Had a great experience at Duncan Suzuki Pulaski! I was forced into purchasing a new vehicle when mine was totaled in a bad accident that left me shaken up & very stressed. Kyle Irvin & Landon Bentley were both very patient & helpful with this nervous girl & even called me in the day after I purchased the vehicle because they had a better financing deal for me! How many businesses do that?!? Thanks guys!

I have purchased three cars from this dealership. The first two were new Suzukis. The most recent one was a used Jeep. They remember me from previous visits as well as what I want in a vehicle. They gave me a great deal on the Jeep and on the trade in value of my Suzuki. I have had my cars serviced there multiple times and have never failed to be impressed with the employees and staff at the dealership. Thanks to them I am driving my dream car, a beautiful black Jeep Rubicon with a manual transmission (something I love), all the bells and whistles, oversized tires and more.Thank you, Duncan.

This is how car buying should be!!! Easiest car purchase I ever made. Ask for Kyle. He is awesome to deal with and really went the extra mile. After a couple texts, emails and phone calls went to Va from Ga to purchase car. Kyle met me at airport an hour away from dealership. Got me cheaper price by asking GM to discount car further and they agreed to half processing fee. Hooked my IPhone up to car to play my music, showed me how to place calls to my contacts, and use Google maps to get around. Even touched up miniscule scratch with touch up paint. Everyone there friendly and helpful

My husband and I purchased a 2004 Chevy Suburban that is fairly rare to find from Damion Stanovcak at Duncan Suzuki. We found the ad for this vehicle at www.cars.com. We decided on Thursday to drive to Virginia to purchase this SUV, by Saturday we were driving it home to Iowa. After several calls, emails and text messages (several after hours) Damion not only helped us find MY perfect SUV but he helps us find local hotels, restaurants and entertainment. At one point, I text him late Friday night (well after he was home), asking him about the area. His response was immediate, even are at 9pm. Damion even helps detail it so that it was clean when we left with it. I totally love my Suburban and am so happy that all the staff at Duncan Suzuki was so helpful. :)

Had to take back multiple times to get things fixed right, messed the headliner up when they took it out to fix light holes in roof and basically told me they could not fix it, they said it had a snow plow prep package and I assumed it did( had a snow plow on it) but when I search all the option codes on the rpo sticker I could not find this option which is valued at $1000 by NADA Worst customer service experience ever

I've dealt with several dealerships and salesmen over the years and this was by far the most positive experience I've had. Damion immediately engaged me as a valuable customer and was able to put me in the car of my dreams. If you are Internet shopping he's the one to call. All of the staff I encountered were courteous and helpful. The service department even came out to meet me when I picked up my car and I've never had that to happen. If the service department turns out to be as good as the sales staff then they have a customer for life!

I went into Duncan Suzuki on 4/4/2012, I had planned to trade in my Suzuki Reno which I purchased from them in 2007 for a used 4x4 vehicle. Upon speaking with an associate, I was told to fill out all of the information so that they could contact banks to confirm if they could get me a loan before we started looking for vehicles and test driving. We sat there for 3 hours doing nothing but waiting. We weren't even offered vehicles to test drive while we waited. They didn't want to provide for my needs, they just wanted to sell me an overpriced brand new Suzuki vehicles. I expressed multiple time what my needs were and also that I wanted to stay away from buying a new car(especially a Suzuki). They were nice but just didn't want to help me. While waiting I stepped out and called Tony Bryant from Shelor Motor Mile. He instructed me to quit wasting my time and come up to Christiansburg where he assured me I would be taken care of(and I was). Not trying to dump of Duncan, maybe they were just having a bad day or maybe just didn't want to sell me a car, either way Shelor got my business this time.
