ed Morse Service Advisor, who seemed very polite and helpful, told me I might not be able to make a key from the VIN and suggested that, since the car was an older model, the locks might have been changed at some point, which would mean a VIN key would not work. I explained I was confident the key lock cylinder was the original factory equipment. I then asked that he make a VIN key as a first step because that should work. Ed Morse Sawgrass then SUPPOSEDLY made a key from the VIN #, after which Gabriel called to tell me they had made the key; as predicted, it didnt work; and the ONLY solution was an $850 replacement of the lock cylinder (which would include the cost of 1 set of keys and reprogramming them). In response to my detailed questioning, he told me it was NOT possible the key they made was bad because the whole process of making the key is computerized and errors are not possible. Further, he said anyone who made a VIN key from the VIN number would end up with the exact same key because everyone had the same VIN database. He reiterated that my ONLY alternative would cost $850 for one set of keys. I then went into the dealership and tried the key myself. Gabriel was not there, but his partner was. Imagine my surprise when I picked up the key to try it and found it had no teeth in it and looked suspiciously like a blank. When I tried the key, it did not work. When I voiced to Gabriels partner that the key had no teeth, his response was sarcastic, rude, and unhelpful. He said Gabriel had already told me the key was bad (a direct contradiction of Gabriels statement that errors in making the key were not possible because the process was computerized), and they were waiting on a new one. Since I had questioned Gabriel in detail to be sure I understood exactly what he was saying, and he had INSISTED an $850 lock cylinder replacement was my ONLY alternative, Gabriel was clearly dishonest. Furthermore, since I knew keys were made on premises and they had had my car over a week (plenty of time to make a good key), they were clearly not waiting for a good key. As far as I could tell, a VIN key had never been made. Certainly, if they were still waiting for a replacement key, they could not yet assess that my ONLY alternative was an $850 repair. No longer trusting Ed Morse Sawgrass, I then had the car towed to another Cadillac dealer in Pembroke Pines. Their service advisor (Leo) was extremely helpful. There I received SUPERB service, along with three sets of VIN keys (with teeth) THAT WORKED for a fraction of the $850 that Sawgrass intended to charge me for only 1 set of keys and work that did not need to be done. Because this made it irrefutable that Sawgrass representatives had been dishonest, I am here writing the first review of any kind I have ever written. Most of the reviews for Ed Morse are about their sales department. Buying a car can be a daunting proposition, especially if you are a woman. I dreaded the experience of walking into a car dealership, so I took a deep breath and was ready for a high adrenaline experience. To my surprise this was a wonderful stress free process. Tom Procek was very professional, helpful and friendly. He didn't play any of the tricks and scams that sales people play at most car dealerships. I live in Atlanta, so there was an extra amount of paperwork to deal with in order to register the car out of state. Everybody at Ed Morse went out of their way to make me feel comfortable during the entire process. Bob Hider, the pre-owned manager, was very kind and even allowed me to leave my old car parked on their premises for a few days. My wife and I first went to look at a few used Cadillac CTS's they had in stock. We found a certified 2011 CTS we liked a lot with low mileage. We negotiated a bit, got an excellent finance rate and drove away in our new car about 2 hours after entering the store. Our salesperson, Dorina was new to the dealership but very personable. The sales manager Bob and Finance officer, Tony were all very courteous, respectful and professional. I strongly dislike the sales run around and gamesmanship most dealers play and was very pleased with the experience. What impressed me the most though, was a few days after we drove away, they called me to come in to pick up a 2nd key we requested and they provided [at no extra cost] and at the same time, they on their own initiative, changed all 4 of my tires with new ones. Usually once you drive off the lot, and the sale is made, no more freebies. This impressed the heck out of me. So much so, that I have since bought both my daughters cars from them with again great service from Dorina, Bob, and Tony. We got a nice 2010 Toyota Matrix and a very sporty 2011 certified Stingray Camaro. Both good experiences and no hassle sales at very good prices. A reputable dealer I highly recommend. Since that didn't happen, I walked around and noticed the service writer sitting in their office in a heated conversation on his cell phone, again he didnt even look up to give me the 1 min hand gesture, so I respectfully knocked on the door and asked if someone could help me with the service on my car...I really expected more from Cadillac since they push their concierge service so heavily when they sell a car. I really don't think its appropriate to be standing around 15 minutes just to get an employee to greet you in service and thats where it began.I was told the car would take 1-1.5 hours to do a routine service, and I did not have a problem with that, I sat in the waiting area and noticed only 2 other people there waiting with me. So after 1 1/2 hours I get up to check in and see if my car is coming along, and by the look of the person I was dealing with, the car had not even gone inside b/c apparently nobody entered the info in to the computer. I am a patient person, I rarely complain, however, 2.5 hours to get a tire replaced was enough to make me write about the bad experience. He was apologetic for the amount of time it took to replace a tire, yet I really felt like the folks over at Ed Morse Cadillac could have done a much better job overall.I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who needs cadillac service, find another cadillac store...you have been warned!!!

I have used mechanics the world over,I have lived almost everywhere and first off if you are hard on your car or have mediocre funds you can still find honest hard working service and technicians and get the must have repairs and the soon to be done and the no need to worry about it(yet or that's not the problem at all) MOST DEALERSHIPS WILL REPLACE EVERY PART TILL EVENTUALLY WHAT WAS WRONG IS FIXED, well not a master mechanic (s) at Ed Morse in Sunrise,fla. Rob that writes service tickets and actually does the work can absolutely diagnose and had a dogged determination to find a way to help the customer first and doing that well helps the dealership! I would seek this mechanic out if within 250 miles of south fla. also the other service tech Javier is also very friendly and goes above what most techs will do .most women who are reluctant to trust a mechanic don't be afraid to go to ED MORSE AUTO MALL IN SUNRISE AND ASK FOR ROB OR JAVIER, also the Cadillac road side Bruce is also more than your average roadside courtesy mechanic, these three are the real deal and throw backs to an era when a mechanic used diagnostic machines butEXPERIENCE to fix your car . After moving to S Florida and purchasing my first vehicle- Cadillac CTS the last thing I wanted was problems at the dealership. I purchased my vehicle at an Infinity dealership. After 3 months it was schedule for service. I brought my vehicle in at TWO OTHER Cadillac dealerships at got the runaround. First, I made an appointment with a service rep over the phone and the next day when I showed up he was out sick. No big deal. I was handed over to another service rep who was very nice and understood my concerns. He looked over the car, took notes, and acknowledged my concerns. The next day I brought my car in at 8:30 in the morning. By 3 o'clock i received a call explaining that no work had been done on my car. For the record my car only needed some light tuning. I picked up my car after work and the next day sent an email to Cadillac Corporate. I received a call from someone who asked me about my concerns and said they would fix the problem. The next day I received a call from LARRY EACHO at ED MORSE SAWGRASS. He asked me what I was having trouble with and told me to bring the car in. The next morning I brought my vehicle in and right away I knew I was going to be taken care of. LARRY sat me down in his office and IMMEDIATELY began to arrange for a rental. That blew me away. He noted all my concerns and spoke to me with a level of understanding that is rare. I told him i'm new to S Florida and need my Cadillac to run smoothly. I didn't want any games or nonsense. His assistant was there and while Larry and I spoke his assistant offered me some Nitrogen for the tires. I wasn't interested in buying anything and was a bit annoyed, but I didn't say anything. When LARRY and i finished speaking I left feeling a lot better about leaving my vehicle with him. The rental was ready and off to work I went. The next day LARRY's assistant called me and APOLOGIZED for trying to sell me a product when what i needed was service. WOW!!! My car was at ED MORSE for 3 days and everyday I received a call explaining what work had been done. EXCELLENT!!! LARRY EVEN FOUND some coupons I could use to bring my costs down. I picked up my vehicle when it was ready and it was just as I had left it... but better. brakes were tighter, inside carpets were vacuumed, I was good. LARRY IS THE BEST. HANDS DOWN. I was so impressed with his level of communication, honesty, and dependability that I personally met with the Dealership Service Manager, Mike. I told him about the level of service that LARRY had provided and that I wanted to acknowledge that in person. LARRY gets it!! I have bought my last 5 GM vehicles through the Internet sales department at various GM dealerships. It is a fantastic way of purchasing a vehicle because it lets you work out the details and costs ahead of time. This way you know just what to expect when you go into the dealership. Apparently that is not the way the Internet sales department works at Ed Morse-Sawgrass Auto Mall. The Ed Morse Internet sales department is just another mechanism to lure the naive customer into the dealership. (And I was the next naive customer.)My Ed Morse-Sawgrass Auto Mall Experience...I found a lease deal special on the Ed Morse web site and contacted the Internet sales department. I talked with Jay from the Internet sales department a few times who gave me an estimate of the up front costs, verified the particular car was in stock, and scheduled an appointment to purchase the vehicle. After a 30 mile drive, my wife and I arrive at the dealership. We are greeted by the floor manager and handed off to a sales associate who was given little or no information about our situation. We spent the first hour riding around the dealership trying to find the particular vehicle we were interested in. Turns out that the vehicle of interest was not in stock after all (even though Jay verified it was) so we made a second choice. The sales associate took us to his office; asked us a few questions; entered some information into the computer; and gets up and just disappears for 15-20 minutes. He arrives back with the lease numbers. The monthly payments were more than the advertised price and the up front costs included 2 or 3 significant costs that Jay neglected to tell me about. Time to talk to the manager. About 5-10 minutes later my wife and I are surrounded by the floor manager, Internet sales manager, Jay, and the sales associate. We were told that the reason why our numbers were higher was because Jay forgot a few of the up front costs and we did no qualify for 1 or 2 of the rebates. (There was no mention by Jay ahead of time about qualifying for any rebates.) They came back with a second set of numbers that still were not the advertised numbers. At this point my stomach was in knots and my wife and I walked out. Two hours and 60 miles of driving wasted. Thanks Ed Morse Internet sales department. I did receive a call from Jay about an hour later stating that the floor manager agreed to follow through on the exact lease deal. Are you kidding me??? You are the last dealership I would do business with after what you put me through. The next day I leased the vehicle from Lou Bachrodt and guess what... the numbers I discussed with their Internet sales department were exactly the same when I showed up in their dealership.


Stay away from these guys!!

Dealership had plenty of cars to choose from. Let us take as long on test rides as we as we wanted. Let us take as many different cars as we wanted and it never seemed like it was a chore. The dealership personnel couldn't have been friendlier or more knowledgeable. The financial process was quick and to the point. Senior management was on hand to lend a hand and bring the experience that made you feel comfortable with this decision. Lastly, the Cadillac line today has the fit and finish that they seemed to get away from in the 80's and 90's and it was nice to buy American again and not feel that I compromised to do so.

I Purchased a 2011 arcadia danali for my wife. Mr Bill fuller and Caleb the finance guy made this the best auto purchase experencies Ive ever had. I've purchased many new cars throughout the years,but this is the most PROFFESSIONAL team we have encountered in years. Mr Fuller followed up with us many times,both before and after the sale. I had a wonderful car buying experience due to the sales man Bill Fuller. When I walked in I was not sure what vehicles were available to me. Bill spoke to my Husband and I in length and determine that the Buick Regal would be the best vehicle for us. Even though Bill was scheduled to leave at 8pm he let us have an extensive test drive and explained all the features of the vehicle. When we returned to the dealership we were hooked on the Buick. I just bought my new 2008 Malibu through this dealership's Internet department and what a Phenomenal buying experience it was. I submitted my inquiry and got an immediate response. I called my Internet Sales Rep and he mentioned that they try to work by appointment due to the fact that they will have my car cleaned, gassed and ready for an immediate test drive upon my arrival, they did just that. When I arrived my car was cleaned and waiting for me to test-drive it. I drove the vehicle, came back inside and found that the Internet Sales Manager had just about all of my paperwork filled out and got me through the entire process very quickly as I requested.I would highly recommend this dealers Internet Department; they completely changed my view on buying a car. I purchased my 2002 Corvette from this dealer, and have had to see them several times for repair on leather seating. Each time the dealer made the repairs and each time it was done improperly causing another visit and attempted repair. Between damaging the seat, installing a defective cover, and incorrectly reinstalling the 3rd cover it has been trying at best. Ultimately the Better Business Bureau has been involved as well as Chevy Customer Service. Would never purchase another car from them, and they have alot to learn about proper service from other dealers like Kelley Chevrolet in Hallandale , Florida.
