2005 Dodge Ram. Easy to do business with!

I purchased a 2005 Dodge Ram. I live in Georgia so I had my sales person ( Ron Gleason ) take extra pics and drive the truck for me and tell me if he would buy this truck. He did and said it was one if the nicest 05 he has seen. He helped with shipping coordination. He beat my credit unions interest rates. It all went over without a hitch. Simple Process with great Customer Service

Jeff Carrel was also my Sales Associate to help me. I called Jeff earlier in the day to enquire about a vehicle I saw on Cars.com. Jeff was at Duteau's Chevy dealer and the car was at Subaru. He got it moved over to the Chevy dealer so that I could come by and see the vehicle. We talked a bit about the vehicle and he was very personable and we talked about every day life. Which was nice. Great salesperson and good people all around

My wife and I recently visited 2 other Chevy dealers in the Lincoln area looking to buy a new Eqinox. After those stops I was ready to call it a day until my wife said to me let's try one more. We stopped at DuTeau Chevrolet and much to our surprise were greeted by a true professional, Gena. We both immediately were put at ease by Gena. She was friendly, interested in our needs, listened to what WE wanted and said she'd put her best foot forward to try and meet our expectations. There were no pushy disinterested salesperson here like we had just experieced for over 6 hours. Gena listened to us and within less than two hours later we were driving away,(very happy) from DuTeau Chevrolet in our brand new Equinox. She was pleasant and very helpful. We drove 90 miles to Lincoln to look at a car at DeTeau. When we arrived and found the car on the lot the first thing I noticed was a sign on the windshield that stated that the price was non-negotiable. That turned me off to begin with then the salesman came over and told us the same thing. That they would not deal on the bargain corner autos. Dealing on used cars is the American way! I will never go back to this dealership.

For years would not take place in the process of purchasing a new vehicle because of the many hours that were involved in the past of talking to other dealers. Professional and personal service

Jason Sparr was our salesman and was very diligent in finding the one vehicle that we wanted right down to the exact color that we requested. The Duteau Chevrolet Team is definitely the best in the Business. I have dealt with the Duteau Chevrolet for many years, but they always amaze me on how they treat their customers. From the Sales Staff to the Sevice Department to the Body Shop they always treat you like part of their family. I was surprised to find Brian Clark at DuTeau. I had a really bad experience with him at the former Russwood Chrysler. He comes off as a nice guy, but is not as honest as you think. I'm surprised DuTeau hired him after he lost his job when Russwood went out of business.

The sales staff was very attentive and listened to what we were asking for. No high pressure sales pitches and never did they try to up sale us on anything. We asked to see vehicles within a range and we were shown vehicles at all points within that range, not just the upper limits. We ended up postponing our buying at this point, but DuTeau's will be our first stop when the search is back on!

Our experience with Duteau Chevrolet and our salesperson Brian Clark was one of the best and painless vehicle shopping we have done. Brian gave us the information we needed to make our decision on what and where to buy. We checked out several dealers and a variety of models of pickup truck before deciding to return to Duteau to purchase a 2013 Silverado. Doing Fine in my new Chevy.

I wanted to look for a great improvement to my weekly gas mileage and yet continue a comfortable ride. The TV ads said to try out a Chevy and the newspaper ads told me how to find DuTeau Chevrolet. So I went to South 27th and walked in. Brian Clark showed several cars to me and soon we arrived at really good gas mileage and comfort all in one car. Brian found a way to reduce my monthly payments for the gasoline and the old car loan and to improve my driving comfort. We got together on a Chevy Impala. Brian got it through the prep and write up process, I signed and drove it home right away. I have taken it back for oil change and tire rotation as advised by the Onstar system. The service was immediate and complete. Brian still comes into the waiting room to check on everything.

Overall great Experience

Went to Duteau looking for a car for my wife. Salesman named Ron Gleason was a great help in finding the right car for me. He and Duteau went above and beyond what other dealerships were willing to do. I never felt any pressure from them throughout the process of buying the car. Originally I couldnt find the right car, but while searching online I found one and immediately called Ron about it. 30 minutes later I showed up and Ron had already pulled the car around, had it cleaned, running, and had it waiting for me to arrive. This is the sixth car I have purchased and have never been treated as well as I was at Duteau. Honestly will never buy a car from anywhere else again. They stand by every car they sell and honestly car about finding the right car for you. I'm sure all their sales people are great but Ron Gleason was by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with.

I purchased a used vehicle from Duteau Chevrolet over the internet. In over 30 years of purchasing vehicles, this transaction was by far the best customer experience I have ever had. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, it was better than I imagined it to be. The entire transaction was truly a remarkable experience. The salesman, Robert Morgan, was professional, did everything he said, when he said it would be done, and they don't charge any extra fees, none!!! The price you agree upon is the price you pay, and it was a very reasonable price. No doc fees, no prep fees, no hype, just great customer service. I flew from Spokane, WA to buy this vehicle from them, and I'll do it again in the future-they are now my dealer of choice.

I have had a few service experiences with Duteau. They twice performed warranty service work on my 2000 Silverado that I couldn't get the dealer I bought the pickup from (Husker Auto on the other side of town) to do. Not only that, but I was driving a new Cadillac Escalade to and from a function when one of our helpers locked the keys in the vehicle. Since the vehicle was new, the OnStar hadn't been activated yet. I contacted the Cadiallac dealer (Husker) to see if they could make a key. They flat out refused to help since it wasn't their vehicle. We tried Duteau, even though they aren't a Cadillac dealer. They promptly made a key for me in the amount of time it took for me to drive across town to get there, and didn't even want to charge me for the key. They truly went above and beyond what I expected anyone to do.
