IN ADDITION, ROGER WAS A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. HE MADE EVERY ASPECT OF THIS TRANSACTION SIMPLE, INFORMATIVE AND STRAIGHT FORWARD. ROGER'S MISSION WAS TO MAKE SURE THAT I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE THAT THIS DEALERSHIP PROVIDED ME WITH. AFTER ROGER HAD COMPLETED HIS PORTION OF OUR TRANSACTION, HE INTRODUCED ME TO ARNIE PRICE, THE BUSINESS MANAGER. ARNIE EXPLAINED EVERY DETAIL OF MY LEASE WITH A VERY HIGH LEVEL OF PRECISION. HE WOULD NOT BE SATISFIED UNTIL HE WAS SURE THAT I FULLY UNDERSTOOD ALL OF THE TERMS OF MY CONTRACT. EVERY QUESTION THAT I HAD, WAS ANSWERED LIKE A REAL SEASONED PRO BY ARNIE. IN ADDITION, I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THE TWO ADDITIONAL FORMS OF PROTECTION THAT ARNIE INTRODUCED TO ME WITH OUT A HINT OF PRESSURE. Good Dealership

I was in the market looking for a Wrangler, called these guys and checked their dealership out. Usually places avoid test driving cars once they know you are not going to buy it right that day(ridiculous), however over here I was being helped by Saeed and he had no issue taking me on a test drive. The jeep was great, but i wanted the tow hitch, which they didn't have and I was so happy that they went out of their way to get that for me within a week. When it came to financing, I think I got a great deal on the price, this place has a good inventory and can get you what you need, also the staff is very nice!I am an old school guy, all these new cars have a lot of gadgets and functions, everyday I am discovering knew functions in my Jeep.

This is my third purchase from East Hills. James Kropp, my salesman, has continually done his best to order me Jeeps I want, and get delivery to me without delay. My most recent purchase was during Winter Storm Jonas (Jan 2016). James and his colleague Dawn, who runs the dealership's drop yard, went out of their way to get my jeep dug out from under two feet of snow, so I didn't have a long delay. TERRIBLE.

I drove and hour and a half to go see a car, called before and told them I was on the way, and when I got there it was sold. I had to pay tolls and gas for nothing. NEVER doing business with them ever.

Great service, no pressure

I worked with Curtis Rose and he sat down with me and we figured out what worked out best for me and he did not pressure me into signing something or leaving a deposit when i first walked in. He took his time and found the truck i was looking for, i went back in , saw it, loved it , talked with finance guy Mike and was out the door in a brand new Durango. Great Purchase

East Hills had the best price around and exactly what I was looking for, hence why I traveled all the way from WV to NY to purchase a vehicle. They offered a fair offer for my trade-in sight unseen, a great price, and fast but thorough response to my emails. Ann said I should finance through the dealership though I was alredy financed through y bank at a great rate, reluctantly I applied and they were able to beat my current bank. From the time I showed up to when I left took only about 75 minutes and Ann went over the vehicle with me.

Just picked up our new Ram 1500 truck. We love the truck but most of all everything is as was promised. They only car when they get your money

I worked with a man named curtis when I was looking to buy the car. As a buyer you go in telling them what youre looking to pay and willing to put down. The entire time while trying to sell me the car he spoke to me as if he was my father telling what would work and heres how its going to work and "no no you dont understand. This is how it goes." I left the first day hoping I could come back and get a better deal. I left a deposit on the car. Curtis was very attentive texting me and calling me with updates trying to get me in the facility. When he was not coming back with the numbers i was looking for I told him I was going to stop looking and I would like my deposit back. My deposit of $500. After that he would not return my calls or texts. No called return regarding the process of my $500 refund. It has been 2 weeks and i have spoken to him once. He told me the refund was processed and I still have no recieved my money. I called and spoke with a man named carlos who told me I now had to come in because the refund request was NEVER processed. Despite what curtis previously had told me. The day I was supposed to come in they now say there is no financial advisor in to help me so I would have to come in during the week. I leave a message with the manager letting him know I was told to come in today. Yet no one has given me a call back. They all are feeding me different information and it seems its in effort to make my refund process hard because I am no longer a potential customer anymore so they dont care to work with me. Needless to say when I am looking for a Jeep I will NOT be returning to east hills.

We came to East Hills Jeep already knowing what car we wanted, the color, and all the features we needed. We worked with Jackson Simon and he was very professional and courteous. He went over the inventory they had available in great detail with us (something that we appreciated very much). He was able to pinpoint the exact car, color, and features we requested. First off I would like to say that prior to going to East Hills Jeep I shopped around and got the run around from 4 other jeep dealers. This was in sharp contrast to the very professional experience from East Hills Jeep. The salesperson Ann DeMayo took the lowest price that i had got for a lease and beat it. Ann DeMayo had no problem locating the car I wanted with all the extras i wanted. Also, Ann basically sold me the vehicle over the phone and via email so I would not have to make the long trips to the dealership. All i did was show up on the day my car was ready and in 30 minutes I drove off with my new vehicle. I will certainly be back in 39 months to get a new lease from Ann once again. This is how leasing a car should be, with no hassle.

I am very particular about what i want, I walked in and met with Syed, he was very helpful and before coming to the dealer ship, I already had made up my mind on what car i wanted. My color of choice was red and unfortunately they didn't have that color at that time, but Syed was very professional and told me that he will have a special delivery made for me within a week for a red colored chrystler. Terrible shopping experience (Do not shop here)

I do not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. They thrive off pressuring the customer and asking for deposits over the phone even before you see the vehicle. Very rude and un professional. After I spoke with this dealership i spoke with another dealership and they were very pleasant and MUCH more easier to work with and there was no pressure to leave a deposit for a vehicle that i have not even seen in person. STAY AWAY from this dealership if your looking for a pleasant experience.

Was looking to lease a Chrysler Town & Country MiniVan and found an add in the paper fir a great deal. I had figured there would be more fees than what was in the fine print. Sure enough there was but I had expected it and they weren't all to significant of a hit. The salesman Mr. Jackson Simon helped me throughly. He was able to get a discount for prior military service. He did not b.s. me and shot it straight. He was able to find everything I wanted including the correct color. Mr. Simon kept me up to date during the process and I was very satisfied. It took less than a week from starting the process to drive away with the vehicle. Mr. Jackson even went through all of the vehicle features with me before I left the lot. After being disappointed at another dealership, I checked my email and saw the grand caravan I was interested in was still available. I came in the sales representative was amazing. Good and Bad

I am currently in the process of purchasing a used vehicle from East Hills and i've experienced both a good experience thus far with a sales rep and a not so good experience with a sales rep. I initially came in, found a Jeep that i was interested in and proceeding to go into the showroom for assistance. I was approached by "Curtis". We went outside to the Jeep and we asked the price(my husband is in the auto sales business also) We were not offered to test drive the Jeep or even turn it own, none the less, I liked it so we proceeded to go back in to negotiate the price. This is where things in my opinion went down hill. I advised Curtis that I had a loan thru my credit union, check in my pocketbook and could pay for the Jeep that day. His remark was "well that's how we make our money on the financing". So I assume since financing was out the picture we were no longer any good to him. Negotiation was poor at that point, I still was willing to put a deposit on the Jeep and come back the next day to finalize. Curtis said no to the deposit and did not draw up a buyer agreement, but said he would write my name down. So we left. The next day, this not sitting well with me I went back to the dealer, saw Curtis who walked right past me, so I went in and started working with ADAM, who was a God send. Not only did ADAM get the keys, take us for a test drive, give me a FAIR price, offered us something to drink, held the doors for us, basically treated us like we mattered which was something Curtis did not do at all. The deal was done in less than 30 minutes with ADAM, so now I'm just waiting for check clearance and hopefully i'll have my Jeep in the next few days. Moral of the story, a customer is a customer and all should be treated with the same respect. Regardless of financing or not, it was still as 21k deal at the end of the day, who in their right mind would turn that away, Curtis apparently, however I was very pleased with ADAM and I will most certainly refer people to him.

Buyer beware!!!

I purchased my 2007 Grand Jeep Cherokee in June 2013 from East Hills Jeep in New York, before moving to North Carolina in September, 2013. This car has been a complete nightmare as of WEEK 1 of ownership!!! On July 4th 2013, with my 2 year old son in the car, the cars alternator died IN HOLIDAY NIGHT TRAFFIC ON THE BELT PARKWAY!! Then a week after that, the sunroof started leaking...SEVERELY LEAKING!!! With every incident, I had to take time away from my day to go to the dealership to have the car repaired. I was there so often that employees made jokes about me working there....(NOT FUNNY AT ALL)!!! Prior to me moving to North Carolina, I had been in constant contact with the General Manager of East Hills, JUDY BURR about all of my issues related with this horrible used car purchase. I was assured that the sunroof was replaced with a brand new sunroof and sunroof track, BUT THAT WAS A LIE! I was also told that the lining would be replaced THAT WAS NEVER DONE! Now my car is back in the shop here in North Carolina for the same REOCCURRING problems, the sunroof is STILL leaking and now there is water damage to the interior roof lining, the radio and the front door speakers. Completely fed up with the entire situation, I gave the Lake Norman dealership in North Carolina the name and telephone number to East Hills figuring that they would coordinate with them about the repairs necessary for the car (something that I think is extremely fair) so imagine my surprise when a representative from Lake Norman called to tell me that he personally spoke with JUDY BURR and before he could tell her exactly what was going on with the car she, very rudely, told him that East Hills will NOT pay to make the necessary repairs and if thats a problem I can call her directly. I have been extremely nice up to this point, but fair is fair and this dealership needs to be held accountable. I will not pay ONE CENT for any repairs to this car outside of normal wear and tear!! As of this moment, I am sick to my stomach over this car. Every single time I get in it to take my son to school and go to work, I pray for a drought. Yes, I got one ticket on your loaner car (a loaner car I would have never been in had you sold me a car that wasn't leaking), but I am not paying it until you make the $3,500 worth of repairs to the car you sold me! Your service tech threw away the part that is causing all this trouble and you are refusing to take responsibility and do the right thing. STOP PASSING THE BUCK AND DO THE RIGHT THING AND FIX MY CAR!!!! I am a very nice and very fair person that has been pushed to the brink of madness with this car. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER JEEP BRAND VEHICLE EVER , ESPECIALLY FROM EAST HILLS JEEP.NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!! EAST HILLS SOLD ME A LEMON!!!

2011 certified pre-owned jeep grand cherokee

I walked into East Hills Jeep 2 weeks ago to shop for a certified pre-owned 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I love everything about that particular car and all I needed was the right people to help me bring one home. After going to three other Jeep dealerships in the Long Island area, I decided that East Hills earned my business with their winning combination of value, caring staff, and overall buying experience. My car salesman, Dan Duggan, was very patient and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain every single feature on the car. He sat with me through three test drives(because I brought different family members with me each time). He was not pushy at all and he was definitely keeping my interests in mind when he helped me choose the right Jeep. After spending hours picking the right Jeep, Dan took me to his desk and we crunched some numbers. The sales manager, Emil Kerri, was also a gentleman. He was a fair negotiator. He took the time to explain every single fee, from the New York State Inspection fee to how the car taxes were calculated. At the other 2 dealerships, the managers were impatient and downright jerks. Emil worked with me to arrive at the price I was looking for. Both Emil and Dan made me feel very comfortable and at ease through out the entire process. I have had friends who went through car shopping nightmares, and I am grateful to these two guys for making it relatively painless. The finance department was also very nice. Unlike other dealerships, they did not try to tag on any hidden fees. The finance manager, Dean, was very helpful. He helped me secure a very low interest rate (I was shocked because I received higher estimates elsewhere). He patiently explained all the terms of the loan and even made coffee for me! Usually during the financing part of the car purchase, the dealer will try to add multiple add-ons like $800 tints and $300 tire stem caps(just kidding on the last part). There were no sly tactics used here. Everything was straight forward and simple. All in all, I love my new car and I would recommend this dealership to everyone!

Biggest Mistake I have ever made!

I purchased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee from East Hills Jeep in September 2011, I brought the car in for service the first time in December 2011 because it was making a noise while shifting & also when shutting the car off, they told me the first time that it was normal.. I went back and forth there 5 more times, they acknowledged the noise, changed parts that did NOT fix the problem... I was told they don't know how to fix it.. This is the first new car I ever bought & it has been the worst experience I have ever had. I am still driving around with a car that is making a noise that these so called mechanics are a joke, they do not know what there doing! STAY AWAY FROM EAST HILLS JEEP, do not make the same mistake that I did. As soon as they took my $$ I feel that they washed their hands of me & feel its easier for them to just say we can't help you because we don't know what we're doing!

In and Out WIth Time to Shop!

I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for repairs. They met me at the door where they took my keys. ALL my questions were NOT ONLY ANSWERED, but answered with patients and Care by the lovely Dawn! She went over the basics with me and I was off. I got a call from her a relatively short time later while shopping in the area, at which time she stated that my "Jeepy" had received the love and repairs she needed and was ready to go! Dawn was conscious of and considerate of my needs during a time when "most" if not "many" of us may feel at the mercy of the very professionals we trust to help us with our Jeep products! Very Satisfied

I have purchased many new and used cars in the past. Sometimes everything went smoothly and sometimes not so much. Jamie was our salesman and he definately went beyond "normal" customer service. He had everything ready as promised and we couldnt be happier. The gentelman who handeled our financing was excellent as well. I have read a few of the reviews here from people who were happy and some who were not. All I can say is there are just some people who you can never satisify. I can say this as I am in retail myself. This dealership was excellent in handling the purchase of our Ram 1500 Truck. It was delivered to us quickly, clean and all ready to go when promised. Obviously sometimes things are out of the dealers control and mishaps happen but people need to realize this cant be helped sometimes, however, we had absolutely no problems with our purchase.

2004 dodge pick up used

Had repair shop counterman attempt to get me to do $1500 in repairs. Fell they get a commission on repairs also two times they stated didnt have the part for repair and charges me for "dignosis" $50 dollars. This i fell paid for there "free oil changes" . The last was a counterman trying to charge me for a repair that was under the a "we our" slip. Thanks that i had the paperwork because he could'nt find it!

Customer Service Needs Improvement

Purchased a used vehicle from them. A week after deposit, came back to sign paperwork (finance) & asked to see car, but was in shop & said it would be ready Mon (not happy, but ok), told to pick up Mon. Have friend pick me up & drive me to dealer, 1 hour into trip, dealer calls to say car will be ready on Tues. Take train on Tues to go pick up car & then dealer calls again to say car will be ready on Wed. Wed call them at noon & they said will call me back in 30 mins to confirm car is ready; no return call. Call dealer back & leave message, no return call on Wed. Thurs, salesperson is out today, sales mgr calls to say car is out of shop, but they didn't clean it! Had to rent a car, told dealer to cancel transaction. Finally they said car is fixed & cleaned, they will bring car to me (2 hours away). Happy they resolved it, but unprofessional experience to get the car. Dealer should call customers back if they say they will & let them know if they can't deliver so we can schedule around it. I wasn't upset that the car was not ready, just the fact that they didn't call me back to tell me it wasn't ready.

Excellent "Overall Service" at This Service Center

I had to take the time to write a review about the exceptional service I received at East Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Ram in Greenvale NY. From the time you drive onto the grounds, the staff provide continuous exemplary customer service. It was absolutely refreshing to deal with a business that was this professional and equally as friendly. Joe, Steve and the behind the scenes men and women are a customer's dream come true. They were patient explaining what service was required, providing an accurate estimate, work was completed in a timely manner and on-site car rental assistance was easy. I will recommend this service center to all of my friends and family.

great price, watch for fees

I have bought many cars from dealers across the country but what I experienced here was trully unique. They had the best price on the web for a 2009 Suburban LTZ but when I got the buyers order I was immediately put off. A fee was on the order that was obsurd "used car prep fee" for $879. I thought that was ridiculous and asked for justification but I got none. I did buy the car but after feeling like I was getting a great deal, in the end I am left with a feeling that I got taken for almost $900. If the fee was just built into the price, it still would have been a great deal but it just doesn't sit right.

I recently purchased a jeep grand cherokee from east hills and I must say they exceeded my expectation. I dealt with roger and dean and they delivered on what I came in for. The whole proccess took 4-5 hours from the time I came in to when I drove away. I highly recommend this dealership.

poor business practices

Since I am a first time buyer i thought the easiest way to negotiate price was to include everything. That way i wouldn't get slammed with an extra fees. After negotiating a price for the TOTAL price of the car, tax, title, licence, fees, etc. was agreed upon I bought the car and left. Come to find out they charged me separately for the registration. This was never brought up during the negotiations for the TOTAL cost of the vehicle. When I called to straighten everything out i was hung up on. Taking advantage of new buyers is not an ethical business practice.

DEALER AFTER DEALER MADE ME FEEL POOR & SMALL ! THEY ACTED LIKE THEY SELL 50 TOP OF THE LINE CARS A DAY. NO ONE COULD ANSWER ANY OF MY QUESTIONS !I KEPT GETTING PUSHED INTO CARS I DIDN'T WANT ! ( YOU KNOW , TO HELL WITH WHAT I WANTED ... THEY HAVE TO CLEAR THE LOT ! ) I WENT TO EAST HILLS DODGE AND WAS TREATED RIGHT ! MY SALESMEN ( ROGER CARRINGTON )ANSWERD ALL MY QUESTIONS AND HELPED ME GET THE CAR I WANTED ! I FELT GOOD AFTER I LEFT , NOT LIKE WHEN I LEFT THE OTHER DEALERS ! Bught a new Jeep at East Hills Jeep

After a bad experience several years ago at this dealership, the specific salesman was the primary reason that we chose to do business with this dealership. After an accidental order error, the sales force was quick to correct all the errors and did everything they could to help complete the sale. At no point did I feel the usual pressure from any salesperson or manager. Overall a pleasant experience. Good price for my trade in is what eventually allowed me to do the deal at this dealership.
