Bought my 2012 Focus new from Don Chalmers - dealership is closest one to my home. Every time I have a service appointment something goes wrong. Wrong phone number (I asked to have this corrected on several occasions), wrong time, didn't have the parts, had the parts but forgot to call, etc. Oh the work is fine once completed - it's the timing and communication and scheduling. Last straw was oil change a few days ago. Made an appt for this 7am- showed up early - was told "worst case" it would be done by 8:30 (which is still way too long for just an oil change). Saw people come in after - leave. Asked for status at 8:25 - they had not even started on my car yet. Advisor gave me excuses: high volume, not enough lube techs, etc. Once they got started it took less than 30 minutes. I could have gone next door to Jiffy Lube and had the work completed and been on my way by 7:30. Only the fact that I have a maintenance agreement makes me go to Don Chalmers for service - and I may try Rich Ford next time! As soon as the agreement expires I'm never going back.

I recently bought my 2nd car from Glen and the excellent staff at Don Chalmers. There is a closer Ford dealer to my home but after my first car buying experience I thought I'd return. I'm glad I did. Glen goes above and beyond to make sure you get the vehicle you want and the finance team is amazing. I thought it was going to be months to find the specific vehicle I wanted but it only took hours. Glen recognizes that relationship is important and maintains it to ensure that his customers are satisfied, even after the sale. Great car buying experience!

While visiting in Albuquerque, driving on the freeway, my Car decided to lose all throttle power. after getting off the highway I was able to stop and re-start vehicle and re-gain throttle power. With the Check Engine light on, I drove to Don Chalmers Ford Service Dept.... and with the Help of Trent Durham, he was able to get my Car back to the service dept right away. He also got us a ride over to the Mall so that we did not have to sit in the service dept. Service dept was able to fix the car right away, in under an hour. didn't really get to shop... but I was very thankful that they were so Fast and Efficient. Trent Durham was very professional, and considerate to our predicament. THANKS Trent.... even though you are not a Seahawks fan...lol.

Visited the Rio Rancho used car lot today. Found the car I wanted, a Festa, then I just stood there for 10 minutes . I truly believe that it was because the commission is not high enough to bother waiting on me. If I was looking at a F-350 it would have been different. I have purchased 4 autos in the last 15 years at Chalmers and will now visit the Albuquerque dealers, maybe they will appreciate my business. Terrible customer service.

As a hot shot trucking company, any time not on road is time not making money. The service department wentry beyond our expectations in getting my truck in and attempting to correct our transmission problem. Unfortunately they did not have a transmission to replace our failing one. As I was loaded with one more drop to go in Texas, we had no choice but to put it back together and hope we made it to our last drop. They assured us with the issue we were having we should make it. We did! We have now found another very helpful dealer that's replacing the transmission.

As a state Legislator, I have limited time to deal with haggling over the price. I had looked in Colorado and New Mexico for an F150 that had all the bells and whistles. With one phone call Bruce Lee Romero explained why it would be a good idea for me to drive 350 miles to Don Chalmers. Once I got there the paperwork was fast and easy. Unloading from one truck to the other was what took the longest. Bruce Lee kept his word and there were no hidden costs. My price over the phone was what the price was as I left the dealership. Thank you all for the great truck!Last note the training from Mitchell Rivara was out standing, he explained every option and how to access it. I left knowing more about this new truck than what I knew on my old truck. Great Job.

Bruce Lee Romero was such a wonderful sales associate. He understood what I was looking for and provided just that. I am thankful for them taking in the consideration of my safety and showing their appreciation for my father being a police officer. This was my first new car purchase, my last was a used car and was a bit nervous for what was to come. There was hard water stains on my new mustang and Bruce Lee immediately said they would contact me to get that handled, there were also some scratches on the back and once again he told me it would be handled. I completely appreciate the understanding of all the staff. I took my vehicle in today to get the acid bath and the scratches buffed. I sit in anticipation and believe all will be 100% ready to go tomorrow morning!

There was a mechanical issue with a new technology system on my 2015 Ford F-150 Lariat (did not affect me driving the vehicle). Service Team at Don Chalmers (Starting with Kevin Storz) was on top of it (part was already on back order). They called as soon as it was in and had it fixed within 2 hours of my appointment, while I waited in lobby. I've always had the best experiences with the team there, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy.

On an extended vacation I used Chalmers Quicklane for an oil change and tire rotation. I gave specific instructions not to hang my matching spare with the finished side down to prevent damage to the finish by the tire carrier. They did NOT follow my instructions and marred my rims finish which then required repair causing me an additional trip to retrieve my tire and wheel. They did not offer any reduction in my bill for my troubles and in fact became quite argumentative in accepting fault (Charles Holmes). Mind you I never left the facility before seeing what they had done! Upon my final inspection before leaving for home (1200+ miles) I find 3 very loose lug nuts and several more that were just under the correct torque which could've cause a major issue while pulling a trailer that distance.

A few months ago, I purchased a used 2013 Ford C-Max from another dealership, and the salesmen that assisted me seemed to not know a single thing about the car and it was a little upsetting. Further down the line, problem after problem arose with the car and I was getting fed up. A friend of mine recommended I go to Don Chalmers Ford and they can be able to help me-Lets just say I was blown away by ALL the staff at the dealership, especially down in service and delivery! I have loved Chalmers, heck years ago I worked there. The service department has made me lose faith in fords altogether. I have a 2013 F250 platinum diesel. They were amazing replacing the turbo and the valves and then they seemed to get upset each time I would drive in. The truck has had a regeneration issue for awhile and I have been told it's bad gas, needs an additive and that it's fine. I drive out to see my son prior to his deployment and 100 miles from ft hood my check engine light goes on. I drive straight to a ford dealership and call my service advisor. It's the egr valve. Shocker, same exhaust issue I have been saying needs to be addressed! They don't have the part so my already short trip is cut even shorter to break up the drive and not get stranded on the side of the road with two young girls. No call back from my advisor still to even apologize or acknowledge that it was actually an issue! The time I missed with my son is irreplaceable and this tuck will get its service at power ford from now on. I'm angry and disappointed! This expensive truck spent two weeks with them last month and should have been road worthy.

One of the first things I noticed about Don Chalmers Ford were the employees. They are happy. Happy people do good work. I have been going to Don Chalmers since 2010 the atmosphere is great. Everyone is nice, helpful because they care. I would like to recognize a few names who just helped me with my new 2016 Ford Escape. Those are Nora Rashid, Matt Martin, Chris who helped me setup my phone, Mike McCracken and although I didn't see her today, the finest service manager ever, Diana Treat. These are just some of the folks I've worked with in the past 4 days. If they have a grouch in my 6 years I've never seen it. Do yourself a favor and go to the best first. Don Chalmers Ford has no equal!

Price from dealership matched on-line expected price> Knowledgeable and helpful sales person - Brucelee Romero. I give Don Chalmers a 5-star for this reason. He was nice/ kind to my wife (it was her B-day gift)> Don Chalmers/ Allstate contacted by insurance directly to addon vehicle. Nice to have Allstate office local/ in-dealership. Cons:> There was some pressure for nearly $1000 of add-ons from financial guy. But he was quick to remove the items when requested with no arguments..> Still waiting on the license (been 45days). Took a few weeks to cash checks.> None of the sales folks new about 6cyl convertible. Although they are rare and looks like big Ford is phasing them out.

Just so we are clear, this site forces a minimum of 1 star although this company does not deserve even that much. Me and my family have had many dealings with this dealership over the years and sad to say it has gone sharply downhill since the new ownership. All within the last year I have had some of the most deplorable customer service experiences of my life. About 1 year ago I went in to dealership and bought a brand new ford escape titanium ecoboost. I was sold the big bad service plan with the car loan and I now have found out the truth and learned that the dealership violated unfair and deceptive acts and practices law when they sold it to me. They factored the price of the plan into my loan but they misrepresented the product when selling it to me. This is the story I was told that convinced me to get it. Finance manager says, "A friend of mine just bought a new truck and he got that service plan, less than a year later the computer system went out on the truck and he had to have it replaced. If he didn't have the service plan he would have had to pay several thousand dollars to replace the computer but because he had it, it was free." This sounded like a convincing argument so I bought it. I came to learn that within the period of the basic warranty for the new vehicle, the warranty would cover the cost of the repair. This means that they misrepresented the service plan by saying if he didn't have it in that first year he would pay out of pocket when the warranty would actually cover it. Either way the car would be repaired but they lied about how the program worked and that is illegal when it comes to financing. A few months later I had a nail in the tire, when I got that service plan the guy said if anything ever happened to the tires they would be repaired or replaced for free. When I went in to get the replacement they said it only paid for $150 of the tire not the full cost, which was well over $250. Then after going back 3 separate times with the nail still in my tire and arguing with the quick lane, I had to escalate to a manager in the dealership. She learned that the replacement wasn't even part of the service plan, that he sold me some other protection plan for the tires that I was unaware of. The tire got fixed finally but not after wasting several hours of my time and the stress it caused. On top of it all by the time they got it right they had to order the tire so I had to go back yet again but this time they put a spare on for me so I didn't drive with the nail tire. To my extreme shock they let me drive off with extremely dangerous conditions because they did not inflate my spare. That spare is a donut so it can only go to 50 mph safely if it has full air pressure at 60psi. When I got home I checked the spare and it barely had 15psi. That could have put my family's lives in danger. A few months later brings us to the problems I am having now. My cars computer system has not worked right since I bought the car. The first few times I tried to bring it to them they refused to service me and gave some lame excuse about what was causing it. I jumped through their hoops and of course it is something else. After doing everything they said would fix it they finally agreed to look at it. I brought it in and they said about an hour to reprogram the computer, I was waiting for 3 hours. They said it was fixed and I left foolishly trusting them. Of course it was not fixed. Every week I call the service rep assigned to me and he says he will call tomorrow and he never calls so I wait 1 week and call him myself. Each time he has an excuse about why I didn't get a call or why he hasn't figured it out. Its been over a month.......I decided to escalate to the service manager and I learned the hard way that "service manager" definitely is not customer service manager. I complained about the experience and rather than taking the feedback and apologizing he said he would not help me and refer me to a different dealership if I didn't stop. I admit I was upset during our phone call but I never raised my voice or used any foul language, I never even spoke over him. Its extremely disappointing to see a company that was once ranked #1 for customer service drop so far down that they cant even be honest with customers.I wanted to share this experience with the quality/customer relations manager, Lee Butler, but I have been awaiting a call back all day and nothing..........I also want to make clear that I have nothing against the ford brand. I love my fords, but this particular dealership definitely does not meet standards. I never knew Don Chalmers before he died but this experience makes me miss him greatly, he knew what customer service was.

Tried to purchase a used car from them and they tried to sell it to me at way over the price that it's worth car trade in value was around 10,500 they wanted 13,500 were deceitful at every turn and would not budge on price! Chris was my sales man not even on list below, never met the sales manager, and had to do all negotiations out in the open no office for privacy!

We took the Axiom in because the sun roof would not close. First, Eric tried the simple fixes which regrettably did not work. He then sent it to the shop to try adjustments, again trying to get the simplest fix possible which would have saved me money. However, as I suspected from my own checks, the Sunroof brackets were bent which required replacement. The parts were ordered and when they came in we made an appointment for the replacement. While Eric expected the repair to be accomplished in one day it did take longer as the technician would not rush the job as he was unfamiliar with the 2002 vehicle and he wanted to make sure that it was done right.When the job was complete, Eric went over everything in detail and checked lit out with me. The best part was when the final bill came, it was less than the estimate. Thank you Eric and Don Chalmers Ford.

I recently had my 2009 Fusion in for an oil change and a terrible sqeaky noise while making turns. The next day I recieved a phone call from Janes telling me what was wrong and what they needed to do to fix it. Right tire arm something, im surely saying this incorrectly. He did tell me that I didn't need to worry becuase the repair it was covered under warranty. Whew, I thought! Turns out, I had my Fusion in previosly for the same nosie which we all thought was "fixed". James recognized that it was not in fact "fixed" the other times. James took the time to research the issue, meet with his boss to advocate on his customers behalf, and his boss Chad not only believed in his employee, but always beleives in doing the right thing. I must tell you that my warranty expired in Nov. 2015. These gentlemen decided that the 'right thing to do" would be to cover the repair under warranty. I can't tell you how that made me feel. The doughnuts I delivered the next day don't come close to expressing my gratitude,loyalty and sincere thanks.. My husband and I have purchased 4 vehicles from Don Chamlers Ford, unless we leave the state I imagine Don Chalmers Ford will contiune to be the only place we do business.

Everything with the purchase had gone really well and it was close to the evening. When it came to actually signing all the paperwork in purchasing the truck we were transferred to Nora Rashid. We left there with such a bitter experience caused by one person after everything prior to that had gone well. She was really rude and made it clear she did not want to be there. She specifically said to us "I'm tired, I've been here since 8am" she was clearly unhappy she had to do the paperwork and we probably will not be going back if she is there for any future purchase.

It seems like any time I bring my car in for service other than oil change the repair is never completed when promised and I have to call several times to get any status. Twice I was told my car was ready, went to pick up and it wasn't. This last time I dropped the car off on a Thursday was told it would be finished Friday. No one called on Friday. I tried for 3 hours to contact someone on Saturday -finally was told it wouldn't be completed until Monday. Received call on Monday telling me that now it won't be ready until Wednesday. They always have some excuse and they never offer a loaner or anything else for my inconvenience. Their attitude is "we can't help it." If I didn't have a maintenance agreement I wouldn't go there at all. Once my maintenance agreement is up I will NEVER go back to Don Chalmers Ford for service.

We worked with Glenn Aldrich to find a 2016 Ford Fusion - we had specific requests for what we wanted and a very firm price point. Glenn was great! He found a few options for us, all well within our price point, and never pressured us to go higher in price etc.The guys in the sync area were also extremely helpful. They detailed the car really well and helped us to sync our phones to the tech system.The only complaint I have is that we had to wait 2.5 hours for a finance room to open - however, we were car shopping on a Saturday, so that is to be expected. It was still worth it to buy from Don Chalmers Ford, even with the wait. Highly recommend this dealership!

I bought a F-150 and I can flat out say that the whole experience, from the online searching and researching, to the sales person (Brucelee) to the service person (Nick) to the finance guy (Allan) was the best, easiest, most gratifying vehicle purchase I've ever had. I'm 50 years old, and I've bought my share of vehicles. This was the first time that the entire interaction, with everyone on the Chalmers team, exceeded my expectations. I recommend the dealership. I've been to this dealer three times in five years, one was a walkin for price comparison, the other two were because I was interested in purchasing a vehicle listed on the Internet. My family generally rotates out one vehicle every two years...both times the Internet pricing was brushed aside as inaccurate information...and the sales staff treated us as delusional for wanting a vehicle at their published price. I will not use this dealer again, as a Ford family, we've found another dealer who stands by their pricing.

The factory took 8 months to build my custom order. During that time, Rhett Butler and Tom Cullen kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. Tom went over and above when I had to leave my vehicle overnight for some accessory installs, and gave me a beautiful loaner. Mike McCracken installed my accessories and followed up with the manufacturer incessantly until the manufacturer got it right. Alicia Treat actually came to my house to give me personalized instruction on the MyFord Touch/Sync system. My first 5000 mile checkup found my AC compressor wasn't putting out the right pressure, so they just ordered a new one and are installing it without question! This was the 3rd time in for the sun room. The first time it would not open. A repeat issue from a year ago. This time they replaced the whole sunroof. The first time we opened it, two of the rubber molding strips fell off. They had to order the parts and finally the sunroof works. They stood behind their work and took care of the issues. We also had some other minor work taken care of. My main complaint is that they never seem to have parts, they have to order the parts and for insurance warranty work, it seems to take a long time to get a reply from the insurance company. We have purchased two new vehicles from them and have all our maintenance done with Chalmers. Overall we are very pleased with them and their work.

John Fife has sold us many vehicles over the 30 years we have known him, so when we were stumped about the truck we needed that would meet our current needs we called him. He did the research to find a vehicle that would meet our needs and gave us the info needed to search their website to find the vehicle we wanted. We let him know the vehicles we were interested in, made an appointment and drove our new vehicle home within a few hours. We live in Elephant Butte, NM so the fact that this transaction could be done in a few hours was a major plus in our book. But there were several people with which we interacted in this process that made it seamless. The insurance ladies, sorry I can't remember all your names, Jackie and Nora from finance made that part of the transaction go smoothly and the delivery was great under Mitchell's tutelage. We went in on a rainy day to buy a truck and were immediately told by our salesperson that she was not going to get wet because she had someplace to be that evening. That was just the beginning. She kept us waiting for at least 30 min. while she searched for the exact truck we were looking for. When she returned she told us it was at another dealership and since Chalmers was closed on Sundays, we should just go over there and deal with the other dealer. She said she couldn't give us more information on the value of our truck and should just go over there. Needless to say, an hour later we left very unsatisfied with her, but we did go to the other dealer and they went above and beyond to get us into exactly what we were looking for, and gave us what we were asking for in our trade in and our payments. Too bad Michell, you lost out on that one.

I went to Don Chalmers ford looking for a new Mustang when I was greeted by Shawn who was actually moving a car up to the truck lot in Rio Rancho. After speaking with me for a bit Shawn listened to what I was looking for and told me he could find the perfect mustang for me. I have to say within 15 minutes he had found the exact Mustang I had asked for, we took it for a drive and it was the car for me. He guided me through the purchasing process and made it feel very comfortable for me as I do not like haggling over prices. Shawn walked me through the process and within hour we were headed to meet the finance department and sign the papers. I appreciate the employees who have treated us with respect and been honest in sales, service, parts, repair, etc. As a new widow I needed a second opinion on reported transmission repair from Midas for my Mercury SUV. I trust Chalmers opinion and Mike Zeyen has been a long time friend. He did a complete review of service and repairs performed on my SUV, and my transmission is good. I saved $1300. Thought I had lost a tubro & had a pretty good idea that the exhaust filter was plugged. limped in to ABQ towing 5th wheel. The truck was purchased new(actually ordered ) from DC in 08 after a unhappy time from another dealer will I had previously ordered 3 new Ford Power Strokes over the years. When in ABQ the truck has always been serviced DC. I expect around a 8K estimate & told John that I would trade if that was the case. I waited for it to be checked out & was told the exhaust filter was plugged & a new would be around $2700.00 But they could probably manually regen. it & that would be appx $1000.00 OK I need a loaner there wasn't one available till next AM Return next AM to get loaner & John informs me they wasn't able to do manual regen.(tried twice) installed new filter drove it one day cleaning filter light is on came back reprogamed every thing OK ------ The NEXT DAY driving the truck make a noise like I had run over a bunch of sheet metal & jerked hard right & locked up had it tow to DC right wheel bearing looked up 2 wheel bearings & ,1 spindle , 2 rotors & appox. $1700.00 later I am on the road again. & you probably think I unhappy & I am BUT not at John or Don Chalmers it's because I had to spend my fun money to fix my truck. Seriously folks these people are top notch in my book I feel really lucky to have John Polkovitz as my service adviser all of my charges were actually under what he had estimated Thank you John you could easly make me buy a new truck then & I would of been forced to buy off of the lot & I hate that. But now that I am not in bind for a truck ,I think I might be ready to order a new one

We were treated so rudely after we purchased our SUV a month ago that I am still in shock!!! I wrote the GM immediately to inform him of our experience and he NEVER RESPONDED!!!. We had a trade-in that we used as part of the deal which had been paid off for a couple of years but we were unaware that you have to have a "Release of Lien" letter to go with the title. It took two days to receive the Letter from the finance company and in those two days we received over 20 harassing phone calls demanding the letter. We tried explaining to the New Car Director (J.Storz) and he basically implied to my husband that we were trying to steal "HIS" vehicle all while yelling at my husband on the phone!!!! It's funny because we did not want to take the vehicle until everything was ok but the salesperson(Francisco Avitia and the Finance Manager (Allan Quezada) insisted that it would be ok. I find it interesting that this all happened especially since we were financed through our Credit Union and the SUV at that point belonged to the Credit Union and us! I'm so disgusted that I plan to continue sharing my experience!!!!!!!

I do not usually leave negative reviews as things happen and I understand that. This is not my first car purchase either. However, Don Chalmers made a fiasco of my vehicle purchase. The sales men did not follow through on their word until it was brought up at signing at which point they stormed off p*!#ed off because the deal was altered by management.Next, and this is very important...John Nivelli in finance is a joke. He will give you this well scripted pitch about how well Don Chalmers will take care of you and that they put their customers first. This guy is what gives car dealerships a sleazy reputation. I have never experienced such an unprofessional experience in my life. If you are looking to purchase a new Ford stay as far away as you can from Don Chalmers.

Recently my truck engine was sounding really bad. I barely got to the dealership in it. When I got there I was greeted by James. He sent for a shuttle to get me to work. Later that morning he called with the bad news about my truck engine. He had Alfred look at it for a trade in. The truck was not worth anything without the engine running. Alfred found me a F-150 that I fell in love with! Alfred worked with me all week. I really like the no pressure service at Don Chalmers. Alfred answered so many questions for me and was always there to help. John and I sat down to do all the paperwork which was huge but he made it a pleasant undertaking. He told me to never hesitate to call him with any questions. After several days I was driving home in that F-150. The girls at the front desk were always there to greet me with a smile, "Welcome to Don Chalmers and how can we help you?" I cannot forget Mike that walked me through how to work everything on the truck. The day after I bought the truck my 'low pressure tire light' came on. Just as everyone told me, I went to the service department. The tires were checked and I was on my way. Everyone in the service department was nice and helpful. I have an 01 & 08 Expedition. The 2001 was over steering after converting to coil springs from air bag suspension. James Cordova (service rep) did an excellent job of explaining the problem and the required fix that I approved. Then called me up anyway speaking very fast and hassling me to make an appointment for a test drive. I could not understand him but made an appointment anyway to get the guy off my back. I was very fortunate that the Service Manager and the Repair Mechanic (Mike) were very helpful and listened to my situation. They did the repairs to my 2012 Ford and when I picked it up, I was just amazed at the work they put into it. The engine was so clean, it looked almost new. All the fluids had been added, and that was not even the reason I took it in. It had one leak that I knew of and the told me they found two other leaks somewhere in the engine. I was not charged for the repairs, they said the warrantee took care of it. I was not charged for anything. They went above and beyond for their service. I would definitely recommend that service repair shop. I really felt like it was a lucky situation, instead of the feeling of doom I had when I learned of the problem. Thank you Andy and Mike.

We needed to buy our son another vehicle. I found great deals at other dealerships. However, I won't go to anyone else but Don Chalmers Ford. I have to say Don Chalmers Ford, has a wonderful sales team, finance team, and delivery team. We bought our 8th vehicle from Don Chalmers,(4 last year) our 2nd one this year. We only buy from Dave Piazza, and our finance lady is only Jackie Sidden, we some how get a different guy every time at delivery, but they are all great and very informative when it comes to giving us the information we need to know before we drive away. I must say they are always, kind, helpful, patience, and friendly. Did I mention the front desk ladies are amazing as well. They always have a smile on their faces and greet you when you walk through the doors. I was there on Thursday to talk to Dave about buying a car and one of the ladies gave me a fudge bar!! Thank you so much it made my day! When I need maintenance on the vehicles I got to Ricky Phan, at Quick Lube. I know I'm in good hands and I'm not being taken advantage of!

We were on vacation in the area and our truck needed service. We were told it needed a cam position sensor, 2 injectors, and a few other small things. We did it all at considerable cost, and 100 miles away from the dealer it started having the same problems again, but even worse. I don't know what they did, but they certainly didn't even come close to fixing my car and I'm out over $2K.

I found this car on cars.com. I spoke with Michelle Royle at the dealership and began negotiations. They had listed the car with a very fair price, but were still willing to negotiate a bit. I was also trading in a car and driving in from out of town and was a bit nervous that they might try to low-ball my trade-in knowing that I was driving 4 hours to see their car. I couldn't have been more wrong. They made me a very fair offer for my car. We quickly had a deal and began wrapping up the paperwork. I was at the dealership for approximately 3 hours which I consider to be a remarkably quick turnarround for this type of deal. Customer service is second to none at Don Chalmers and Michelle was attentive, friendly, and made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire process. The sales team was great and they worked really hard in helping us get financed to purchase these two vehicles at a very low interest rate. I almost forgot to mentioned, they helped us trade in a vehicle that we were not satisfied with (2013 Dodge Avenger). I am sold for life. I have a 95 Buick & a 2005 Focus, both of which I have trusted to the guys at Quick Lane on Coors. In the past, we had to take our cars there several times before they found and corrected the problem. Then the staff seemed to have changed and the new crew has fixed several problems the first time, every time. Today, I took the Buick in for a tune up. Being on a limited income, I needed an estimate before scheduling the service. They did the job and came in about $25 under the estimate. My car ran so well, that I took my wife out for dinner afterwards with the money I saved. Patrick was at the desk and is a very friendly and knowledgeable young man. I believe it was Konner that worked on our car. He is a very young man who is very polite and from what I hear, is on his way to becoming a star in the world of mechanics. I will always trust my vehicles to this crew.

Anthony was professional and gave realistic expectations. He communicated the problem and is a prime example of first time resolution. My 2006 Ford Fusion is still going strong and I owe that to this dealership.

This place is great. Jim was very much a non-traditional salesman, Eric as well. They didn't push anything on you. They tried to understand your situation and help you as best they could. Allen , the financial guy , was the same way as well. Not pushy, but very helpful and informative. They really made me feel like I was part of their family. As long as I am in Albuquerque, I'll be making the trip to Don Chalmers.

This was one of the best new car buying experience we have had. Derrick worked hard to find me the car I wanted. He was great. The Mustang he found for me was perfect. The whole experience from purchase to delivery was simple, friendly and comfortable. A co-worker of mine recommended Don Chalmers as he purchased 2 trucks from them and I understand why now.
