Worthless Dealership

Called on a Wednesday and set an appointment to test drive a car on Saturday. They called me EVERYDAY until the day I showed up, and talked to me like it was our first time ever speaking. We showed up for our appointment, and they said, just as confused as they were when they would call, that they sold that car. WHAT DID YOU THINK WE WERE THERE FOR?!! Jason is an idiot and Ali doesn't listen. Bottom line, if you don't care about where or who are buying your car from, go ahead and buy from these morons. If you actually want the car you are trying to buy, to be there when you show up, then go elsewhere.

Good Experience buying a used SUV.

I was shopping at the bigger dealership for a used SUV and they were over price. Found Econo auto online and thought it was worth a shot even though the vehicle I had found organically was already sold. I got a nice SUV. Low pressure and helpful staff. So far it has been a good deal and in good shape. The area is sketchy but during the day it was safe enough.

Working hard people with good heart! Very good price with many different selection. I purchased what I like! There were many selection to choose within my budget, so I did not had any problems to find what I need. Their web information of many cars were very good to search and compare with many other locations of dealers. One minor issues were they need some permission from the owner but hard to find and talk to him. Some requirement to get the certain advertise from their free stub should fully disclose before making all the deals and before sign the contract. It should make the buyer much simpler mind whether to get it or not, which should belong to buyer's choice not the owner's choice. I wish they can have a better office so some privacy can keep when many customer's in office, since it is small and one small table with sales manager was not a good environment to neogociate when other people running around.

They have a lot of used cars for someone with a low budget. My bf was in desperate need of a car and gad little money and got him one with low miles but engine light came on literally 5 minutes later.

Many of the cars seemed to not be repaired properly and during the buying process he cranked up the price that i was originally told so that we could work out a "deal of a life time". The selling process seemed to just be one to make you feel agitated so that you make quick decisions.

So I got a car from Econo Auto Sales An I also almost lost my life in the car an the down payment was so high we need to report them they need to get closed down all they do is take advantage of people that are poor an desperate they sale bad cars to people we need to vote to get the laws in the state of Colorado changed dealership owners should not be allowed to sale vehicles to people in any kind of condition an take your money an run with it they picked my vehicle up in three weeks for a hundred dollars after i paid 1000 down the vehicle was a 2001 my payments were 400 a month the vehicle was over 18,000 to pay it off with over two hundred thousand miles on it they told me i have to pay 18,000 to get it back like i said i was a desperate fool an they knew what to do to me i have sick children we live at children hospital i need transportation to get my kids around an my credit is in bad shape it took me a year to safe a 1000 dollars right before Christmas they took my car an my money God,dont like ugly don't be there next fool....

Baught a car just recent off craigslist from a guy and I seen the same exact car on econo auto sales lot a while back when I first looked at a car title don't match up to vent number fake vent was put in window and they tried to repo it from me I let denver police take it from there now it's under investigation

Texas...looking for a vehicle

so we are in the process of looking for a vehicle. I am in Texas and trying to help my son that lives in Denver. Thus far trying to negotiate with them over the phone has been a challenge, wish Weston would have been kinder when we said were gonna look around a few days instead of asking if I could get the rest of the money from another bank account. Be patient and kind it always PAYS in the long run!!!! I will be updating this review as soon as we make our decision. not recommending yet.,,,but will let you guys know. I believe in fairness. Kevin has been very kind and has not been pushy at all. In fact he contacted me by email as I requested. looking forward to seeing the outcome.

I was looking for a part-time vehicle something that was reliable at a decent price I found Econo auto sales online and read the reviews. Each review I read gave me more hope that the promise for a good vehicle was within the condo auto sales. I showed up last night to look at their inventory they worked with my down payment and put me in a reliable vehicle that Icould count on for a good price I would definitely recommend this dealership and the staff I will continue business with them for as long as they are in business or I am alive.

this place sold me a suv for 4 1/2 times the fair price value a week later parts started falling off of it ,they are quick to repo and they got me for a good chunk of down payment ,sorry to say but these people prey on people who have bad credit and rip them off unfortunately i know someone else will fall victim and lease that same vehicle wouldnt recommend this place

I will say i felt really pressured by Weston. I felt taken advantage of in my current situation of credit and I pay way more then I should for this car. I was desperate and he took advantage of it. However, when I sid rin into a issue with repairs, Saeed made it right and made me happy. Thank you!!! Thank you for doing the right thing. The last thing I needed was car repAirs. Made things right, after mis communication

There was some communications on getting a repair done that I was promised when I got the car. After going back and forth in what was wrong with car, the wrong thing being fixed.... I still had the same problem on my coils. After talking with saeed and Understanding each other he made it right. He put the customer first and for that I thank him. Something to be said about an honest shop, he made it right and I appreciate that!!! Thank you!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!

After going through the long process and the unkindness of Weston it was to late already signed the papers and now stuck with a car that needed work before it was sold but Weston guarenteed that they do a 30 point saftey check. This is not true, I had one of the wiper blades fall off on the way home from Econo! When I got home I had to replace all the turnsignal bulbs, one brake light, one driving light, all side marker bulbs. This is one of the things a 30 point check should find. BEWARE, you will buy a vehicle that may have been sold buy Weston several times as they repo and resell. DO NOT deal with Econo Auto!

Not worth your time

I recently had a repossession and I needed a car right away for work. Other places wanted more of a down payment than I had that day. However, Econo Auto Sales said they could probably work with me after I explained my situation on the phone. After I arrived, I did paperwork for almost an hour. This was also while they were arguing with another gentleman about his payments as he was upset that his car broke down and couldn't afford both the repairs and payments to them both. Once I was almost finished with my paperwork, I was asked if I wanted to see my new car. I was very confused as I didn't speak to them about a car, and I hadn't looked at any of their cars. Not having a lot of options, I decided to test drive the car. However, it was in poor condition. There was a lot of damage to the interior, several lights were on, the seals of the car were held together with duct tape, the car stereo was missing, and it didn't run very well in general. I informed the salesman that there were lights on in the car stating it needed work, to which he responded it just needed coolant added (which may have been true, but would not have improved the condition of the car. Also, why wouldn't they have done this already?) I had to ask him the price of the car several times. Finally after being in the car twice and sitting down with him to do paper work, he told me they were charging a little over $5000. I let him know I wasn't interested in the car as that was way too much, and I didn't really want it anyways since it seemed like it would break down right away. He was very agitated and aggressive then. It basically got to the point where I had to tell him I wasn't going to do business with them even if it meant I didn't get a car and left. I tried to pull up the value of the car, which I couldn't do because it was in bad shape. A similar car in much better condition valued at $900. Don't buy from this dealership unless you are willing to pay over 5 times the value of the car and are willing to deal with awful customer service. As a side note, I met with an attorney about possible other financial options I had to get me back on my feet. He referred to me a reputable dealership, and I will be getting a used car in great shape or possibly a cheaper new car from them.

We where told what great quality and top of the line used cars that econo auto sales sells. This is not true you can purchase a vehicle from a salvage yard in better condition. We have had the car for 2 months and have already put 1200 dollars of repairs into it just to make it drivable! The annual percentage rate is so crazy high you can not afford to do anything else after you have made your payment and repair cost. This is a dealer that will sell you a car and wait till you miss one payment come repo it and resell it. What a scam, the cars look good on the outside but the mechanicals are no good. They are also selling salvaged titled vehicles that you will pay to much for BEWARE!!

We met with Weston who got us into a good used car. It had a few problems that they were willing to take care of. They transferred us into a BETTER car for the same price!!! This place was horrible. he sold me a raggedy truck that had several non repairable issues, he expected me to pay more than the truck was even worth, and didnt have any sympathy wants i told him the issue with the truck. hes a sleezy money hungry man i would never advise anyone to go there. his selection is limited and all his cars have issues!!

We needed a mini van for our family. Was sad to have to...

We needed a mini van for our family. Was sad to have to let my jeep wrangler go. But my 3 little kids and wife just did not fit and no room for a third car at home. I wanted a used Kia mini van since I have had Hyundai in the past that was reliable. Found it online at this dealer, called to make an appointment. Came in and was seen by Weston. Went over the van in the lot and then took it for a test drive. Hard to tell the kids it was not going to be our car after that. Note: (Do not bring your kids shopping, they want any car). Was able to work out the deal with Weston and the manager and took the van home. Overall found it to be a good experience. If they have the car you want would check them out.

BIG FAT NO to this dealership!! I made a previous call to them earlier to find out hours and if the car I was considering was still in the lot and the first thing that comes out of this guy's mouth is "Do you have a down deposit." I hadn't even mentioned anything about buying or test driving the car just wanted to make sure it was still in the lot if I was going to come by and see it later that day.. I made my way over to the lot later that day and the car looked good from the outside and was excited to get a closer look. As I walked into the dealership (You are standing right infront of the dealer's desk) he waited about 5 min to acknowledge me standing right in front of him and took another 5 to finally ask how he could assist me - mind you, he is looking at his computer screen the whole time!.. I requested to look at the Kia didn't even bother to let me look over it, just bluntly told me where to stand so he could drive it up to the space where I could test drive it. After the test drive I found a few details I didn't like about the car and came back in the shop to politely say I wasn't interested and he very rudely asked me why I didn't care for the vehicle and I told him why I didn't feel interested and instead of thanking me for my interest and having a good day he belittled me right infront on his employees.. I felt so embarrased and upset I was being accused of making crazy asumptions to why I didn't like the car. He asked me why I didn't like it and I told him. Very bad place to look at if you are looking for a safe and reliable vehicle and also if you're looking for friendly customer service..

I don't usually write reviews but for this place i decided to bedcause the car they sold me was soooooo awesome and they were sooooo nice so they deserve it. I am a single girl who just broke up with her bf so its really hard for me to go into a car lot because its scares me because they are all high pressure and stuff but this place wasn't even high pressure they just let me go at my own pace. I boght a 2004 jeep grand cherooke and traded in my trailblazer even though I still owed money on the darn thing. the jeep is awesome and i love itg and they were so nice and im still so excited about my jeep i cant wait to take it up skiing this winter

The first sentence in Econo Auto Sale (About Us). Are you thinking of buyiny a used car but are worried about ending up with a clunker? I was told the car was inspected by their mechanic. I was told it was an excellent running car. It even had a "Clean Carfax". A blown head gasket, 6 CV Boots torn, the 4Matic inop and the front brakes needed to be replaced. $4500 total to fix. I took it in for the brakes (no big deal) until the Mercedes mechanic called with the other probles. Oh yeah, I had the car 4 days. When I called the dealer, he said "What do you expect, a new car? You bougth it AS IS". Well, at least he was right about that. First, dont believe the dealer(s). Second, Carfax is great for the "Past" history, not present condition. Last but not least, please take the car to a mechanic YOU know and trust. I wish I would have.
