I needed a dually pickup to haul a large camper; Jackie and his partner had a nice Ford F350 but with high mileage (153K), so the first thing I asked them for was a maintenance history of the vehicle; they immediately produced three pages of data showing the truck had received all necessary maintenance over the years. This was very reassuring, and combined with a no-pressure approach and friendly, helpful attitude helped seal the deal. I had looked at a lot of trucks and the price was right.
