My salesman,Andy, was so helpful. He went above and beyond. He constantly asked me if I had any questions or needed any help learning about the car's features. I had to come back a few days later to do my detailing (because of my schedule) and he had me in and out quickly and answering my questions.

It was a very nice experience. I watched T.V. and I was in there alone most of the time. They told me about the complimentary coffee and water, which I already had my water with me, because I just left the Fitness Center. Everyone that came by spoke and it didn't seem like it took long at all.

I was instantly greeted by friendly staff. She ascertained my service needs and then showed me to the comfortable, well lit waiting area where I poured myself a hot cup of coffee and took a comfortable seat. I was pleased to see a Bible on the table with the magazines because I had something on my mind that I wanted to look up. Before I knew it, my truck was ready and I was on my way.

Brought car in for oil change, scheduled maintenance and tire rotation. Was told also needed an alignment and two new front tires which were badly worn due to alignment problem. Was disappointed to learn that the Goodyear Eagle tires that they replaced have no warranty.

dealership was good but GM standing behind their product is poor. You should get more than 25,000 miles out of a timing chain that was replaced under warranty at 45,000 miles. A timing chain should last at least 100,000 miles before being replaced .

While at Dieffenbach for oil change, tire rotation and State inspection, I was told that there was a recall on my car, of which we were not yet aware, to reprogram the instrument panel and they could perform the work then to which i agreed. Everyone was very courteous and kept me informed of progress. I was impressed that I was able to get an appointment the same day I called and then have extra work done which saved me from another trip later.

I expected a call letting me know when my vehicle was done with service. After never receiving a call, I showed back up almost 2 hrs. later to find that my vehicle was ready.

Every time that I have needed any service done on my car I have always received very prompt service. The service department is great to work with. They always work with my schedule and get me in right away.. They follow up after my visits to make sure everything went well. I purchased my car here nine years ago and I told the salesperson that I wanted to look around and I would let them know if I found something that I liked. That is exactly what happened. I didn't feel pressure and they even added a radio that was not on the car. When my husband and I purchase our next car, it will be at Dieffenbach.
