No Pressure, Superior Customer Service

A friend recommended Brad, as he had found a car she wanted at auction and had also readily fixed minor problems after she bought it. I was looking for a vehicle he'd never sold before (Nissan Leaf), but he found an excellent one for me at auction; he didn't make assumptions about what I wanted, nor did he try to push me into a sale. He kept me informed and asked questions to be sure that I got the vehicle I wanted for the right price. The entire purchase process was thorough, competent and pleasant, and Brad lived up to his reputation for honesty. Not only do I love my Leaf, but I've been recommending his business to friends (it turned out that several of them already had positive experiences with him). To top it off, he called me the following week to ask what my experience with the vehicle was--a first for me, and I've always bought used cars!

Great Used Car / Great Customer Service

A friend of mine suggested going to Eastmans when I needed to by a car for my son who was living out of state at the time and needed a car to go cross country. Brad worked with me on a number of cars in his price range until we selected the CRV. I took it to another mechanic who said the car was very clean except for a small leak on one of the front struts. Brad replaced both front struts with me only paying for one of the struts and no labor. The car has been great. I would buy another car from Eastman's without hesitation.
