We brought our 2013 in for service to fix a recall at 2pm. Though we were 30min early, they were beyond thoughtful and professional and got our car done FAST. We also had a couple of questions off the subject and Doug went out of his way to get us the answers we needed. Will I be bringing our vehicle back when service time rolls back around, an unequivocal YES. Do I recommend Don Thornton VW especially their service department, again an unequivocal YES. I purchased my beetle from the previous owners, however I will say that the new facility is beautiful. Don Thornton is the best Auto Group in Tulsa hands down. They are low pressure which is what I want, I was thrilled when they bought this dealership. The service waiting area is very nice and they will work hard to get you in and out quick. Visit them, buy from them, have your car serviced here you will see the difference.

Do a great job with regular maintenance. Glad that Don Thornton purchased this dealership. I think the new facilities are great, but wouldnt mind sitting on a folding chair. If my Jetta makes 500,000 miles I will buy a new one.

My sales rep Tom Tatro was courtesy, easygoing, not haggling or even pressuring, ever. He is an excellent sales specialist. I test drove two Jetta models per his recommendation. Although I did not purchase, I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Tom. Go see Tom!

Air conditioning work done on my 2004 VW Touareg was excellent. It really worth the investment which enhanced my safety on board because I don't have to worry anymore with foggy windshield during winter or when raining. I recently purchased a new Jetta at the VW Tulsa facility. The employees with whom I had contact were friendly and very pleasant. I was truly impressed with Michael Carter who displayed professionalism in his work. He was very thorough, patient andhelpful in every aspect of our purchase process. Also, Michael Mosley and Richard (in Finance) were great and made the paperwork flow smoothly.

I just bought a used 2006 VW jetta, and I couldnt be more pleased with the the way me and my family was treated. From looking at the car, to Michael Carter staying passed closing hours from the time we got there! The car needed to come back to be checked out by service crew, and to my amazement, it got not only detailed, but new tires, a new radio, and wind shield wipers. Above completely my expectations of buying a used vehicle. It was a pleashurable experience, and My hat is off to Michael Carter and his Team. I will be back, for service and hopefully Michael will still be working there when I decide to purchase another vehicle for my oldest daughter.

I came to the store after having purchased a new Touareg, to receive helpful information about the car...and I knew that my salesman who had helped me previously might not be available when I came in, but I had assured him that I would be happy even if it would be a different person that would help me. So when I came to the store, my regular salesperson was not there, so instead Bill Watkins said he would be happy to assist me. What a terrific guy! He was VERY knowledgable about my vehicle, and was very thorough as he went through the entire car...explaining every little detail and the functions of the cars devices and so forth. He made me feel important and made sure not to rush through anything, but instead he took all the time necessary to answer my questions. He even told me to come back if I thought of any other questions that I needed answered about the car. He definitely gets a 10/10 from me.

I was shopping for a new Passat and went to Tulsa Volkswagen as the closest dealer to my home. I was connected with Kim Tanner, who, as a salesperson, I cannot say enough good things. However, the sales management was very poor, giving the run around and contradictory information. I eventually found a different dealer, a long way from my home, and had a very pleasant experience. If you go to this dealer, ask for Kim ... a very professional and helpful person.

I went online looking for a new Jetta TDI. The internet sales manager, I think his name was Jermaine, called me within 5 minutes after I filled out the online inquiry. He let me know which vehicles they had on the lot that matched what I was looking for. He was easy to talk to and deal with. The dealership had exactly what I was looking for so I set an appointment to go drive it. Once I got there the manager introduced me to the saleswoman Kim Tanner. She showed me the car and everything about it. Everybody is so nice and courteous there! They made it easy for me to buy a car that day. I'm delighted with my new Jetta and I tell all my friends to go see them if they're looking for a vehicle. Kim was great!
