I came into the center on 9/17/16 and was helped out by a guy who was friendly and quick with getting what I wanted. After he got my car ready for a service, I went inside to get my service summarized which I was impressed with the help I was getting as well as getting every detail explained pretty well. However, I don't think one of your employees realize that they should be providing customer service all the time. Out of my 16+ years of coming into this center for the service, I went to pick up drinks and snacks like I usually do and I felt attacked by a blond woman employee. All she had to say were that the cookies weren't ready but she decided to go above and beyond and say you used your hands when this was for other people as well. She went on saying that in a loud voice where people could hear and that doesn't make me, the customer, feel better about what I've done. Little does she know that I've worked in the fast food industry and have knowledge of how food handling works. I didn't want to cause a scene and argue with her and I just said sorry. I don't mean to take this little thing to the extreme but if your employees can't handle simple customer service like this, what does that say to Toyota as a company especially when one of their core values is customer first and respect for people? I did not feel respected today and I will not be going back to this toyota branch for my service again or purchasing any cars as well.

The reception attendant was courteous, friendly, and attentive. The service representative listened carefully to my service needs and clearly communicated the specific nature,cost, and length of the service. It was fully completed in a timely manner, including a free car wash and vacuuming. While waiting, I relaxed in the most accommodating waiting room I have ever experienced.

We liked our services at Doxon Toyota. They answered their phone promptly. They reminded of our appointment and they finished their work on time . Every oil change, they washed and vaccuumed our car. We were lucky to have a life time oil change deal from Doxon Toyota.The staff were courteous and friendly. They provided us with some drinks od water or cofee while we waited for the services on our cars.We bought 3 new Toyotas from Doxon so far. we would recommend Doxon Toyota to people we know.

About a year ago, my son gave me a gift of a 2010 Tacoma to replace my 93 ford ranger. I started having problems with it dying on me while driving. I live in the Bonney lake area so I took it to Puyallup Toyota for help. They could not find the problem. I had the it towed there 5 different times and all the time they could not pin point the problem. They suggested it might be the fuel pump, or electrical. I spent time and money to test and remove different parts as they suggested with no luck.

We bought our Sienna at Doxon from David Streeter-Dybdahl almost 12 years ago. He's provided us with top notch advice and service every time, willing to go out of his way to make sure that Doxon gets things done right. Sometimes we'll need a loaner car while our van is being serviced and he takes care of it with a friendly smile and positive attitude. We've also not had any customer service issues or problems at Doxon. I appreciate having a go-to person such as David and, thanks to him, would do business again with Doxon.

It was my first time buying a car. I met with both Jordan and Calvin in two different test drives. Both of them were very polite and friendly. I felt comfortable discussing about the car I was test driving mostly because neither of them attempted to give me a hard sell on the vehicle. Personally, I hate pushy salesmen that only care about showing off their knowledge. Both Calvin and Jordan did a great job answering all my questions regarding the vehicle and the process of purchasing a car in general. Calvin ended up handling my vehicle purchase, and his attention to details was what earned my confidence in his service. When we found out that the vehicle's transmission service was never performed by the previous owner, Calvin called a nearby Volkswagen dealer to get a quote and drop the price accordingly. Being a customer who has never owned a car, I didn't know much about cars. Quite frankly, any salesman could have easily lied to my face and said a transmission service isn't needed instead of dropping the price and reaching out to help me get a service quote. His honesty is a big factor I considered before I closed the deal. While I was working on all the paperwork, Calvin went to deal with the servicing department and ensure that the technician will take care of all minor issues we discussed about. All in all, my experience with Calvin and Jordan was nothing but positive.

First of all, I really like Corolla's and Doxon Toyota has been an excellent place to buy my cars and to get my cars serviced. One of the first reasons for going to Doxon is that my Aunt went there for many years and could not sing their praises high enough. The personal touch in the sales area is flattering. I appreciate that I am heard when I say what I want and need. I do not want to feel like I am being conned or buttered up just to make a sale. There was a hint of this in my last interaction and I was put off a bit, however, all in all, I have had excellent customer service and guidance about the care of my cars. I would recommend Doxon's to anybody and say that they take you and your needs into consideration during the shopping phase of buying a car. They went out of their way to listen to me and that is very important to me..

I purchased my Prius in 2005 and have had to do nearly nothing to it in that 10 years. A great car. Service has been spectacular at Auburn's Doxon Toyota. Even when I am coming in for endless free oil changes they treat me like a Gold Star customer and they often tell me that there is nothing more the car needs at this time.....first brake job was just this year! Such great service attitude and commitment to taking care of the customer without building in projects. I will buy my next Prius there....just waiting for the Lifetime Oil Change Program to return!

Before I even bought a bus ticket for a 4 hr trip to purchase a used car, I asked Jason if there is anything I should know about the vehicle. He said, "it's in excellent condition". In part, it's my fault for trusting him but I think he should have disclosed the damage to the rear end tailgate that I failed to notice until the next day at home - especially since I spent $25,000 for it.I sent an email complaining about the damage and he responded with, "I in no way was I not honest - you saw the pictures that were provided before you came here - tell me what I did wrong"Well, for one he lied about it being in "excellent condition". The pictures were in such low resolution that damage was not visible and when you click on the pics they should enlarge not stay the same thumbnail size. Upon enlarging the pics myself it becomes very pixelated and out of focus so one cannot see the damage. Perhaps that was the intention.A few days later I discovered they did a hard inquiry of my credit which lowers my credit score for two years. That was unnecessary because they knew before I even left my house that this will be a cash sale.As they say, "an honest car dealership is an oxymoron".(*(**** update: I just discovered that two of the rear seat belts are destroyed. The previous owner must have had a dog or dogs that chewed up the seat belts almost in half. Did the dealership not perform a safety check before I bought the vehicle? This is a serious safety issue and liability.

I have never in my many, many, years had such a great experience in buying and maintaining my car. From the point of sale, I was completely confident with my salesman and after 5 years of owning my car, I still see him when I get my car serviced. I have referred others to him and also have been referred by another person who says she bought three cars from him, which is why I went there. The service department is spacious, clean, friendly, with tv, computer, coffee or a more quiet place to sit and read. A service person greets me upon arriving, and then takes over from there. They are so efficient and explain/answer questions etc. with clarity and patience. I would never buy from anywhere else.

I have 3 Toyotas serviced here. Not very often they need work beyond the standard maintenance. I have found Doxon Toyota's work and price to be very competitive with any outside shop. Great Dealership! I had to replace 2 oxygen sensors a fuel sensor, I also asked them to change my oil and check and change any low life brake pads which they did all in a few hours. They did a great job cleaned the car very well after and now no more annoying service lights on the car dash. They also showed me that my floorboard had some damage which is why moisture got on my carpet interior under the driver seat so that's the next thing for me to repair. I recommend these guys they are trained and know what they are doing makes my life a bit easier! Thanks for the Great Service!

Recent used car purchase at Doxon Toyota of Auburn. Overall, a good experience. Vanessa was very helpful and professional, had good follow through with questions I had regarding the vehicle, and made a tedious purchase easier. Jason was on the ball with contacting me very quickly after my initial internet inquiry... & surely was tired of getting my calls for two days but dealt with it with grace and a smile. Only three "so-so" moments...1. Seeing the sales "boys" playing on the service golf carts...dualing head-on is more like it. Did they forget they were at work?2. The detailing of the car- sorry guys, I know you work hard, but there was still dog hair, rocks under the seats and a true wipe down needed on the vinyl and leather. Guess what I'll be doing next weekend?3. And this one may just be an opinion- but as a gracious gift to the people purchasing vehicles (and helping sustain your paycheck) I think a full tank of gas is a MAJOR customer satisfaction boost! Tens of thousands of dollars verses $50-70 is nothing compared to the 5/5 ratings the dealership is wanting to achieve.

I highly recommend DOXON TOYOTA, especially their Service Manager Mr. Duane Weil, he is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Mr. Weil is the walking example of true professional that offers excellent customer service; I am another happy customer with another successful story!!!Recently, my check engine, VSC and Tracking indicator lights turn on again, I recalled they were on before while my Rav4 was still under warranty. At the time Doxons service department adjusted for me while I was there for my oil change. Since then those lights stayed off until recently, those lights lit up again.Now that my car is no longer covering by the manufacture warranty any more, I paid a hour labor of $60.94 to just perform a diagnosis; the result was malfunction code P2197. Doxon restored for me again. However, the problem persisted after 3-1/2 mile driving. The advice was replacing sensor with an estimate of $346.48 + tax and labor..I contacted Doxon Service Manager Mr. Duane Weil, he responded quickly and offered his professional advice and helpful options, and soon he ordered the part and got me scheduled within two days! Since my car is a very lightly used vehicle and just had its 30,000 miles service performed. Mr. Weil was able to help me take care of my car without burning a big hole in my wallet. That is what I call outstanding customer service!!! I have always enjoying visiting Doxon Toyota Auburn and their service department, because Doxon Toyota Auburn has giving me the feeling of going home and take care of whatever issues my car may have. I highly recommend DOXON TOYOTA Auburn, I highly recommend their service manager Mr. Duane Weil. bottom line Doxon Toyota is the BEST!!!

I enjoyed the low pressure, no nonsense approach of Ron. A true professional and a great tip on lunch at the Sports Page too! The truck was clean and as advertised. I was given a fair trade and a below KBB price on my purchase. The finance department found me a great rate and was handled professionally. I would highly recommend this dealership for future purchases. I like the fact they are a long established business and know their customers.

I took my 2011 Prius in for it's 10,000 mile checkup. The service was very good. However, the service assistant reported that an inspection of the tires revealed: "Tire has screw in shoulder of tire. Not repairable 195.65.15 Bridgestone Ecopia EP20". He gave me an estimate of $173.57 to replace the tire.Since I had driven 500 miles on the tire the day before, I thought I could get it home if they pumped it up to it's proper air pressure. My husband took the car to Les Schwab where they found a screw in the tread, 1" from the edge of the tire and repaired the tire for no charge. The screw was not in the shoulder and the tire was quite repairable. I feel that Doxon Service tried to take advantage of me by making a false and costly recommendation.Patty Carlson

We have always found Doxon to be a friendly dealership and this purchase experience was awesome. We were not entirely sure what kind of car we wanted. Our wonderful salesperson (Vanessa Delli Sante) was so patient, friendly and knowledgable that she made this easily stressful situation a pleasure. We came to Doxon at least 4 times, lots of test drives and a lot of her time. She asked lots of questions and listened closely to our feedback on the test drives as well as how we would use the car and helped us narrow down to two cars. There was never any pressure to buy a particular kind of car or pushing towards more expensive models. We did not even need to negotiate on a price. The price they offered came in under the price Consumers Report gave as a "great price". We are thrilled with our Prius V and the whole buying experience. We recommend Doxon and Vanessa to any friends looking to buy a car!

I highly recommend DOXON TOYOTA! Bottom line they are the BEST!!!!! These guys are terrific. Leroy and David were outstanding, they took the time to show me all the options and models of Camry, so I could make an informed decision. No pressure sales, they listened to my needs and wants in a car matching me up the best model. Always friendly and greeted me with a smile. I did shop around and they had the best price on Camrys and gave me the highest price for my trade-in. Also when I took delivery of my Camry Ken took the time to go over all the options and programmed my radio to the stations like, as well as hooking up my Blue Tooth for my phone, Thanks Ken for your time and consideration. I was interested in purchasing a new truck but after test driving the truck my wife and I parked in front of the dealership. We sat in the truck talking about it and trying to decide if the truck was for us. The sales rep hovered outside the door of the truck and then the finance person knocked on the window of the truck stating that we needed to come in and sign the paperwork for the truck but we didn't agree to buy it yet so I told her we weren't ready yet. She said she had other people in line, so I told her to go deal with her other clients so she left.We got out of the truck and told the sales rep we weren't ready to make a decision yet and he seamed to get mad at us because we wanted to think about it before spending $40000 on a new truck.I would never go back to Doxon Toyota for another vehicle.

I would not recommend bringing your car to Doxon Toyota for service after they defrauded me with an unnecessary $700 repair when I brought mine in because the VVT-i system (Variable Valve Timing - Intelligent) was malfunctioning and thowing a code P1349 (VVT-i Controller not responding). This involves several parts besides the VVT-i Controller, including a selenoid, valve (the Oil Control Valve), OCV filter, oil supply from the pump, computer (g-d forbid it being that!) and associated wiring. They immediately declared the VVT-i controller to be at fault, the most expensive part (except the computer) as well as the most expensive in labor, resulting in a $700+ repair bill w/o even testing the other components even though I specifically asked them to test the rest first. The service adviser even admitted that it is not uncommon for the Oil Control Valve (a $95 part right on the front of the engine) to stick resulting in the same behavior. I got the car back and it was doing the same thing. I will be returning next week, after diagnosing the real issue myself to see if they can fix it, and trying to get my money back for the fraudulent repair.

The initial sales Consultant we talked with left us a little cold. When we explained this to Lorelei she immediately assigned another sales consultant, Greg and he was very easy to work with. I had done my homework by going to a couple different sites and knew the amount I wanted to pay for my new car. I had also researched the value of my trade in. By presenting all this information the bottom line amount was reached. We were unable to complete the deal due to migraine that came on all of a sudden but Lorelei told us to go home, get well, and return the next day is I felt better. We returned the next morning and finished the initial paperwork with Ken and Susie. By the time we left we felt we had made some new friends and would not hesitate to refer relatives and friends to Doxon for a new or used car.

was great to work with at first, got the deal finished and found the car smelled like smoke after I drove around for a while after we bought it (we didn't notice it when taking it on the test drive) and they ozoned it, which I appreciated (even though I'm a little worried that it will come back and then what am I to do...). The problem came after I spoke with him after that had been done about the fact that I was under the impression that the car would have full synthetic oil put in as he had been saying the entire time that the car only had to have the oil changed every 10,000 miles or 12 months, so when I get back to the dealership to have the ozone done I find that it had a synthetic blend put in by the service department (which is what they "always" do with the cars on their lot). He refused to have the dealership put in full synthetic and had quite an attitude with me while talking to me basically saying (paraphrasing here) "you already bought the car and now you come back and have all these demands". Maybe it's just me, but I don't think it's too much to ask that the car have full synthetic when their salesman is saying the car only has to have oil changed once a year (and is pushing for me to purchase the 'loaner' vehicle vs the new one with the free oil changes for two years). All I can say is stay away from them, there are plenty of other dealerships to choose from go to one of them.

This is the First time that I've enjoyed buying a new car.Bryce and Gary never put any pressure on me to buy the car. Gary explained in great detail every question I had on my test drive.He even set up my phone so my hand free system worked.I had the fabric seal,paint seal,3m paint protector,lojack installation and Mike my service rep. explained eveyone in great detail. My 2003 Toyota Camry XLE needed new computing hardware installed in the car so my remote keyless entry would work. The part was expensive ($575), but Joe (the mechanic who did the work) was very knowledgeable and I was repaired in under 1 hour. Joe also went above and beyond and noticed that I had my second remote in my glove box, so he reprogrammed both remotes for me at no extra charge. I thought that was very considerate of Joe and it was certainly appreciated. It's those small courtesies at Doxon Toyota that keep amazing me!Aimee Seaton was great as usual as my service advisor. She made sure my car was vacuumed and washed before I left.I have full confidence in Doxon Toyota in being truthful with me in all circumstances and though I plan on keeping the car I have, I will certainly have them do all the maintenance on it and if I ever need a new car, I will go to Doxon Toyota first!I enjoyed taking my business to Doxon Toyota and again especially liked the free new Starbucks coffee machine they have for their customers!Keep up the fantastic customer service!!!

I was recently in the market to buy a new car and glad I bought from Doxon. The last time I bought a car I felt I wasn't very well informed. The salesperson at Doxon Tina Geery was very informative, friendly and patient. She let me take my time to figure out what type of vehicle I wanted and let me test drive as many cars as I wanted. I give Doxon the highest possible marks due to the fact that my wife and I have bought 35 new Toyota's from the Doxon family and Sales Mgr. Leroy and have had great service at a fair price. Does this mean that it was without issues, well of course not the people at Doxon are only human and as humans we ALL make mistakes, but it is how you handle them after the fact. From Mark Doxon the owner down to the lot boys and girls they really do care about the customer and will do whatever it takes to help resolve any problems that might crop up. The parts and service depts. are the best I have ever dealt with and I refer many people to them as well as the sales force. The sales people are eager to help but without being a pain in the a$$, which makes the experience way better. It is so refreshing to pull onto the lot and not have 20 sales people huddled around a big burn barrel waiting to pounce on the next person to hit the lot.The Doxon family and all of it's employees are what keep me coming back.
