Best part of experience was sales rep - Joe Coogan, he was extremely professional, not too pushy- seemed very genuine. Great environment and process was super easy partly because I paid for car vs financing. Only oppty for me is that selection of cars was small, but service was great. I bought car because of great service and good value.

I've dealt with DriversWay for several years now, purchasing my 4th vehicle from the Hwy 280 location this time and never had a bad experience. Ever. Regardless of location. There's no reason you can't work out a deal with these folks and come away completely satisfied. And if not, well, then there's probably no hope for you anyway and you should go trouble someone else.

My experience at Drivers Way was completely awesome! It began with my Sales Associate, Heather Carter. She was incredibly patient while I looked at many cars over a 3 day period but not once was she pushy. In fact she was so friendly she made the whole experience fun! I've never bought a pre-owned car but based on my experience at Drivers Way and the car I bought, I'll never buy new again. At delivery, the interior and exterior were immaculate. I'm very picky and they pleased me 100%.

Over the years I have purchased new and used vehicles and I have always had a moment of ' Okay we need to eat before we go and take meds because this is going to be lengthy and migraine inducing' .I did not have this experience with Daniel, my sales person. He is an A plus person. We stayed in communication over the phone and he never made me feel rushed or bothersome. In person he was pleasant and went over all the paper work in detail.I will recommend Drivers Way and Daniel to any one looking for a car.

My wife and I recently visited Driver's Way in Pelham, AL. We contacted Camara previous to our visit to check on a vehicle listed on the Drivers Way website. Camara had the vehicle waiting outside when we arrived. She handled the trade-in appraisal and paperwork without all the usual runaround you get at a typical dealership. Bung a car is not the easiest thing, but this was the easiest I have ever experienced.

We had come to Driver's Way earlier looking for a Regal; which is what we did have. It had just been totaled. We met a pleasant salesman, Ryan; who showed us what you had ....kept looking around town and on the web. Regals are not easy to find....We returned to see if you had anything new...We were concerned about Safety and modern features. When I mentioned Sonata, he showed us the safety and features...and the gas mileage !!! We were impressed and left with a car!!!

I had a problem with battery 3rd day I had my car. Mark was not sure what to do but after my son got off work he called don in the auto shop. Do said batteries get drained from the sun and he helped me out. I was very concerned about my new car because electronics were acting haywire. We bought a 2015 used Ford Edge from the dealership on 9/25/2016. We made the decision to drive to Pelham to test drive the car based on the list of specs and features of the car emailed to us. We liked the vehicle, the buying process was smooth and our salesman, Mark Higgins, was excellent. The issue that I dealt with today was not huge, and would not have been a deal breaker had the specs been correct, or at least, had it been called to our attention at the closing. In the list of features was 6 months prepaid Sirius radio and 5 years prepaid Travel Link. This was in writing in the material emailed to us. When I called Sirius to activate the service I was told that the radio service was 3 months, not 6, and the Travel Link was 3 months, not 5 years. I emailed the dealership about the issue and received a call back from their sales manager. He told me that the specs were provided by a third party and that there was a disclaimer on their website stating that they do not verify that what is sent out as a description of a vehicle is correct. In other words, too bad. I would suggest that anyone basing their purchase on that list of specs review them line-by-line with their salesperson and verify that they are getting everything listed.

I went to this dealership because it has good used vehicles but also because it is haggle free, or so I thought. I did not appreciate the sales manager coming in after my salesman had asked me twice about a service extension contract. The strong arming negated the beauty of being haggle free. My wife and I first found the perfect 4Runner on their site but it would be several days before we could come up for a test drive due to being so far away. So we sent our pre-approval letter and Jesie from the Business Development team reserved the car for us until we could get there. Once we arrived, Grant greeted us and helped us locate the truck and let us take it out for a drive. He was very straightforward and honest with everything. They were also gracious enough to work with us with some financing delays we experienced. Can't say enough good things about this place. Sure wish there were more locations. My wife and I first found the perfect 4Runner on their site but it would be several days before we could come up for a test drive due to being so far away. So we sent our pre-approval letter and Jesie from the Business Development team reserved the car for us until we could get there. Once we arrived, Grant greeted us and helped us locate the truck and let us take it out for a drive. He was very straightforward and honest with everything. I just bought my second car this year from Eugene. I absolutely love working with him! When I first went in, I had no idea what I wanted, but he was patient as we worked through cars and features to see what tickled my fancy. A few days later, I found a car online that I thought I'd like, so I went back in and we drove some more. No hassle. No distractions while I was analyzing it. It had a great sticker price and I loved it, so I signed that day and drove it home. This time, I knew basically what I wanted since we'd gone through all of that last time. Unfortunately, inventory was really low and what I wanted wasn't available in my price range. Eugene did not try to pressure me into settling for something else, but instead encouraged me to be picky. He actually wanted me to be happy with my purchase!. So I kept looking online and kept going back to the dealership for more test drives. A couple of weeks later, Eugene texted me about a car they'd just gotten that fit my criteria, so I went back to the dealership again. It was perfect! I can't say it had a fantastic sticker this time, but it was everything I wanted, so we ran the numbers and played with different financial scenarios. I didn't feel rushed or like I was "bothering" Eugene as I asked him to change the variables. I finally found what I was comfortable with, and as before, the paperwork process was smooth and simple.Now, I can't wait to take possession of my new-to-me car! It turns out that Eugene is a bit of a perfectionist, so he's having it cleaned better. Absolutely fantastic customer service! My husband had been hunting a truck and just happened to see the truck on some site. We had never even heard of this dealership, but we took a chance because this truck was in excellent shape with low mileage so we drove 2 hours to this dealership. When we walked in the door we were met with smiles and a friendly atmosphere. The salesman asked if he could help us and my husband said we came to see the Colorado, do you still have it. He said, yes but let me make sure it has not been sold. He called and in one minute he said do you want to look at it and took us to see the truck. He answered our questions, let us check the oil, listen to the motor, etc., then asked if we wanted to test drive it. He made a copy of my husbands driver license and handed us the keys and even told us we could drive it anywhere we wanted. When we came back, we told him we wanted it, he took us into his office and explained every detailed cost that was charged when you buy a vehicle, and even let us know what warranties they offered and the cost and what it covered. He worked several different payment options on a screen that was turned so that we all could see what it said. He did not pressure us at all, and made this car buying experience wonderful. For once, I did not feel like I was going to pass out, because I knew the price when we went to look at it. I can't say enough good things about this dealership, because I would be here all day adding words like, wonderful, awesome, friendly, happy, great people, no pressure to go with a different vehicle, etc.. This was the best car buying experience that we have had since I started buying vehicles 33 years ago.

I have been looking for a certain vehicle for several months when I received an online alert that a car matching what I wanted was at Driver's way in Pelham about an hour from my home. I called late in the afternoonon Tuesday. I filled out a credit app and entered my trade-in vehicle info online also. Within 15 minutes I received a call from a very nice young lady who answered all of my questions. I asked if the deal on the car could be handled quickly as I had a very important meeting in another state the next day. This same person called back after everything was cleared and told me to come Wednesday to complete the paperwork. Everything was ready when I arrived! They inspected my trade-in, secured a very low interest rate for me and the trade-in was very generous and right where I expected it to be.I was able to complete the paperwork and leave in time for the meeting; (where I was able to make $$ to pay for the car). I walked into the 280 location of Driver's Way with absolutely no expectation that I would even be able to purchase a car. But, Then me and my wife met Tim. He knew we weren't working with the biggest budget or even the best credit so we told him what we had and he went to work. Explaining everything along the way, I felt like the transaction was transparent. Normally, when you explain to a dealer that you aren't working with great credit you get turned away or treated second class. Tim came at it with a "Challenge Accepted" type attitude and got it done. I'm not the proud owner of a 2013 Scion FRS. Quite literally a dream car and a dream come true that I absolutely could not have done without Tim. I normally (as a rule) don't deal with dealerships but, Tim has changed my mind and has gained a lifelong customer in both me and my wife. He's the kind of salesman I will drive hours for, I don't care. The service was exceptional and, they even gave us ice cream! All in all, if you're looking for a car, see Tim at Drivers Way.

Relatively painless, we had already picked out the car we were interested in and after the test drive and inspection we progressed to the purchase. We had a PAL but the process was still a little lengthy, IMHO. Tim was very helpful and overall it was a good experience.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the lack of pressure I felt and the very knowledgeable person helping me, Joe Coogan. He clearly understood my position and never once made me feel pushed in any direction. He answered all my questions clearly and honestly. We disn't have to wait very long until someone helped us and showed us on the computer first the cars they had and then we saw the actual car. My husband drove the car also. Since we came late in the day we had to come back the next day to finish up buying the car which was ok. Bruno was off that day but he told us that was his off day.the only criticism I might have would be the next day that they weren't sure who was to work with is to finish the process bit they all work together so we were able to finish the process up the 2nd day in about an hr. We love the suv.

We had a great experience with Marshall Glenn! He was a very nice and personable young man. We have never bought from a dealership like this, always the local Ford dealership, but Driver's Way had a car we wanted and the experience was good. After I picked up my car, I realized there was maybe a cigarette smell in it which was covered up by scented air freshener. Took it back and they kept it overnight and put an ozone cleaning machine on it and it helped tremendously. Overall, everyone at the dealership were very friendly!

I went to Driver's Way on a recommendation from two co-workers and they were right on the money. I picked out the car I wanted from the website then went in later that day for the test drive. Daniel Sullivan was there to help me and was great in every aspect. We looked at a wide variety of cars in the area for a couple of weeks. The one place not yet visited was Driver's Way, so we thought we would see what autos they had on hand. We located the car we wanted almost immediately and drove it. We left to talk it over, then called to let them know that we would return the following day to purchase. I was in the market for a car due to engine failure in my current car. My visits to other dealerships were frustrating to say the least, because I could not browse the inventory without being hassled. I am the type of shopper that prefers to ask for assistance only when I need it, and to have a car salesman in my ear, while I'm trying to make a decision, has always left a bad taste in my mouth. My experience with Driver's Way was the complete opposite. I was able to browse without the hassle, and when I was ready to take a test drive, Allen greeted me with a huge smile. The tag team effort of Allen and Heather made my car buying experience worthwhile. Allen was very pleasant and extremely informative on my first visit. He continued to follow up with me via email, and it was his final email (which notified me of a price reduction), that prompted me to purchase the Kia Optima Hybrid. Although he was out of the office on the day of my visit, Heather took the reins and sealed the deal. She was extremely thorough and professional throughout the entire transaction. She made sure that I was comfortable with the entire process. The tag team effort of both Allen and Heather is the reason I will be a customer for life! Kudos to Driver's Way for living up to your reputation. This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had!

I really appreciate the business model of Driver's Way. I don't like the feeling like I'm being played. They list the price, and you take it or leave it. No games. We went in to look at a car we had found online for our newest driver in the family. Anthony had promptly responded to my internet questions, and Summer had it washed and ready to test drive when we got there. We were on the road driving it within 10 minutes of our arrival. Mike was helpful and knowledgable, answering all questions, but never acting overbearing or pushy. We financed through them by way of the online application, and it couldn't have been any easier. Will definitely go back when our youngest turns 16 in another year.

All I can say is... WOW! What a great buying experience. I found a vehicle on line and spoke to multiple people within the Internet Department. Each time I called, everyone was courteous and very helpful. A salesperson quickly called me to answer any additional questions. When I decided to purchase the vehicle, the salesperson took care of assisting with all of the paperwork. I was unable to make the commute to pick up the car, so the salesperson delivered it to a designated location for me. All paperwork was ready and organized. The salesperson took time to review and explain all of the fine print with me. He was patient and never rushed me. I would definitely recommend this salesperson if you are considering purchasing a vehicle. His name is Allen. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the product and process. Everyone involved was helpful but never pushy. I looked for many months deciding on the right vehicle for me and this was one of the best experiences that I had.
