I was in the Dealership the other day after work. It was super busy and about the moment I was about to walk away Brian S. came out and asked me if I had been helped. Brian was one of those salesmen that puts you at ease no matter the struggles you have had in the car buying process. He knows his stuff and is exceptionally knowledgeable at his craft. I am not a person of many word but of actions. When it comes time to look for my wife a car in the coming months I only want to deal with Brian!

Great guys ! Dont go anywhere else, dont make this mistake, theres many dealers just trying to take from you what you dont have in this bussiness , go to Don Mealey auto group, sport madza is where i had a great guy helping me out, his name is Kerwinn larrock and also the managre there, unfirtunaly i forgot his name but those guys even i got a high interest rate i need wheels to work and my credit is not that great so....they pretty much save me, god bless all of them

Ok, let me tell you about how amazing Brian at Sport Mazda is! I moved cross-country without a car and was extremely stressed out about not having transportation and buying my first car by myself. I contacted Brian before I was even in Florida and he made me feel 100% better about buying a new car. I looked all the reviews for car dealerships near where I live (Titusville) and everything was absolutely terrible, which is why I decided to drive an hour to go to Sport Mazda in Orlando, and it was totally worth it. Brain answered all my hundreds of questions and is such a easy going and laid back guy, he isnt trying to steal your money or just sell you a car, he wants to make sure you are 100% satisfied with not only his service but also with the product that you are buying. Now, Mazdas obviously speak for themselves becuase they are amazing cars but they also gave me unbeatable warranty and an awesome deal on a almost brand new 2015 Mazda3. Ive had my car for about 2 and a half months and everyday I am so happy that I chose this vehicle! Its adorable, drives awesome, music quality is great (usb & aux hook ups), spacious (my dog loves it) and it gets 44MPG, so commuting to Orlando everyday only costs me a couple bucks and they dont require a down payment if you have good credit with an awesome monthly payment. I still to this day contact Brian to ask about questions and he always responds to me within minutes, if I ever buy another car or if I have friends that are looking to buy I will definitely be sending them his way! So if you are looking for a good car and great service, you need to make sure you go to 6239 South Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando and ask for BRIAN SAN PEDRO and you will drive away happy!!!

We found a used BMW that we liked online and contacted Sport Mazda by phone. The salesman that helped us was Jacob Barone. And that was the beginning of a positive car buying experience. After the phone call Jacob followed up with a video that gave us a more detailed view. On seeing the car in person, Jacob and his sales manager were more than helpful, without being pushy or overbearing. We left unsure, but contacted him again after thinking it over and he assured us they would hold the car for us, would detail it and have it gassed and ready for a test drive. And that he did! The vehicle sold itself, but Jacob and the rest of the staff made it the very positive experience. I don't see us needing a new car in the future, but if so Jacob Barone will be the first man we contact.

I want to thank,Jacob Barone my sales person,for making my car buying experience the best I have ever had. I was literally in and out of that dealership within an hour and a half. No one there was pushy,or harped on things that I didn't want. They were very willing to work with me to get me what I wanted. They did an excellent job of it. I had to wait a day for my car to come in from another dealership, Jacob was great keeping me updated on the status of the pick up time,because I was coming from so far to pick up my car. I used Cars.com to help me narrow my search for a new Mazda. I bought several Mazda vehicles from a local dealership but they were not as responsive nor competitive as Sport Mazda. Craig Smolen was very responsive to my calls and emails. He had the 2 cars I wanted to test drive ready to go when I got there. I recently purchased a 2013 Mazda CX-9, from Sport Mazda. I located the vehicle on cars.com. I spoke with Barby Irby over the phone. We were able to agree on a purchase price via the phone and e-mail. I met Barby at the dealership and it was a very smooth transaction. There was not any haggling over our agreed price. The entire process took less than three hours. That includes, meet and greet, checking out the vehicle, test drive, changing insurance, license tag, and detailing. I would recommend Sport Mazda and Barby Irby for a vehicle purchase.

My wife and I came home from a morning appointment and noticed a smell like the engine in our vehicle was overheating. So I popped the hood and checked it over, only finding that it needed a bit of coolant. I went back into the house and just did not feel comfortable about the issue and told my wife to go with me, that we were going to trade it in while it was still running. We arrived at Sport Mazda where we were met by Shane Fish. We told him what we were interested in and he came back after about 15 mins with a vehicle for us. We test drove the car, afterwards we were met by the sales manager who brought us the offer on the car. We explained to him our budget and other concerns. The deal was within 40.00 of our desired payment so now we are happy owners of a new vehicle, with a warranty. I am disabled and cannot stress to you the peace of mind that we have something reliable to take my wife to work, etc. Every bit of the sale was no pressure, pleasant and beyond expectations. I truly did not expect them to be able to get us financed, not to mention the fact that I had a bankruptcy in my history because I had cancer. Thank you so much for a pleasant buying experience and peace of mind we now have with our new Mazda CX-5!!!!!!!

My husband and I went to Sport Mazda to find a new car, after being very unhappy with the way other places treated us. My mother and I traveled from Washington State to Orlando, Florida, to review and purchase a used, low-milage Mercedes SLK32 AMG from Sport Mazda. The car was in great condition, prepped and detailed. Sport Mazda salesman, Kerwin Larocque, was a pleasure to work with. While answering my emails and telephone inquiries about the car, Kerwin was very polite and informative. He was honest about the cars condition and sent a short video clip of the cars exterior. Kerwin picked us up at our hotel and drove us to the dealership where I test-drove and inspected the car. We never felt pressured during the inspection or purchasing process. Angie Quinones and the staff in the business department who helped to complete the transaction also did a great job. After buying the car, we drove it back 3,000 miles to Washington State the car ran flawlessly. Thank you Kerwin and Sport Mazda for helping me obtain a fun sports car for my mid-life crisis.

I am a happy customer. I had a great and fast car buying experience at Sport Mazda. Edwin Acevedo called me to invite me to visit Sport Mazda to take a look at the car that I was interested in buying. When I pulled up in the parking lot, he was there to greet me and he did not even know it was me. He is a great sales person and provides great customer service. Overall, the staff are very friendly and nice. I recommend Sport Mazda because the cars are affordable and in excellent condition.

Two names you must remember Mark Cappetta and Andrew Toledo. These two guys were wonderful they made the entire process an easy one. They answered all questions (and between my husband and I there were alot), they took thier time with us and weren't pushy. Mark knew my price range and worked within it. I actually got my vehicle for less than what I anticipated paying. We were looking at a few dealerships but what made me decide to go with Sport Mazda was Mark. Sports Mazda has a great team. I will definetly tell anyone car shopping to go with them.

It was really great working with Kerwin Larocque when I needed to trade in my car for another. He was friendly, helpful, and I really appreciated his non-pressuring demeanor toward me. Car buying is already a stressful event to go through, but when you're working with a salesperson like Kerwin, it helps make it a lot less stressful and exhausting. Throughout the process his communication was great, and he was willing to work with me to get what I wanted for my trade in. I'm grateful that I found Mazda Sport, and Kerwin, for this whole process.

I went there to look at the used Mazda3s. The gentleman that came out to help us wasn't pushy at all and just showed us what we asked him about. Happily (or sadly if you're my wallet), we walked past a 2015 Mazda3 hatchback and I fell in love. It was my first time buying a car so I have nothing to compare it to but I hope that in the far far faaaar future when it's time for me to get a new car it goes something like how it did for me here.

I'd been shopping for a new car for almost a month. When I walked into most dealerships in my area, I asked for the car I wanted, year, make and model and they didn't have it. I went to one dealership and the MANAGER told me I should lease instead of buy. I told him I wanted to buy with cash and I wanted him to give me his best price. So I showed him the other dealership prices. It's as if he looked at me and dismissed me, so I left that place. Told ALL my friends never to buy from them. You're loss JOHN!! I finally went on line just outside my area. Sport Mazda was the last dealership I went too. We called before we went in. I met with Kyle Whitten whom I had spoken to on the phone. He was courteous and had the car I wanted pulled up front. My husband and I went for a test drive. Kyle answered all our questions including service and maintenance information. His manager approved the amount I wanted for my trade in and we got an added discount. They even stayed late to complete all the paperwork. We drove off the lot that day with a new 2016 Mazda CX-5. Had an *excellent* experience here. Honestly I wasn't looking forward to shopping for a new car, with all the hassle and headache that stereotypically comes along with it. My wife and I spoke with Brian a few times before coming down, getting all the info we needed before we came. We came unexpectedly, on a Saturday night, so Brian was busy and he recommended Andrew help us. He let us look around at our own pace, didn't rush us, didn't feel like the typical car salesman looking over your shoulder. They had -exactly- the car we wanted (model, colors, options. Did I mention they have a GREAT selection there? One of the most stocked lots I've ever seen). When we picked it, he was very informative on the test drive and I just KNEW we wouldn't be leaving that day empty handed. The buying experience was very friendly, changed my mind about the 'typical' car dealership experience. Everyone I know always says they 'Have a guy' when they go car shopping and that's what I was looking for not just the car itself but a place I could return to every time and I found it. Andrew and Brian, along with Manager Jason and everyone else that helped the process along, thank you guys!

It was pretty easy to get a hold of the dealership and the people working at the place. They were very honest and helpful when it came to picking a perfect car for me. Sports Mazda was also very flexible and most importantly they treat every customer very well and get to know them individually which separates them from other dealerships that tend to oversell to any and everyone.

I was greeted by the salesperson on the lot, took a test drive, negotiated, and passed on the deal. I was very specific about what car I wanted, and the salesperson was understanding of that and did not try to pressure me in another direction, which I appreciated. The whole process, including negotiation, was friendly and not stressful. In the end, the dealer could not reach my price, but if they had, I would have bought the car.My only critique is that I felt slightly rushed. I would have liked a little more time with the car. But this did not change my decision in the end.I would return to this dealer.

Kyle greeted us out on the lot and was very helpful in explaining the differences between sport, touring, and grand touring models. The whole buying experience was good. The value of our trade in was about what we expected, the price of the car, and the extras for $$ off the price were all a welcome value. Kyle was very friendly, attentive, and made us feel very pleased about our new vehicle. Kyle explained all the costs involved and even got us a better rate on a loan through Mazda vs our bank. This was the best new car purchase experience we ever had. We have been to Mini, Chevy (2x), and Nissan, none of them made us feel this good or kept us informed throughout the process as well as Kyle did. Although it took approximately 4.5 hours from start to finish it didn't feel that long. The desk manager came and spoke with us while the trade in value was calculating, then in the finance department, Rey, was quite personable and very nice. This is the first Mazda we have ever owned, and if it lives up to my expectations, we will for sure be back to Don Mealey's Sport Mazda for my next car!

We had been searching for a brand new mazda6 all weekend. We even looked at other models. In our local area, the mazada dealer did not offer any additional warranites other than factory. Although I loved the model, I was hesitiant. Then, I did further research outside the Tampa area and we found Don Mealey's Sports Mazda dealership. The lifetime warranty really appealed to us and I was looking for a red exterior with black interior. Juan Jr, who was our salesman, was great. He was very knowledgeable and gave us valuable information to decide on our purchase. You could tell he really knew the car and was able to respond to just about any question. We are also confident he gave us the best deal possible. Thank you Juan for all of your time and help to buy our new 2016 Mazda6.

Purchases a used 2011 Mazda Sport i here today. Worked with Kyle Whitten for 2 weeks and he was great. No high pressure sales, always upfront with the information. Had most everything ready when we arrived. Only downside was 1 key fob, but we knew that going in, that's why the 5 stars anyway. The whole experience was great. 4 stars for the facilities because it's kind of tight, but I actually prefer a smaller place than some of these mega stores.

Not a day after posting our review (that included our surprised dissapointment at not getting a second key for our CX-5) the fine folks at Don Mealey Sport Mazda called each of us to make things right! We are convinced it was a simple oversight, and not the normal business practice. They were overly apologetic and went above and beyond what we'd expect in making sure we were satisfied. Again, the buying experience, friendliness, and service at Sport Mazda are second to none, and their response to our review demonstrates that they care about every single customer, as if they were a member of the family. We have never seen customer service this personal, and it has certainly left an indelible impression. We wish we could edit the previous review...but hope this new entry demonstrates our appreciation. Thanks again to everyone at Sport Mazda from Jay on down to Kerwin. I went last Saturday as I was shopping around for a new car, stopped by to check the Mazda because a friend had told me to go there. Kyle was my sales guy, he was just right no too pushy, very good at asking my needs ans he knew all about the cars and its differences including price. So after a quick visit to the lot, I was ready to buy, it only took one hour and my car was there, they gave me all the options for financing and I pick the one that fit my needs, they where all so good, to a point I am writing this (Which I usually do not) If you a re looking for a Car Don Mealey Sport Mazda is the answer, they have the right people working there.

Overall, a good experience. Kerwin was friendly, knowledgeable, and interested in making a fair deal in regards to our purchase of a used 2013 Mazda CX-5 (which we love!) The buying process was quick and smooth. There was some of the typical moving and changing of numbers to fit the purchase into our parameters, while securing the most return for the salesman and dealership. This is to be expected, but the final price+taxes+ dealer fees number was more than acceptable. The warranty offered is exceptional. We would consider buying from Don Mealy Sport Mazda again in the future. That said, next time well be more wise to the one disappointment that keeps this review from being a 5 star experience: We were only offered/given one key for the vehicle. This wasnt apparent until the sale was already completed, and we were set to take possession of the CX-5, otherwise I would have made sure an extra was included. Considering this vehicle uses a push-button start with a transponder key fobits is a MUST to have a second keybecause lockouts are inevitable! Im quite certain that if this vehicle were new, two fobs would be included. We offered two transponder keys with our trade in., because we certainly expected the same in return. We were told that we could go to the service department and get a second key at a reduced cost. The cost for the key plus the programming was about $300, which is a laughable figure considering the money we just dropped on the vehicle itself. Maybe the previous owner didnt surrender a second key, but that setback shouldnt be passed on to the purchaser. Im sure that the Sport Mazdas bottom line wouldnt be hurt significantly by programming and including a second keywhich SHOULD BE STANDARD with any vehicle sold. Im not sure if it was dishonesty, or simple aloofness, but we were surprised that this would be a standard practice or that a dealer with Sport Mazdas reputation would be that cheap. We will gladly strike the five final paragraphs, and add a star to the review if Sport Mazda can make good on what we hope was an oversight.

The search for my "new to me" vehicle started online via chat. Mazda Sport was the first dealership that didn't instantly respond with a chain of generic answers. The chat representative was happy to answer all of my questions thoroughly and set up an appointment that was convenient to my schedule. My actual visit to the dealership was also a great experience! My sales rep Kerwin Larocque was very personable and extremely easy to work with. He worked tirelessly to make sure I had the right vehicle for me and despite the fact that I can be a tough customer he was INCREDIBLY patient! He and two other staff members even stayed SEVERAL hours past closing to ensure that the best financing options were found and that I was completely taken care of. I will be returning to Mazda Sport for my next vehicle!!!

Just bought a 2012 Ford Focus from David at Don Mealey Sport Mazda over Memorial Day weekend. Service was exceptional! He answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable about the purchase we made for our daughter. We were happily surprised when he informed us of the the 10 yr/100.000 mile warranty on the used car. After shopping at several other dealers for a used car that had to fit specific criteria to qualify for a loan from my credit union and fit my budget I decided to try Don Mealey's Sport Mazda. I met with Mr. Juan Cruz Jr. and he quickly came up with three options to look over. Juan was very knowledgeable about the vehicles shown and answered all my question concerning the purchase process. Juan was very helpful when it came time to arrange the final financing negotiations between his finance department and my credit union. As I could not complete the transaction that same day due to time constraints I returned to the dealership the following morning and was assisted by Mr. David Flores who was covering Juan's customers during his day off. David picked up with full knowledge of where we had left the transaction and helped me complete the purchase quickly and professionally. I was very happy that Juan and David had gotten to together to assure the purchase went smoothly and in a timely manner. I am very pleased I selected to make my car purchase at Sport Mazda and thank both Juan and David for their excellent service and their openness in meeting the stringent requirements of my financing options.

I did a majority of my negotiations on line, as this was the only dealership within 400 miles of my home that had the vehicle with the equipment that I wanted on it. After searching a web site, I located the car and started a conversation with Luis Arce. He is very professional and knowledgable about his product. Sport Mazda in Orlando was able to bet a quote by my local dealer over $1000.00. The sales process was fairly easy. There was one glitch while the car was in detailing, but they rectified the issue qyuickly. I was in and out within 2 !/2 hours, a record for me when making a new car purchase. I wish this was the dealership that I would be using for servicing, but due to the long distance, that will not be the case. The sales team at Sport Mazda were very accomadating and helpful. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. Keep up the excellent work guys!

In late February I was looking to trade my 2014 CX-5 (that I purchased at Sport Mazda back in 2013 and have LOVED LOVED LOVED) for a new 2015 CX-5. The first place I went looking was Sport Mazda. My experience was great from start to finish. They found the car I wanted (not easy as I wanted AWD which is hard to find in FL) and got it there within a day. Juan, Jason, and Dan were all fantastic to deal with and worked double time to make sure my whole experience was pleasant and easy. I would recommend Sport Mazda to anyone. Its worthwhile noting that I have serviced my CX-5s at Sport Mazda as well and had great experiences with the Service Dept as well.

This is the 3rd car I have purchased from Sport Mazda and I can say without reservation that they have continued to make the sales experience a pleasure. We purchased all 3 cars from Sales Consultant Kerwin Larocque who has provided outstanding service. Kerwin's friendly, thorough and professional demeanor makes the process of purchasing an automobile a pleasure. Kerwin has broken the mold of the high pressure sales person that I have come to expect over the years with an easy going, helpful and non-threatening sales approach. I'm not an easy costumer. My tolerance is very low and I only buy what feels just right for me. I did my research online and made a list of the places that had the car I wanted. Before arriving at Sport Mazda yesterday I had already walked out of two dealerships. When I was on my way to Sport Mazda I called and spoke with Andrew Toledo. I explained I wanted a specific Mazda 3, when I arrived the car was waiting for me in the entrance. He's a young man but his costumer service was spectacular. I was able to browse the whole lot without feeling pressured to close the deal. We spent more time doing test ride's and browsing options than in the office signing papers. I think that's the way buying a car should be. He was attentive and kept offering suggestion according to what I said. I ended buying a different car and I couldn't feel more happy. I recommend this place if you want above and beyond costumer service and a car shopping experience stress-free. If you see Andrew, tell him that Javier (the guy with the 2013 white 200) says Hi.

I visited sport Mazda on 2/7/15, my brother bought a car from Josh Snells previously. Before I visited Sports Mazda I visited three other car dealers and Im soooooo happy I walked away! My brother assured me I was leaving with a car that night. I never thought I would be able to buy a brand new 2015 Mazda 3. I was so impressed to see how friendly, professional and warm the staff were. I was greeted by Josh, eye contact right away. My brother explained to him my situation and he was very helpful. He introduced us to David Flores, and he was so patient with me! I think he went inside like three or more times to get keys because everytime he came outside I wanted to see adifferent car! I was like a girl in a candy store! So many cars to choose! I finally set for a Mazda 3. After that everything was a bliss! Paper work was easy and so detailed. David made sure we were comfortable at all times, offered coffee, water and always with a smile. Then we met with David Bowers and he explained in details all the support I would have to ensure I was a comfortable, and happy customer. From car service to even check the air on tires and awesome warranty! Im sure going to check those youtube videos. Im a visual girl! Then we met with Rey reviewed my entire contract before signing and explained the extras. I left completely satisfied and super happy with my new car! I will definitely reffer friends, and family to David in the future! Oh and I drove 31/2 hrs to get my new car. I would do it again for a friend or someone that needs a car. I am a happy customer. My car was being totaled because someone jumped a curb and hit it while it was getting detailed. My insurance program have me enough to get another '04 Mazda6 s. I went to Don Mealey to see their used inventory. That when I was greeted by Ernest. He showed me what I wanted to see but then took me to look at a certified 2012 Mazda6i with 60k miles. I didn't even test drive it because I didn't want to make a brash decision. I went home and slept on it. The next day I figured with my horrible credit I would give it a shot. Ernest took my app over the phone and called me back in an hour. I was approved through Madza credit with a 9% rate, amazing for my situation. I told him that I wanted to drive it first before I make a decision. I went straight there after work. Once I got into the car I fell in love with it. 45 min after we got back, I was set to drive home. It was literally the easiest and smoothest car purchase I have ever made. To top it off, my monthly was $30 less with gap insurance and an extended power train warranty.

Last night we walked out of Don Mealey Sport with a '15 Mazda 3 i Touring. The salesman was David Santiago, and he was the nicest, low pressure, but informative salesman I think I've ever experienced. I have a lot of experience with car dealership salesmen, & I can usually smell when they're up to something. All David wanted was to make us happy. He didn't badmouth competition. He didn't threaten us with "the car could be gone tomorrow if you don't buy it tonight". When he didn't have an answer to a question, rather than give us a fake answer to look smart, he admitted he didn't know and said he would look it up. And this refreshing style of salesmanship didn't stop there. Both of the sales managers we dealt with (the names escape me),were just as genuine as David. Oh and the most important thing is they gave us a very good deal on the car. I am extremely happy with this place and would highly recommended anyone to start their car shopping with them.

This experience was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. I had been searching for a car because my last car got totaled in an accident. I was making calls and visits to many dealerships in the area. Unfortunately, I was from out of town so I had a very limited time to shop but the salesman, Juan Cruz, made sure that he made the best use of my time. Mr. Cruz sat with me and we determined the needs that I had and what my price range was and he found me the best deal possible. Originally, I was not interested in the Mazda2 but the deal that they gave me and the amount of detail that Mr. Cruz went into about the benefits of the car made me realize that it was exactly what I was looking for. Also, as a recent grad I was given more options for financing. Mr. Cruz made sure that I was comfortable the entire time as well. It was a long day but he managed to get everything done same day and I was able to drive away with my brand new car that day which is the first time I have been able to do that in my experience.

My husband and I recently bought a Mazda CX5 at Sport Mazda in Orlando, FL, and without a doubt, it was the most pleasant and above-board experience we have ever had at any dealership in over 35 years. There was none of this, I have to go run this by the Sales Manager, three or four times, like is so common in this business. There were no mystery charges included, just a fair and equitable deal. We tried to negotiate a deal in our hometown and got the same old run-around typical in the car-buying experience, and their offer was considerably more with charges on it they failed to explain after repeated requests. We learned of Sport Mazda through their accolades on the internet as a Number One Dealership. Their advertised internet price was extremely attractive, so we drove to Orlando. We found that Sport Mazda is just what they advertise, fair and honest, with no gimmicks. Their sales rep, Brian San Pedro, was knowledgeable, friendly, and attended to our every need in a most professional and courteous manner, and spent time with us answering all our questions. When you walk into a business and all the employees are happy and relaxed, you know there is positive leadership at hand, and that is evident at Sport Mazda.

So this was my first time buying a car from a dealer. i went in with no auto credit backround what so ever. I also was nervous. The dealer was easy to find and i called ahead and the car was to ready to be test driven and i was immediately attended to.. kyle Whitten was the man that took care of all my needs and was cool. The whole process was nerve wrecking and stressful for me and kyle and his associates made it as smooth as possible (even when i knew i was stressing them out and being aggressive) they kept cool and got me a VERY nice car and was able to work out all my paper work and get me a great deal.. i reccomend any and everyone who is looking for a quality car and ALL first time buyers if want it they can do it for you. We are delighted to recommend both Sport Mazda and Barby Irby. In fact everyone we worked with during the car buying process was helpful and friendly. Buying a car can be a stressful experience--making an important decision and committing so much money, but everyone made it pleasant. We had all of our questions answered in a straightforward way and never felt rushed or pushed. The selection of cars was vast so we had lots of choices. We especially liked that Barby explained how to use the service department for future checkups; it is usually a little confusing where to go and how to check in, but now we know what to do. She also took the time to make sure our Bluetooth was up and working before we drove off the lot. The actual building is a little small, but we learned they are building a new dealership nearby that will offer more space and features. We also liked that they made a donation to a charity of the buyer's choosing with every sale. Oh, and we love the car. :-)

Fortunately, I made the wise decision to buy my replacement vehicle at Don Mealey Sport Mazda! Hands Down, this was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. I'm embarrassed to say that after a lifetime of living in NY, I expected all the worst. Im happy to say after dealing with the staff of Don Mealys Sport Mazda, Ive never been so wrong in my life. I walked in to purchase a used car and walked out with my "dream car" the same day. I had anticipated high pressure salesmen, having to haggle over the price with sales managers and being forced to except dealer financing that would have ultimately made me regret my purchase. I'm Happy to say after dealing with the staff at Don Mealey's Sport Mazda I was 100% wrong and 150% satisfied. Our salesman, Kervin Torres, was the most accommodating salesperson Ive ever met. He was friendly, respectful, cordial and a total joy to have done business with. His honesty and integrity shown through in every word he said. He never made any attempt to sell up or convince us that newer was better. Even though it was his daughters birthday he sacrificed and took his time with us, listened to our needs and directed us to our best options. His concern for our wellbeing is what changed our minds and ultimately decide to purchase new. The Finance Manager Rey Almonte was equally as friendly, attentive and personable. He never tried to convince us to purchase a bunch of extras or oversell protection plans we didnt want. We were grateful for his help and his patience. He worked to get us the best rates available and tailor a payment plan we could afford. He even went the extra mile and allowed us additional time to work with our own personal financial institution to get a better rate. He made us feel like family, gave us suggestions on places wed like to visit and even invited us to going fishing with him and his wife one day soon. Our Customer Service Liaison David Bowers was wonderful. He patiently explained in detail all the benefits and services available through their built in protection plan. He even presented us with a gift card for our patronage. The real marker of superior service is when you have a problem. This is where the Sales Manager Josh recognized the error but worked to immediately resolve the issue and did so in our favor. The owners of Don Mealeys Sport Mazda should be very proud of their staff. These gentlemen deserve 10 stars for their commitment to honesty and excellence. I must admit that of all the dealerships I have dealt with, this one has been the best by far. My Salesmen were Kervin Torres and Christian Antacio. The Manager was Josh Snell and I've got to give it to all 3 of these guys. First of all I am a very picky person and can be a difficult customer to please. Yet they all managed to be patient and respectful towards me. They bent over backwards to give me the car I wanted with the features I wanted for the right price. They beat all dealership prices around for my car and they even beat the lowest price online without me even mentioning it. I had my own financing available and they didn't try to hustle me into financing with them to get a deal like all other dealerships do. They were friendly and courteous throughout the whole process. I even got hugs and kisses when it was all said and done. All that was missing was for them to serve me crumpets and tea. Ratings would have been higher if we hadn't had to wait hours and hours for our purchase to be finalized. I also noticed a scrape on the front of the vehicle that was not disclosed to us. I was searching for a used late model Toyota Camry.... I live in Indiana and have dealt with dealers from all over the country when purchasing cars online. I contacted Richard at the dealership to get info on a 2011 Camry XLE.... I told him I was extremely picky and I wanted more details about any small scratches or issues on the car. Richard went ABOVE AND BEYOND; he actually made a video and placed it on you tube for me to watch in order to get more details. He showed me the minor scratches on the rear fascia of the car and also went to great detail to show all the rest of the vehicle also. Although I did not purchase this car (wife found another one she liked better in Cincinnati) I commend Richard and the sales team for getting me the info with no high pressure tactics.... he just wanted to help me out and gave me the info I was looking for. I commend him for his efforts and prompt response to my inquiry. This is an example of great customer service and in my humble opinion, this is how you treat customers to keep them coming back. When I look for my next car, I'll certanly look here to see what they have to offer.

WARNING - I have been shopping for a new Mazda 5 for some time and went to this dealership to deal for one. I owned 3 previous Mazda and love the car quality. After the deal fell through with them, they actually turned around and called the other dealership I was visiting, there are only 3 in the area, and told them about the failed deal. Needless to say, I ended not buying the car there either because they refused to go any lower than the price the other dealership had given me. The level of professionalism of this place is 0 and I will never consider them again for another vehicle purchase and you shouldn't either.

We made several trips over there to look at cars and event stopped by real quick before they closed and met Kevin who helped us. When we returned the next day to look more into our car he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car we wanted and was very upfront when we asked about adding things on whether it would be in our best interest for what we were looking for. He didn't try and up sell us to the higher model like he could have when we asked about navigation, he even set up my phone for me on the car. Kevin was very nice and helpful to work with...but then again so where Dante and Christian who helped us out when we stopped in again. Everyone we came into contact there was very helpful and friendly. They even kept my Honda lease overnight for me till I could come back and get it the next day and they gave me a dealer plate to drive my lease to be dropped off. Extremely helpful and accommodating. I am so glad I went there...they made the car process easy and dare I say enjoyable! We had a lot of fun joking around wight the staff! My wife and I would highly recommend them all!

My experience purchasing my new Mazdaspeed3 with Christian Atencio was a great one to say the least. I initially inquired about the car online and was called by a gentlemen named Lenny, when I came in I was greeted with a smile from Lenny and from then on Christian helped me. He was extremely friendly and addressed all my needs and wants out of the car I was considering purchasing. This is not my first time buying a new car and like everyone else out there feels, once it was time to talk numbers you get the "here we go" feeling. This experience was the complete opposite. I was offered a very good price for my trade in, and they helped me out with the price of the new car so I was able to afford it without being in over my head. Completing the paperwork was also very quick and easy. I was able to leave that day with the car I wanted and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Our visit with your dealership was a great experience. Charles Powery was our sales person. He is a great guy - very friendly and very knowledgeable. Jason Santiago put forth a great deal for us and was a pleasure to work with. In fact we had been looking at the Mazda for over a month and had been dealing with Cory Fairbanks. On Sunday I called your dealership in route to Cory Fairbanks and spoke with Jason. He invited me to come in and would give me the best deal possible. We went to Cory Fairbanks first as we had initial conversations with a salesperson there and wanted to honor those conversations. He was busy when we arrived and we were left in the lot, looking at vehicles, for 45 minutes - no one else approached us to work with us or let us now when someone would be available. At that point I picked up the phone spoke with Jason again, told him what I was interested in and he again invited me to come see him. We did. Charles and Jason are good guys and made our buying experience quick and pleasant. I kept telling them both I did not want this to be a 5 hour deal - either I can get the vehicle for this price or I cant. They were able to get me out the door where I wanted to be...... Please don't let our tardy reply have any reflection on the performance of either Charles or Jason. I would buy from them again. Thanks Lori Charles (I drive the car and I love it!)....

I went to Sport Mazda pretty defeated because I went to several other dealerships and they could not get me financed without having to put an insane $5000 down payment. I spoke with Barby Irby and Christian Atensio and they assured me that I would be able to get the car I wanted with a realistic down payment and still be within my budget. I trusted them and Dan Parker worked up the best deal ever! They got me qualified on a 2010 Mazda3 with extremely low miles and in great condition! They were friendly, honest and never once told me something that was not true just to get me in the door! I loved my experience with Sport Mazda and I recommend them every chance I get!
