Very easy deal --

They had the exact vehicle I was looking for. 2012 zo6 red.But a bonus the car only had 1330 miles. My first call was with Matt.He got me all the answers and pictures i had.He went above and beyond. I live 1400 miles away but Matt still made the deal happen like we were across the street. I would buy a vehicle from Earth Motors in a heartbeat but Matt would have to be the salesmen.

I was having a hard time finding the right vehicle for a great price and a good price for my trade-in. As everyone knows, car dealers always try to get you into another vehicle that you "can afford" or that's "better for you". I can't say the same for Earth MotorCars, before I even went there I spoke to Matt Schimmel, I told him what I wanted and needed and he was great! He immediately offered his help & gave me options. When I arrived he brought out the Range Rover, I test drove it without any pressure or commitment and he also allowed me to take my time. Once I was done happily done test driving the Range Rover, he already had me approved and laid out my options. He is very kind and super helpful. Great Experience

Hands down the best car buying experience I've had. The process was easy and quick. And the service Matt provided was excellent. I called ahead and said I wanted to see a Jaguar XKR. When I arrived the vehicle was already pulled to the front with a tag ready to drive. There was a no pressure sales experience and although the next day I discovered the rim was cracked, they took care of it immediately without hassle. Outstanding professionalism and customer care.

I flew from Santa Fe, NM to Dallas, TX to purchase a vehicle from Earth Motorcars. After speaking with sales staff I felt comfortable enough to make the flight to preview the vehicle prior to purchase. There is trepidation in such circumstance but I felt confident regarding the professional approach that I received via telephone conversation. Michele Conine picked me up at the airport and drove me to Earth Motorcars, then we went over the vehicle. There was no sales pressure, the vehicle was as described and all of my instincts from working in a high pressure financial field told me that this was the best place to purchase a vehicle because there wasn't a scintilla of the typical "slip and slide" approach I've learned to expect from so many sales people in this and other industries. It was very evident that Michele had spent some time with the vehicle prior to my inspection, i.e., the type of professional customer care we expect but rarely see anymore. I can't say enough except that this is THE auto center to visit if searching for a vehicle, and of course ask for Michele. To add credence to what I state, I had a very minor issue with the vehicle during my drive from Dallas to Santa Fe, and Michele and Earth Motorcars immediately took the initiative to correct the issue to my complete satisfaction. I'd challenge you to find another dealer so responsive. Visit them!

I worked with David C. He was helpful throughout the whole process. Although I lived in the DFW Metroplex I couldn't go to the dealership due to my tight schedule. I was able to do the paperwork with David on the phone and website. He drove the car to my work place for me to test drive it. He also delivered the car to me. The entire purchase was hustle free. This place is the real deal. Too many positive reviews can sometimes make me doubtful, but I'm very glad I found this dealership before I formed an opinion. They live up to the hype. I came to them because of a particular car they had on hand, and ended up finding a solid car partner instead. I bought from Matt and he was both patient and informative and very true to his word. Skeptical at first but worked out Great!

I had been on the hunt for that certain vehicle.When I ran across and ad in another on-lineplace, which i responded and didn't think I'd get reply back but i did and even a text. So i scheduled and appt. I called to look at a newer Lexus that was being sold on the internet. We were impressed to find this was a full service dealership that specialized in sales and after market modifications of a full range of quality vehicles. After 3 hours we actually left with a car that we paid less for than we expected based on much research. Our sales person was great and I would easily refer friends. We never felt like we could have left without buying. But, we left with the car we wanted because it was a super nice car that I knew I could not buy somewhere else for less. I saw many cars: from 1950's trucks and convertibles to modern sports cars and hybrids; they even had a Tesla sedan. Anyway, I was not bored looking at their inventory while getting financing. Awesome!

All the information give to me about the car was done in a professional manner, it didn't feel like a sales pitch. She called the same same day as my request and she brought the vehicle down to me during my lunch time to look at it and test drive. The deal was done with in 2 hours of the test drive. Outstanding Support

I am 68 years old. I have been buying cars since I was 21 years old. My most recent purchase of a car was a very pleasant experience. Everything was transparent and no underlying feeling of deception. My sale-man (David Carr) was honest and upfront. I give him my up most respect. If you are truly looking a unique buying experience seek out anyone there. I did notice that all were willing to help. Even the person that clean the office, offered to get me a coffee or soda.

One stop shop

Looked on the internet and found the type vehicle we were looking for. Called Earth Motors and was introduced to a David Carr. He invited us up that Saturday to look at the BMW X-5 that we found. He had it ready at the time we estimated being there. He put it up on a rack in their body shop for a quick inspection of the under carriage. The vehicle checked out super clean. He gave us a carfax report to review as well. David is a very easy person to deal with. In a matter of an hour or so , we felt like we were dealing with a family member. Bought an awesome used van

I have a family of 5; a wife and three kids and myself. I was cruising around in a horrible little dilapidated '97 Saturn that finally kicked the bucket on a Friday. Horrified I thought I was out of luck. I'm not made of money and could not afford a monthly payment (or so I thought) at the time. So we went searching and we found a Honda Odyssey at Earth Motorcars that looked promising so we went to check it out. As soon as we arrived Michelle helped us by showing the car to us and immediately letting me take it for a spin. We fell in love with the van and she did everything she could to help us drive out of the lot with it that day. It was awesome. It turned a stressful mishap into a really great car buying experience.If I ever have the need or want to buy another vehicle this is the place I'll be going first! Worse Than Typical Used Car Dealer

I bought a 2008 Range Rover here. The first day I had it I got a check engine light. A couple of days later it started over heating. I took it to the dealership and explained what I thought could be the problem (exhaust gasses in the coolant system and asked them to look at it -- usually means BIG problems. I even asked them to test that.) They assured me that this was not the problem and said they put new coils on (which they didn't -- they just reset the trouble codes). Several trips to the repairs shop later, guess what? It was bad heads now I'm out of $3500 in repairs and the truck has been in the shop for nearly a month.

Unheralded Customer Service/Best Used Car Buying Ever

Where to start.? Okay first I have been buying used cars for quite awhile so much so my wife no longer asks me what I am doing she just lets me do it. I have had some good and not so good experiences with dealers and sales associates. But sInce auto trader has come about it has helped in the car hunt. That is too say being able to do everything by phone or email prior to even visiting the dealer to sign papers and look the car over and test drive. With that said I am located in Georgia and Earth Motorcars is in TX. Quite a distance away. I had been looking for a particular make and model for awhile. Had found a couple locally but for whatever reason price was not right or the car and carfax just did not align. Then I saw this one pop up at Earth Motorcars. So emailed them to see if still available. They responded very quickly. Michele Conine is the salesperson who contacted me. She answered my questions about the car and when I told her I was very interested in it she asked me about what my price was. I let her know that I wanted them to give me their bottom line on the car that I did not want to go back and forth. They came back with a price that was agreeable to me and was much less than NADA. Now here is where the deal becomes a real deal. I asked Michele to walk around the car for me and tell me about anything that was glaring to her as far as dings, scratches, etc. Also, I asked her to drive it for me. Why you ask because I felt like they/she was not there to pull a fast one and I did not plan to fly out and look it over. (I have never done that before have always driven and viewed the car personally, but decided to take a leap of faith). After she walked around she found a couple of things I had missed and with a Car that was 10 years old there was bound to be some minor scratches but nothing major. All things worked she said and she she drove great. BTW she was always very responsive to my calls, emails and texts. They also let me know that in all the years they had been shipping cars they had not had one returned. Again I went with their word that all would be good. They also changed all the fluids for me. Nice. Michele also took care of me personally by paying for a small part and having it painted to match the car. It was the a plastic cover for where the key fits if your remote fails. So remember now, that I have not seen the car up close nor have I driven it. The big day arrives and the transport pulls up to my house. He drives car off and I walk up to examine it. Anxious to see if I had done the right thing in trusting Michele and Earth Motorcars. Well I did do the right thing. The car was just as they describe and she drove like she was brand new. But wait there is more. A couple days later I noticed that one of the headlights did not sit flush with the body. I emailed Earth Motorcars and again they responded very quickly. I let them know I was taking it to the dealer to see what could be done. They informed me they would need to take it apart and that the part would cost 1300. Well it was not that bad to spend 1300 or even have someone else do that. The dealer recommended a body shop they used who gave me a price to remove the bumper and headlight to see what exactly was happening. Earth motors agreed to pay for this. The body shop then gave me a cost to repair and Earth Motorcars paid the bill and did not not even once say that they would not. Arthur Przytulski,the general manger was who I dealt with. Great guy...So as Earth Motorcars says They want you to have the best buying experience and be a customer for life. I bought a Cadillac from here (David Carr) and after I got home realized that the tailgate would not stay open. Even though it was "as is" David went out of his way to have it fixed. That's customer service and I'll certainly go back next time I'm in the market. Amazing selection of classic cars to look at too!

Two good cars from them

I have purchased two cars, about a year apart, from Earth MC. Both are excellent (Lexus & Cadillac). Both had a few glitches when I picked them up, but EMC took care of them promptly. One actually had a serious issue that was out of warranty, but they took care of it too. David Carr is excellent & easy to work with. And just walking thru their shop is fun! Almost like a museum - lots of collectibles & supper cars to drool on. I have recommended them to my daughter, who is looking for an SUV.

The process was very easy. I never felt pressured at anytime. I was looking for a particular vehicle and what I found was perfect. I also had a desired terms and interstate rate and they were able to find that for me. All in a great buying experience. One added note, even if you are not in the market for a new vehicle it is worth the trip just to go through the show room and warehouse. David was very freindly, low pressure, salesman who made sure things went smoothly. They were able to get me a rate that was half of what I was approved for through my bank. And they even let me drive off the lot and submit my down payment a few days later. The buying process itself was great, fast and simple. The only complaint is that the quality and condition of the car out the door did not live up to the standards presented by the dealership. Had to make some signifigant, immediate repairs in order to get the car back to par in the first week of ownership. However, after bringing this up to David and management they personally took it upon themselves to make sure the repairs were not too much of burdon and got me back in the vhelical they promoted. Which they had zero obligation to do, but I have to think they stand by their reputation for quality cars and take that seriously. And when that falls short of their standards they are willing to make things right. Can't help but respect that, I'll be doing business with this company and David again in the future.

Refreshing

A refreshing departure from the pushy, inexperienced salespeople at regular dealerships. The visit was pleasant, the negotiations were civil, and the lifetime powertrain warranty sealed the deal. This was a trade + check deal, so financing was not a factor. At no time, did anyone attempt to unnecessarily & illegally obtain our social security numbers, or any other unnecessary information. Again, a refreshing departure from other dealership experiences. While it's too early to tell if the vehicle we bought is in tip-top mechanical condition, cosmetically it is well above average. Overall, a great buying experience.

I'm in Wisconsin and was looking for a very specific type of vehicle. Found this BMW online and gave the dealership a call. 1 Ring and I got the pleasure of speaking with Chelsea, a young salesperson who I bombarded with a lot of detailed and specific questions. She had most of the answers but even when she didn't she was able to transfer me to the right folks there that could answer my questions. Long story short we were able to come to a deal so I booked a flight and they picked me up from the airport, made it super easy and quick when I was there and drove it back to WI. Got to really see what that car was made of when I had the misfortune of a Tornado tailing me through Oklahoma. HA!

Best Car Buying Experience-Acura MDX

My wife and I had the best car buying experience with car salesman David Carr. He was very courteous, professional, and worked with us right away to get us the best value for our trade in as well as negotiating a fair price on the Acura MDX we purchased. David knew our goals. First we wanted to lower our monthly payments (achieved) and second, we wanted to leave with the car we liked and not with something else that was not on our list. Initially saw the 2011 CLS550 in their Website. My father-in-law went by to take a look. Chris Stone took the time with him to give him a good overview. I contacted a few days later and Earth handled the financing and details of the life time warranty. Overall a great car buying experience.

I purchased Cadillac escalade esv , traveled from Atlanta , supposed to be picked up from airport, never did, supposed to reimburse $56.00 for the Cab , never did, vehicle was in an accident, never been told, vehicle was ex lease suv, was never informed. It was a disaster weekend, spent $700 and had to go back Atlanta . Sales Manager Arthur and David Carr has not been honest, Arthur tried to force me to signed paper work before I get to Dallas, because He thought they could get rid of a junk by been a FOX. I would encourage any one to buy from this dealer. Buyer Aware.

Awesome Experience

My dad and I were car shopping for a new long-term car. We had a few places lined up and checked out some cars from private sellers but we stopped by Earth Motors on our way back home. So glad we stopped by! We test drove a Rav4 and took it home that day. The process was easy transparent and David Carr was wonderful to work with. 2012 bmw x5 purchase

I bought my bmw x5 online. Overall the process was easy and Arthur and Chris were helpful and pleasant. The car is in good shape and 'as advertsied' -- only reason i gave them a 4 star review was the car was delieverd to me with brely a drop of oil. As i drove it away from the delievery truck the oil warnings were flashing at me. I think a quart of oil would or should be a given in any new car purchase. Now i have to go to a service shop first thing in the morning with the car. Absent this one issue i would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Great Customer Interaction

First off I would like to say that although we did not find the car we wanted at Earth we were very well taken care of by Chris Stone and the whole staff. They worked with us on every aspect of the deal but in the end coming out of a Mercedes lease is very costly if you do not utilize Mercedes for your next purchase. I will be in the market for a newer Mercedes in a few months and as my Mercedes is paid for I will have more flexibility to buy a car from Earth. They will be my first stop and I have already recommended three people for Teslas and for a QX56.

Great group of guys at Earth motor cars. I'm stationed at Frot Polk, LA. we handled 90% of my 2 trade ins over the internet through email with Chris and Arthur. I found a nice 2003 Ford Lightining Pickup on-line and called about it. The dealership was local and went to view the truck that next day. After looking at the truck and talking with Salesman David Carr for about an hour I was very interested in the truck. It was a low mileage Special Vehicle Team 2003 Ford Lightining in Great condition. I decided to buy the truck the next day and David and his management made the experience very easy. I got the truck for the price I wanted to pay and they bought my trade-in for the price I wanted to get, and the deal was done in two days. They are a specialty car dealership, and I will go back the next time I am looking for specific vehicle.

Chris made it very easy process to buy a car, no hassle, test drove the car I wanted for a day. Arranged to have my wife test drive as well. Spent very little time waiting on "financing" to get my paperwork together. Would easily recommend EMC as a place to buy a car and urge you to ask for Chris Stone.

Went to Earth Motorcars to look at an Aviator I had come across online. I was impressed with the lot and the customer service. I was helped by David who was very knowledgeable of the vehicles on the lot, and was very helpful in the purchasing process. I saw a corvette I liked that earth motorcars had for sale. Called and spoke to Chris on the phone he was very helpful even before I arrived at the dealership. Upon my arrival we drove the car it was exactly as described. The most stressful part about buying a car is haggling and financing. There was absolutely no haggling needed. i purchased a 2007 bmw 335i from David Carr, it was the best car buying experience i i have ever had. excellent customer service, very friendly business. the bmw i purchased did not have working Halo head lights so the dealership fixed them for me free of cost! kept my car in excellent condition. would highly recommend this place plus they have a very nice inventory

Exceptional service and deal

I have been coming to Earth Motor Cars for a couple of years now. I have owned some Mercedes Benz, Porsche and now I am buying a very limited BMW X5 M Edition. I found one at a local dealer in Frisco but was not excited about the rate. I finally called Chris Stone and asked if he could help. He is good at working with Jerry the Finance Director to get me the perfect car at the perfect rate; in fact my rate was more than less from the other dealership. When you are talking about a $60,000 it makes a HUGE difference. Im excited that not only did Chris find even a better car but they worked out shipping and everything. Im even getting the wheels custom painted thru their body shop. This is going to be an awesome ride! Look them up cause you may find something somewhere else but Chris and Jerry make it happen!

I located Earth MotorCars about 100 miles from my house, from an online search. I called and spoke with Chris Shaffer and he was genuinely a nice guy, and said the car was everything they advertised plus more. After getting a little more info I hustled in from out-of-town through the DFW Metroplex traffic, in a one-way rental, I felt that confident! The car was everything Chris said it was (they had the CarFax to back it up) and He stayed late and took the time to get most of the paper work done, that day, so delivery the next day would be a breeze. The entire Earth MotorCars team, from the Ownership, Finance Dept., Sales Personnel, down to the detailers was First Rate! It was the best car buying experience Ive every had. BTW they also had the sickest selection of High-end Imports and Sports cars I've ever seen, seeing their "candy-store" was worth the trip! By all means if you're in the market for a BMW or Mercedes I'd check Earth MotorCars first, you won't go wrong.

I couldn't have asked for better service and a more fair dealership. Frank and Chris when out of their way to ensure that my 1955 Ford F100 was in pristine condition. They went the extra mile and I couldn't be more pleased with my vehicle. After installing a new radiator, digital dash and heating and air conditioning they delivered the truck to my home at no cost. I have to give kudos to the maintenance manager for working long hours to ensure that the vehicle was in tip top shape. Frank and Chris are an asset to Earth MotorCars. I went to numerous dealerships trying to find the right BMW to meet my needs. After 6 dealerships I walked into Earth Motorcars. At first sight there dealership is spotless, you walk in and feel like you just walked into a state of the art building.
